본 발명은 판매 정보 제공 서버 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 가맹점의 메뉴 또는 상품의 판매 정보를 고객 단말로 제공하는 기술이다.
최근에 산업이 발달하고 경제적 수준이 향상됨에 따라 편의성과 다양성 측면에서 매력을 가진 다양한 가맹점들이 소비자들의 많은 지지를 받으며 운영되고 있다.　
하지만, 이러한 가맹점들은 아주 세분화되고 복잡한 여러 자체 메뉴들을 가지고 있다.　또한, 특정 기간 동안 특정 메뉴에 대한 할인혜택이나 경품서비스를 제공하는 등 특정 가맹점을 자주 이용하는 고객이 아니고서는 쉽게 선택하고 즐기기에는 너무 다양한 메뉴들이 존재하게 된다.
이 때문에, 실제 고객들은 가맹점을 이용하는 메뉴 주문 과정에서 많은 시간과 노력을 투자해야만 하며 해당 가맹점의 판매원들의 주관적인 조언에 많은 부분을 의존하게 된다.　
또한, 판매원들은 판매대 앞에서 이루어지는 고객의 메뉴선택 과정을 고스란히 기다리거나 고객의 테이블에서 고객이 메뉴를 결정하기까지 장시간 대기하여야만 한다.　
이러한 경우 가맹점의 입장에서도 보이지 않는 많은 인력을 낭비하게 되고, 고객의 테이블 회전이 빠르게 이루어지지 않는 실정이다.
본 발명에서는 고객에게 해당 가맹점의 판매 정보를 제공하는 판매 정보 제공 서버 및 그 방법을 제공하고자 한다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 판매 정보 제공 서버는, 고객 단말에 웹 서비스를 제공하는 웹 서비스 제공부와 가맹점으로부터 주문 및 결제 정보를 수집하여 상기 가맹점의 메뉴 또는 상품의 판매 정보로 가공하는 판매 정보 처리부와 상기 판매 정보를 상기 웹 서비스를 통해 상기 고객 단말로 제공하도록 제어하는 제어부와 상기 판매 정보를 저장하는 저장부를 포함한다.
본 발명에 판매 정보 제공 방법은, 가맹점들로부터 주문 및 결제 정보를 수신하여 가맹점의 메뉴 또는 상품의 판매 정보로 가공하여 저장하는 단계와 고객 단말로부터 판매 정보 요청을 받으면, 상기 판매 정보를 웹을 통해 제공하는 단계를 포함한다.
본 기술은 다음과 같은 효과를 제공한다.

제어부(220)는 판매 정보 제공을 위한 각 구성요소들을 제어하고 가맹점 POS 단말(100) 및 고객 단말(300)로부터 주문 및 결제 정보를 수신하여 이를 처리하도록 제어한다. 또한, 제어부(220)는 접속되어 있는 고객 단말(300) 간에 인터넷 채팅을 할 수 있도록 대화창을 제공할 수 있다.
저장부(230)는 회원 정보를 저장하는 회원 정보 DB(231), 가맹점 정보를 저장하는 가맹점 정보 DB(232), 주문 정보를 저장하는 주문 정보 DB(233), 판매 정보를 저장하는 판매 정보 DB(234), 결제 정보를 저장하는 결제 정보 DB(235)를 포함한다.
이때, 회원 정보는 결제 시 사용자 인증을 위한 사용자명, 사용자 ID, 비밀번호 정보, 사용자 연락처, 계좌정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함한다. 또한, 가맹점 정보는 가맹점명, 가맹점의 메뉴 또는 상품 종류, 메뉴 또는 상품별 가격정보, 가맹점 위치, 전화번호, 이메일주소, 가맹점 홈페이지 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함한다. 또한, 주문 정보는 주문된 메뉴 또는 상품의 정보, 주문된 메뉴 또는 상품에 대한 리뷰정보, 테이블별 선택된 메뉴 또는 상품 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함한다. 또한, 판매 순위 정보는 해당 가맹점 내에서 주문 건수별로 순위를 매긴 정보를 포함한다. 또한, 결제 정보는 고객이 결제한 결제수단(신용카드, 휴대폰결제, 계좌이체 등) 정보 및 결제처리 결과 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함한다.
사용자 인증부(240)는 고객 단말(300)이 판매정보 제공 서버(200)에 웹 접속할 때 사용자 ID 및 비밀번호를 입력받아 회원 정보 DB(231)에 저장되어 있는 사용자 ID 및 비밀번호를 이용하여 사용자 인증을 수행한다. 이때, 가맹점과 판매정보 제공서버(200) 간의 협의에 의해 사용자 인증을 수행하지 않을 수도 있다. 상기 사용자 인증은 사용자 ID 및 비밀번호 외에 다른 고객 식별정보를 입력받아 수행할 수도 있다.
가맹점 정보 관리부(250)는 가맹점 정보를 가맹점 정보 DB(232)에 저장하고 변경이 발생하는 경우 이를 수정하여 가맹점 정보 DB(232)를 갱신한다.
판매 정보 처리부(260)는 메뉴 또는 상품 주문 건수를 기반으로 판매 순위를 결정하여 판매 정보 DB(234)에 저장한다.
주문 정보 처리부(270)는 고객 단말(300)로부터 주문 요청을 받으면, 이를 주문 정보 DB(233)에 저장하며 주문 메뉴 또는 상품을 테이블별로 표시하여 저장할 수도 있다. 또한, 주문 정보 처리부(270)는 고객 단말(300)로 주문 결제 후 리뷰 또는 평가점수 등을 요청하여 리뷰 또는 평가점수를 수신하면 이를 주문 정보 DB(233)에 저장한다.
결제 처리부(280)는 고객의 휴대폰 결제, 신용카드 결제, 계좌이체 결제 방식 등을 통해 결제를 수행하며, 해당 카드사 서버, 은행사 서버, 결제대행서버(PG서버;payment gateway server) 등과 연동하여 결제를 수행하도록 한다.
디스플레이부(290)는 판매 정보 제공 서버(200)의 관리자가 판매 순위 정보 등을 확인할 수 있도록 디스플레이한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 판매 정보 제공 시스템의 구성도이다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 판매 정보 제공 시스템은 도 1의 판매 정보 제공 시스템에 제휴 웹 서버(500)를 더 포함한다.
제휴 웹 서버(500)는 다음, 네이버 등의 포털 사이트일 수 있고 판매 정보를 제공하기 위한 웹 페이지를 제공한다. 이에, 판매 정보 제공 서버(400)는 제휴 웹 서버(500)와 연동하여 판매 정보를 웹 페이지로 제공하므로 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 판매 정보 제공 서버(400)는 도 2의 웹 서비스 제공부(210) 대신에 제휴 웹서버 연동부(410)를 구비한다. 이에, 제휴 웹서버 연동부(410)는 제휴 웹서버(500)와 연동하여 판매 순위 정보를 주기적으로 또는 미리 정한 날짜 및 시간에 제휴 웹 서버(500)로 제공하도록 할 수 있다. 이때, 도 4의 구성요소(420~490)은 도 2의 구성요소(220~290)과 동일하므로 구체적인 설명을 생략하기로 한다.
이하, 도 5를 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 판매 순위 정보 제공 방법을 설명하기로 한다.
가맹점 POS 단말(100)을 통해 가맹점의 주문 및 결제 정보가 판매 정보 제공 서버(200)로 전송되어 수집된다(S101). 판매 정보 제공 서버(200)는 수집한 주문 및 결제 정보를 저장부(230)에 저장시키고 주문 및 결제 정보를 판매 순위 정보로 가공하여 저장부(230)의 판매 순위 정보를 갱신한다(S102). 과정 S101과 S102는 가맹점에서 판매가 발생할 때마다 반복 수행되며 판매 정보 제공 서버(200)는 가맹점의 주문 및 결제 정보에 따라 판매 순위 정보를 계속 갱신해둔다. 한편, 과정 S101과 S102는 주기적으로 또는 미리 정한 날짜 및 시간에 반복 수행될 수도 있다.
그 후, 고객 단말(300)이 도 7과 같은 가맹점 내의 메뉴판, 광고판, 웹페이지의 광고판 등에 표시되어 있는 QR코드, 바코드 등의 식별코드를 인식하여(S103) 웹에 접속한다(S104). 이때, 고객 단말(300)이 웹에 접속을 시도하면 판매 정보 제공 서버(200)의 사용자 인증부(240)가 아이디 및 패스워드를 입력받아 사용자 인증을 수행하여 인증이 성공하면 웹에 접속할 수 있도록 구현할 수 있다. 이에, 고객 단말(300)은 웹 페이지를 통해 판매 순위 정보를 화면에 표시한다(S106). 본 발명에서는 식별코드를 스캐닝 또는 촬영하여 인식하는 예를 개시하고 있으나, 식별코드를 직접 입력받아 인식할 수도 있고 본 발명에서 개시하지 않은 다양한 방법을 통해 식별 코드를 인식할 수 있다.
이때, 판매 정보 제공 서버(200)는 도 8과 같은 판매 순위 정보뿐만 아니라 도 9와 같은 메뉴 또는 상품의 리뷰 정보, 도 10의 테이블별 선택 메뉴 정보 등을 제공할 수 있다. 이에, 다른 테이블과의 미니 대화창을 개설하여 선택한 메뉴에 대한 의견을 주고 받을 수 있도록 구현할 수도 있다. 이때, 테이블별 선택 메뉴 정보 제공을 위해 판매 정보 제공 서버(200)는 고객 단말(200)로부터 주문 요청 받을 때 자신의 테이블 정보(테이블명, 테이블번호, 테이블위치 등)를 제공하도록 한다.
이처럼 고객 단말(300)에 표시된 해당 가맹점에 대한 메뉴 또는 상품의 판매 순위 정보, 다른 테이블 고객과의 인터넷 채팅 등을 통해 고객이 원하는 메뉴 또는 메뉴 또는 상품을 선택 받음으로써 주문을 받을 수 있다. 이때, 테이블 간의 인터넷 채팅은 웹 서비스 제공부(210)와 제어부(220)에 의해 구현될 수 있으며 대화창 서비스 제공은 일반적인 채팅 서비스 기술로 구현될 수 있을 것이다.
또한, 다른 테이블로의 주문을 요청하여 메뉴 또는 상품을 다른 테이블의 고객에게 선물하도록 구현될 수도 있다. 예컨대, A 테이블의 고객이 B 테이블의 고객에게 C 요리를 주문해주고자 하는 경우, A 테이블의 고객이 자신의 고객 단말에서 주문 요청 시 요리 수령 테이블을 B 테이블로 설정하도록 한다. 이에 판매 정보 제공 서버(200)는 테이블별 선택 메뉴 정보에 B 테이블이 C 요리를 선택한 것으로 저장하고, 가맹점 POS 단말(100)로 주문 정보를 송신할 때 B 테이블이 C 요리를 수령하는 것으로 설정하여 송신하도록 한다.
이에, 고객 단말(300)은 주문 요청을 받으면(S107), 결제 정보를 입력 받아 주문 및 결제 정보를 판매 정보 제공 서버(200)로 전송하여 주문 및 결제를 요청한다(S108)).
이후, 판매 정보 제공 서버(200)는 고객 단말(300)로부터 수신한 주문 및 결제 정보를 저장한 후 결제를 처리하고(S109), 주문 및 결제 정보를 이용하여 저장부(230)에 저장되어 있는 판매 순위 정보를 갱신한다(S110).
그 후, 판매 정보 제공 서버(200)는 주문 및 결제처리 결과를 가맹점 POS 단말(100) 및 고객 단말(300)에 각각 전송한다(S111, S112).
이 후, 고객이 가맹점 이용 완료한 시점에 판매 정보 제공 서버(200)는 고객 단말(300)에 대해 해당 가맹점에 대한 평가, 선택한 메뉴 또는 상품에 대한 평가, 리뷰를 요청하여 평가 점수 또는 리뷰를 수신하여 저장하도록 할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명은 판매 정보 제공 서버(200)가 고객 단말로 웹 페이지를 통해 해당 가맹점의 메뉴 또는 상품에 대한 판매 순위 정보, 테이블별 선택 메뉴 또는 상품정보, 메뉴 또는 상품별 리뷰 등을 제공함으로써, 고객이 판매 순위 정보, 리뷰정보, 테이블별 선택정보 등을 기반으로 고객이 만족할 수 있는 주문을 할 수 있도록 한다.
더 나아가, 판매 순위 정보뿐만 아니라 메뉴 또는 상품에 대한 리뷰, 테이블별 선택 메뉴 정보 등을 제공함으로써 고객이 만족하는 주문을 할 수 있도록 한다.
한편, 도 6은 다른 실시예에 따른 판매 정보 제공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 도 3의 제휴 웹서버(500)를 통해 판매 정보를 제공하는 경우의 순서도이다.
즉, 도 3과 같이 판매 정보 제공 서버(400)가 웹 서비스 구동부를 구비하지 않고 제휴 웹서버(500)를 이용하여 웹 페이지를 제공하는 경우, 고객 단말(300)이 QR 코드를 인식하면(S203) 제휴 웹서버(500)를 통해 웹에 접속하게 된다(S204). 이때, 제휴 웹서버(500)는 판매 정보 제공 서버(400)와의 연동을 통해 해당 가맹점의 판매 순위 정보를 웹 페이지를 통해 제공하게 된다. 즉, 웹 접속 후(S204), 판매 정보 제공 서버(400)는 해당 가맹점의 판매 순위 정보를 제휴 웹서버(500)로 제공하고(S205), 이에 고객 단말(300)은 판매 순위 정보를 제휴 웹서버(500)를 통해 화면에 표시한다(S206)). 고객 단말(300)이 주문 및 결제 요청을 하는 경우(S207), 제휴 웹서버(500)를 통해 판매 정보 제공 서버(400)로 요청한다(S208). 이후의 과정 S209 내지 S212는 도 5의 과정 S109~S112와 동일하므로 그 구체적인 설명은 생략하기로 한다. 또한, 과정 S201, S202은 도 5의 S101, S102와 동일하므로 그 구체적인 설명은 생략한다.
이와 같이, 본 발명은 제휴 업체(다음, 네이버 등의 포털 사이트)의 웹서버와 연동하여 판매 순위 정보를 제공할 수도 있다.
도 7은 QR코드가 도시된 화면의 예시도이고, 도 8은 가맹점에서 판매되는 메뉴의 판매 순위 정보를 도시한 화면의 예이며, 도 9는 특정 메뉴의 리뷰를 도시한 화면의 예이고, 도 10은 해당 가맹점의 테이블별 선택된 메뉴 정보를 도시한 화면의 예이다.
이상에서, 본 발명의 실시예를 구성하는 모든 구성 요소들이 하나로 결합하거나 결합하여 동작하는 것으로 설명되었다고 해서, 본 발명이 반드시 이러한 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 즉, 본 발명의 목적 범위 안에서라면, 그 모든 구성 요소들이 하나 이상으로 선택적으로 결합하여 동작할 수도 있다. 또한, 그 모든 구성 요소들이 각각 하나의 독립적인 하드웨어로 구현될 수 있지만, 각 구성 요소들의 그 일부 또는 전부가 선택적으로 조합되어 하나 또는 복수 개의 하드웨어에서 조합된 일부 또는 전부의 기능을 수행하는 프로그램 모듈을 갖는 컴퓨터 프로그램으로서 구현될 수도 있다. 그 컴퓨터 프로그램을 구성하는 코드들 및 코드 세그먼트들은 본 발명의 기술 분야의 당업자에 의해 용이하게 추론될 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 컴퓨터 프로그램은 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 저장매체(Computer Readable Media)에 저장되어 컴퓨터에 의하여 읽혀지고 실행됨으로써, 본 발명의 실시예를 구현할 수 있다. 컴퓨터 프로그램의 저장매체로서는 자기 기록매체, 광 기록매체, 캐리어 웨이브 매체 등이 포함될 수 있다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.
본 발명은 구매의사를 가진 고객에게 가맹점의 판매 정보를 온라인으로 제공하여 상품 선택에 대한 만족도를 향상시키고, 가맹점의 상품을 통합 관리함으로써 가맹점의 경쟁력을 향상시키고 영업이익을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로서, 산업상 이용가능성이 있다.

Claims (14)

  1. 고객 단말에 웹 서비스를 제공하는 웹 서비스 제공부;
    가맹점으로부터 주문 및 결제 정보를 수집하여 상기 가맹점의 메뉴 또는 상품의 판매 정보로 가공하는 판매 정보 처리부;
    상기 판매 정보를 상기 웹 서비스를 통해 상기 고객 단말로 제공하도록 제어하는 제어부; 및
    상기 판매 정보를 저장하는 저장부
    를 포함하는 판매 정보 제공 서버.
  2. 제휴 웹 서버와 연동하는 웹 서버 연동부;
    가맹점으로부터 주문 및 결제 정보를 수집하여 상기 가맹점의 메뉴 또는 상품의 판매 정보로 가공하는 판매 정보 처리부;
    상기 판매 정보를 상기 웹 서버 연동부를 통해 상기 제휴 웹서버와 연동하여 상기 고객 단말로 제공하도록 제어하는 제어부; 및
    상기 판매 정보를 저장하는 저장부
    를 포함하는 판매 정보 제공 서버.
  3. 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
    상기 고객 단말로부터 주문 요청을 받으면 해당 주문 정보를 상기 저장부에 저장하는 주문 정보 처리부; 및
    상기 고객 단말로부터 결제 요청을 받으면 해당 결제 처리를 수행하고 결제 처리 결과를 상기 저장부에 저장하는 결제 처리부
    를 더 포함하는 판매 정보 제공 서버.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 주문 정보 처리부는,
    상기 주문 정보를 테이블별로 표시하여 저장하는 판매 정보 제공 서버.
  5. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 주문 정보 처리부는,
    상기 주문 정보에 해당하는 리뷰(review) 또는 평가점수 중 적어도 하나를 상기 고객 단말로부터 수신하여 상기 저장부에 저장하는 판매 정보 제공 서버.
  6. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는,
    테이블별 주문 정보를 통해 상기 테이블 간에 인터넷 채팅 서비스를 제공하는 판매 정보 제공 서버.
  7. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는,
    테이블 간에 인터넷 채팅 서비스를 제공하여 테이블 간에 서로 메뉴 또는 상품을 선물하도록 서비스를 제어하는 판매 정보 제공 서버.
  8. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 판매 정보 처리부는,
    상기 주문 정보 처리부 및 상기 결제 처리부에 의해 주문 및 결제 처리가 완료 되면, 주문 및 결제 처리 결과를 이용하여 상기 판매 정보를 갱신하여 상기 저장부에 저장하는 판매 정보 제공 서버.
  9. 가맹점들로부터 주문 및 결제 정보를 수신하여 가맹점의 메뉴 또는 상품의 판매 정보로 가공하여 저장하는 단계; 및
    고객 단말로부터 판매 정보 요청을 받으면, 상기 판매 정보를 웹을 통해 제공하는 단계
    를 포함하는 판매 정보 제공 방법.
  10. 청구항 9에 있어서,
    상기 고객 단말로부터 주문 및 결제 요청을 받으면 결제를 처리한 후 주문 정보와 결제 처리 결과를 저장하고, 상기 주문 정보와 상기 결제 처리 결과를 통해 상기 판매 정보를 갱신하는 단계를 더 포함하는 판매 정보 제공 방법.
  11. 청구항 9 또는 10에 있어서,
    상기 고객 단말로부터 상기 가맹점의 메뉴 또는 상품에 대한 리뷰 또는 평가점수를 수신하여 상기 판매 정보 제공 시 상기 리뷰 또는 평가 점수를 함께 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 판매 정보 제공 방법.
  12. 청구항 9 또는 10에 있어서,
    상기 고객 단말로부터 수신한 주문 정보를 이용하여, 테이블별 선택된 메뉴 또는 상품 정보를 생성하고, 상기 판매 정보 제공 시 상기 테이블별 선택된 메뉴 또는 상품 정보를 함께 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 판매 정보 제공 방법.
  13. 청구항 12에 있어서,
    테이블 간에 인터넷 채팅 서비스를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 판매 정보 제공 방법.
  14. 청구항 12에 있어서,
    테이블 간에 서로 메뉴 또는 상품을 선물하기 위한 주문을 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 판매 정보 제공 방법.
