할인율 추첨 쿠폰 이용 시스템 및 방법
본 발명은 쿠폰 이용 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로는 쿠폰 이용시 그 할인율이 즉석에서 추첨되는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 발행하여 사용하고 이를 교환할 수도 있도록 구성되는 쿠폰 이용 시스템 및 방법 에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 스마트 폰에 쿠폰을 발급받아 저장하고, 이를 커피숍, 음식점, 영화관, 마트, 백화점 등 다양한 곳에서 할인받아 이용하도록 되어 있다.
공개특허공보 제10-2010-0007063호는 모바일 쿠폰을 발급받아 이용하는 시스템에 대하여 개시하고 있다.
또한, 공개특허공보 제10-2009-0127396호는 이러한 모바일 쿠폰을 다양한 포인트로 변환하여 이용할 수 있도록 하는 시스템에 대하여 개시되어 있다.
이처럼 스마트 폰을 이용한 모바일 쿠폰은 이미 실생활에 녹아들어 매우 자연스럽게 이용되고 있다.
그런데, 이러한 모바일 쿠폰 내지는 전자쿠폰의 발행이 성행함에 따라, 마케팅 또는 프로모션의 차원에서 쿠폰의 발행이 남발되기도 한다. 사용자의 입장에서도 쿠폰을 쉽게 발급받을 수 있어서 이용하지 않더라도 무조건 쿠폰을 발급받아 저장하고 보는 경우도 많이 있다.
그리고 쿠폰 경쟁적 발행에 따라 사업자의 입장에서도 경쟁 심화에 따른 매출의 감소와 이익의 감소를 감수하여야 하는 구조적 문제점이 있다.
이에, 사업자에게는 어느 정도 감내할 수준의 쿠폰 발행을 유지하도록 할 필요가 있으며, 소비자 즉 사용자의 입장에서는 꼭 필요한 쿠폰을 발급받아 이용하고 필요에 따라 더 높은 수준의 할인율을 누려 소비를 즐기게 할 필요가 있다.

즉, 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 교환 서버(150)는 사용자들이 각자의 사용자 단말에 저장한 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 더 이상 사용하고자 하지 않을 때에는, 이를 업로드받아 공지/게시하고, 필요한 사용자가 이를 다운로드받아 이용할 수 있도록 지원하는 기능을 수행한다. 한정된 개수로 발행된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰이 사용되지 않은 채 사장되는 것을 방지하고, 이를 꼭 필요한 사람에게 다시 재분배하도록 구성된다. 이는 사용자의 쿠폰 사용을 활성화하고 합리적인 소비를 돕는 기능을 한다.
여기에서, 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 교환 서버(150)는 원하는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 사용자가 언제든지 무료로 다운로드받도록 구성될 수도 있으나, 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 교환 서버(150)에서 다운로드받고자 할 때에는 자신의 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 업로드해야 다른 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 다운로드받을 수 있도록 제한 설정을 두도록 구성될 수도 있다.
도 2a 내지 도 2i는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 사용자 단말의 동작 화면 예시도이다.
도 2a는 사용자가 사용자 단말(130)상에서 사용자가 원하는 매장을 선택하는 인터페이스 화면을 도시하고 있다. 그리고 도 2b는 사용자가 사용자 단말(130)상에서사용자가 원하는 매장을 선택하여 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 다운로드하는 인터페이스 화면이다.
도 2c는 사용자가 다운로드하여 저장한 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 도시하고 있다. 도 2d에서 사용자는 그 중 하나의 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 선택하는 것을 나타내며, 도 2e에서는 즉석 추첨에 의해 무료 쿠폰이 추첨된 것을 나타내고 있다.
사용자가 사용하기 버튼을 누르면 도 2f에서 매장 비밀 번호를 입력하기 위한 팝업(pop-up)창이 도시되고, 매장 직원이 비밀 번호를 입력하면, 할인율 추첨 쿠폰이 인증되어 도 2g에서와 같이 해당 쿠폰의 사용이 완료된다. 물론, 결제시에 POS 단말(140)에서 이를 인식하여 결제에 반영한다.
도 2h는 사용자가 이러한 할인율 추첨 쿠폰의 사용시마다 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버(120)로부터 획득한 아이템 카드가 사용자 단말(130)에 보유되어 있는 것을 나타내는 화면이다.
도 2i에서 보듯이 사용자가 아이템 카드를 사용하면 즉석 재추첨을 할 수 있는 기회가 한 번 더 주어진다. 여기서, 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 다시 받도록 구성될 수도 있으나, 이미 다운로드한 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 즉석 재추첨하도록 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 POS 단말의 동작 화면 예시도이다.
도 3을 참조하면, POS 단말(140)에서 사용자 단말(130)을 인식하면, 사용자 정보와 함께 사용자 단말(130)에 저장된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰이 표시되는 것을 나타낸다. 여기에서, 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 선택하여 이용하도록 구성될 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 이용 방법의 흐름도이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 사업자 서버(110)가 상품 또는 서비스의 할인율과 할인율을 적용할 상품 또는 서비스의 개수를 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버(120)로 송신한다(S101).
다음으로, 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버(120)가 할인율 및 개수를 수신하고 수신된 할인율 및 개수에 상당하는 매출액을 산출한다(S102).
다음으로, 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버(120)가 앞서 수신된 할인율보다 5%씩 높아지거나 또는 10%씩 높아지는 변경 할인율을 적용할 때 앞서 산출된 매출액에 상응하도록 해당 변경 할인율의 적용 개수를 산출한다(S103).
이때, 앞서 수신된 할인율보다 5%씩 또는 10%씩 높은 할인율을 갖는 각 할인율 추첨 쿠폰과 소정 할인율을 갖는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰에 따른 매출액이 상기 산출된 매출액과 동일하도록 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
다음으로, 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버(120)가 상품 또는 서비스에 대하여 앞서 산출된 적용 개수의 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 발행하여 사용자 단말(130)로 제공한다(S104).
다음으로, 사용자 단말(130)이 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버(120)가 발행하여 제공하는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 다운로드하여 저장한다(S105).
다음으로, 사용자 단말(130)이 앞서 저장된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰의 사용 요청을 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버(120)로 송신한다(S106).
다음으로, 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버(120)가 사용자 단말(130)로부터 사용 요청을 수신하는 경우 할인율 추첨 쿠폰에 대한 변경 할인율 및 적용 개수의 범위 내에서 즉석 추첨을 하여 즉석 추첨된 변경 할인율을 사용자 단말(130)로 송신한다(S107).
다음으로, 사용자 단말(130)이 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버(120)로부터 할인율 추첨 쿠폰의 변경 할인율을 수신하여 표시한다(S108).
여기서, 사용자 단말(130)이 할인율 추첨 쿠폰의 사용률에 따라 미리 획득하여 저장한 아이템 카드(item card)를 소모하여 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버(120)로 상기 즉석 추첨에 의한 변경 할인율을 취소하고 즉석 재추첨을 하도록 요청하도록 구성될 수 있다. 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버(120)는 즉석 재추첨에 의해 새로운 변경 할인율을 사용자 단말(130)로 제공할 수 있다.
다음으로, 사용자 단말(130)이 앞서 표시된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰이 적용되는 매장의 비밀 번호를 매장 직원으로부터 입력받아 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 사용을 인증받는다(S109).
다음으로, POS(point of sale) 단말(140)이 사용자 단말(130)에 표시된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 인식하고 인식된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰의 변경 할인율을 적용하여 결제를 수행한다(S110).
다음으로, 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 교환 서버(150)는 제1 사용자가 제1 사용자의 사용자 단말(130)에 다운로드하여 저장한 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 중 제1 사용자가 교환하고자 하는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 수신하여 게시한다(S111).
다음으로, 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 교환 서버(150)는 제2 사용자의 사용자 단말(130)로부터 수신되어 게시된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 중 제1 사용자가 원하는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 제1 사용자의 사용자 단말(130)로 송신하여 교환 처리한다(S112).
이상 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야의 숙련된 당업자는 하기의 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명은 쿠폰 이용 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 인터넷을 이용하여 쿠폰을 발행하는 쿠폰 발생사업에 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 상품 또는 서비스의 할인율과 상기 할인율을 적용할 상품 또는 서비스의 개수를 송신하는 다수의 사업자 서버;
    상기 할인율과 개수를 수신하여 할인율 및 개수에 따른 매출액을 산출하고, 상기 수신된 할인율보다 5%씩 또는 10%씩 높은 변경 할인율을 적용할 때 상기 산출된 매출액에 상응하도록 해당 변경 할인율의 적용 개수를 산출하고, 상기 상품 또는 서비스에 대하여 상기 산출된 적용 개수의 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 발행하여 제공하고, 상기 제공된 할인율 추천 쿠폰의 사용 요청을 수신하는 경우 상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰에 대한 변경 할인율 및 적용 개수의 범위 내에서 즉석 추첨을 하여 즉석 추첨된 변경 할인율을 송신하는 할인율추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버;
    상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버가 발행하여 제공하는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 다운로드하여 저장하고 저장된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰의 사용 요청을 상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버로 송신하고, 상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버로부터 상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰의 변경 할인율을 수신하여 표시하고, 표시된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰이 적용되는 매장의 비밀 번호를 입력받아 상기 변경 할인율을 적용받도록 구성되는 사용자 단말;
    상기 사용자 단말에 표시된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 인식하고 인식된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰의 변경 할인율을 적용하여 결제를 수행하는 POS(point of sale) 단말을 포함하는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 이용 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말은,
    상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰의 사용률에 따라 아이템 카드(item card)를 상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버로부터 획득하여 저장하고, 저장된 아이템 카드를 소모하여 상기 즉석 추첨에 의한 변경 할인율을 취소하고 즉석 재추첨을 요청하고,
    상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버는,
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 요청된 즉석 재추첨에 따라 즉석 재추첨된 변경 할인율을 상기 사용자 단말로 송신하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 이용 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    제1 사용자가 원하지 않는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 상기 제1 사용자의 사용자 단말로부터 수신하여 게시하고, 제2 사용자의 사용자 단말로부터 수신되어 게시된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 중 상기 제1 사용자가 원하는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 상기 제1 사용자의 사용자 단말로 송신하여 교환 처리하도록 구성되는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 교환 서버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 이용 시스템.
  4. 사업자 서버가 상품 또는 서비스의 할인율과 상기 할인율을 적용할 상품 또는 서비스의 개수를 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버로 송신하는 단계;
    상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버가 상기 할인율 및 개수를 수신하고 수신된 할인율 및 개수에 상당하는 매출액을 산출하는 단계;
    상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버가 상기 수신된 할인율보다 5%씩 높아지거나 또는 10%씩 높아지는 변경 할인율을 적용할 때 상기 산출된 매출액에 상응하도록 해당 변경 할인율의 적용 개수를 산출하는 단계;
    상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버가 상기 상품 또는 서비스에 대하여 상기 산출된 적용 개수의 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 발행하여 사용자 단말로 제공하는 단계;
    상기 사용자 단말이 상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버가 발행하여 제공하는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 다운로드하여 저장하는 단계;
    상기 사용자 단말이 상기 저장된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰의 사용 요청을 상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버로 송신하는 단계;
    상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버가 상기 사용자 단말로부터 사용 요청을 수신하는 경우 상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰에 대한 변경 할인율 및 적용 개수의 범위 내에서 즉석 추첨을 하여 즉석 추첨된 변경 할인율을 상기 사용자 단말로 송신하는 단계;
    상기 사용자 단말이 상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버로부터 상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰의 변경 할인율을 수신하여 표시하는 단계;
    상기 사용자 단말이 상기 표시된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰이 적용되는 매장의 비밀 번호를 입력받아 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 사용을 인증받는 단계;
    POS(point of sale) 단말이 상기 사용자 단말에 표시된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 인식하고 인식된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰의 변경 할인율을 적용하여 결제를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 이용 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 사용자 단말이 상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버로부터 상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰의 변경 할인율을 수신하여 표시하는 단계는,
    상기 사용자 단말이 할인율 추첨 쿠폰의 사용률에 따라 미리 획득하여 저장한 아이템 카드(item card)를 소모하여 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 발행/추첨 서버로 상기 즉석 추첨에 의한 변경 할인율을 취소하고 즉석 재추첨을 하도록 요청하는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 이용 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    할인율 추첨 쿠폰 교환 서버는 제1 사용자가 제1 사용자의 사용자 단말에 다운로드하여 저장한 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 수신하여 게시하는 단계;
    상기 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 교환 서버는 제2 사용자의 사용자 단말로부터 수신되어 게시된 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 중 상기 제1 사용자가 원하는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰을 상기 제1 사용자의 사용자 단말로 송신하여 교환 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 할인율 추첨 쿠폰 이용 방법.
