本发明涉及一种聚醚改性HMDI水性聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,主要由氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯H6MDI或H12MDI、聚醚多元醇、惰性溶剂和阻聚剂组成;本发明制得的一种聚醚改性HMDI水性聚氨酯固化剂,不含芳烃、不含乙二醇醚类、不含烷基酚,具有环保、抗划伤好、透明性好、耐化学品优、耐污染性强、耐变黄性好等特点;与水性羟基组分配制的聚氨酯漆具有高硬度、高透明性,漆膜抗划伤好、流平性好,丰满度高、相溶性好等特点,广泛用于水性木器漆、水性工业漆、水性塑胶漆等各种双组分水性聚酯漆、水性聚氨酯漆、水性环氧漆、水性醇酸漆、水性聚氨酯胶水等专用固化剂。

Description

一种聚醚改性HMDI水性聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,尤其涉及到一种聚醚改性HMDI水性聚氨酯固化剂。
背景技术
中国改革开放30年来,环境恶化的问题已经逐渐显现出来。经过环境部门和专家考证,汽车尾气、VOC、还有扬尘等主要污染源,是引发雾霾天气的主要原因,在主要污染源中,涂料及涂装行业的VOC排放量占到VOC总排放量的1/4以上;中国VOC年排放量超过2000万吨,是美国的2倍,欧盟的3倍。近期全国普降雾霾,全社会对于绿色生产、绿色产品的发展均格外重视,政府也对这些产业出台相当严格的规定,作为绿色产品的代表之一,水性涂料是未来的发展方向,是众望所归;近来水性漆行业开始复苏活跃,显示出一片“春意盎然”景象。
水性涂料中最具代表性的双组分水性聚氨酯涂料,它不含或含很少量的有机溶剂,粒径小于0.1nm,具有较好的分散稳定性,不仅保留了传统的溶剂型聚氨酯涂料的一些优良性能,而且还具有成膜温度低、附着力强、耐磨性好、硬度大以及耐化学品、耐候性好等优越性能,广泛作为工业防护、木器家具、玻璃制品、数码产品和汽车涂料。水性双组分聚氨酯涂料将双组分溶剂型聚氨酯涂料的高性能和水性涂料的低VOC含量相结合,成为涂料工业的研究热点。水性双组分聚氨酯涂料是由含(-OH)基的水性多元醇和含(-NCO)基的低粘度多异氰酸酯固化剂组成,其涂膜性能主要由羟基树脂的组成与结构和固化剂决定的。
目前,市场上常用的聚氨酯固化剂大多为溶剂型的,水性聚氨酯固化剂基本上是国外公司如Bayer、Rhodia等生产的,价格昂贵,成本高,是水性漆难以推广的主要原因,开发国产化低成本的水性聚氨酯固化剂成为国内涂料行业的首选。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种聚醚改性HMDI水性聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法。
为了解决上面所述的技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:本发明涉及一种聚醚改性HMDI水性聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,包括以下组分:HMDI氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯60~80%、聚醚多元醇8~20%、惰性溶剂10~25%、阻聚剂2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚0.1~0.5%;所述的氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为H6MDI或H12MDI;所述的聚醚多元醇要求不含水,选用Mr 600~1000的聚乙二醇、Mr 600~1000的聚乙二醇单甲醚、Mr 600~1000的聚乙二醇单丁醚的一种或其组合;所述的惰性溶剂要求不含水,选用二乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、丙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、二丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯的一种或其组合。
本发明提出一种聚醚改性HMDI水性聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,其制备工艺如下:在滴加釜中加入计量好聚醚多元醇,进行真空加热脱水2h后,通入N2密封备用;在合成釜中,按配方量加入惰性溶剂并进行真空加热脱水2h后,通入N2,按配方量加入氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯加热溶解后,以滴加方式加入聚醚多元醇,在70~80℃保持恒温反应3~4hr,反应2h后开始取样,以后每隔0.5h取样一次,检测NCO含量,当NCO含量接近理论值时加入阻聚剂2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚0.1~0.5%,冷却过滤即制得一种含固量70~80%、NCO含量为12.0~18.0%的聚醚改性HMDI水性聚氨酯固化剂。
本发明制得的聚醚改性HMDI水性聚氨酯固化剂,不含芳烃、不含乙二醇醚类、不含烷基酚;具有环保、抗划伤好、透明性好、耐化学品优、耐污染性强、耐变黄性好等特点。与水性羟基组分配制的聚氨酯漆具有高硬度、高透明性,漆膜抗划伤好、流平性好,丰满度高、相溶性好等特点,是用于水性木器漆、水性工业漆、水性塑胶漆等各种双组分水性聚酯漆、水性聚氨酯漆、水性环氧漆、水性醇酸漆、水性聚氨酯胶水等专用固化剂。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
在滴加釜中加入计量好11份聚乙二醇单丁醚(Mr 1000),进行真空加热脱水2h后,通入N2密封备用;在合成釜中,加入20份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,并进行真空加热脱水2h后,通入N2,加入69份H12MDI加热溶解后,以滴加方式加入聚乙二醇单丁醚,在75~80℃保持恒温反应3~4hr,当NCO含量接近计算值时加入2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚0.2份,冷却过滤即制得一种含固量80%、NCO含量为17.2%的聚醚改性H12MDI水性聚氨酯固化剂。
实施例2:
在滴加釜中加入计量好8份聚乙二醇单丁醚(Mr 1000),进行真空加热脱水2h后,通入N2密封备用;在合成釜中,加入20份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯并进行真空加热脱水2h后,通入N2,加入72份H6MDI加热溶解后,以滴加方式加入聚乙二醇单丁醚,在70~80℃保持恒温反应3~4hr,当NCO含量接近计算值时加入2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚0.2份,冷却过滤即制得一种含固量80%、NCO含量为17.6%的聚醚改性H6MDI水性聚氨酯固化剂。
实施例3:
在滴加釜中加入计量好10份聚乙二醇(Mr 1000),进行真空加热 脱水2h后,通入N2密封备用;在合成釜中,加入20份二乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯并进行真空加热脱水2h后,通入N2,加入70份H12MDI加热溶解后,以滴加方式加入聚乙二醇单丁醚,在75~80℃保持恒温反应3~4hr,当NCO含量接近计算值时加入2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚0.2份,冷却过滤即制得一种含固量80%、NCO含量为16.4%的聚醚改性H12MDI水性聚氨酯固化剂。
实施例4:
上述实施例1、2、3中的聚醚改性H12MDI水性聚氨酯作为乙组分,用于制备双组分水性木器聚氨酯清漆的甲组分配方如下:水性羟基-聚氨酯分散体85、底材润湿剂0.2、流平剂0.2、消泡剂0.2、增稠剂0.5、防腐剂0.2、成膜助剂3.0、PH调节剂0.2、水10.5;甲组分∶乙组分=100∶12~18。
对本发明的聚醚改性HMDI水性聚氨酯用于双组分水性木器聚氨酯清漆的性能,按照国家相关标准进行检测,测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种聚醚改性HMDI水性聚氨酯固化剂,其特征在于:其组成为:HMDI氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯60~80%、聚醚多元醇8~20%、惰性溶剂10~25%、阻聚剂2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚0.1~0.5%;所述的氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为H6MDI或H12MDI;所述的聚醚多元醇要求不含水,选用Mr 600~1000的聚乙二醇、Mr 600~1000的聚乙二醇单甲醚、Mr 600~1000的聚乙二醇单丁醚的一种或其组合;所述的惰性溶剂要求不含水,选用二乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、丙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、二丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯的一种或其组合。
  2. 一种如权利要求1所述的一种聚醚改性HMDI水性聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法,在滴加釜中加入计量好聚醚多元醇,进行真空加热脱水2h后,通入N2密封备用;在合成釜中,按配方量加入惰性溶剂并进行真空加热脱水2h后,通入N2,按配方量加入氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯加热溶解后,以滴加方式加入聚醚多元醇,在70~80℃保持恒温反应3~4hr,反应2h后开始取样,以后每隔0.5h取样一次,检测NCO含量,当NCO含量接近理论值时加入阻聚剂2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚0.1~0.5%,冷却过滤即制得一种含固量70~80%、NCO含量为12.0~18.0%的聚醚改性HMDI水性聚氨酯固化剂。
