Claims (20)
- 통신망과 연결되어 데이터를 송수신하는 통신부;상기 통신부를 통해 판매자 단말기로부터 수신한 상품 정보를 저장하는 메모리부; 및상기 통신부를 통해 구매자 단말기로부터 상기 메모리부에 저장된 상품에 대한 가격 할인 요청 신호를 수신할 때, 상기 상품의 가격을 할인할 수 있는 쿠폰(이하 '가격 할인 쿠폰')을 획득하기 위한 가격 흥정 게임을 상기 구매자 단말기와 진행하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 상품 정보에 포함된 상품 판매 가격을 게임 시작 점수로 설정하고,상기 상품 판매 가격과 연계된 게임 성공 기준 점수 또는 게임 성공 기준 점수 범위를 상기 구매자 단말기에 제공하고,상기 구매자 단말기로부터 게임 진행 신호를 수신할 때마다 상기 게임 시작 점수에서부터 순차적으로 내려간 점수(이하 '게임 진행 점수')를 상기 구매자 단말기에게 제공하고,상기 게임 진행 점수가 상기 게임 성공 기준 점수와 일치하거나 또는 상기 게임 성공 기준 점수 범위에 포함될 때 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 성공으로 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 게임 성공 기준 점수 또는 게임 성공 기준 점수 범위를 상기 상품 판매 가격을 기준으로 미리 설정된 범위 내에서 랜덤하게 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 구매자 단말기로부터 게임 진행 신호를 수신할 때마다 상기 상품 판매 가격을 기준으로 미리 설정된 범위 내에서 랜덤하게 차감 점수를 선택하고,상기 게임 시작 점수 또는 직전 게임 진행 점수에서 상기 차감 점수를 차감하여 게임 진행 점수를 산출하고,상기 산출된 게임 진행 점수를 상기 구매자 단말기에게 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 구매자 단말기로부터 게임 진행 신호를 수신할 때마다 상기 상품 판매 가격을 기준으로 미리 설정된 범위 내에서 적어도 2이상의 차감 점수를 선택하고,상기 2이상의 차감 점수가 미리 설정된 속도에 의해 상기 구매자 단말기의 화면에 랜덤하게 또는 순서대로 표시되도록 제어하고,상기 구매자 단말기로부터 선택 신호를 수신했을 때 상기 구매자 단말기에 표시된 차감 점수를 상기 게임 시작 점수 또는 직전 게임 진행 점수에서 차감하여 게임 진행 점수를 산출하고,상기 산출된 게임 진행 점수를 상기 구매자 단말기에게 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 가격 흥정 게임을 성공으로 판정했을 때, 상기 구매자 단말기로부터 수신된 선택 신호에 의해 미리 설정된 금액의 가격 할인 쿠폰을 구매자 단말기에게 제공하거나 또는 상기 미리 설정된 금액의 가격 할인 쿠폰보다 더 많은 금액의 가격 할인이 가능한 가격 할인 쿠폰 획득을 위한 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 상기 구매자 단말기와 다시 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 구매자 단말기로부터 수신된 선택 신호에 의해 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 다시 진행할 때, 미리 설정된 대기 시간이 지난 후에 상기 구매자 단말기와 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 구매자 단말기로부터 수신된 선택 신호에 의해 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 다시 진행할 때, 미리 설정된 광고를 상기 구매자 단말기에 제공하고,상기 광고의 시청이 완료된 이후에 상기 구매자 단말기와 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 구매자 단말기로부터 수신된 선택 신호에 의해 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 다시 진행할 때, 상기 구매자 단말기로부터 미리 설정된 아이템 사용 신호에 의해 대기 시간 없이 상기 구매자 단말기와 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 게임 진행 점수가 상기 게임 성공 기준 점수보다 적거나 또는 상기 게임 성공 기준 점수 범위의 하한 점수보다 적을 때 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 실패로 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가격 흥정 게임은 성공할 때마다 할인 비율이 증가한 가격 할인 쿠폰을 제공하는 단계별 게임이고,상기 제어부는,상기 통신부를 통해 구매자 단말기로부터 상기 메모리부에 저장된 상품에 대한 가격 할인 요청 신호를 수신할 때, 각 단계별 제공되는 가격 할인 쿠폰의 할일 비율을 정보를 상기 구매자 단말기에게 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 통신부를 통해 구매자 단말기로부터 상기 메모리부에 저장된 상품에 대한 가격 할인 요청 신호를 수신할 때,상기 상품 정보에 포함된 상품 판매 가격을 게임 시작 점수로 설정하고,상기 상품 판매 가격과 연계된 각 단계별 게임 성공 기준 점수 또는 각 단계별 게임 성공 기준 점수 범위를 상기 구매자 단말기에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 통신부를 통해 구매자 단말기로부터 상기 메모리부에 저장된 상품에 대한 가격 할인 요청 신호를 수신할 때, 미리 설정된 광고를 상기 구매자 단말기에 제공하고, 상기 광고의 시청이 완료된 이후에 상기 구매자 단말기와 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,상기 구매자 단말기로부터 미리 설정된 아이템 사용 신호를 수신할 때, 상기 구매자 단말기와 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 메모리부에는, 상기 상품에 대한 가격 흥정 게임의 시작 시간이 더 저장되어 있고,상기 제어부는, 상기 시작 시간 이후에 가격 할인 요청 신호가 수신된 구매자 단말기와 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 메모리부에는, 상기 상품에 대한 가격 흥정 게임의 종료 시간이 더 저장되어 있고,상기 제어부는, 상기 종료 시간 이전까지 가격 할인 요청 신호가 수신된 구매자 단말기와 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,2이상의 구매자 단말기와 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 진행할 때, 상기 2이상의 구매자 단말기 중 상기 가격 흥정 게임을 성공을 성공하여 상기 가격 할인 쿠폰을 선택하는 신호를 먼저 전송한 구매자 단말기에게 상기 상품을 판매하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 메모리부에 저장된 상품 정보는, 상품의 수량에 대한 정보를 더 포함하고,상기 제어부는, 상기 상품의 수량이 전부 판매되었을 때, 상기 가격 흥정 게임의 진행을 종료하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는,광고주 단말기로부터 상기 메모리부에 저장된 상품을 구매하는 구매 신호를 수신했을 때, 상기 광고주 단말기가 구매한 상품을 상기 가격 흥정 게임의 대상이 되는 상품으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 장치.
- (a) 통신망과 연결되어 데이터를 송수신하는 통신부를 통해 판매자 단말기로부터 수신한 상품 정보를 저장하는 단계;(b) 상기 통신부를 통해 구매자 단말기로부터 상기 저장된 상품에 대한 가격 할인 요청 신호를 수신하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 상품의 가격을 할인할 수 있는 쿠폰을 획득하기 위한 가격 흥정 게임을 상기 구매자 단말기와 진행하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온라인 마켓 서비스 제공 방법.
