I found out that
- Comparative Example 21 the atomic ratio between Si and other elements in the Si alloy active material is as low as 10:90. Conversely, Comparative Example 22 is a case where the atomic ratio between Si and other elements in the Si alloy active material is as high as 95: 5, and it cannot be alloyed to suppress the expansion and contraction of Si. Description
特許文献1には、LiNiO2の課題の一つであるサイクル時の界面抵抗増加を抑制するために、LiNixMyO2(但し、MはAl,Mn,Fe,Ni,Co,Cr,Ti,Zn,P,Bから選ばれる少なくとも一種の元素を表し、xは0<x≦1、yは0≦y<1である)で表される複合酸化物粒子の表面を、Co,Al,Mnで被覆処理することが記載されている。
(式中、a、b、c、d、eおよびA,Bは、1.0≦a≦1.1、0.50≦b≦0.90、0.05≦c+d≦0.5、0≦e≦0.005を満たし、AはMnおよびAlの少なくとも一方を含み、BはMg、Mo、W、Zrの少なくとも一つを含む)、前記負極は、黒鉛とSi合金とを含む第1活物質、および、黒鉛とSiOxとを含む第2活物質のいずれか一方を有し、前記第1活物質における黒鉛の質量DとSi合金の質量Eとの比(D/E)は0.67≦(D/E)≦32.3であり、前記第2活物質における黒鉛の質量FとSiOxの質量Gとの比(F/G)は1.5≦(F/G)≦32.3である。

なお、式中、a、b、c、d、eおよびA,Bは、1.0≦a≦1.1、0.50≦b≦0.90、0.05≦c+d≦0.5、0≦e≦0.005を満たし、AはMnおよびAlの少なくとも一方を含み、BはMg、Mo、W、Zrの少なくとも一つを含む。
式中、a、b、c、d、eおよびA,Bは、1.0≦a≦1.1、0.50≦b≦0.90、0.05≦c+d≦0.5、0≦e≦0.002を満たし、AはMnまたはAlを1種類以上含む、BはMg、Mo、W、Zrから1種類以上含むものである。
式中、a、b、c、d、eおよびA,Bは、1.0≦a≦1.1、0.50≦b≦0.90、0.05≦c+d≦0.5、0≦e≦0.002を満たし、AはMnまたはAlを1種類以上含む、BはMg、Mo、W、Zrから1種類以上含むものである。

なお、実施例1~43は、正極の活物質として、一般式LiaNibCocAdBeO2で表され、AはMnおよびAlの少なくとも一方を含み、BはMg、Mo、W、Zrの少なくとも一つを含むような活物質が用いられ、式中のa、b、c、d、eが、1.0≦a≦1.1、0.50≦b≦0.90、0.05≦c+d≦0.5、0≦e≦0.005を満たしているものである。
