Description

一种卧式压铸机的接料装置 技术领域
本发明属于压铸领域,涉及一种卧式压铸机半自动接料装置,尤其涉及一种卧式压铸机的接料装置。
背景技术
作为电机转子铁芯制造领域的压铸工序,素有劳动强度大,高温工作环境恶劣等缺点。在电机转子铁芯传统的卧式压铸铝工序中,压铸完成的产品是由顶料器将其从模具中顶出,再采用人工佩戴耐热手套将其取出,或者采用直接让转子铁芯掉落到机床下方的等料区域内。但是这两种方法都存在一定的弊端,采用人工佩戴耐热手套取出压铸转子的时候,由于频繁的抓取,耐热手套的效果下降,可能会对工人本身造成人身伤害;再者由于压铸转子铁芯本身重量较重,且有些模具一模出多个产品,工人的劳动强度很高。采用第二种直接让转子铁芯掉落到等料区域的方法,会对成品转子铁芯造成损伤,不良品率明显提升,造成经济损失。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的上述问题是针对上述现有技术工人的劳动强度大,不良品率提高的不足,而提供一种能够降低工人的劳动强度,同时使不良品率下降的卧式压铸机的接料装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种卧式压铸机的接料装置,包括设置在卧式压铸机的移动工作台面和固定工作台面之间的横向导向机构,所述的横向导向机构上套接有横向移动滑块,所述的横向移动滑块与移动工作台面之间设有拉力弹簧,纵向导向机构通过横向移动滑块设置在横向导向机构上,所述的横向导向机构和纵向导向机构在水平方向上相互垂直,所述的纵向导向机构上至少竖向设有一个用于接料的手爪,所述的纵向导向机构的一端设有拉手。
所述的横向导向机构包括横向导轨和横向导杆,所述的横向导轨固定设置在移动工作台面上,所述的横向导杆固定设置在固定工作台面的相应位置上。
所述的横向移动滑块包括横向导轨滑块和横向导杆滑块,横向导轨滑块可滑 动地安装在横向导轨上;横向导杆滑块可滑动地安装在横向导杆上,所述的横向导轨滑块下方设有拉杆,所述的拉杆与移动工作台面之间设有拉力弹簧。
所述的纵向导向机构包括纵向导轨和纵向导杆,所述的纵向导杆通过纵向移动滑块与纵向导轨活动连接。
所述的横向导轨滑块和横向导杆滑块的顶面上固定设置有连接板,所述的连接板与纵向导轨固定。
所述的手爪为一个支撑杆,所述的支撑杆的顶端呈V字型。
在横向导杆的两端分别设有用于防止横向导杆滑块滑落的限位螺母。
在纵向导轨的两端分别设有用于防止纵向移动滑块滑落的限位挡板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:能够将卧式压铸机上的成品电机转子铁芯平稳的接出料缸,防止成品电机转子铁芯不规则掉落造成的碰伤,防止高热的电机转子铁芯对人体造成伤害,能够有效降低工人的劳动强度,降低不良品率,减少下料的操作时间,提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1至4所示,一种卧式压铸机的接料装置,包括设置在卧式压铸机的移动工作台面1和固定工作台面2之间的横向导向机构,所述的横向导向机构上套接有横向移动滑块,所述的横向移动滑块与移动工作台面1之间设有拉力弹簧3,纵向导向机构通过横向移动滑块设置在横向导向机构上,所述的横向导向机构和 纵向导向机构在水平方向上相互垂直,所述的纵向导向机构上至少竖向设有一个用于接料的手爪4,所述的纵向导向机构的一端设有拉手5。
所述的横向导向机构包括横向导轨6和横向导杆7,所述的横向导轨6固定设置在移动工作台面1上,所述的横向导杆7固定设置在固定工作台面2的相应位置上。
所述的横向移动滑块包括横向导轨滑块8和横向导杆滑块9,所述的横向导轨滑块8可滑动地安装在横向导轨6上,所述的横向导杆滑块9可滑动地安装在横向导杆7上,所述的横向导轨滑块8下方设有拉杆,所述的拉杆与移动工作台面1之间设有拉力弹簧3。
所述的纵向导向机构包括纵向导轨10和纵向导杆11,所述的纵向导杆11通过纵向移动滑块12与纵向导轨10活动连接。
所述的横向导轨滑块8和横向导杆滑块9的顶面上固定设置有连接板,所述的连接板与纵向导轨10固定。
所述的手爪4为一个支撑杆,所述的支撑杆的顶端呈V字型。
在横向导杆7的两端分别设有用于防止横向导杆滑块9滑落的限位螺母13。
在纵向导轨10的两端分别设有用于防止纵向移动滑块12滑落的限位挡板14。
如图3所示,当电机转子铁芯17在制造的时候,即卧式压铸机合模的时候,由于拉力弹簧3的存在,整套接料装置被固定在移动工作台面1一侧。
如图4所示,当电机转子铁芯17制造完成时,即卧式压铸机开模的时候,移动工作台面1往左移动打开,此时模具活动部分15和模具固定部分16相互分开,由于拉力弹簧3的作用,整套接料装置也往左移动,当整套接料装置移动到左侧限位螺母13的位置时被挡住,此时操作人员只需要抓住拉手5,并将整套接料装置往前推动到远端的限位挡板14的位置,就可以操作手爪4将模具活动部分15中的电机转子铁芯17顶出,使得电机转子铁芯17掉落在顶端呈字V型的手爪4上方,最后工人可以采用其他工具将电机转子铁芯17取出放到指定的成品堆放位置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:能够将卧式压铸机上的成品电机转子铁芯平稳的接出料缸,防止成品电机转子铁芯不规则掉落造成的碰伤,防止高 热的电机转子铁芯对人体造成伤害,能够有效降低工人的劳动强度,降低不良品率,减少下料的操作时间,提高工作效率。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种卧式压铸机的接料装置,其特征在于:包括设置在卧式压铸机的移动工作台面和固定工作台面之间的横向导向机构,所述的横向导向机构上套接有横向移动滑块,所述的横向移动滑块与移动工作台面之间设有拉力弹簧,纵向导向机构通过横向移动滑块设置在横向导向机构上,所述的横向导向机构和纵向导向机构在水平方向上相互垂直,所述的纵向导向机构上至少竖向设有一个用于接料的手爪,所述的纵向导向机构的一端设有拉手。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卧式压铸机的接料装置,其特征在于:所述的横向导向机构包括横向导轨和横向导杆,所述的横向导轨固定设置在移动工作台面上,所述的横向导杆固定设置在固定工作台面的相应位置上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卧式压铸机的接料装置,其特征在于:所述的横向移动滑块包括横向导轨滑块和横向导杆滑块,横向导轨滑块可滑动地安装在横向导轨上;横向导杆滑块可滑动地安装在横向导杆上,所述的横向导轨滑块下方设有拉杆,所述的拉杆与移动工作台面之间设有拉力弹簧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的卧式压铸机的接料装置,其特征在于:所述的纵向导向机构包括纵向导轨和纵向导杆,所述的纵向导杆通过纵向移动滑块与纵向导轨活动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的卧式压铸机的接料装置,其特征在于:所述的横向导轨滑块和横向导杆滑块的顶面上固定设置有连接板,所述的连接板与纵向导轨固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的卧式压铸机的接料装置,其特征在于:所述的手爪为一个支撑杆,所述的支撑杆的顶端呈V字型。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的卧式压铸机的接料装置,其特征在于:在横向导杆的两端分别设有用于防止横向导杆滑块滑落的限位螺母。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的卧式压铸机的接料装置,其特征在于:在纵向导轨的两端分别设有用于防止纵向移动滑块滑落的限位挡板。
