前記消音部は、前記フィルタ本体の内側の前記第1押さえ部材側で軸線方向に対して垂直に取り付けられる消音部材を有する
ことを特徴とする。
前記消音部材は、
メッシュ状のシートからなる表面部材及び裏面部材と、
前記表面部材及び前記裏面部材の間を連結する連結部材と、
を有する
ことを特徴とする。
本体部と、
前記本体部の開口を覆う蓋部と、
前記本体部の内側に設置される請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載のフィルタと、
前記フィルタを支持するバッファ部と、
を備える
ことを特徴とする。
円筒状に形成されるフィルタ本体と、
前記フィルタ本体の一端部を押さえる第1押さえ部材と、
前記フィルタ本体の他端部を押さえる第2押さえ部材と、
を備え、
前記第1押さえ部材に形成された孔から前記フィルタ本体の内側に流入した空気は、前記フィルタ本体を通過する際に、不純物が捕集され、前記フィルタ本体の外周側に通過するので、
コンパクトでありながら十分な量のオイルを抜き取ることが可能となる。
前記フィルタ本体は、金属製の網目シートと樹脂製のメッシュシートから形成されるエレメントを有するので、
限られたスペースの中で効率良くオイル等を分離し、捕集することが可能となる。
前記エレメントは、ステンレス製の網目シートと樹脂製のメッシュシートを重ねて、円筒状に巻いて形成されるので、
安価に作製することが可能となる。
前記フィルタ本体は、
板状のステンレス材に孔が形成された外側筒部材と、
前記エレメントを挟んで前記外側筒部材の内側に配置され、板状のステンレス材に孔が形成された内側筒部材と、
を有するので、
簡単な構造で空気から分離したオイル等を飛び散らせることを抑制することが可能となる。
前記第1押さえ部材に形成された孔に差し込まれる流入口部材を備えるので、
空気が流れる流通路に容易に取り付けることが可能となる。
前記フィルタ本体の内側に消音部を備えるので、
消音効果を向上させることが可能となる。
前記消音部は、前記フィルタ本体の内側の前記第1押さえ部材側で軸線方向に対して垂直に取り付けられる消音部材を有するので、
簡単な構造で消音効果を向上させることが可能となる。
前記消音部材は、
メッシュ状のシートからなる表面部材及び裏面部材と、
前記表面部材及び前記裏面部材の間を連結する連結部材と、
を有するので、
消音効果を更に向上させることが可能となる。
本体部と、
前記本体部の開口を覆う蓋部と、
前記本体部の内側に設置される請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載のフィルタ部7と、
前記フィルタ部を支持するバッファ部と、
を備えるので、
コンパクトでありながら十分な量のオイルを抜き取ることが可能となる。

- 円筒状に形成されるフィルタ本体と、
前記フィルタ本体の一端部を押さえる第1押さえ部材と、
前記フィルタ本体の他端部を押さえる第2押さえ部材と、
を備え、
前記第1押さえ部材に形成された孔から前記フィルタ本体の内側に流入した空気は、前記フィルタ本体を通過する際に、不純物が捕集され、前記フィルタ本体の外周側に通過する
ことを特徴とするフィルタ。 - 前記フィルタ本体は、金属製の網目シートと樹脂製のメッシュシートから形成されるエレメントを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。 - 前記エレメントは、ステンレス製の網目シートと樹脂製のメッシュシートを重ねて、円筒状に巻いて形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフィルタ。 - 前記フィルタ本体は、
板状のステンレス材に孔が形成された外側筒部材と、
前記エレメントを挟んで前記外側筒部材の内側に配置され、板状のステンレス材に孔が形成された内側筒部材と、
を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のフィルタ。 - 前記第1押さえ部材に形成された孔に差し込まれる流入口部材を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載のフィルタ。 - 前記フィルタ本体の内側に消音部を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載のフィルタ。 - 前記消音部は、前記フィルタ本体の内側の前記第1押さえ部材側で軸線方向に対して垂直に取り付けられる消音部材を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフィルタ。 - 前記消音部材は、
メッシュ状のシートからなる表面部材及び裏面部材と、
前記表面部材及び前記裏面部材の間を連結する連結部材と、
を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のフィルタ。 - 本体部と、
前記本体部の開口を覆う蓋部と、
前記本体部の内側に設置される請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載のフィルタと、
前記フィルタを支持するバッファ部と、
を備える
ことを特徴とするオイルキャッチ装置。
