本发明中由于液压油缸和传动肘杆均安装在剪板机外侧与刀架立柱外缘对应的高度范围之内,跟传统的液压闸式剪板机油缸装配位置于机架顶部相比,整机的外形高度大大降低,机身高度降低了,重心也相应降低,稳定性则大大提高,配在开卷矫平线做跟踪剪使用时移动惯量小,移动跟踪动力消耗小、剪切定长精度高。
本发明中液压油缸通过肘杆驱动活动刀架运动的机构形成一组完整的省力杠杆结构,肘杆与立柱活动刀架的连接点以及肘杆在立柱上的旋转支点之间为杠杆的阻力臂,肘杆在立柱上的旋转支点以及肘杆与油缸连接点之间为杠杆动力臂,根据杠杆原理,所需液压油缸推力即为剪切负荷的50%,也就是说本发明中液压油缸可以以很小的输出力顶推肘杆带动活动刀架运动。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种液压肘杆传动闸式剪板机,包括机架和液压系统,机架的两立柱之间设置三组导轨轮,三组导轨轮之间连接有活动刀架,活动刀架上设有刀片,其特征在于:导轨轮均固定连接在两立柱的上端或者下端之间,在所述两立柱外侧设置所述液压系统并与液压系统连接,液压系统通过肘杆连接所述活动刀架;肘杆贯穿立柱并且能够以肘杆与立柱的连接处为支点旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液压肘杆传动闸式剪板机,其特征在于,所述肘杆与活动刀架之间通过曲柄连杆连接,曲柄连杆设有偏心轮,偏心轮上设有关节轴承,所述肘杆与活动刀架之间通过关节轴承连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的液压肘杆传动闸式剪板机,其特征在于,所述液压系统包括两个液压油缸,两液压油缸分别设置在两立柱外侧,液压油缸的缸体底端设置在立柱上与活动刀架设置端相反的一端并且与立柱固定连接;液压油缸的活塞杆连接所述肘杆的一端;肘杆另一端连接所述曲柄连杆。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的液压肘杆传动闸式剪板机,其特征在于,机架上设有固定刀架,固定刀架贴靠机架的墙板并且与机架的墙板一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的液压肘杆传动闸式剪板机,其特征在于,所述两个液压油缸串联连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的液压肘杆传动闸式剪板机,其特征在于,机架固定刀片前方的操作面上设有尾板夹送机构,所述尾板夹送机构包括支架、支架上设有压下油缸,压下油缸下方连接夹送辊,夹送辊上连接有减速电机。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的液压肘杆传动闸式剪板机,其特征在于,所述机架还包括压料梁,所述尾板夹送机构安装在压料梁的外侧。
