본 발명의 다른 일면에 따르면, 쇼핑카트로부터 상기 쇼핑카트의 식별번호를 획득하는 단계; 상기 식별번호에 기초하여 상품정보관리 서버로부터 상품주문정보 및 결제완료정보를 획득하는 단계; 상기 상품주문정보로부터 배송 요청 상품과 직접 인수 상품을 확인하는 단계; 및 상기 배송 요청 상품을 배송 리스트에 등록하는 단계를 포함하는 가맹점 단말을 이용한 상품 주문 처리 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명은 구매자가 쇼핑몰 등과 같은 장소에서 상품을 구매함에 있어서 사용자 단말을 통해 구매하고자 하는 상품정보를 확인하고 주문, 결제를 할 수 있도록 함으로써, 구매자가 쉽고 편리하게 쇼핑을 할 수 있도록 하는 사용자 단말을 이용한 상품 주문 시스템을 제공한다.

본 발명의 이점 및 특징, 그리고 그것들을 달성하는 방법은 첨부되는 도면과 함께 상세하게 후술 되어 있는 실시예들을 참조하면 명확해질 것이다. 그러나 본 발명은 이하에서 개시되는 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 구현될 것이며, 단지 본 실시예들은 본 발명의 개시가 완전하도록 하며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 범주를 완전하게 알려주기 위해 제공되는 것이며, 본 발명은 청구항의 기재에 의해 정의된다.
한편, 본 명세서에서 사용된 용어는 실시예들을 설명하기 위한 것이며 본 발명을 제한하고자 하는 것은 아니다. 본 명세서에서, 단수형은 문구에서 특별히 언급하지 않는 한 복수형도 포함한다. 명세서에서 사용되는 "포함한다(comprises)" 및/또는 "포함하는(comprising)"은 언급된 구성소자, 단계, 동작 및/또는 소자에 하나 이상의 다른 구성소자, 단계, 동작 및/또는 소자의 존재 또는 추가를 배제하지 않는다. 이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예를 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 상품 주문 시스템(100) 및 상품정보관리 서버(110)의 구조를 나타낸 블록도이다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 상품 주문 시스템(100)은 상품식별정보획득부(101), 상품정보수신부(102), 상품주문처리부(103) 및 결제처리부(104)를 포함한다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따르면, 상기 상품 주문 시스템(100)은 구매자(150)의 모바일 단말 등에 애플리케이션의 형태로 구현될 수 있고, 구매자(150)는 애플리케이션을 실행시킴으로써 상품 주문 시스템(100)을 이용한 상품 구매를 시작할 수 있다.
상품 주문 시스템(100)이 실행되면, 상품식별정보획득부(101)는 상품(140)에 부착된 바코드 또는 전자태그 등을 스캔하고 상기 바코드 또는 상기 전자태그에 저장된 상품식별정보를 읽어들인다. 상품식별정보는 상품(140)을 식별할 수 있는 고유정보로서 숫자, 문자 또는 이들의 조합으로 구성될 수 있다.
상품(140)에는 각 상품(140)을 식별할 수 있는 상품식별정보를 저장한 바코드 또는 전자태그가 부착되어 있으며, NFC태그 또는 QR코드 등이 사용될 수도 있다.
상기 바코드 등은 상품(140)에 부착되어 있거나 상품(140)이 진열되어 있는 진열대에 부착되어 구매자(150)가 사용자 단말을 이용하여 용이하게 스캔할 수 있도록 할 수도 있다.
상품식별정보획득부(101)가 상품식별정보를 획득하면, 상기 획득한 상품식별정보를 상품정보관리 서버(110)로 전송한다.
상품정보관리 서버(110)는 상품정보저장부(111), 할인정보저장부(112) 및 정보제공부(113)를 포함한다.
상품정보저장부(111)는 상품(140)의 상품식별정보 및 각 상품식별정보에 대응하는 상품(140)에 대한 정보를 저장하고 있으며, 할인정보저장부(112)는 각 상품정보에 관련된 할인정보를 저장한다.
정보제공부(113)는 상품 주문 시스템(100)의 상품식별정보획득부(101)로부터 상품식별정보를 수신하면, 상기 상품식별정보에 대응하는 상품정보를 조회하고 상품 주문 시스템(100)의 상품정보수신부(102)로 상품정보를 전송한다.
이때 정보제공부(113)는 상품정보와 관련된 할인정보를 조회하고, 상품정보 및 할인정보를 전송할 수도 있다.
상품정보수신부(102)는 상품정보관리 서버(110)로부터 상품정보 또는 상품정보 및 할인정보를 수신하면, 수신한 정보들을 상품주문처리부(103)로 전달한다.
상품주문처리부(103)는 구매자(150)가 구매하고자 하는 상품구매리스트에 수신한 상품정보를 등록하고, 상품구매리스트를 구매자(150)에게 제공한다. 구매자는 상품구매리스트에서 상품(140)의 수량을 증가, 감소할 수 있으며, 상품(140)의 추가, 삭제 또는 배송 정보의 조정 등을 할 수가 있다.
구매자(150)는 최종 주문을 완료하기 전까지 상품(140) 등에 부착된 바코드 등을 스캔하여 상품정보를 수신하고, 상품구매리스트에 등록된 상품(140)에 대한 구매정보를 조정하여 최종 상품구매리스트를 결정한다.
이때 본 발명의 일실시예에 따르면, 상품정보관리 서버(110)로부터 상품정보를 수신하면 상기 상품정보 및 그에 대응하는 상품식별정보를 사용자 단말에 저장할 수도 있다. 그리고 동일한 상품(140)에 부착된 바코드 등을 스캔하면 읽어들인 상품식별정보를 상품정보관리 서버(110)로 전송하지 않고, 기저장된 상품식별정보 및 상품정보를 검색하여 상품구매리스트에 상품정보가 제공되도록 할 수도 있다.
상품구매리스트에 등록된 상품(140)에 대한 배송 정보는 배송지의 주소, 일시 등에 대한 정보를 포함하고, 각각의 상품(140)에 대한 배송 요청 여부에 대한 정보도 포함할 수 있다.
즉, 구매하고자 하는 전체 상품(140) 중 일부 상품(140)에 대해서만 배송을 요청하고 나머지 상품(140)은 구매자(150)가 결제 후 직접 가지고 가도록 할 수도 있다.
따라서 본 발명은 구매자(150)가 쇼핑몰 또는 마트 등에서 상품 주문 시스템(100)이 탑재된 사용자 단말을 휴대하고 이동하며 상품(140)을 확인하고, 상품구매리스트를 생성하여 주문, 결제완료 후 원하는 곳에서 배송을 받을 수 있도록 하는 것을 기본 실시예로 하지만, 직접 들고가길 원하는 상품(140)에 한하여 구매자(150)가 직접 인수로 주문정보를 생성하고 계산대 등에 위치한 가맹점 단말(130)에서 사용자 단말을 통해 확인을 받음으로써 구매 상품(140) 중 일부는 배송을 받고 일부는 직접 들고갈 수도 있게 한다.
구매자(150)가 상품구매리스트에 등록된 상품정보에 대한 추가, 삭제 또는 변경 등을 완료하고 주문완료명령을 입력하면, 상품주문처리부(103)는 상품정보, 수량, 배송 정보 등을 포함하는 주문정보를 생성하고 상기 주문완료명령 및 상기 주문정보를 결제처리부(104)로 전달한다.
결제처리부(104)는 주문완료명령을 전달받으면 주문정보에 기초하여 결제금액 등을 산출하고, 결제처리서버(120)로 결제요청신호를 전송하여 구매자(150)의 주문에 대한 결제절차를 수행한다.
이때 결제처리부(104)는 상품정보관리 서버(110)로부터 전달받은 할인정보에 기초하여 최적의 결제조건을 생성하여 구매자(150)에게 제시할 수 있다. 또는 상품주문처리부(103)에서 상품구매리스트를 출력하면서 상품정보관리 서버(110)로부터 수신한 할인정보를 상품정보와 함께 제시하여 구매자(150)가 이를 고려하여 주문을 하도록 할 수도 있다.
결제처리부(104)는 상품 주문 시스템(100)에 포함될 수도 있지만, 별도의 애플리케이션의 형태로 사용자 단말에 탑재될 수도 있다.
결제처리부(104)는 결제처리서버(120)와 통신하여 구매자(150)가 주문한 상품(140)에 대한 결제처리를 수행하며, 결제처리서버(120)로부터 결제처리에 대한 결과를 수신하면 결제완료정보를 출력하여 구매자(150)에게 제공한다. 또한 주문한 상품(140)에 관한 정보 및 결제처리결과에 대한 정보를 사용자 단말의 화면을 통해 출력할 수도 있는데, 이때 상기 정보들이 저장된 바코드나 전자태그의 형태로 제공할 수도 있다.
결제처리부(104)가 출력한 바코드 등은 구매자(150)가 일부 상품(140)을 직접 들고 계산대를 지나고자 할 때, 가맹점 단말(130)에 제시되어 상기 상품(140)에 대한 결제가 완료되었다는 정보를 제공하는데 이용된다. 가맹점 단말(130)은 구매자(150)의 사용자 단말에 표시된 바코드 등을 스캔함으로써 구매자(150)의 상품에 대한 결제 여부를 확인할 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따르면, 구매자(150)가 전체 상품(140)에 대한 배송 요청을 한 경우에는 구매자(150)가 상품 주문 시스템(100)을 통한 수령확인명령을 입력한 후에 결제가 처리되도록 할 수도 있다.
도 2 내지 도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 상품 주문 시스템에 의하여 상품에 대한 주문, 결제가 수행되는 과정을 나타낸 흐름도이다.
도 2와 도 3은 상품 주문 시스템에 의한 상품 주문, 결제의 일반적인 수행 과정을 나타낸 것으로서, 결제를 할 때 할인정보의 조회 및 적용 시점에 차이가 있는 실시예를 나타낸다.
도 2가 도시하는 실시예에서, 구매자가 상품 주문 시스템에 대한 애플리케이션이 탑재된 사용자 단말(200)에서 애플리케이션을 실행하고(S201), 상품 또는 진열대 등에 부착되어 있는 바코드 또는 전자태그를 스캔하여 각 상품에 대한 상품식별정보를 획득한다(S202).
사용자 단말(200)이 상품식별정보를 획득하면 상기 상품식별정보를 상품정보관리 서버(220)로 전송하고(S203), 상품정보관리 서버(220)는 상품식별정보를 수신하면 수신한 상품식별정보에 대응하는 상품정보, 할인정보를 조회한다(S204). 그리고 상품정보관리 서버(220)가 상기 상품정보, 할인정보를 사용자 단말(200)로 전송하면(S205), 사용자 단말(200)은 수신한 상품정보, 할인정보를 반영한 상품구매리스트를 구매자에게 제공한다(S206).
구매자는 전술한 과정을 반복하여 상품구매리스트에 상품을 추가, 삭제 또는 수량변경을 하고, 상품구매리스트에 표시되는 상품정보, 할인정보를 참고하여 주문하고자 하는 상품의 목록을 확정한다. 구매자가 주문완료명령을 입력하면 사용자 단말(200)은 상품구매리스트에 등록된 상품정보에 기초하여 주문정보를 생성하고(S207), 구매자가 결제요청명령을 입력하면 사용자 단말(200)은 결제처리서버(240)로 결제승인을 요청한다(S208).
결제처리서버(240)는 해당 금융기관(260)에 승인요청을 하고(S209), 금융기관(260)으로부터 처리결과에 대한 응답을 수신하면(S210) 수신한 처리결과를 사용자 단말(200)로 전송한다(S211).
사용자 단말(200)은 수신한 처리결과를 통해 결제의 승인 여부를 확인하고, 결제가 완료되면 주문정보 및 결제처리결과정보 등을 포함한 결제완료정보를 생성한다(S212). 이때 결제완료정보는 바코드 등에 저장되고, 구매자로부터 출력명령을 입력받으면 상기 바코드가 사용자 단말(200)을 통해 표시되도록 할 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 상품 주문 시스템에 의하여 상품의 주문, 결제를 수행함에 있어서, 할인정보가 결제요청이 있은 후에 적용되는 실시예를 도시한 것이다.
구매자가 사용자 단말(300)을 이용하여 상품 등에 부착된 바코드 등을 스캔하고 상품구매리스트에 상품을 추가, 삭제 또는 변경하여 주문정보를 생성하면(S307), 사용자 단말(300)은 상품정보관리 서버(320)로 주문정보와 함께 결제요청신호를 전송한다(S308).
상품정보관리 서버(320)는 주문정보에 포함된 상품정보, 전체 상품에 대한 결제금액정보 등을 확인하고, 해당 주문정보에 적용가능한 할인정보를 조회하여(S309), 할인정보를 사용자 단말(300)로 전송한다(S310).
사용자 단말(300)은 수신한 할인정보를 적용한 결제정보를 생성하고(S311), 생성한 결제정보와 함께 결제승인요청신호를 결제처리서버(340)로 전송하여(S312) 결제가 처리되도록 한다. 이후의 과정은 도 2에 도시된 실시예와 동일하며, 도 3에 도시된 실시예는 할인정보를 주문정보가 생성된 이후에 적용함으로써, 각 상품별 할인정보뿐만 아니라 전체 결제금액에 기초한 할인정보(예컨대, 10만원 이상 구매시 5%할인)도 적용될 수 있도록 한다.
도 4는 구매자가 상품 주문 시스템을 통한 상품의 주문, 결제를 완료하고, 상품에 대한 배송을 요청함에 있어서 가맹점단말에 의해서 주문이 처리되는 과정을 나타낸 것이다.
구매자가 구매한 상품에 대한 결제처리가 완료되면, 사용자 단말(400)이 주문정보 및 결제처리결과정보를 포함하는 결제완료정보를 생성한다(S401). 구매자가 직접 배송으로 선택한 상품을 가지고 계산대에 가서 사용자 단말(400)이 출력하는 결제완료정보를 가맹점단말(420)에 제시한다(S402). 이때 결제완료정보는 바코드 또는 전자태그에 저장된 형태로 제공될 수 있다.
가맹점단말(420)은 사용자 단말(400)을 통해 표시되는 바코드 등을 스캔하여 결제완료정보를 입력받고, 결제완료정보에 포함된 주문정보를 통해 각각의 상품에 대한 배송 정보를 조회한다(S403).
이때 가맹점단말(420)은 상품이 담겨진 쇼핑카트의 식별번호를 스캔함으로써 결제완료정보를 획득할 수도 있다. 즉, 사용자 단말(400)이 결제완료정보를 생성할 때 쇼핑카트의 식별번호를 포함하여 결제완료정보를 생성하고 생성한 결제완료정보를 상품정보관리 서버에 등록하면, 가맹점단말(420)은 쇼핑카트의 식별번호를 획득하고 상품정보관리 서버를 조회하여 쇼핑카트에 담겨진 상품에 대한 주문정보 및 결제정보를 확인한다.
따라서 구매자가 쇼핑카트에 구매하고자 하는 상품을 모두 담은 상태에서 전체 배송을 요청하고자 하는 경우에는 계산대에서 대기할 필요없이 쇼핑카트를 기지정된 장소에 놓고 바로 마트를 빠져나올 수가 있다. 기지정된 장소에 놓인 쇼핑카트의 식별번호가 스캔되면, 결제완료정보에 따라 쇼핑카트에 담겨진 상품이 배송되게 되며, 이때 쇼핑카트는 잠금장치를 포함할 수도 있다.
가맹점단말(420)은 배송 정보로부터 직접 배송 상품과 배송 요청 상품의 목록을 확인하여(S404), 배송 요청 상품은 배송 리스트에 등록하고(S405) 주문정보에 포함된 구매자, 배송일시 및 장소 정보에 기초하여 구매자의 구매 상품이 배송될 수 있도록 한다.
가맹점단말(420)은 배송 요청의 등록이 완료되었음을 표시하는데, 주문정보 수신시 전달받은 구매자의 휴대전화번호로 문자 메시지가 전송되도록 할 수도 있다(S406).
가맹점단말(420)이 배송 요청 상품에 대한 배송 리스트 등록 처리를 완료하면, 주문정보에서 직접 배송으로 등록된 상품과 구매자가 가지고 있는 상품을 비교, 확인한 후 구매자의 상품 구매 절차를 종료한다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면, 본 발명의 본질적 특성을 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다. 따라서, 본 발명에 표현된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 한정하는 것이 아니라, 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 권리범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 특허청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하고, 그와 동등하거나, 균등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술적 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (18)

  1. 상품식별정보를 획득하고, 상기 상품식별정보를 획득하면 상기 상품식별정보를 상품정보관리 서버로 전송하는 상품식별정보획득부;
    상기 상품정보관리 서버로부터 상기 상품식별정보에 대응하는 상품정보를 수신하는 상품정보수신부; 및
    상기 상품정보를 수신하면 상기 수신한 상품정보를 상품구매리스트에 등록하고, 상기 상품구매리스트를 출력하며, 주문완료명령을 입력받으면 상기 상품구매리스트에 등록된 상품에 대한 주문을 처리하는 상품주문처리부
    를 포함하는 사용자 단말을 이용한 상품 주문 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상품식별정보획득부는
    상기 상품에 부착된 상기 상품식별정보를 저장하는 바코드 또는 전자태그를 스캔하여 상기 상품식별정보를 획득하는 것
