Claims (5)
- 少なくとも一つの連続鋳造部分、或いは少なくとも一つの連続鋳造部分及び少なくとも一つの圧延ユニットと、少なくとも一つの切断装置と、ストリップを焼鈍するための一つ以上の装置(3)と、後置された圧延ライン(4)とを有する連続鋳造設備(1)において、
連続鋳造設備に対して平行に延びる少なくとも一つの圧延ライン(8)が、様々なサイズのブルームを連続鋳造設備(1)のラインに運び込むための手段(10,10’)を備えた形で配置されていることを特徴とする連続鋳造設備。 - 連続鋳造設備のラインにブルームを持ち込むために、旋回テーブル又は平行テーブル(10,10’)が配備されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続鋳造設備。
- 旋回テーブル又は平行テーブル(10,10’)が、少なくとも部分的に炉床炉として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の連続鋳造設備。
- 旋回テーブル又は平行テーブル(10,10’)が、連続鋳造設備の運搬方向に対して逆向きの運搬方向を有することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の連続鋳造設備。
- 平行した圧延ライン(8)が、運び込むブルームの厚さをCSP設備に必要な開始時の厚さにまで薄くするために、炉床炉と、垂直なエッジャーを備えた粗延べラインとを有するか、或いは炉床炉と、垂直なエッジャーを備えた粗延べラインと、板圧延機とを有することを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の連続鋳造設備。
