Abstract

　本発明は、少なくとも腰周部（２）を有する下衣であって、前記腰周部（２）は第一の孔（３）および第二の孔（４）を少なくとも有する。　本発明により、人によって異なる腰部締め位置の調整の容易性、洗濯等のメンテナンスにおいても手間がからない実用性と、簡単に腰部を締めたり緩めたりできる腹圧の調整の容易性を備える下衣が提供される。

Description

下衣
　本発明は、下衣に関する。
　職業性疾病のうち、腰痛は労働者が仕事の中でかかりやすい病気のひとつであり、さまざまな職種に広がり発生している。腰痛発生のリスクが高い職業として、重量物運搬や長距離ドライブに従事する運送業、入院患者の介助や救急患者の対応が必要な医療従事者があげられる。最近では、高齢者介護などの社会福祉施設で腰痛の発生件数が大幅に増加している。また近年、職場にも家庭にもパソコンが行き渡っており、画面を注視しながら長時間マウスやキーボード操作する作業も、腰痛の発生の新たな要因となっている。
　こうした腰痛は年齢が上がるにつれ増加する傾向にある。しかし、特に初期のうちに対策をとる人は少なく症状が進むまで何もしないという人が少なくない。日本は少子高齢化が進み、生産年齢人口の減少という問題に直面しているので、社会を支えるという側面では、６５歳以上の働くシニアや働く女性が増加している。こうした中、貴重な労働者の健康維持および健康増進はこれまで以上に重要性を増しており、職業衣においても、従来からの安全性、動き易さ、および識別性という機能に加え、労働者の健康をより積極的に保つという視点が重要となっている。
　従来、腰痛の予防には、腰部保護帯等によって腰部の周り、特に骨盤上部を含む位置で締め付け、腹圧を上げるのが有効とされてきた。これは腹腔がラグビーボールのように柱となって腰の負担を軽減するためである。しかし、こうした腰部保護帯は、衣服を脱いでから体に付けなくてはならないので、装着が面倒であり、且つ腰部保護帯を体に付けた後で腰部の締め具合を調節するときにも、衣服を脱ぐか緩めるかしてから締め具合を調節しなくてはならないため、この作業が面倒であるという課題があった。また、腰部保護帯で締める位置としては効果的な位置があるとされ、骨盤上部を含む位置を腰部保護帯で締めることが推奨されている。しかし、腰部保護帯の着用時は適切な位置で締めていても、さまざまな動作をしているなかで、腰部保護帯が、ずりあがってくるという問題があった。この問題は特に、ウェストとヒップの差が大きい女性で顕著であった。そこで、例えば、特許文献１には、腰部保護具付きスポーツ用衣料が開示されている。この腰部保護具付きスポーツ用衣料は、衣服本体に腰を保護するための保護具が包着され人体の腰部の周りを締め付けることで、腰部負担の軽減とその締め具合を容易に調整することができ、また、腰部保護具が衣服本体に包着され一体となっているため腰部保護具がずり上がるのを抑制できるものであった。

　しかし、特許文献１に記載の腰部保護具付きスポーツ用衣料では、衣服本体に腰部保護具が直接、包着されているので、腰部保護具が人体に当たる位置が一義的に決まってしまう。そのため、人によって異なる腰幅や骨盤に合わせて、最適な腰の位置で締めるのが困難である。また、腰部保護具付きスポーツ用衣料は、腰部保護具が硬質の金属素材あるいは合成樹脂素材などからなり、衣服本体が柔軟な繊維素材からなる。すなわち、腰部保護具付きスポーツ用衣料は硬度の異なる複数の素材の組み合わせであるので、洗濯を繰り返すうちに衣服本体の腰部保護具の周辺の布地が劣化する。また、そのスポーツ用衣料の乾燥にタンブラー乾燥機を使用すると腰部保護具が変形してしまい、結果として、衣服本体の寿命を縮めてしまう。そこで、洗濯に伴う布地の劣化や、腰部保護具の変形を防ぐために、腰部保護具付きスポーツ用衣料の洗濯を手洗いで行うと、洗濯に手間がかかり実用性に欠ける。
　そこで、本発明は、人によって異なる腰部締め位置の調整の容易性、洗濯等のメンテナンスにおいても手間がからない実用性と、簡単に腰部を締めたり緩めたりできる腹圧の調整の容易性を備える下衣を提供する。
　上記の目的を達成するため、本発明の下衣は、少なくとも腰周部を有し、前記腰周部は第一の孔および第二の孔を少なくとも有するものである。
　ここで、本発明の下衣は、さらに腰部保護部を備える腰痛保護帯を有し、
前記腰部保護部が前記腰周部の後内側に配置され、
前記腰痛保護帯の一方の端部が前記第一の孔を通って前記腰周部の外側面に配置され、
前記腰痛保護帯の他方の端部が前記第二の孔を通って前記腰周部の外側面に配置され、
前記腰痛保護帯の一方の端部が前記腰痛保護帯の他方の端部と着脱自在に係止できるものであることが好ましい。
　また、本発明の下衣は、前記腰周部の後内側に、前記腰部保護部を着脱自在に固定する手段を有することが好ましい。
　また、本発明の下衣は、前記固定する手段が、前記腰部保護部の固定する位置を調整する手段を有することが好ましい。
　また、本発明の下衣は、前記腰周部に少なくとも１つのベルトループを有することが好ましい。
　また、本発明の下衣は、前記ベルトループの腰周方向の幅が１～５cmであり、前記ベルトループの腰周方向に垂直な方向の幅が２．５～２０．５ｃｍであることが好ましい。
　また、本発明の下衣は、前記腰周部に第三の孔および第四の孔を有し、前記第三の孔および前記第四の孔が、前記第一の孔および第二に孔よりも前記腰周部のより背部側に配されているものであることが好ましい。
　また，本発明の下衣は、前記腰痛保護帯の第一の面が、前記腰周部の内側面と向かい合っており、
前記腰痛保護帯が、前記腰痛保護帯の第一の面に向かって前記腰部保護部の左側に配された第一のベルト部と、前記腰痛保護帯の第一の面に向かって前記腰部保護部の右側に配された第二のベルト部と、前記腰痛保護帯の第一の面に第一の補助ベルトおよび第二の補助ベルトと、を有し、

　本発明は、人によって異なる腰部締め位置の調整の容易性、洗濯等のメンテナンスにおいても手間がからない実用性と、簡単に腰部を締めたり緩めたりできる腹圧の調整の容易性を備える下衣を提供する。

　本発明の下衣においては、少なくとも腰周部を有しており、前記腰周部は第一の孔および第二の孔を少なくとも有する。
　ここで、腰周部とは、着用者の脊柱の下部から骨盤までのいわゆる腰周りに位置する下衣の衣服部分である。すなわち、着用者の右側腹から腹、左側腹、腰というように腰部周囲にそって接する下衣の衣服部分全体である。また、腰周部には、ベルト通し、脇ポケット、後ろポケット、および前後ファスナーを含むウェスト部分などが含まれる。さらに、ズボンでは上記のものに加え股上部分などが含まれる。
　また、下衣とは、下半身に着る衣服全般を指し、例えば、スカート、またはスラックス、ジーンズ、チノパンツもしくはカーゴパンツなどのズボンが含まれる。
　また、ここで、孔とは、衣服の着用者の身体側面とその裏側である外側面を貫通する孔を指し、特にその形に制約はないが、後に述べるように、その孔を介して、腰周部の内側から外側にベルトを出す場合には、ベルトの引き出し操作をスムースに行うために縦スリット状の切り込みであるのが望ましい。
　図１は、本発明の下衣の一実施形態を、腰周部付近部分が正面となるようにして見た斜視図である。下衣の腰周部付近部分１は、腰周部２を備え、この腰周部２は、第一の側部に第一の孔３を有し、第二の側部に第二の孔４を有する。
　また、図２は、図１の下衣の腰周部付近部分を第一の側部から見た側面図である。
　こうした構成とすることで、市販されている一般的な腰痛保護帯等を後述する図６のように配置し、着用者の腰部への着圧を調整することができる。この場合において、腰痛保護帯等の腰部保護部は腰周部の着用者側の面に配置されるが、包着されるなどして直接には固定されていないため着用者は各個人にとって最適な部位に最適な着圧を与えるように腰部締め位置を容易に調整することができる。
　また、本発明の下衣に装着された腰痛保護帯の２つの端部は、第一の孔および第二の孔を通って腰周部の着用者側の面の裏側の外側面（以下、外側面とする）にて互いに着脱自在に係止される。これにより、着用者は自身の腰部への着圧を調整する際に下衣を脱衣等する必要が無く、腹圧の調整の容易性に優れた下衣となる。
　さらに、腰痛保護帯等は包着などにより直接には下衣に固定されていないので、下衣を洗濯する際には、下衣から腰痛保護帯等を取り外すことができる。そのため、洗濯を洗濯機等で行う場合でも、下衣と腰痛保護帯等を分けて洗濯できるので、下衣への損傷を抑制することができる。よって、本発明の下衣は洗濯等のメンテナンスにおいて手間のかからない実用性に優れたものとなる。また、腰痛保護帯等と下衣は別個のパーツであるので、汚れやすいが洗濯に対する高い耐久性を有する下衣は頻繁に洗濯をすることができ、下衣と比べて洗濯に対する耐久性は高くないが汚れにくい腰痛保護帯等は頻繁に洗濯をせずにすむ。さらには、下衣および腰痛保護帯等のそれぞれに適した洗濯の手段を採ることができるため、腰部保護機能を有する下衣としてセットでみたときには、その耐久性は極めて優れたものとなる。
　また、着用の期間が長くなるにつれ、下衣の擦れ、または、下衣の破れが発生し易くなったり、あるいは腰痛保護帯のベルト部のゴムの緩みが発生し易くなる。すなわち、これらのようにいずれかのパーツに不具合が生じる場合がある。このような場合でも、その不具合が生じたパーツだけを新しいものに取り替えればよいので、本発明の下衣は経済的でメンテナンスの手間もかからない。
　また、下衣の腰周部２は、その着用者側の面に第一の係止部５を有している。こうした構成とすることで、第一の係止部５と、後述する図３に示す腰痛保護帯の腰部保護部が有する第二の係止部とが着脱自在に係止され、腰部保護部が下衣の腰周部に固定される。よって、着用者がさまざまな動作をしているなかで腰部保護部がずりあがってくるのを抑制することができる。
　また、下衣の腰周部２は少なくとも１つのベルトループを有するのが好ましい。ベルトループは、腰部保護部の固定する位置を調整する手段として、身体と接する腰周部の内側に設けても、腰周部の外側に設けてもよく、特に腰周部の外側に設けるのが好ましい。ベルトループに腰痛保護帯のベルト部を通して身体側に固定することにより、例えば上記のベルト部がドアノブ等の突起物に引っかかって、着用者が転倒するといった事故をさけることができる。ベルトループは、特に下衣を作業着として使用する場合には、安全性と着用者の腰痛の軽減を両立させるために重要となる。
　ここで、ベルトループの腰周方向の幅は１～５ｃｍであることが好ましく、ベルトループの腰周方向に垂直な方向の幅は２．５～２０．５ｃｍであることが好ましい。ベルトループの腰周方向の幅を１ｃｍ以上とすることで、ベルトループに与えられる衝撃によりベルトループが下衣から取れるのを抑制することができる。ベルトループの腰周方向の幅を５ｃｍ以下とすることで、腰周部の柔軟性をより優れたものとすることができ、作業性により優れた下衣とすることができる。また、ベルトループの腰周方向に垂直な方向の幅を２．５ｃｍ以上とすることで、ベルトループにベルト部を通すのがより容易となる。ベルトループの腰周方向に垂直な方向の幅を２０．５ｃｍ以下とすることで、腰周部の柔軟性をより優れたものとすることができ、作業性により優れた下衣とすることができる。
　次に、腰痛保護帯について説明する。図３は、腰痛保護帯の一実施形態を、腰周部側に配される面から見た正面図である。腰痛保護帯７は、腰部保護部８、この腰部保護部８の左右に配されたベルト部９、腰痛保護帯の一方の端部に配された第三の係止部１０、腰部保護部８に配された第二の係止部１１、および腰部保護部８に配されたボーン１２を有する。また、図４は、図３に示す腰痛保護帯を、着用者側に配される面から見た正面図である。腰痛保護帯７は、腰部保護部８、この腰部保護部８の左右に配されたベルト部９、第三の係止部１０が配された側の端部とは反対側の端部に配された第四の係止部１３、および腰部保護部８に配されたボーンを有する。
　ここで、腰部保護部とは、広幅の帯であり、ベルト部と同じ素材を用いたものであっても、異なる素材を用いたものであってもよい。また、腰部保護部の着用者の身長方向の幅である背幅は５～２０ｃｍであることが好ましい。背幅を５ｃｍ以上とすることで、着用者の腰部の締め付け圧が狭幅部分に集中し、圧力が相対的に高くなり血管等を過度に圧迫することを抑制することができ、また、腰部保護部の配置の際の位置決めにおいて、腰部保護部が骨盤の上部がかかるようにするための負担を軽減できる。背幅を２０ｃｍ以下とすることで、長時間の着用時の暑苦しさをより軽減することができる。こうした点を踏まえて、可動制限を最小限に抑えつつ、長時間の着用や作業性を確保するために、腰部保護部の背幅を前記範囲とすることが好ましい。また上記の観点から、背幅の下限が８ｃｍ以上であることがより好ましく、背幅の上限が１５ｃｍ以下であることがより好ましい。
　また、腰部保護部は、脊柱の位置を安定させるためボーンを備えることが好ましい。ここで、ボーンの素材は金属および樹脂などのいずれであってもよく、その形状もスパイラル状および短冊状ボーンなどのいずれであってもよい。
　また、腰部保護部は、腰部保護部の適切な位置を保持するために、腰部保護部の着用者側の面に滑り止めテープを備えることがさらに好ましい。ここで、滑り止めテープとは、例えば滑り止め効果を有する糸状弾性体がテープの長手方向に配向し突出するように付設されたものが例示される。
　また、本発明の下衣は、腰周部の後内側に、腰部保護部を着脱自在に固定する手段を有することが好ましい。ここで、腰部保護部を着脱自在に固定する手段とは、下衣の腰周部の後内側に配される第一の係止部などが挙げられる。第一の係止部が、腰部保護部が有する第二の係止部と着脱自在に係止され、腰部保護部が下衣の腰周部に固定されることで、着用者のさまざまな動作により腰部保護部がずりあがってくることが抑制される。ここで、第一の係止部および第二の係止部としては、一対の面ファスナー、一対のスナップボタンなどの一対のボタン類、一対のフック類または腰部保護部を通してそれを下衣の腰周部に着脱自在に固定するためのループなどを例示することができる。これらの手段は単独で用いることもできるし、これらの手段から複数の手段を選出し組み合わせて用いることもできる。
　さらに、上記の固定する手段が、腰部保護部を固定する位置を調整する手段を有するのが好ましい。ここで、図５は、腰部保護部を腰周部の着用者の身長方向の高い位置に固定した下衣の一実施形態を、腰周部付近部分が正面となるようにして見た斜視図である。この下衣では、腰部保護部１４が腰周部の着用者の身長方向の高い位置に固定されている。また、図６は、腰部保護部を腰周部の着用者の身長方向の低い位置に固定した下衣の一実施形態を、腰周部付近部分が正面となるようにして見た斜視図である。この下衣では、腰部保護部１４が腰周部の着用者の身長方向の低い位置に固定されている。すなわち、これらの下衣では、腰痛保護帯の腰部保護部を着用者の伸長方向の上下方向の所望の位置に固定するよう調整することができる。
　また、上記の固定手段としてループ、ボタン類またはフック類（以下、ループ等とする）を採用した場合、腰部保護部を固定する位置を調整する手段は、以下のものが例示できる。例えば、第一の係止部に一つのボタンが配され、第二の係止部に複数のボタン穴が配されており、複数のボタン穴は着用者の身長方向に並んで配されている態様が挙げられる。この形態においては、腰部保護部を所望の位置で固定するために、着用者は、一つのボタンを通すボタン穴を、複数あるボタン穴の中から一つ選ぶ。また、この調整する手段はこのような態様に限定されない。ボタンが複数あり、ボタン穴が一つの態様であっても良いし、ボタンとボタン穴とが、ともに複数ある態様であっても良いし、また、第一の係止部にボタン穴が配され、第二の係止部にボタンが配された態様であっても良い。
　また、上記の固定手段として面ファスナーを採用した場合、腰部保護部を固定する位置を調整する手段は、以下のものが例示できる。例えば、第一の係止部に一対の面ファスナーの一方が配され、第二の係止部に一対の面ファスナーの他方が配されており、第一の係止部例の面ファスナーの幅が着用者の身長方向に短く、第二の係止部例の面ファスナーの幅が着用者の身長方向に長い態様が挙げられる。この形態においては、腰部保護部を所望の位置で固定するために、着用者は、第一の係止部例の面ファスナーを、第二の係止部例の面ファスナーの着用者の身長方向における任意の位置に固定する。また、この調整する手段はこのような態様に限定されない。第一の係止部例の面ファスナーの幅が身長方向に長く、第二の係止部例の面ファスナーの幅が身長方向に短い態様であっても良いし、第一の係止部例と第二の係止部例の面ファスナーの両方の幅が、ともに身長方向に長い態様であっても良い。
　腰部保護部を配置し固定する位置を調整する手段のなかでも、腰部保護部の配置の位置を微調整し固定することができる観点から面ファスナーを用いることが好ましい。
　また、図７は、図６に示す下衣の腰周部の周辺部を第一の側部から見た側面図である。下衣の腰周部の周辺部の第一の側部では、腰痛保護帯のベルト部１５が第一の孔を通って、その一部が下衣の外側面に出ており、下衣の腰周部の前方面にて腰痛保護帯の一方の端部が腰痛保護帯の他方の端部と係止されている。
　図８は、本発明の下衣の別の実施形態を、腰周部付近部分が正面となるようにして見た斜視図である。この下衣は、後述する２つの補助ベルトを有する腰痛保護帯を装着するのに適しており、第一の孔３および第二の孔４に加えて、第一の孔３および第二の孔４から見て腰周部のより背部側に第三の孔１６および第四の孔１７を有している。
　図９は、図８に示す下衣の腰周部の周辺部を第一の側部から見た側面図である。この下衣は、第一の孔３に加えて、第一の孔３から見て腰周部のより背部側に第三の孔１６を有している。
　本発明の下衣に装着する腰痛保護帯は少なくとも一つの補助ベルトを有することが好ましい。補助ベルトの一方の端部は腰部保護部に固定されており、他方の端部には腰痛保護帯の着用者側に配される面の裏側の面と着脱自在に係止可能な係止部を有している。このような構成とすることで、着用者の腰部への着圧を調整する手段が増え、より細やかな着用者の腰部への着圧の調整が可能となる。
　図１０は、補助ベルトを有する腰痛保護帯の一実施形態を、その腰痛保護帯を下衣に装着した時に腰周部の内側面と向かい合う面から見た正面図である。ここで、腰周部の内側面とは、下衣を着用した際に、着用者側に配される腰周部の面をいう。腰痛保護帯１８は、腰部保護部、この腰部保護部の左右に配されたベルト部（第一のベルト部２８および第二のベルト部２９）、腰痛保護帯の第一のベルト部に配された第五の係止部１９、腰痛保護帯の第二のベルト部に配された第六の係止部２０、腰部保護部に配される第二の係止部２１および２つの補助ベルト（第一の補助ベルト２２および第二の補助ベルト２３）を有する。また、第一の補助ベルト２２の第一の端部は腰部保護部の中央部に固定されており、第一の補助ベルト２２の第二の端部は、その腰痛保護帯側の面に第七の係止部２４を有する。また、第二の補助ベルト２３の第一の端部は腰部保護部の中央部に固定されており、第二の補助ベルト２３の第二の端部は、その腰痛保護帯側の面に第八の係止部２５を有する。また、図１１は、図１０に示す腰痛保護帯を、その腰痛保護帯を下衣に装着した時に着用者側に配される面から見た正面図である。腰痛保護帯１８は、腰部保護部、この腰部保護部の左右に配されるベルト部（第一のベルト部および第二のベルト部）、第二のベルト部に配された第九の係止部２６、および、腰部保護部に配されたボーンを有する。なお、この形態の腰痛保護帯では、第二のベルト部の一方の面に第六の係止部が設けられており、第二のベルト部の他方の面に第九の係止部が設けられている。
　ここで、第五の係止部１９は上記の第九の係止部２６と着脱自在に係止させることができる。また、第五の係止部１９は第七の係止部２４と着脱自在に係止させることができる。さらに、第六の係止部２０は第八の係止部２５と着脱自在に係止させることができる。
　図１２は、図８に示す下衣に図１０に示す腰痛保護帯を装着したものの腰周部の周辺部分を第一の側部から見た側面図である。この下衣では、第一の補助ベルトの一部が第三の孔１６を通って下衣の外周面に出ている。そして、第一の補助ベルトが備える第七の係止部２４により、下衣の外周面に出た第一の補助ベルトの端部が腰痛保護帯の第一のベルト部が有する第五の係止部１９に着脱自在に係止されている。
　図１０では、第一の補助ベルトの第一の端部および第二の補助ベルトの第一の端部が腰部保護部の中央部に固定されている態様が図示されている。第一の補助ベルトの第一の端部および第二の補助ベルトの第一の端部の固定位置は着用者の腰部への着圧を調整することができれば特に限定されない。着用者の腰部への着圧の調整幅に優れるとの観点から、第一の補助ベルトの第一の端部および第二の補助ベルトの第一の端部は腰部保護部に固定されているのが好ましく、特に図１０に図示されるように腰部保護部の中央部に固定されているのがより好ましい。
　また、図１０では、第一の補助ベルトおよび第二の補助ベルトが腰部保護部の中央部を中心に左右に配置されているが、これも着用者の腰部への着圧を調整することができれば特に限定されない。例えば、腰周部の周回の長さの４分の１の長さの第一の補助ベルトおよび腰周部の周回の長さの４分の７の長さの第二の補助ベルトのそれぞれの第一の端部が腰部保護部の同一の位置に固定されており、腰部保護部の中央部を中心に第一の補助ベルトおよび第二の補助ベルトがともに左側に配されている態様であってもよい。この場合、第一の補助ベルトの第二の端部は第五の係止部に係止され、第二の補助ベルトの第二の端部は第六の係止部に係止される。なかでも構成をシンプルなものとし、腰部への着圧の調整のし易さに優れるとの観点からは、第一の補助ベルトおよび第二の補助ベルトが腰部保護部の中央部を中心に左右に配置されているのが好ましい。
　図１２に示す下衣は、第一の補助ベルトの第二の端部が腰痛保護帯の第一のベルト部が有する第五の係止部に係止されている。このような態様に限定されず、補助ベルトを高い伸張性を有する素材とするなどし、第一の補助ベルトの第二の端部をより腰周方向に引っ張って補助ベルトを伸長させ、第一の補助ベルトの端部が腰痛保護帯の第二のベルト部が有する第六の係止部に係止される態様としてもよい。
　ここで、図８に示す下衣は、図１０に示すような補助ベルトを有する腰痛保護帯を装着するのに適している。図１２に示すように、第一の補助ベルトの一部を第三の孔を通して腰周部の外側面に出すことで、図２に示す下衣の第一の孔から第一の補助ベルトの一部を腰周部の外側面に出した場合に比べ、補助ベルトによって腰部への着圧を調節する際に、着用者が掴むことができる補助ベルトの部分が多くなり、より容易に着圧の調整をおこなうことができる。
　また、図示しないが、第二の補助ベルトについても、第二の補助ベルトの一部を第四の孔を通して腰周部の外側面に出すことで、図２に示す下衣の第二の孔から第二の補助ベルトの一部を腰周部の外側面に出した場合に比べ、補助ベルトによって腰部への着圧を調節する際に、着用者が掴むことができる補助ベルトの部分が多くなり、より容易に着圧の調整をおこなうことができる。
　また、腰痛保護帯は補助ベルトを備えることで、着用者の腰部への着圧を調整することができる手段が１箇所から３箇所に増えるので、より細やかな着用者の腰部への着圧の調整が可能となる。
　図１３は、本発明の下衣の別の実施形態の腰周部付近部分を第一の側部から見た側面図である。この下衣は、図１に示す下衣に比べ、腰周部が備える第一の孔３が、着用者の身長方向のより低い箇所に設けられている。
　また、図１４は、図１３に示す下衣に図１０に示す腰痛保護帯を装着したものの腰周部の周辺部分を第一の側部から見た側面図である。腰周部が備える第一の孔３を通って、腰痛保護帯のベルト部の一部および補助ベルトの一部が腰周部の外側面に出ている。
　本発明の下衣は、その腰周部の一部に全部または一部にギャザー部を有してもよい。腰周部がギャザー部を有することで、布が膨らみ立体的になるので着用者の体のラインにそって腰部へのフィット性を高めることができる。ここで、ギャザー部の幅は、腰周方向の幅を２ｃｍ以上とすることが、ギャザー部による立体感を得る上で好ましい。また、腰周部の全部がギャザー部を有している形態も好ましく、ギャザー部の腰周り方向の幅に上限については特に制限されない。
　図１５は、本発明の下衣の別の実施形態を、腰周部付近部分が正面となるようにして見た斜視図である。この下衣は、その腰周部の背部側にギャザー部２７を有している。

Claims (10)

  1. 　少なくとも腰周部を有する下衣であって、前記腰周部は第一の孔および第二の孔を少なくとも有する下衣。
  2. 　腰部保護部を備える腰痛保護帯を有し、
    　前記腰部保護部が前記腰周部の後内側に配置され、
    　前記腰痛保護帯の一方の端部が前記第一の孔を通って前記腰周部の外側面に配置され、
    　前記腰痛保護帯の他方の端部が前記第二の孔を通って前記腰周部の外側面に配置され、
    　前記腰痛保護帯の一方の端部が前記腰痛保護帯の他方の端部と着脱自在に係止できるものである、請求項１に記載の下衣。
  3. 　前記腰周部の後内側に、前記腰部保護部を着脱自在に固定する手段を有する、請求項２に記載の下衣。
  4. 　前記固定する手段が、前記腰部保護部の固定する位置を調整する手段を有する、請求項３に記載の下衣。
  5. 　前記腰周部に少なくとも１つのベルトループを有する、請求項１～４のいずれかに記載の下衣。
  6. 　前記ベルトループの腰周方向の幅が１～５cmであり、前記ベルトループの腰周方向に垂直な方向の幅が２．５～２０．５ｃｍである、請求項５記載の下衣。
  7. 　前記腰周部に第三の孔および第四の孔を有し、
    　前記第三の孔および前記第四の孔が、前記第一の孔および第二に孔よりも前記腰周部のより背部側に配されている、請求項１～６のいずれかに記載の下衣。
  8. 　前記腰痛保護帯の第一の面が、前記腰周部の内側面と向かい合っており、
    　前記腰痛保護帯が、前記腰痛保護帯の第一の面に向かって前記腰部保護部の左側に配される第一のベルト部と、前記腰痛保護帯の第一の面に向かって前記腰部保護部の右側に配される第二のベルト部と、前記腰痛保護帯の第一の面に第一の補助ベルトおよび第二の補助ベルトと、を有し、
    　前記第一のベルト部が第五の係止部を有し、
    　前記第二のベルト部が第六の係止部を有し、
    　前記第一の補助ベルトは、その第一の端部が前記腰部保護部に固定され、その第二の端部が前記第三の孔を通って前記腰周部の外側面に配されており、
    　前記第二の補助ベルトは、その第一の端部が前記腰部保護部に固定され、その第二の端部が前記第四の孔を通って前記腰周部の外側面に配されており、
    　前記第一の補助ベルトの第二の端部は、前記第五の係止部または前記第六の係止部と着脱自在に係止可能な第七の係止部を有し、
    　前記第二の補助ベルトの第二の端部は、前記第五の係止部または前記第六の係止部と着脱自在に係止可能な第八の係止部を有する、請求項７に記載の下衣。
  9. 　前記腰周部の全部または一部にギャザー部を有する、請求項１～８のいずれかに記載の下衣。
  10. 　前記ギャザー部の、腰周方向の幅が２ｃｍ以上である、請求項９に記載の下衣。
