Description
図1は、第1の実施形態にかかる充放電指示装置を備える全体システムを示す図である。
以上のように、電力系統側の蓄電池システムにおいて、大規模なシステムを構築する場合には、図3に示すように、複数の蓄電池システム(311,313)と複数のEMS(312,314)が相互に接続してシステムを構成する形態が想定される。この場合、蓄電池システム(311,313)の制御主体は複数存在するため、複数の蓄電池システムをグループ化し、グループに属する蓄電池システム単位で制御することが通信効率を考慮すると好ましい。
本発明の実施形態において、充放電制御時の電力量とは、単位ワット時間(Wh: Watt hour)で示される電力量の他に、単位アンペア時間(Ah: Ampere hour)で示される電流量、及び単位ボルト時間で示される電圧量(Vh: Volt hour)各々を用いることが可能である。一般に、電力量は、電流量と電圧量の積によって算出出来る。
Claims (10)
- 複数の蓄電池システム各々が備える蓄電池の電気的特徴を示す固有情報と前記蓄電池システムが設置されている位置を示すロケーション情報を取得する取得部と、
前記蓄電池システムの電気的特徴の条件である固有条件を満たす前記固有情報及び前記蓄電池システムの設置位置の条件であるロケーション条件を満たす前記ロケーション情報に基づいて、前記蓄電池システムの中から、一部分の前記蓄電池システムをグループとして選択するグループ選択部と、
前記グループの前記蓄電池システムに対して、充放電制御指示を出す管理部と、
を備え、
前記固有条件と前記ロケーション条件は、前記蓄電池システムグループが含む複数の蓄電池システムに求められる機能とに対応付けて決めることを特徴とする充放電指示装置。 - 前記管理部は、前記グループの複数の前記蓄電池システムの充放電電力の和を算出する
手段を備える、請求項1記載の充放電指示装置。 - 前記複数の蓄電池システムは、複数の配電網識別子によって特定される複数の配電網のいずれかの配電網に設置され、前記ロケーション情報は、前記蓄電池システムが設置された配電網の配電網識別子であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充放電指示装置。
- 前記ロケーション条件は、前記配電網識別子が同一であることを特徴とする請求項3記
載の充放電指示装置。 - 前記固有情報は、前記蓄電池の容量状態に関わる情報であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充放電指示装置。
- 前記固有情報は、前記蓄電池の最大充放電電流であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充放電指示装置。
- 前記固有情報は、前記蓄電池の劣化状態情報であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充放電指示装置。
- 前記固有情報は、前記蓄電池の充放電効率情報であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充放電指示装置。
- 前記ロケーション情報は、前記蓄電池システムが設置された施設の識別子であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充放電指示装置。
- 複数の蓄電池システム各々が備える蓄電池の電気的特徴を示す固有情報と前記蓄電池システムが設置されている位置を示すロケーション情報を取得する取得機能と、
前記蓄電池システムの電気的特徴の条件である固有条件を満たす前記固有情報及び前記蓄電池システムの設置位置の条件であるロケーション条件を満たす前記ロケーション情報に基づいて、前記蓄電池システムの中から、一部分の前記蓄電池システムをグループとして選択するグループ選択機能と、
前記グループの前記蓄電池システムに対して、充放電制御指示を出す管理機能と、
を備え、
前記固有条件と前記ロケーション条件は、前記蓄電池システムグループが含む複数の蓄電池システムに求められる機能とに対応付けて決めることをコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
