Claims (4)
- 특정 물품을 구매, 대금 결제 및 물품 구매에 따른 포인트를 지급받거나, 제공된 광고 정보에 따라 SNS, 블로그를 통해 인터액션 광고 수행의 보상으로 적립된 포인터를 설정된 비율로 환원량을 고려하여 현금 화폐로 전환하거나, 구동 어플 실행을 통해 누적된 포인트에 따라 할당된 블록체인으로 전환을 요청하는 다수의 사용자 단말(100);다수의 사용자 단말(100)에서 상품의 단가 및 구매량을 수신하여 사용자 단말(100) 별로 구매금액을 연산한 뒤, 구매 물품에 따른 할당된 포인터를 일괄 또는 분할하여 사용자 단말(100)로 송출하고, 광고주 단말에서 제공되는 광고 정보에 대해 사용자 단말의 SNS, 블로그를 통한 인터액션 광고 수행 여부를 확인하기 위하여 구동 어플(APP)를 제공하고, 인터액션 광고 수행에 따른 보상으로 해당 포인터를 제공, 적립된 포인터에 대하여 현금 화폐 전환액을 산출하거나, 블록체인 전환 요청에 따라 중개서버(400)에 전송되는 산출된 가상화폐 액을 전송하는 운영서버(200);상기 운영서버(200)에서 사용자 단말(100)의 물품 구매금액 및 지급 요청한 포인트의 수령 정보를 실시간으로 수신하여 포인트 지급에 따른 정보를 저장 및 수신한 구매금액에 따라 포인트 정보를 연산하여 포인터에 따른 현금 화폐 전환 정보, 블록체인 전환 요건 기준 정보를 기초로 현금 화폐, 가상화폐의 지급 기준 정보를 저장하는 DB 서버(300);상기 운영서버(200)와 연동되어 사용자 단말(100)로 포인터에 대해 전환된 가상화폐의 산출액에 대하여 가상화폐의 변환, 추가 구매 또는 매매 요청에 따라 개인키를 전달하여 개인키를 통해 포인터로 변환된 현금화폐, 블록체인 전환으로 산출된 가상화폐 액으로 실제 가상화폐 구매에 따른 결제를 대행할 수 있도록 가상화폐 거래소와 접속하여 결제 대행 서비스를 수행하는 중개서버(400);온라인을 통해 인터액션 광고 수행에 따라 포인터에 따른 보상금을 지급하는 객체로서 광고의 타이틀, 설명, 검색태그, 카테고리, 보상금액, 설명이미지의 타켓형 정보를 제공하고 사용자의 인터액션 광고에 따라 설정된 보상금을 지급하는 광고주 단말(500);상기 광고주 단말(400)에서 광고주가 홍보하고 싶은 광고에 대한 타이틀, 설명, 검색태그, 카테고리, 보상금액, 광고 설명이미지를 제공받아 등록하고 등록일자순, 평점순으로 노출하고 카테고리 및 검색태그를 이용하여 검색이 되도록 하여 사용자 관리, 보상금 입금, 수행검수, 평가의 관리를 진행하고 사용자 단말(100)의 SNS, 블로그를 통해 인터액션 광고 수행에 따라 광고비가 지출되도록 하는 광고서버(600);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포인터 환원에 따른 블록체인 기반의 가상화폐 중개 및 유통시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 사용자 단말(100)은특정 물품을 구매, 대금 결제 및 물품 구매에 따른 포인트를 지급받거나, 제공된 광고 정보에 따라 SNS, 블로그를 통해 인터액션 광고 수행의 보상으로 적립된 포인터를 설정된 비율로 환원량을 고려하여 현금 화폐로 전환하거나, 구동 어플 실행을 통해 누적된 포인트에 따라 할당된 블록체인으로 전환을 요청을 위해 사용자 단말(100)의 제반적인 동작을 제어하는 마이컴(110),상기 마이컴(110)의 제어신호에 반응하여 물품의 구매, 대금 결제를 통해 지급되는 포인터 및 광고주 단말의 광고 정보에 대해 SNS, 블로그를 통해 인턴액션 광고 수행에 따라 적립된 포인터를 저장하거나, 누적된 포인터를 블록체인으로 전환, 추가 가상화폐 구매 또는 매매의 가상화폐 거래를 위해 통신망(700)을 통해 중개서버(400)에서 전송되는 개인 키를 전달받아 해당 개인키를 저장하는 메모리부(130),상기 마이컴(110)의 제어신호에 따라 상기 운영서버(200)에서 제공되는 포인터 적립, 가상화폐 구매 및 전환을 위한 구동 어플(APP)을 실행하고, 사용자 단말(100)의 사용자가 특정물품의 구매, 구매에 따른 대금결제, 광고주 단말의 광고 정보에 대해 SNS, 블로그를 통해 인터액션 광고를 수행하거나, 상기 저장부에 저장된 누적 포인터를 이용하거나, 추가 비용으로 운영서버(200)를 통해 중개서버(400)에서 제공되는 개인 키를 통해 블록체인의 전환 및 추가 구매 여부의 실행정보를 송출하는 실행부(150), 및상기 마이컴(110)의 제어신호에 반응하여 상기 실행부(150)를 통해 운영서버(200)에서 제공되는 해당 구동 어플(APP)을 지정하여 실행되도록 하고, 물품 구매에 따라 제공되는 포인터를 현금화폐로 전환하기 위해 해당 선택신호를 지정하거나, 광고주 단말의 광고 정보에 대해 SNS, 블로그 실행을 위한 해당 아이콘을 지정하고, 저장부(130)에 누적되어 저장된 포인트를 통해 중개서버(400)를 통해 블록체인의 가상화폐의 추가 구매 또는 변환된 가상화폐의 매매를 위한 해당 선택신호를 지정하는 선택부(170)를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포인터 환원에 따른 블록체인 기반의 가상화폐 중개 및 유통시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 운영서버(200)는다수의 사용자 단말(100)에서 상품의 단가 및 구매량을 수신하여 사용자 단말(100) 별로 구매금액을 연산한 뒤, 구매 물품에 따른 할당된 포인터를 일괄 또는 분할하여 사용자 단말(100)로 송출하거나, 광고주 단말에서 제공되는 광고 정보에 대해 사용자 단말의 SNS, 블로그를 통한 인터액션 광고 수행 여부를 확인하기 위하여 구동 어플을 제공하고, 인터액션 광고 수행에 따른 보상으로 해당 포인터를 제공, 적립된 포인터에 대하여 현금 화폐 전환액을 산출하거나, 블록체인 전환 요청에 따라 중개서버(400)에 전송되는 산출된 가상화폐 액을 전송하여 표시되도록 운영서버(200)의 전반적인 동작을 제어하는 제어부(210),상기 사용자 단말(100)로 인터액션 광고 수행 및 블록체인 거래를 위한 구동어플(APP)을 전송하여 표시되도록 하거나, 사용자 단말(100)의 사용자에 의해 물품 구매, 광고 수행에 따른 인터액션 광고 수행 결과를 수신하여 구매 및 광고 수행에 따른 저장모듈(250)에 할당된 포인트를 전송하거나, 사용자 단말(100)의 포인터의 현금환전, 블록체인 전환 요청, 가상화폐의 추가 구매, 매매 요청 정보를 수신하여 사용자 단말(100)로 환전된 금액 전송, 중개서버(400)로 블록체인 전환에 따른 정보 전송 및 가상화폐의 추가 구매, 매매 요청에 따른 개인 키를 수신하여 해당 개인키를 사용자 단말(100)로 전송하거나 블록체인 전환, 가상화폐 구매, 매매에 따른 상태 정보를 전송하는 송수신부(230),상기 제어부(210)의 제어신호에 반응하여 광고주 단말(500)의 광고 정보를 광고서버(600)를 통해 수신하여 해당 광고 정보를 저장하거나, 물품별 지급될 포인트가 구분되어 저장되며 물품별 지급될 포인트에 대해 잔여 포인트를 사용자별, 물품별로 구분하여 해당 포인트 지급에 따른 잔여 포인트에 대한 정보를 기록하는 저장부(250),상기 제어부(210)의 제어신호에 따라 물품 구매에 따른 할당된 포인트, 광고 정보에 따른 인터액션 광고 활동에 따른 할당된 포인트를 저장하거나, 판매 물품별 포인트를 제공하기 위한 포인트 지급량이 구분되어 설정되고, 다수개의 물품 구매에 따른 추가 포인트량을 부가적으로 설정하는 포인트 설정부(270), 및상기 중개서버(400)를 통해 블록체인 전환, 가상화폐의 추가 구매, 판매에 따른 사용자 단말(100) 정보를 생성하고, 중개서버(400)에서 전송되는 가상화폐 거래에 따른 개인키 정보를 기초로 거래 내역에 따라 암호화 블록을 생성하고, 사용자 단말(100) 및 중개서버(400) 간 가상화폐 거래 내역을 실시간 모니터하여 관련 정보를 갱신 생성하여 해당 거래에 따른 갱신 정보를 저장부(250)를을 통해 저장되도록 하는 생성부(290)를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포인터 환원에 따른 블록체인 기반의 가상화폐 중개 및 유통시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중개서버(400)는상기 운영서버(200)와 연동되어 사용자 단말(100)로 포인터에 대해 전환되어 산출된 가상화폐 액에 대하여 가상화폐의 변환, 사용자 단말(100)의 가상화폐 추가 구매 또는 매매 요청신호에 따라 개인키를 생성, 전달하여 개인키를 통해 포인터로 변환된 현금화폐, 블록체인의 산출된 가상화폐 액으로 실제 가상화폐 구매에 대해 가상화폐 거래소와 연동을 통해 결제를 대행하여 결제 대행 서비스를 수행을 위해 중개서버(400)의 제반적인 동작을 제어하는 제어모듈(410),상기 제어모듈(410)의 제어신호에 따라 상기 사용자 단말(100)로부터 요청된 가상화폐 변환, 추가 구매 또는 매매 신호에 따라 가상화폐에 따른 금액 산출, 미리 설정된 수수료율을 고려한 정산, 결제 금액에 따른 가상 화폐의 환전액을 계산하는 환전 모듈(430),상기 제어모듈(410)의 제어신호에 따라 사용자 단말(100)로부터 요청된 가상화폐 변환, 추가 구매에 따라 환전모듈(430)에서 계산된 환전액에 따른 금액에 대해 가상계좌의 개인키로 암호화하고 암호화 블록을 저장하는 암호화 처리모듈(450),상기 제어모듈(410)의 제어신호에 따라 사용자 단말(100)의 요청에 따라 암호화 처리모듈(450)에 저장된 암호화 블록의 가상계좌의 개인 키를 통해 구매한 가상화폐, 매도한 가상 화폐에 따른 지급 금액을 정산하여 가상화폐의 구매 또는 매도 금액의 지급 또는 입금 거래를 수행하는 중개 처리모듈(470), 및상기 제어모듈(410)의 제어신호에 반응하여 가상화폐의 구매 또는 매도에 따른 결제 금액, 입금 액에 대한 정산된 결과에 따른 처리 내역을 운영서버(200) 및 사용자 단말(100)로 전송하는 통신 모듈(490)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포인터 환원에 따른 블록체인 기반의 가상화폐 중개 및 유통시스템.
