- the electric energy (electric storage amount) measured by the electric storage amount sensor 23 is input to the block B11.
- the amount of electric power is a value measured by the charged amount sensor 23 and input to the planning unit 210 when the first power generation prediction data or the like is input to the block B11.
- part of the second plan data is input from block B21.
- Part of the second plan data means only the data corresponding to the first forecast period (data for the first 24 hours) among the second plan data that is an aggregate of control target values for seven days. It is extracted.
- each value of the second plan data corresponding to each value is subtracted from each value of the first demand forecast data. That is, the electric power scheduled to be output from the hydrogen storage device 31 at the same time as each value of the first demand forecast data (a negative value when charging is scheduled) is subtracted and obtained. The value is newly set as the first demand forecast data.
- the first plan data is created based on the first power generation prediction data, the first demand prediction data (updated based on the second plan data), and the amount of power stored in the storage battery device 21.
- the creation of the first plan data is performed in the plan unit 210 of the control device 200.
- the start of the first first prediction period (reference numeral TM11 in FIG. 5) is the same time t0 as the start of the second prediction period (TM21).
- the first plan data is created in advance before time t0.
- the first plan data is created so as to keep the electricity bill paid to the power company based on the use of the power system CP as low as possible. For example, under the condition that the power storage amount of the storage battery device 21 is prevented from being insufficient in a time zone in which the power rate is highest in the day and the power generated by the solar power generation unit 10 is small. Thus, the first plan data is created.
- the creation of the first plan data that meets the conditions can be performed using various methods such as formulation by a mixed integer programming problem.
- the first plan data may be created under conditions suitable for operation such as keeping the electricity bill as low as possible as described above, but may be created under conditions suitable for other operations.
- the control by the control unit 220 is started.
- the controller 220 controls the operation of the power converter 22 so that the power charged or discharged in the storage battery device 21 is in line with the first plan data.
- the first plan data is a control target value every 30 minutes for the electric power to be charged or discharged. Therefore, the electric power that is actually charged or discharged in the storage battery device 21 changes stepwise every 30 minutes. Even during the first prediction period, the value of the charged amount measured by the charged amount sensor 23 is input to the control device 200, but the value has no influence on the control.
- the control of the power converter 22 based on the first plan data is continued from time t0 to time t11 (see FIG. 5) after 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in the server 100, the first demand prediction data and the first power generation prediction data are created for the next first prediction period (period from the time t11 until 24 hours elapses: symbol TM12 in FIG. 5). These are created before the current time becomes time t11, and are transmitted from the server 100 to the planning unit 210.
- the planning unit 210 creates new first plan data when the first demand forecast data and the first power generation forecast data for the next first forecast period (TM12) are input.
- the new first plan data is created in advance before time t11.
- part of the second plan data means data (time t11) corresponding to the next first prediction period (TM12) among the second plan data that is an aggregate of control target values for seven days. Thereafter, only 24 hours of data) are extracted.
- each value of the second plan data corresponding to each value is subtracted from each value of the first demand forecast data for the first forecast period (TM12).
- the value obtained in this way is newly set as the first demand forecast data.
- New first plan data is created based on the second power generation prediction data, the second demand prediction data (updated based on the second plan data), and the amount of power stored in the storage battery device 21.
- the control unit 220 When the current time is time t11 (when the next first prediction period (TM12) starts), the control unit 220 has the power charged or discharged in the storage battery device 21 in line with the new first plan data. The operation of the power converter 22 is controlled so that
- next first prediction period (TM12) is started before time t20 when the first first prediction period (TM11) ends. That is, the model predictive control in which the horizon is 24 hours is updated in a cycle of 30 minutes.
- next first prediction period (TM12) new first plan data is created in advance based on the situation after time t0, and the operation of the power converter 22 is controlled based on the first plan data. Is done. For this reason, compared with the case where the control based on the single first plan data is continued until time t20 when the first first prediction period (TM11) ends, the actual power usage situation in the house HM, etc. Accordingly, more suitable control is executed. In addition, since the measured value of the amount of electricity stored in the storage battery device 21 is reflected in the control in a short period of 30 minutes, the change in the amount of electricity stored is not greatly deviated from the prediction, thereby causing a reverse power flow. Is also prevented.
- the next first prediction period (TM13) is started at time t12 when 30 minutes have elapsed since the start of the first prediction period (TM12).
- the first plan data for the first prediction period (TM13) is created before time t12.
- the power supply system PS includes the storage battery device 21 having a relatively small capacity and the hydrogen storage device 31 having a relatively large capacity. Charging / discharging in the storage battery device 21 is controlled based on first plan data created in consideration of a change in power demand in a short period of 24 hours and a change in the amount of power generated by the solar power generation unit 10.
- charging / discharging in the hydrogen storage device 31 is controlled based on second plan data created in consideration of a change in power demand over a long period of 7 days and a change in the amount of power generated by the solar power generation unit 10. . Thereby, control corresponding to fluctuations in the supply and demand balance over a relatively long period is also performed.
- the creation of the first plan data by the control device 200 is performed based on the second plan data generated in advance by the control device 300 (planning unit 310).
- charge / discharge control in the storage battery device 21 and charge / discharge control in the hydrogen storage device 31 are performed in cooperation with each other.
- Charging / discharging is performed according to a charging / discharging schedule that considers both fluctuations in the supply and demand balance in the short term (24 hours) and fluctuations in the supply and demand balance in the long term (7 days), so that reverse power flow is suppressed, It is possible to realize local production for local consumption.
- the amount of power stored in the hydrogen storage device 31 is increased in advance. Control will be performed. Thereby, even if the amount of sunshine falls, supply of the electric power from electric power supply system PS to house HM is continued.
- control is performed to reduce the amount of power stored in the hydrogen storage device 31 in advance. Will be. As a result, even when clear weather continues and the amount of power generation increases, surplus power is stored in the hydrogen storage device 31, thereby preventing reverse power flow.
- the first plan data is repeatedly generated by the planning unit 210 every cycle (30 minutes) shorter than the length of the first prediction period (24 hours), and is updated each time. Since detailed control according to the situation is performed, it is possible to prevent the prediction of the amount of power generation and the like from being greatly deviated and to suppress the occurrence of reverse power flow.
- the second plan data is repeatedly generated by the planning unit 310 every cycle (24 hours) shorter than the length of the second prediction period (7 days), and is updated each time.
- the second plan data is updated every 24 hours according to the situation at that time, while taking into account changes in the generated power and the like over a long period of time.
- the cycle (24 hours) at which the second plan data is updated is longer than the cycle (30 minutes) at which the first plan data is updated. Since it is possible to use a longer time in calculating the second plan data having a large number of data, it is not necessary to mount a high-performance CPU in the control device 300.
- the target to which power is supplied from the power supply system PS is not limited to the house HM, and may be a factory or a commercial facility. Moreover, it replaces with the solar power generation unit 10, and the other apparatus (for example, wind power generation unit) which can generate electric power using natural energy may be used.
