- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 회원 통신 단말기는 상기 가산 포인트 점수와 포인트 점수를 합산해 놓은 합산 포인트 점수를 상기 상품 구매 및 음식 배달용 쇼핑몰 앱을 통해 확인한 후, 상기 회원 통신 단말기를 소유한 회원의 주거지역 내 분포되어 있으면서 토탈관리 서버에 등록된 점포 혹은 가게에서 파는 상품, 음식 또는 식음료의 구매 대금을 결제 가능하며,상기 회원관리용 통신 단말기의 결정 여부에 따라 시행하는 상기 토탈 관리서버는 상기 상품, 음식 또는 식음료의 구매 횟수가 빈번하게 발생시킨 상기 회원 통신 단말기를 대상으로 복권 당첨권 혹은 로또 당첨권을 기프트해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 포인트 점수를 활용한 광고상품 구매 및 주문신청 지원 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 회원관리용 통신 단말기는상기 상품 구매 및 음식 배달용 쇼핑몰 앱 상에서 상기 회원 통신 단말기가 "나만의 포인트 공유하기" 상세 페이지에 연계해 놓은 다수의 다른 회원 통신 단말기의 회원가입 정보와의 유사-동일 여부를 비교 판단하고,상기 유사-동일로 판단될 시, 상기 회원 통신 단말기의 승인버튼 클릭함을 확인한 연후에 상기 합산 포인트 점수의 전부 혹은 일부를 다수의 다른 회원 통신 단말기 중 어느 하나에게 양도해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 포인트 점수를 활용한 광고상품 구매 및 주문신청 지원 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 구매 대금의 결제 및 매입매출 상황을 실시간으로 알려주는 업체 관리용 통신 단말기는 상기 구매 대금을 활용해 상기 맞춤형 광고 SMS/MMS 정보 또는 상기 설문지 정보에 대한 제작을 상기 광고주 통신 단말기에게 주문 외뢰하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포인트 점수를 활용한 광고상품 구매 및 주문신청 지원 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회원관리용 통신 단말기는,상기 회원 통신 단말기가 상기 맞춤형 광고 SMS/MMS 정보에 기재된 상기 광고주가 경영하는 업체 전화번호를 클릭해 통화하거나, 상기 상품 구매 및 음식 배달용 쇼핑몰 앱에 표기된 상기 업체 전화번호를 클릭해 통화할 시, 상기 통화한 이력을 파악해 상기 회원 통신 단말기에게 가산 포인트 점수를 더 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포인트 점수를 활용한 광고상품 구매 및 주문신청 지원 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광고주 통신 단말기는,상기 유상 혹은 무상계약 체결로 상기 회원관리용 통신 단말기에서 운영되는 토탈관리 서버에 대한 접근 허여를 승인받음에 따라, 상기 토탈관리 서버에 탑재된 상기 상품 구매 및 음식 배달용 쇼핑몰 앱 내 설치된 광고주 광고상품 관리페이지로 접근한 후 상기 광고 상품의 상세정보에 대한 게재 업로드를 회원관리용 통신 단말기에게 요청하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포인트 점수를 활용한 광고상품 구매 및 주문신청 지원 시스템.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 토탈관리 서버는,상기 요청된 광고 상품의 상세정보의 파일용량 크기를 파악한 후, 상기 파일용량 크기가 기준용량 크기보다 클 시 상기 요청된 상기 광고 상품의 상세정보내 포함된 이미지, 텍스트 또는 영상의 전부 또는 일부를 삭제해 상기 파일용량 크기를 상기 기준용량 크기보다 작게 생성시킨 다음 상기 맞춤형 광고 SMS/MMS 정보로 파일 변경 및 임시 저장해 두는 것을 특징으로 하는 포인트 점수를 활용한 광고상품 구매 및 주문신청 지원 시스템.
- 광고주 통신 단말기가 맞춤형 광고 SMS/MMS 정보를 적어도 하나 이상 생성시키며, 회원 관리용 통신 단말기와의 유상 혹은 무상계약 체결에 따라 상기 맞춤형 광고 SMS/MMS 정보 중 적어도 하나 또는 상기 맞춤형 광고 SMS/MMS 중 적어도 하나에 실린 상품에 관한 설문지 정보를 상기 회원 관리용 통신 단말기에게 제공하는 단계;회원관리용 통신 단말기가 회원 가입을 통해 입수된 다수의 회원정보를 확보하며, 회원 통신 단말기가 상기 맞춤형 광고 SMS/MMS 중 적어도 하나를 선택할 시 상기 맞춤형 광고 SMS/MMS 중 적어도 하나와 1:1 매칭해 둔 포인트 점수를 상기 회원 통신 단말기에게 제공하는 단계; 및회원 통신 단말기가 상기 회원 가입시 설치한 상품 구매 및 음식 배달용 쇼핑몰 앱을 구동시켜 상기 포인트 점수의 적립상태를 파악한 후, 상기 광고주 통신 단말기를 소지한 광고주가 상기 상품 구매 및 음식 배달용 쇼핑몰 앱 상에 미리 올려놓은 광고 상품 중 어느 하나를 상기 적립된 포인트 점수로 온라인 상품 구매를 신청하거나 온라인 음식 배달을 주문 신청하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 회원관리용 통신 단말기에 의해 운영하는 토탈관리 서버는,상기 다수의 회원정보마다 각기 기재된 개인신상 정보를 활용해 다수의 회원정보 수만큼의 각기 구별되는 아바타를 다수개 생성시키며 상기 온라인 상품 구매를 신청하거나 온라인 음식 배달을 주문 신청하는 신청 버튼이 클릭될 시, 상기 회원 통신 단말기의 회원정보와 1:1 매칭되게 설정해 둔 상기 아바타를 불어와 상기 회원 통신 단말기 상에 나타나게 하며,인간이 상품 또는 음식을 가지고 행하거나 행하는 중인 실제 인간 활동을 인공지능 가상 액션 프로그램으로 머신러닝시켜 상기 아바타가 상기 상품 또는 음식을 가지고 행하거나 행하는 중인 상기 실제 인간 활동에서 일어나는 행위와 유사한 가상 액션을 생성시켜 2D/3D/VR로 표현되도록 하며,상기 회원 통신 단말기가 사전에 설정해 둔 영어 모드 또는 자국어 모드로 상기 머신러닝에 의해 학습된 음성 데이터를 상기 아바타의 가상 액션과 언행일치되도록 동기화시켜 영어나 자국어로 동시에 외부 표출케 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포인트 점수를 활용한 광고상품 구매 및 주문신청 지원 시스템의 구동방법.
