手術室IDが「OP1」の手術室8には、ICタグリーダIDが「TAG1」の第1のICタグリーダ3と、ICタグリーダIDが「TAG2」の第2のICタグリーダ5とが対応付けられている。第1のICタグリーダ3は、手術室8の出入り口8aに固定的に設置されている。第2のICタグリーダ5は、手術室8内の所定の場所(投与が実行される製剤のICタグを読み取り可能な場所)に設置されている。
また、第1のICタグリーダ3には、警告灯IDが「PT1」の第1の警告灯4が対応付けられており、第2のICタグリーダ5には、警告灯IDが「PT2」の第2の警告灯6が対応付けられている。
第1のICタグリーダ3から製剤の製剤IDを受信していない場合、ステップS3においてNOと判定されて、処理はステップS6に移行する。
一方、第1のICタグリーダ3から製剤の製剤IDを受信した場合、ステップS3においてYESと判定されて、処理はステップS4に移行する。
受信した製剤IDが患者IDと適合しない場合(つまり、受信した製剤IDによって識別される製剤が「不適合の製剤」である場合)、ステップS4においてNOと判定されて、処理はステップS10に移行する。
一方、受信した製剤IDが患者IDと適合している場合(つまり、受信した製剤IDによって識別される製剤が「適合した製剤」である場合)ステップS4においてYESと判定されて、処理はステップS5に移行する。
第2のICタグリーダ5から製剤の製剤IDを受信していない場合、ステップS6においてNOと判定されて、処理はステップS9に移行する。
一方、第2のICタグリーダ5から製剤の製剤IDを受信した場合、ステップS6においてYESと判定されて、処理はステップS7に移行する。
受信した製剤IDが患者IDと適合しないと判定された場合(つまり、受信した製剤IDによって識別される製剤が、患者に対応するものでない、あるいは使用期限が切れている等、投与が実行されるべき製剤ではない場合)、ステップS7においてNOと判定されて、処理はステップS11に移行する。
一方、受信した製剤IDが患者IDと適合している判定された場合(つまり、受信した製剤IDによって識別される製剤が、投与が実行されるべき製剤である場合)、ステップS7においてYESと判定されて、処理はステップS8に移行する。
製剤管理処理の終了条件が充足した場合、ステップS9においてYESと判定されて、製剤管理処理は終了となる。
なお、これにより、投与情報登録部32により手術室8に対応付けられていた製剤、及び患者に関する情報がリセットされる。即ち、投与情報管理テーブル51の手術室ID「OP1」に対応付けられていた製剤ID512「A」、患者ID「0001」、搬入状況514「1」、及び使用状況515「0」がリセットされる。
一方、製剤管理処理の終了条件が充足していないと判定された場合、ステップS9においてNOと判定されて、処理はステップS3に移行する。
このとき、信号出力部35が、いずれかの警告灯に対して製剤が不適合であることを示す報知指示信号を送信する場合には、表示画面71全体を識別表示すること(画面全体を赤色に網掛けする等)もできる。
これにより、作業者は製剤のICタグを第1のICタグリーダ3あるいは第2のICタグリーダ5にかざすだけで、製剤の適否を確認することができる。即ち、作業者は、第1のICタグリーダ3あるいは第2のICタグリーダ5に非接触で製剤のICタグを読み取らせ、読み取られたICタグのデータに基づく判定結果を第1の警告灯4あるいは第2の警告灯6に出力させることができる。つまり、作業者は、製剤を照合するにあたり、消毒が行われていないバーコードリーダ等を手術室8内で取り扱う必要がない。そのため、手術室8において医療行為を行う際の作業性を高めることができる。また、製剤の適否の判定結果が第1の警告灯4あるいは第2の警告灯6によって報知されるため、わかりやすい形態で、複数の関係者に製剤の適否を知らせることができ、製剤の適否を確認する際の確実性を高めることができる。さらに、手術等を行う際の各段階に応じて適切に製剤の適否を確認することができるため、手術室8内に搬入される製剤の適切性を高めることができる。そのため、手術室8内において、製剤を使用するに際して、その製剤が使用できないと判明することによる手術や治療の遅れ、あるいは効率の低下を防ぐことができる。また、医療施設における製剤を統合的に管理できるため、1つの不具合が生じた場合に、関連する箇所に影響する以前に注意喚起することができ、より適切に医療施設を運営することが可能となる。
したがって、製剤管理システム1によれば、製剤をより適切に管理することが可能となる。
上記実施形態において、製剤情報管理テーブル41のデータを製剤管理サーバ2において登録することとしたが、医療施設に製剤を納入する製剤メーカによって製剤情報管理テーブル41のデータを生成し、製剤管理サーバ2に提供することとしてもよい。即ち、製剤メーカは、医療施設に納入する製剤について、製剤の名称、種類、使用期限、及び納品日等のデータを保有していることから、これを利用することで、医療施設における登録時の誤入力等を防ぎ、製剤をより適切に管理することが可能となる。
本発明の実施形態によれば、以下のような作用効果が得られる。
製剤管理サーバ2は、医療施設における製剤に関する情報が記憶された製剤情報管理テーブル41と、患者に対する製剤の投与に関する情報が記憶された投与情報管理テーブル51と、製剤情報管理テーブル41に記憶された医療施設における製剤に関する情報と、投与情報管理テーブルに記憶された患者に対する製剤の投与に関する情報と、第1のICタグリーダ3または第2のICタグリーダ5で読み取られた製剤のICタグのデータとに基づいて、製剤の適否を判定する製剤情報判定部34と、製剤情報判定部34の判定結果に基づいて、当該製剤のICタグのデータを読み取った第1のICタグリーダ3または第2のICタグリーダ5と対応付けられた第1の警告灯4または第2の警告灯6を点灯させる信号を出力する信号出力部35と、を有する。
この構成によれば、製剤管理サーバ2は、製剤が手術室8に搬入される段階、及び、製剤が手術室8内に搬入され投与が実行される段階において、製剤の適否を判定することができる。そして、製剤管理サーバ2は、製剤管理サーバ2による判定結果を、第1の警告灯4及び第2の警告灯6に出力させることができる。
これにより、作業者は製剤のICタグを第1のICタグリーダ3あるいは第2のICタグリーダ5にかざすだけで、製剤の適否を確認することができる。即ち、作業者は、第1のICタグリーダ3あるいは第2のICタグリーダ5に非接触で製剤のICタグを読み取らせ、読み取られたICタグのデータに基づく判定結果を第1の警告灯4あるいは第2の警告灯6に出力させることができる。つまり、作業者は、製剤を照合するにあたり、消毒が行われていないバーコードリーダ等を手術室8内で取り扱う必要がない。そのため、手術室8において医療行為を行う際の作業性を高めることができる。また、製剤の適否の判定結果が第1の警告灯4あるいは第2の警告灯6によって報知されるため、わかりやすい形態で、複数の関係者に製剤の適否を知らせることができ、製剤の適否を確認する際の確実性を高めることができる。さらに、手術等を行う際の各段階に応じて適切に製剤の適否を確認することができるため、手術室8内に搬入される製剤の適切性を高めることができる。そのため、手術室8内において、製剤を使用するに際して、その製剤が使用できないと判明することによる手術や治療の遅れ、あるいは効率の低下を防ぐことができる。
したがって、製剤をより適切に管理することが可能となる。
また、投与情報管理テーブルでは、患者に対する製剤の投与に関する情報として、患者を識別するための患者IDと、患者に投与する製剤を識別するための製剤IDと、患者に製剤が投与される手術室を識別する手術室IDとが少なくとも対応付けて記憶される。
これにより、製剤の種類及び使用期限等が管理された製剤を、製剤が投与される手術室及び患者と対応付けて、より適切に管理することができる。
これにより、患者の手術等が行われる手術室に、不適切な製剤が搬入される可能性を低下させることができる。
これにより、1つの不具合が生じた場合に、関連する箇所に影響する以前に注意喚起することができ、より適切に医療施設を運営することが可能となる。
これにより、医療施設における複数の手術室における製剤の管理をより適切に行うことが可能となる。
即ち、上述の処理を実行できる機能が製剤管理システム1に備えられていればよく、この機能を実現するためにどのような機能構成及びハードウェア構成とするかは上述の例に限定されない。
上述の処理をソフトウェアにより実行させる場合には、そのソフトウェアを構成するプログラムが、コンピュータにネットワークや記憶媒体からインストールされる。
Claims (7)
- 医療施設において使用される製剤に関する情報を管理する製剤管理サーバと、
手術室の出入り口に固定的に設置される第1のICタグリーダと、前記手術室の出入り口に固定的に設置され、前記第1のICタグリーダに対応付けられた第1の警告灯と、
前記手術室内に搬入され、投与が実行される製剤のICタグを読み取り可能な所定の場所に設置される第2のICタグリーダと、前記手術室内において前記製剤の投与が実行される場所に設置され、前記第2のICタグリーダに対応付けられた第2の警告灯と、を備え、
前記製剤管理サーバは、
前記医療施設における製剤に関する情報が記憶された製剤情報記憶手段と、
患者に対する前記製剤の投与に関する情報が記憶された投与情報記憶手段と、
前記製剤情報記憶手段に記憶された前記医療施設における製剤に関する情報と、前記投与情報記憶手段に記憶された前記患者に対する前記製剤の投与に関する情報と、前記第1のICタグリーダまたは前記第2のICタグリーダで読み取られた前記製剤のICタグのデータとに基づいて、前記製剤の適否を判定する製剤情報判定手段と、
前記製剤情報判定手段の判定結果に基づいて、当該製剤のICタグのデータを読み取った前記第1のICタグリーダまたは前記第2のICタグリーダと対応付けられた前記第1の警告灯または前記第2の警告灯を点灯させる信号を出力する信号出力手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする製剤管理システム。 - 前記製剤情報記憶手段は、前記製剤に関する情報として、前記製剤を識別するための製剤IDと、前記製剤の種類と、前記製剤の使用期限とを少なくとも対応付けて記憶し、
前記投与情報記憶手段は、前記患者に対する前記製剤の投与に関する情報として、患者を識別するための患者IDと、患者に投与する製剤を識別するための製剤IDと、患者に前記製剤が投与される手術室を識別する手術室IDとを少なくとも対応付けて記憶していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製剤管理システム。 - 前記製剤情報判定手段は、前記第1のICタグリーダから前記患者IDを受信することに対応して、当該第1のICタグリーダが設置されている前記手術室を当該患者に割り当てることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の製剤管理システム。
- 前記製剤情報判定手段は、前記第1のICタグリーダまたは前記第2のICタグリーダで前記製剤のICタグが読み取られた前記製剤の判定結果が不適合である場合に、前記投与情報記憶手段に記憶された前記患者に対する前記製剤の投与に関する情報に基づいて、当該製剤に関係する患者または手術室に関する注意喚起の表示を行うことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の製剤管理システム。
- 前記第1のICタグリーダ及び前記第1の警告灯と、前記第2のICタグリーダ及び前記第2の警告灯を複数の前記手術室それぞれに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の製剤管理システム。
- 医療施設において使用される製剤に関する情報を管理する製剤管理サーバと、
手術室の出入り口に固定的に設置される第1のICタグリーダと、前記手術室の出入り口に固定的に設置され、前記第1のICタグリーダに対応付けられた第1の警告灯と、
前記手術室内に搬入され、投与が実行される製剤のICタグを読み取り可能な所定の場所に設置される第2のICタグリーダと、前記手術室内において前記製剤の投与が実行される場所に設置され、前記第2のICタグリーダに対応付けられた第2の警告灯と、を備え、
前記製剤管理サーバが、
前記医療施設における製剤に関する情報が記憶された製剤情報記憶手段と、
患者に対する前記製剤の投与に関する情報が記憶された投与情報記憶手段と、を備える製剤管理システムにおいて実行される製剤管理方法であって、
前記製剤情報記憶手段に記憶された前記医療施設における製剤に関する情報と、前記投与情報記憶手段に記憶された前記患者に対する前記製剤の投与に関する情報と、前記第1のICタグリーダまたは前記第2のICタグリーダで読み取られた前記製剤のICタグのデータとに基づいて、前記製剤の適否を判定する製剤情報判定ステップと、
前記製剤情報判定ステップにおける判定結果に基づいて、当該製剤のICタグのデータを読み取った前記第1のICタグリーダまたは前記第2のICタグリーダと対応付けられた前記第1の警告灯または前記第2の警告灯を点灯させる信号を出力する信号出力ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする製剤管理方法。 - 医療施設において使用される製剤に関する情報を管理する製剤管理サーバと、
手術室の出入り口に固定的に設置される第1のICタグリーダと、前記手術室の出入り口に固定的に設置され、前記第1のICタグリーダに対応付けられた第1の警告灯と、
前記手術室内に搬入され、投与が実行される製剤のICタグを読み取り可能な所定の場所に設置される第2のICタグリーダと、前記手術室内において前記製剤の投与が実行される場所に設置され、前記第2のICタグリーダに対応付けられた第2の警告灯と、を備え、
前記製剤管理サーバが、
前記医療施設における製剤に関する情報が記憶された製剤情報記憶手段と、
患者に対する前記製剤の投与に関する情報が記憶された投与情報記憶手段と、を備える製剤管理システムの前記製剤管理サーバを制御するコンピュータに、
前記製剤情報記憶手段に記憶された前記医療施設における製剤に関する情報と、前記投与情報記憶手段に記憶された前記患者に対する前記製剤の投与に関する情報と、前記第1のICタグリーダまたは前記第2のICタグリーダで読み取られた前記製剤のICタグのデータとに基づいて、前記製剤の適否を判定する製剤情報判定機能と、
前記製剤情報判定機能の判定結果に基づいて、当該製剤のICタグのデータを読み取った前記第1のICタグリーダまたは前記第2のICタグリーダと対応付けられた前記第1の警告灯または前記第2の警告灯を点灯させる信号を出力する信号出力機能と、
を実現させることを特徴とするプログラム。
