Description
第2発明のカード類用保護袋は、第1発明において、前記底辺隅部は、溶着することなく円弧状に切断されてなることを特徴とする。
第3発明のカード類用保護袋は、第2発明において、一対の側辺は、溶断されてなり、前記底辺は、超音波溶着された後に切断されてなることを特徴とする。
a)カード類用保護袋の四隅が丸く、底辺隅部が形状に沿ってシールされているため、カード類用保護袋とほぼ同形同大のカード類を収納する場合に、カードの丸い四隅がカード類用保護袋の丸い四隅とフィットするので、余分なシールしろが無く、カードゲームなどで遊ぶ際には、カードそのものに触れている感覚で楽しむことができる。
b)また、四隅が円弧状になっており、しかも底部の隅は溶着されておらず開口しているので柔らかくなっており四隅にある鋭利な角で手指などを傷めることがない。
第2発明によれば、カード類用保護袋の底辺隅部を溶断するのではなく、円弧状に切断して底辺隅部を形成するようにしたので、前述のカード類用保護袋を製造することができる。
第3発明によれば、カード類用保護袋において、一対の側辺は、溶断されてなり、底辺は、超音波溶着された後に切断されてなるように構成したので、最後に1枚ごとに溶断して1枚ごとのカード類用保護袋を製造するまでは、底辺隅部を円弧状にシールして開口隅部とともに円弧状に切断する処理も含めて、2枚重ねの一連のシート状のフィルムに対して連続処理が可能となるため、カード類用保護袋を大量生産することができる。
フィルム1,1は長四角形であり、その四隅は円弧状に丸められた形状をしている。そして、フィルム1の長手方向一対の辺がシールされてなる側辺2a,2bと、フィルム1の幅方向の一辺がシールされてなる底辺3と、底辺3と対峙する辺に設けられ、カード類を出し入れするための開口部4と、円弧状に形成され、その形状に沿ってシールされる底辺3側の2つの底辺隅部5a,5bと、円弧状に形成され、シールされない2つの開口部4側の開口隅部6a,6bとを有している。図2に示すように、内部にカード類が収納されて使用される。
(1)重ね合わせた2枚の所定の幅を有する長尺なフィルム11の、幅方向中央部のセンターラインに超音波溶着を施すことにより、超音波溶着部12を形成するステップST1(図4の超音波溶着部形成工程)
(2)開口部と底辺の隅部と切断するステップST2(図5の隅部の切断工程)
(3)側辺を溶断するステップST3(図6の側辺の溶断工程)
(4)超音波溶着部を切断するステップST4(図6の切断分離工程)とで構成されている。
先ず、ステップST1では、連続走行にて繰り出し走行する長尺状の所定の幅を有する2枚重ねのフィルム11(包装用の積層フィルム)の幅方向中央部の流れ方向に、例えばライン状の超音波溶着部12を余分なシールしろができないように幅狭に形成する。なお、超音波溶着部12は、ライン状に限らず、破線状としてもよく、前記形状に限定されない。また、フィルム11は、予めフィルムが2枚積層された原反ロールを用いるか、又は、2つの原反ロールを設け、該原反ロールから繰り出しながらフィルムを積層するようにしてもよい。
溶着した後は冷却して溶着部分を固定化する。冷却には冷風を当てたり金属板に接触させて熱を取り去る等の手段が用いられる。
ステップST2では、超音波溶着線12上に1ヵ所の七宝状切断部14とシート両端部のそれぞれに半七宝状切断部15を形成する。「七宝状」とは、ダイヤモンド形の四角形であり、かつ四辺とも円弧状辺であり内側に凹んだ辺で構成された四角形をいう。「半七宝状」とは、上記七宝状の半分の形状を意味する。
中央1ヵ所の七宝状切断部14と両端2カ所の半七宝状切断部15とは同時に形成してもよく、順に形成してもよい。
この切断工程中2枚のシート11はセンタライン12で溶着されていることから位置ズレすることはない。
ステップ3では側辺の溶断が行われる。
溶断位置は、切断部14と切断部15を通る位置16である。この工程によりカード類用保護袋Aの側辺2a、2bが細い幅で溶着され、かつ隣り合う前後の収納袋A、A間が切断される。
ステップST4では、超音波溶着部12が設けられた箇所において、例えば、スリット刃によって2列に切断する。
(1)従来は、直線状にフィルムを溶断することはできても円弧状にフィルムを溶断することは困難であり、四隅が円弧状で、しかも円弧状に沿ってシールされたカード類用保護袋Aは製造できなかったところ、底辺隅部5a,5bを円弧状に切断して底辺隅部5a,5bを形成するようにしたので、前述のカード類用保護袋Aを製造することができる。

- 同形同大の矩形状の2枚のフィルムがずれることなく重ね合わされ、一辺に開口部が形成されるように残りの3辺がシールされているカード類用保護袋であって、
四隅が円弧状になっており、前記開口部と底辺側の2つの底辺隅部を残して、残る3辺がシールされている
ことを特徴とするカード類用保護袋。 - 前記底辺隅部は、溶着することなく円弧状に切断されてなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカード類用保護袋。 - 一対の側辺は、溶断されてなり、前記底辺は、超音波溶着された後に切断されてなる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカード類用保護袋。
