Abstract

L'invention fournit un liquide de traitement de surface métallique permettant d'obtenir un matériau métallique à surface traitée présentant d'excellentes propriétés de résistance à la corrosion, de résistance à l'usinage, de résistance aux produits chimiques, d'adhérence de film et de résistance à la corrosion après revêtement. Le liquide de traitement de surface métallique de l'invention contient : un isocyanate séquencé (A) qui possède un groupe isocyanate séquencé par un agent de séquençage, et qui possède en outre une structure d'isocyanurate et une chaîne polyalkylèneoxy; et une résine organique (B) qui possède au moins un groupe fonctionnel choisi parmi un groupe constitué d'un groupe hydroxy, d'un groupe amino, d'un groupe sulfo et d'un groupe carboxy.
