Description

회원 정보 관리 방법 및 이를 위한 장치
본 개시는 회원 정보를 관리하기 위한 방법 및 이를 위한 장치에 관한 것이다.
온라인 상거래가 발달함에 따라, 사용자는 구매를 위한 다양한 온라인 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 되었다. 그리고 사용자가 각 온라인 서비스를 이용하기 위해서는 서비스를 제공하는 웹사이트 별로 회원 가입을 해야 한다.
만일 사용자가 해당 웹사이트의 이용을 더 이상 원하지 않는 경우에는 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있다. 그러나, 탈퇴를 요청한 계정에 대하여 탈퇴 조건을 검토하지 않고 바로 승인하는 경우, 사용자가 서비스를 이용에 따른 대금을 지불하지 않거나, 탈퇴로 인하여 계정 정보가 말소된 뒤 이미 탈퇴한 사용자에 대한 추가 처리가 필요한 경우가 발생하여 서비스 제공자에게 손해가 발생하였다. 또한, 사용자의 현금성 자산이 계정에 남아 있음에도 불구하고 탈퇴가 승인되는 경우, 계정이 말소되어 복구가 어려워 사용자가 자산 손해를 입는 문제가 있었다. 따라서, 계정이 탈퇴를 위한 조건에 부합하지 않아 회원 탈퇴를 승인할 수 없는 경우, 서비스 제공자는 해당 계정의 탈퇴를 제한해야 할 필요성이 있다.
이와 관련된 선행문헌으로 대한민국 등록특허공보 제2013186호가 있다.
회원 정보를 관리하기 위한 방법 및 이를 위한 장치를 제공하는데 있다. 본 실시예가 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 상기된 바와 같은 기술적 과제들로 한정되지 않으며, 이하의 실시예들로부터 또 다른 기술적 과제들이 유추될 수 있다.
상기와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위한 회원 정보를 관리하기 위한 방법은 사용자로부터 서비스에 대한 탈퇴 요청을 획득하는 단계; 사용자의 계정과 관련된 제1 정보를 확인하는 단계; 제1 정보를 기초로 진행중인 주문이 있는지 여부, 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는지 여부 및 서비스와 관련해서 결제 후 지불되지 않은 금액이 있는지 여부 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제2 정보를 확인하는 단계; 및 제2 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않는 경우, 탈퇴 요청에 대응하여 제2 정보 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 결정된 탈퇴 제한 응답을 제공하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 개시의 회원 정보를 관리하기 위한 단말은 통신 디바이스(communication device); 입력 디바이스(input device); 출력 디바이스(output device); 및 통신 디바이스, 입력 디바이스 및 출력 디바이스와 작동가능하게(operably) 결합된 프로세서(processor)를 포함하고, 프로세서는, 입력 디바이스를 통해 사용자로부터 서비스에 대한 탈퇴 요청을 입력 받고, 통신 디바이스를 통해 전자 장치로 탈퇴 요청을 송신하고, 통신 디바이스를 통해 전자 장치로부터 탈퇴 요청에 대응하는 탈퇴 제한 응답을 수신하고, 출력 디바이스를 통해 탈퇴 제한 응답에 대한 정보를 출력하며, 탈퇴 제한 응답은, 사용자의 계정과 관련된 제1 정보를 기초로 확인되는 제2 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않는 경우, 탈퇴 요청에 대응하여 제2 정보 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 결정되고, 제2 정보는 진행중인 주문이 있는지 여부, 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는지 여부 및 서비스와 관련해서 결제 후 지불되지 않은 금액이 있는지 여부 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기와 같은 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 개시의 회원 정보를 관리하기 위한 전자 장치는 통신 디바이스(communication device); 저장 디바이스(storage device); 및 통신 디바이스 및 저장 디바이스를 제어하는 제어부(controller)를 포함하고, 제어부는, 통신 디바이스를 통해 사용자 단말로부터 서비스에 대한 탈퇴 요청을 획득하고, 저장 디바이스를 통해 사용자의 계정과 관련된 제1 정보를 확인하고, 제1 정보를 기초로 진행중인 주문이 있는지 여부, 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는지 여부 및 서비스와 관련해서 결제 후 지불되지 않은 금액이 있는지 여부 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제2 정보를 확인하고, 제2 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않는 경우, 통신 디바이스를 통해 사용자 단말로, 탈퇴 요청에 대응하여 제2 정보 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 결정된 탈퇴 제한 응답을 제공할 수 있다.

본 개시에 따르면, 회원 탈퇴를 요청한 사용자의 계정에 대하여, 진행중인 주문이 있거나 결제 후 지불되지 않은 금액이 있는 경우 등 탈퇴를 바로 승인하면 서비스 제공자의 손해로 이어질 수 있는 경우에 대해, 절차의 완료까지 탈퇴 요청을 보류할 수 있어, 서비스 제공자의 손해를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 회원 탈퇴를 요청한 사용자의 계정에 대하여, 사용자의 현금성 자산이 남아 있는 경우 등 탈퇴가 바로 승인되면 사용자의 자산이 소실되는 경우에 대해, 사용자의 동의 또는 환불 절차까지 탈퇴 요청을 보류할 수 있어, 사용자의 손해를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
발명의 효과는 이상에서 언급한 효과로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 청구범위의 기재로부터 당해 기술 분야의 통상의 기술자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

도 1을 참조하면, 회원 정보 관리를 위한 시스템(1)은 사용자 단말(10)및 전자 장치(20)를 포함할 수 있다. 도 1에 도시된 회원 정보 관리를 위한 시스템(1)은 본 실시 예와 관련된 구성요소들만이 도시되어 있다. 따라서, 도 1에 도시된 구성요소들 외에 다른 범용적인 구성요소들이 더 포함될 수 있음을 본 실시 예와 관련된 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이해할 수 있다.
사용자 단말(10) 및 전자 장치(20)는 네트워크(30)를 통해서 서로 통신할 수 있다. 네트워크(30)는 근거리 통신망(Local Area Network; LAN), 광역 통신망(Wide Area Network; WAN), 부가가치 통신망(Value Added Network; VAN), 이동 통신망(mobile radio communication network), 위성 통신망 및 이들의 상호 조합을 포함하며, 도 1에 도시된 각 네트워크 구성 주체가 서로 원활하게 통신을 할 수 있도록 하는 포괄적인 의미의 데이터 통신망이며, 유선 인터넷, 무선 인터넷 및 모바일 무선 통신망을 포함할 수 있다. 무선 통신은 예를 들어, 무선 랜(Wi-Fi), 블루투스, 블루투스 저 에너지(Bluetooth low energy), 지그비, WFD(Wi-Fi Direct), UWB(ultra wideband), 적외선 통신(IrDA, infrared Data Association), NFC(Near Field Communication) 등이 있을 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
사용자 단말(10)은 사용자가 회원 가입하여 이용중인 서비스와 관련된 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 사용자는 사용자 단말(10)을 통해 전자 장치(20)에 의해 운영되는 서비스에 가입할 수 있고, 탈퇴를 희망하는 경우 회원 탈퇴 요청을 입력할 수 있다. 사용자 단말(10)은 사용자로부터 서비스 가입 요청 또는 서비스 탈퇴 요청을 수신하여 수신한 요청을 전자 장치(20)로 전송할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 사용자 단말(10)은 사용자로부터 회원 가입을 위한 인적 사항을 입력 받아 이를 전자 장치(20)로 전송하고, 전자 장치(20)로부터 회원 가입 승인 또는 거절 정보를 수신할 수 있다. 또는, 사용자 단말(10)은 사용자로부터 회원 탈퇴를 위한 요청을 입력 받아 이를 전자 장치(20)로 전송하고, 전자 장치(20)로부터 탈퇴 승인 또는 탈퇴 제한 응답을 수신할 수 있다. 일 예로, 회원 가입 또는 탈퇴를 위한 요청은 사용자 단말(10) 상에 출력된 인터페이스 요소를 선택함으로써 이루어질 수 있다.
일 실시 예에 따르면, 사용자의 탈퇴 요청에 응답하여, 사용자의 계정 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않을 경우, 사용자 단말(10)은 전자 장치(20)로부터 탈퇴가 제한된다는 응답을 수신할 수 있다. 이 경우, 사용자 단말(10)은 사용자의 계정에 대하여 확인된 정보 중 어떠한 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 못하는지 해당 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 사용자 계정에 진행중인 주문이 있는지 여부, 서비스와 관련된 사용자의 잔여 자산이 있는지 여부 및 서비스와 관련해서 결제 후 지불되지 않은 금액이 있는지 여부 등 탈퇴에 제한이 되는 요소에 대한 정보를 전자 장치(20)로부터 수신하여 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 사용자 단말(10)은 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않는 정보를 탈퇴 조건 별로 상세하게 제공할 수 있다. 이를 통해 사용자는 사용자 단말(10)을 통해 계정 탈퇴를 위해서 어떠한 조건을 만족해야 하는지 확인할 수 있다.
일 실시 예에 따르면, 사용자 단말(10)은 계정 탈퇴를 진행하기 위하여 탈퇴 조건을 만족하기 위한 처리 입력을 요청할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 사용자 단말(10)이 제공한 탈퇴 제한 응답이 사용자 계정에 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는 경우에 기초하여 제공된 경우, 사용자 단말(10)은 잔여 자산의 소멸 동의를 요청하는 메시지 또는 잔여 자산을 수신하기 위한 수단에 대한 입력 요청 메시지를 제공할 수 있다. 사용자로부터 잔여 자산의 소멸 동의를 수신한다면, 사용자 단말(10)은 전자 장치(20)로 사용자의 동의 정보와 함께 탈퇴 요청을 승인할 것을 요청할 수 있다. 한편, 사용자로부터 잔여 자산의 소멸 거절을 나타내는 입력을 수신한다면, 사용자 단말(10)은 잔여 자산의 사용을 유도하기 위한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 이에 관한 상세한 설명은 이하의 도면에서 함께 살펴보도록 한다. 사용자 단말(10)은 잔여 자산에 대한 환불 정보를 요청할 수도 있다. 그리고 사용자로부터 환불 정보를 입력 받는 경우 전자 장치(20)로 정보를 전달하여 잔여 자산의 이전을 위한 환불 절차를 진행하도록 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 실시 예는 잔여 자산이 사용자의 서비스 이용 내역에 기초하여 지급된 가상 자산인지 또는 사용자의 결제에 기초하여 지급된 현금 자산인지에 따라 달리 적용될 수 있다. 한편 실시 예에서 잔여 자산은 서비스 이용과 관련하여 아이템 구매를 위한 포인트 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 사용자 단말(10)이 제공한 탈퇴 제한 응답에 대하여 처리 입력을 수신하는 경우, 이를 전자 장치(20)로 전송할 수 있고, 전자 장치(20)는 수신한 처리 입력이 기초하여 사용자 계정의 탈퇴 승인 여부를 다시 판단할 수 있다. 처리 입력에 의해 해당 사용자의 계정이 탈퇴 조건을 모두 만족하는 경우에 전자 장치(20)는 사용자 단말(10)로 탈퇴 승인 응답을 전송할 수 있고, 사용자 단말(10)은 탈퇴 완료 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 그렇지 않은 경우에는, 전자 장치(20)는 사용자 단말(10)로 탈퇴 제한 응답을 전송할 수 있고, 사용자 단말(10)은 탈퇴 제한 응답에 대한 정보를 다시 제공하여 사용자의 처리를 추가적으로 요구할 수 있다.
회원 정보 관리를 위한 시스템(1)의 전자 장치(20)는 사용자 단말(10)로부터 사용자의 서비스에 대한 탈퇴 요청을 수신하여 사용자의 계정의 탈퇴 가능 여부를 판단할 수 있다. 이를 위해 전자 장치(20)는 사용자의 계정과 관련된 제1 정보를 확인할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 정보는 서버에 저장되어 있는 회원 정보에 대응될 수 있으며, ID, 개인 정보(이름, 주민등록번호, 전화번호, 주소 등), 주문 내역, 결제 정보, 서비스 이용 이력 등 회원 가입 시에 입력한 정보와 서비스 이용에 따라 서버에 저장된 정보들을 포함할 수 있다. 그리고 전자 장치(20)는 사용자 계정이 탈퇴가 가능한지 판단하기 위해 제1 정보를 기초로 제2 정보를 확인할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 제2 정보는 사용자 계정에 진행중인 주문이 있는지 여부, 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는지 여부 및 서비스와 관련해서 결제 후 지불되지 않은 금액이 있는지 여부 등을 나타내는 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 일 실시 예에 따르면, 전자 장치(20)는 제2 정보와 탈퇴 조건을 비교하여 사용자 계정의 탈퇴 가능 여부를 판단할 수 있다. 이에 관한 상세한 설명은 이하의 도면에서 함께 살펴보도록 한다. 한편 실시 예에서 전자 장치(20)는 사용자 식별 정보를 기반으로 사용자 계정과 관련된 정보를 확인할 수 있다. 사용자 식별 정보는 사용자 ID 정보 또는 그에 대응하는 정보를 포함할 수 있으며, 사용자 계정과 관련된 정보를 상기 사용자에 대응하며, 상기 사용자 식별 정보에 매핑될 수 있는 사용자 관리 정보로, 이는 상기 제1 정보 중 ID를 제외한 다른 정보 및 상기 제2 정보 중 적어도 일부를 포함할 수 있다.
본 개시의 전자 장치(20)는 회원 정보 관리를 위한 서버에 포함되는 장치일 수 있다. 회원 정보 관리를 위한 서버는 서버가 제공하는 서비스 (또는 플랫폼)에 대한 회원 가입, 휴면, 탈퇴 등의 사용자 계정 정보 변동에 따라 서버를 업데이트할 수 있다.
도 2a 및 2b는 일 실시 예에 따른 탈퇴 제한 응답에 대한 정보를 나타낸 도면이다. 실시 예 전반에서 탈퇴 제한 응답에 대한 정보는 탈퇴 제한 응답을 통해 제공되는 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시 예에 따르면, 전자 장치(20)는 탈퇴를 요청한 사용자의 계정과 관련된 제1 정보를 기초로 제2 정보를 확인하고, 제2 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하는지 판단할 수 있다. 판단 결과, 제2 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않는 경우, 제2 정보 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 결정된 탈퇴 제한 응답을 사용자 단말(10)로 제공할 수 있다. 그리고, 사용자 단말(10)은 이러한 탈퇴 제한 응답에 대한 정보를 출력하여 사용자에게 추가 절차를 요청할 수 있다. 일 예로, 탈퇴 제한 응답에 대한 정보는 제2 정보가 만족하지 않는 각 탈퇴 조건 별 상세 정보를 포함하며, 보다 상세하게는, 진행중인 주문에 대한 배송 정보, 잔여 자산에 대한 금액 정보 및 지불되지 않은 금액에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
도 2a는 탈퇴 제한 응답에 대한 정보 중 주문에 관련된 정보를 제공하는 일 실시 예에 대한 도면이다. 구체적으로, 도 2a는 진행중인 주문에 대한 배송 정보를 제공하고 있으며, 일 예로, 상기 제공되는 정보는 결제 후 사용되지 않은 아이템에 관한 주문(210) 또는 결제 후 구매확정 전인 주문(220)에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 결제 후 구매확정 전인 주문(220)은 아이템이 배송 중인 주문, 주문 취소 요청 후 회수 전인 주문, 반품 요청 후 회수 전인 주문 및 교환 요청 후 구매확정 전인 주문을 포함할 수 있다. 또는, 결제 후 구매확정 전인 주문(220)은 다른 사용자를 대상으로 하는 주문(230)을 포함할 수 있다. 결제 후 사용되지 않은 아이템은 이용 가능 시기가 도래하지 않은 아이템을 포함할 수 있다. 이용 가능 시기가 도래해지 않은 아이템으로는 여행, 콘서트, 전시회, 숙박권 등 상품을 사용할 수 있는 시기가 지정되어 있는 상품을 의미한다. 이 경우 구매한 아이템을 이용하기 이전에 사용자가 탈퇴한다면, 사용자가 이용 가능 시기 이전에 환불을 요청하거나, 아이템이 사용 불가하게 된 경우에 사용자에게 대금을 환불할 수 없으므로, 탈퇴에 있어서 제한이 필요하며, 이와 관련된 상품의 거래가 완결된 이후 탈퇴에 대한 프로세스를 진행할 수 있다.
도 2a를 참조하면, 전자 장치(20)는 결제 후 사용되지 않은 아이템에 대한 정보(210)를 나열하면서 주문 별 상세 정보도 함께 제공할 수 있다. 상기 결제 후 사용되지 않은 아이템의 경우 배송이 되지 않는 디지털 상품이거나, 다른 상품을 구매하는데 사용될 수 있는 상품권에 대응하는 상품이거나, 사용 가능 시기가 정해져 있는 티켓에 대응하는 상품일 수 있다.
실시 예에서, 상세 정보는 주문일, 사용 만료 기한, 상품 명 및 주문 번호 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 사용자는 상세 정보를 통해 자신이 탈퇴를 하기 위해서는 구매하였던 아이템 중 어느 주문 내역이 처리되어야 하는지 알 수 있다. 일 예로, 사용자는 주문 내역을 조회하여 해당 주문을 취소할 수 있다.
또한, 전자 장치(20)는 결제 후 구매확정 전인 주문(220)에 대해서도 주문 별 상세 정보를 함께 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 주문의 배송 중, 취소, 반품 또는 교환 중인 상태 정보, 주문에 대한 요청이 접수된 날짜, 상품명 및 주문 번호 등을 상세 정보로서 제공할 수 있다. 사용자는 탈퇴를 진행하기 위하여, 진행 중인 취소, 반품 또는 교환 요청의 상세 내역을 조회하고, 해당 요청을 철회하거나, 해당 요청이 완료될 때까지 탈퇴를 보류할 수 있다. 또는, 전자 장치(20)는 주문 계속 중인 아이템이 배송 완료된 것으로 확인되면 구매 확정 요청과 함께 탈퇴 확인 요청을 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다.
전자 장치(20)는 구매한 아이템을 수령하는 대상이 본인이 아닌 경우, 상대방이 아이템을 수령할 때까지 구매자의 탈퇴를 보류할 수 있다. 이를 위해, 전자 장치(20)는 다른 사용자를 대상으로 하는 주문(230)에 대해서도 주문 별 상세 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 수령인, 주문일, 상품명 및 주문 번호 등을 상세 정보로서 함께 제공할 수 있다. 사용자는 탈퇴를 진행하기 위하여 결제가 완료된 주문에 대한 취소를 요청할 수 있다. 이러한 제3자를 수령인으로 하는 주문의 대상 아이템은 유형(有形)의 상품일 수도 있으나, 기프티콘, 온라인 이용권, 가상의 현금 자산 등 무형의 상품일 수도 있다. 무형의 상품에 관한 주문일 경우, 사용자는 사용자 단말(10)을 통해 상대방에게 아이템을 수령할 것을 요청하도록 지시할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로 사용자는 사용자 단말(10)을 통해 상대방에게 무형의 디지털 상품을 상대방의 단말을 통해 수령할 것을 요청하는 메시지를 상기 상대방의 단말에 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 일 실시 예에 따르면, 전자 장치(20)는 사용자에게 탈퇴 조건을 만족하기 위해 추가적 정보를 입력할 수 있는 페이지에 대한 링크를 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 결제 후 사용되지 않은 아이템이 있는 경우(210)에는 아이템에 관한 주문을 취소할 수 있는 링크를 제공할 수 있다. 마찬가지로, 전자 장치(20)는 결제 후 구매확정 전인 주문(220)에 대해서 진행 중인 배송, 취소, 반품 또는 교환 요청의 상세 내역을 조회할 수 있는 링크를 제공할 수 있고, 다른 사용자를 대상으로 하는 주문(230)에 대해서 주문을 취소하거나 상대방에게 아이템을 수령할 것을 요청할 수 있는 링크를 제공할 수 있다.
한편, 탈퇴 제한 응답에 대한 정보가 나열되는 순서는 도 2a에 제한되지 않으며, 해당 정보가 나열되는 순서는 탈퇴 제한 응답과 관련된 정보가 생성된 순서를 기반으로 결정될 수 있다. 또한, 도 2a의 프로세스를 전자 장치(20)가 수행하는 것으로 기재하였으나, 정보의 제공은 사용자 단말(10)을 통해서 이루어 질 수 있으며, 또는 사용자 단말(10)에서 상기 프로세스를 수행할 수도 있다.
도 2b는 탈퇴 제한 응답에 대한 정보 중 지불되지 않은 금액에 대한 정보(240) 및 잔여 자산에 대한 금액 정보(250, 260, 270)를 제공하는 일 실시 예에 대한 도면이다. 도 2b를 참조하면, 전자 장치(20)는 서비스와 관련해서 결제 후 지불되지 않는 금액이 있는 경우, 금액에 대한 결제를 유도하기 위한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 이용 중인 후불 결제 관련 서비스와 지불되지 않은 금액 등을 상세 정보로서 제공할 수 있다. 일 실시 예에 따르면, 전자 장치(10)는 사용자 계정에 연관되어 있는 후불 결제 서비스를 자동으로 해제하고, 사용자에게 결제를 요청하기 위해 후불 결제를 이용한 주문 건에 대한 지불을 위한 링크를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 전자 장치(20)는 잔여 자산에 대한 금액 정보(250, 260, 270)를 제공할 수 있으며, 잔여 자산은 온라인 상으로 전환 또는 적립된 현금성 자산 중 사용되지 못하고 남은 자산을 의미한다. 잔여 자산에는 상품권을 구매하여 전환된 자산에 대한 금액 정보(250), 현금을 지급하여 충전된 자산에 대한 금액 정보(261), 주문의 환불 절차에 따라 환불된 자산에 대한 금액 정보(262), 서비스 이용에 따라 적립된 자산에 대한 금액 정보(270) 및 서비스 이용을 위한 정기 결제가 탈퇴에 따라 해지되는 경우에 반환될 수 있는 자산에 대한 금액 정보(263)를 포함한다.
일 실시 예에 따르면, 전자 장치(20)는 상품권을 구매하여 전환된 자산(250)에 대하여 온라인 상으로 전환된 날짜, 상품권의 금액, 상품권의 금액 상당이 전환되어 일부 사용된 이후 남은 잔여 금액 및 환불 가능 여부 등에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 환불 가능 여부에 대하여, 전자 장치(20)는 사용자가 상품권의 금액의 기 설정된 비율 이상을 사용한 경우 잔여 금액에 대하여 환불이 가능하다고 판단할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 3만원 상당의 상품권에 대하여 전혀 사용되지 않은 경우, 환불은 불가능할 것이다. 반면, 환불 가능한 기 설정된 최소 사용 비율이 60%이고 5만원 상당의 상품권에 대하여 그 일부인 3만원을 사용한 경우, 잔여 금액인 2만원에 대하여 사용자는 환불을 요청할 수 있다. 이러한 최소 사용 비율은 상품권의 금액에 따라 달리 설정될 수 있다.
전자 장치(20)는 현금을 지급하여 충전된 자산(261)에 대하여 잔여 금액 정보를 제공하고, 나아가 사용자에게 해당 금액을 인출할 수 있는 링크를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 전자 장치(20)는 주문의 환불 절차에 따라 환불된 자산(262)에 대하여 잔여 금액 정보를 제공하고, 사용자에게 잔여 자산에 대한 환불 정보를 요청할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 전자 장치(20)는 환불 계좌 정보를 획득하여 잔여 재산에 대한 환불 절차를 진행하고, 환불이 완료된 후, 사용자 계정의 탈퇴를 진행할 수 있다. 그리고, 전자 장치(20)는 서비스 이용을 위한 정기 결제가 사용자의 탈퇴에 따라 중도 해지되는 경우에 반환될 수 있는 자산(263)을 계산하여 금액 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 이 경우 전자 장치(20)는 해당 서비스 이용을 해지하기 위한 링크를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 전자 장치(20)는 서비스 이용에 따라 적립된 자산(270)에 대하여 잔여 금액 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 서비스 이용에 따라 적립된 자산(270)은 사용자가 자신으로부터 출자한 자산이 아니라, 사용자의 주문 이력에 따라 서버로부터 무료로 적립된 온라인 자산일 수 있다. 일 실시 예에 따르면, 전자 장치(20)는 사용자로부터 적립 자산의 소멸 동의를 요청할 수 있다. 전자 장치(20)가 사용자로부터 적립 자산의 소멸에 동의하는 입력을 획득하는 경우, 응답에 기초하여 사용자 계정의 탈퇴를 진행할 수 있다. 이 경우 탈퇴하는 사용자의 적립 자산은 서버 상에서 사라지며 복구될 수 없다.
일 실시 예에 따르면, 전자 장치(20)는 사용자가 특정 서비스를 이용하기 위해 정기적으로 금액을 지불하여 가입하는 멤버십을 해지하는 정보를 서비스와 관련된 회원 탈퇴를 위해 해지할 수 있는 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 멤버십을 이용하는 사용자는 매달 또는 매년 지정된 금액을 사전 지불하여 자신의 주문 건에 대하여 배송료가 무료인 서비스, 특정 시간(새벽 또는 심야) 배송이 가능한 서비스 등을 이용할 수 있다. 이러한 서비스는 사용자가 서비스에 대한 탈퇴를 요청하는 경우에 이용이 중단되어야 하므로, 멤버십을 이용하기 위한 요금에 대한 결제 또한 중단되어야 한다. 또한, 사용자가 기 지불한 만큼의 기간 동안 해당 특정 서비스를 이용하지 못하기 때문에 서비스 제공자는 그에 상응하는 금액을 사용자에게 반환할 필요가 있다. 이에 따라, 전자 장치(20)는 서비스 이용을 위한 정기 결제가 탈퇴에 따라 해지되는 경우에 기 지불된 서비스 이용료를 사용자에게 반환하여 줄 수 있다. 이를 위하여 전자 장치(20)는 사용자에게 해당 서비스 이용을 해지할 수 있는 링크를 제공할 수 있다.
한편, 탈퇴 제한 응답에 대한 정보가 나열되는 순서는 도 2b에 제한되지 않는다. 또한, 도 2b의 프로세스를 전자 장치(20)가 수행하는 것으로 기재하였으나, 정보의 제공은 사용자 단말(10)을 통해서 이루어 질 수 있으며, 또는 사용자 단말(10)에서 상기 프로세스를 수행할 수도 있다.
한편, 사용자가 잔여 자산의 환불, 인출 또는 소멸 중 적어도 하나에 동의하지 않거나, 서비스 이용 해지를 거부하는 경우에 전자 장치(20)는 사용자에게 적립 자산의 사용을 유도할 수 있는 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 전자 장치(20)는 잔여 자산의 총 합을 계산하고, 총 잔여 자산의 금액에 대응되는 아이템을 추천하는 메시지를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다. 그리고, 사용자가 상기 메시지를 통해 추천된 아이템을 확인하거나, 다른 아이템을 검색하여 구매를 하고, 잔여 자산을 사용하여 결제를 하는 경우, 총 잔여 자산만큼 구매가 이루어 졌는지 확인할 수 있다. 총 잔여 자산만큼 구매가 이루어지는 경우, 잔존하는 잔여 자산은 없을 것이며, 나머지 탈퇴 조건을 만족하는 경우에 탈퇴를 승인할 수 있다. 이때 이와 같은 잔여 자산을 사용하여 구매를 진행하고, 구매를 한 물건에 대한 구매 확정이 되는 경우, 사용자에게 탈퇴 조건을 만족하였다는 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 잔여 자산이 더 이상 남아 있지 않고, 진행중인 주문이 없으며, 지불되지 않은 금액도 없는 경우, 전자 장치(20)는 해당 계정의 탈퇴를 진행할 수 있다.
또한, 전자 장치(20)가 추천한 아이템을 사용자가 구매하는 경우, 사용자에게 구매에 따른 혜택을 제공할 수 있다. 일 실시 예에 따라, 전자 장치(20)는 구매를 통해 잔여 자산을 소진한 사용자에게 대하여 특정 서비스를 무료로 이용할 수 있는 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 전자 장치(20)는 잔여 자산을 소진하기 위하여 유도된 구매 창에서 구매를 완료한 사용자에게, 위에서 설명한 멤버십 서비스와 같이 배송료가 무료인 서비스, 특정 시간(새벽 또는 심야) 배송이 가능한 서비스 등과 관련된 프로모션을 제안하는 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 해당 서비스 이용료를 일정 기간(예를 들어, 한달) 동안 무료로 제공할 수 있음을 나타내는 메시지를 함께 제공할 수 있다.
한편, 전자 장치(20)는 사용자 계정의 탈퇴 절차가 완료되는 경우, 사용자에게 사용자 계정과 관련된 회원 정보에 기초하여 사용자의 서비스 이력에 따른 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 사용자의 서비스 이용 기간, 총 구매 건수, 총 결제 금액 및 사용자에게 반환된 잔여 자산 금액 등에 관한 정보를 탈퇴 승인 통지와 함께 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다.
일 실시 예에 따르면, 사용자 계정의 탈퇴 절차가 완료되는 경우, 전자 장치(20)는 탈퇴한 사용자의 회원 정보를 기 저장되어 있던 데이터베이스와 다른 데이터베이스에 이동하여 저장할 수 있다. 이때 회원 정보의 일부만이 이동되고, 나머지 회원 정보는 영구적으로 삭제될 수 있다. 이동되어 저장되는 회원 정보의 일부는 추후 사용자가 다시 회원 가입을 하거나, 사용자의 회원 가입을 다시 유도하기 위하여 필요한 정보일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 사용자 계정과 연관된 이메일 주소 및 서비스 이용 기록이 이동되어 저장되고, 그 외에 정보들은 법령에 따라 삭제될 수 있다. 일 실시 예에 따르면, 이동되어 저장된 회원 정보의 일부는 기 설정된 기간 이후에 데이터베이스에서 자동 삭제될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 회원 탈퇴 이후 별도로 저장된 정보가 저장된 지 1년 이후에 영구적으로 자동 삭제될 수 있다. 이때 정보의 삭제와 함께 탈퇴하였던 사용자에게 해당 정보의 삭제를 통지할 수도 있다.
이하에서는 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 흐름도를 통해 회원 정보 관리를 위한 동작 방법에 대해 구체적으로 살펴보기로 한다.

단계 S301에서 전자 장치(20)는 사용자로부터 서비스에 대한 탈퇴 요청을 획득할 수 있다. 일 실시 예에 따르면, 탈퇴 요청은 사용자 단말(10)을 통해서 사용자가 입력할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 사용자는 사용자 단말(10)에 출력된 탈퇴 버튼과 같은 사용자 인터페이스 요소를 선택함으로써 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있다.
단계 S302에서 전자 장치(20)는 탈퇴를 요청한 사용자의 계정과 관련된 제1 정보를 확인할 수 있다. 제1 정보는 제1 데이터베이스에 저장되어 있을 수 있으며, 회원 정보에 대응될 수 있다.
단계 S303에서 전자 장치(20)는 제1 정보를 기초로 제2 정보를 확인할 수 있으며, 이때의 제2 정보는 진행중인 주문이 있는지 여부, 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는지 여부 및 서비스와 관련해서 결제 후 지불되지 않은 금액이 있는지 여부 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 일 실시 예에 따르면, 진행 중인 주문은 결제 후 구매확정 전인 주문 또는 결제 후 사용되지 않은 아이템에 관한 주문을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 결제 후 구매확정 전인 주문은 아이템이 배송 중인 주문, 주문 취소 요청 후 회수 전인 주문, 반품 요청 후 회수 전인 주문 및 교환 요청 후 구매확정 전인 주문을 포함하고, 결제 후 사용되지 않은 아이템은 아이템의 이용 가능 시기가 미도래한 아이템일 수 있다.
단계 S304에서 전자 장치(20)는 제2 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않는 경우, 탈퇴 요청에 대응하여 제2 정보 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 결정된 탈퇴 제한 응답을 사용자 단말(10)로 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 전자 장치(20)는 제2 정보가 만족하지 않는 각 탈퇴 조건 별 상세 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 상세 정보는 진행중인 주문에 대한 배송 정보, 잔여 자산에 대한 금액 정보 및 지불되지 않은 금액에 대한 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
또는, 전자 장치(20)는 제2 정보에 따라, 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는 경우, 제2 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않는 것으로 판단하고, 사용자로부터 잔여 자산의 소멸 동의를 요청할 수 있다. 그리고, 사용자 단말(10)로부터 소멸 동의 요청에 대한 응답을 수신하여, 응답에 기초하여 사용자 계정의 탈퇴를 진행할 수 있다.
또는, 전자 장치(20)는 제2 정보에 따라, 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는 경우, 제2 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않는 것으로 판단하고, 잔여 자산에 대한 환불 정보를 사용자 단말(10)을 통해 요청할 수 있다. 그리고, 사용자 단말(10)을 통해 환불 정보를 수신함에 따라, 수신한 환불 정보에 기초하여 잔여 자산의 환불을 진행할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 전자 장치(20)는 사용자로부터 환불 계좌 정보를 수신하고, 상기 환불 계좌에 사용자의 잔여 자산이 이체되도록 제어할 수 있다. 그리고, 전자 장치(20)는 잔여 자산의 환불이 완료된 후, 사용자 계정의 탈퇴를 진행할 수 있다.
한편, 사용자 계정의 탈퇴가 완료되는 경우 전자 장치(20)는 제1 정보의 일부를 제2 데이터베이스로 이동하여 저장할 수 있다. 이러한 제2 데이터베이스는 제1 정보가 저장되어 있던 제1 데이터베이스와 상이한 저장공간을 포함할 수 있다. 그리고, 제2 데이터베이스로 이동되지 않은 제1 정보의 나머지 일부는 제1 데이터베이스 내에서 영구 삭제될 수 있다. 일 실시 예에 따르면, 제2 데이터베이스에 저장되는 제1 정보의 일부는 사용자 계정과 연관된 이메일 주소 및 서비스 이용 기록을 포함할 수 있다. 그리고, 사용자의 개인 정보를 보호하기 위하여, 제2 데이터 베이스에 저장되었던 제1 정보의 일부는 기 설정된 기간 이후 자동으로 삭제될 수 있다. 일 실시 예에 따르면, 전자 장치(20)는 제2 데이터베이스에 저장되었던 제1 정보가 삭제될 때 탈퇴한 사용자에게 계정과 관련된 정보가 삭제되었음을 나타내는 메시지를 전송할 수도 있다.
도 4는 일 실시 예에 따른 회원 정보 관리 방법을 위한 사용자 단말(10)을 나타낸 블록도이다.
본 개시의 사용자 단말(10)은 일 실시 예에 따라, 통신 디바이스(communication device)(12), 입력 디바이스(input device)(14), 출력 디바이스(output device)(16) 및 프로세서(processor)(18)를 포함할 수 있다. 도 4에 도시된 구성요소들은 단말을 구현하는데 있어서 필수적인 것은 아니어서, 본 개시 상에서 설명되는 단말은 위에서 열거된 구성요소들 보다 많거나, 또는 적은 구성요소들을 가질 수 있음을 본 실시 예와 관련된 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이해할 수 있다.
통신 디바이스(12)는 유무선 통신 기술을 이용하여 외부의 전자 장치와 통신할 수 있으며 트랜시버를 포함할 수 있다. 외부의 전자 장치는 단말 또는 서버가 될 수 있다. 또한, 통신 디바이스(12)가 이용하는 통신 기술에는 GSM(Global System for Mobile communication), CDMA(Code Division Multi Access), LTE(Long Term Evolution), 5G, WLAN(Wireless LAN), Wi-Fi(Wireless-Fidelity), 블루투스(Bluetooth쪠), RFID(Radio Frequency Identification), 적외선 통신(Infrared Data Association; IrDA), ZigBee, NFC(Near Field Communication) 등이 있을 수 있으며, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
일 실시 예에 따라, 통신 디바이스(12)는 사용자의 서비스 탈퇴 요청을 전자 장치(20)로 전송할 수 있다. 또한, 통신 디바이스(12)는 전자 장치(20)로부터 탈퇴 제한 응답을 수신할 수 있다. 그리고, 통신 디바이스(12)는 탈퇴 제한 응답에 대한 정보에 대응하는 사용자의 처리 입력을 전자 장치(20)로 전송할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 잔여 자산의 소멸 동의, 잔여 자산에 대한 환불 정보 및 이용중인 서비스의 해지 요청 등을 전자 장치(20)로 전송하여 사용자 계정의 탈퇴 가능 여부를 다시 판단하도록 할 수 있다.
입력 디바이스(14)는, 영상 신호 입력을 위한 카메라 또는 영상 입력부, 오디오 신호 입력을 위한 마이크로폰(microphone) 또는 오디오 입력부, 사용자로부터 정보를 입력받기 위한 사용자 입력부(예를 들어, 터치키(touch key), 푸시키(mechanical key) 등)를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 입력 디바이스(14)는 이동 단말기 내 정보, 이동 단말기를 둘러싼 주변 환경 정보 및 사용자 정보 중 적어도 하나를 센싱하기 위한 하나 이상의 센서를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 입력 디바이스(14)는 근접센서(proximity sensor), 조도 센서(illumination sensor), 터치 센서(touch sensor), 모션 센서(motion sensor), 지문인식 센서(finger scan sensor), 광 센서(optical sensor, 예를 들어, 카메라), 마이크로폰(microphone) 등 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 한편, 본 개시의 이동 단말기는, 이러한 센서들 중 적어도 둘 이상의 센서에서 센싱되는 정보들을 조합하여 활용할 수 있다.
일 실시 예에 따라, 입력 디바이스(14)는 서비스에 대한 탈퇴 요청을 사용자로부터 입력 받을 수 있다. 또한, 사용자 단말(10)은 입력 디바이스(14)를 통해 잔여 자산의 소멸 동의, 잔여 자산에 대한 환불 정보 및 이용중인 서비스의 해지 요청 등을 입력 받을 수 있다.
출력 디바이스(16)는 시각, 청각 또는 촉각 등과 관련된 출력을 발생시키기 위한 것으로, 디스플레이, 음향 출력부, 햅팁 모듈, 광 출력부 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 디스플레이는 터치 센서와 상호 레이어 구조를 이루거나 일체형으로 형성됨으로써, 터치 스크린을 구현할 수 있다. 이러한 터치 스크린은, 단말과 사용자 사이의 입력 인터페이스를 제공하는 사용자 입력부로써 기능함과 동시에, 단말과 사용자 사이의 출력 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서, 입력 디바이스(14)와 출력 디바이스(16)는 동일한 디바이스에 포함될 수도 있다.
일 실시 예에 따라, 출력 디바이스(16)는 탈퇴 제한 응답에 대한 정보를 출력할 수 있다. 또한, 출력 디바이스(16)는 제2 정보가 만족하지 않는 각 탈퇴 조건 별 상세 정보를 출력하고 이에 대한 사용자 응답을 요구하는 정보를 출력할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 출력 디바이스(16)는 제2 정보에 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 포함된 경우, 잔여 자산의 소멸 동의를 요청하는 메시지를 출력하거나 잔여 자산에 대한 환불 정보를 요청할 수 있다.
프로세서(16)는 사용자 단말(10)의 전반적인 동작을 제어하고 데이터 및 신호를 처리할 수 있다. 일 실시 예에 따라, 프로세서(16)는 탈퇴를 요청한 회원의 정보를 관리하기 위해 통신 디바이스(12), 입력 디바이스(14) 및 출력 디바이스(16)의 동작을 제어할 수 있다.
도 5는 일 실시 예에 따른 전자 장치(20)을 나타낸 블록도이다.
본 개시의 전자 장치(20)는 일 실시 예에 따라, 통신 디바이스(22), 저장 디바이스(24) 및 제어부(controller)(26)를 포함할 수 있다. 도 5에 도시된 구성요소들은 전자 장치를 구현하는데 있어서 필수적인 것은 아니어서, 본 명세서 상에서 설명되는 전자 장치는 위에서 열거된 구성요소들 보다 많거나, 또는 적은 구성요소들을 가질 수 있음을 본 실시 예와 관련된 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이해할 수 있다.
통신 디바이스(22)는 앞서 도 4의 통신 디바이스(12)와 관련하여 설명한 바와 같이 유무선 통신 기술을 이용하여 외부의 전자 장치와 통신할 수 있다. 일 실시 예에 따라, 통신 디바이스(22)는 사용자 단말(10)로부터 서비스에 대한 탈퇴 요청을 수신할 수 있다. 또한, 통신 디바이스(22)는 수신한 탈퇴 요청에 대응하여 제2 정보 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 결정된 탈퇴 제한 응답을 제공할 수 있다. 이때 제2 정보는 사용자의 계정과 관련된 제1 정보를 기초로 진행중인 주문이 있는지 여부, 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는지 여부 및 서비스와 관련해서 결제 후 지불되지 않은 금액이 있는지 여부 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
저장 디바이스(24)는 사용자와 관련된 정보를 저장할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 저장 디바이스(24)는 서비스에 가입한 사용자에 대한 회원 정보를 저장할 수 있다. 일 실시 예에 따르면, 저장 디바이스(24)의 데이터베이스는 복수 개일 수 있다. 이에 따라, 가입자의 회원 정보는 제1 데이터베이스에 저장되고 탈퇴한 사용자의 회원 정보는 일부가 제2 데이터베이스에 저장될 수 있다.
제어부(26)는 전자 장치(20)의 전반적인 동작을 제어하고 데이터 및 신호를 처리할 수 있다. 일 실시 예에 따라, 제어부(26)는 저장 디바이스(24)를 검색하여 탈퇴를 요청한 사용자의 계정과 관련된 제1 정보를 확인하고, 제1 정보를 기초로 제2 정보를 확인할 수 있다. 이때 제2 정보는 진행중인 주문이 있는지 여부, 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는지 여부 및 서비스와 관련해서 결제 후 지불되지 않은 금액이 있는지 여부 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시 예에 따르면, 제어부(26)는 제2 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하는지 여부를 판단할 수 있다. 그리고, 제2 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않는 경우, 통신 디바이스(22)를 통해 사용자 단말(10)로, 탈퇴 요청에 대응하여 제2 정보 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 결정된 탈퇴 제한 응답을 제공할 수 있다.
전술한 실시 예들에 따른 장치는 프로그램 데이터를 저장하고 실행하는 메모리, 디스크 드라이브와 같은 영구 저장부(permanent storage), 외부 장치와 통신하는 통신 포트, 터치 패널, 키(key), 버튼 등과 같은 사용자 인터페이스 장치 등을 포함할 수 있다. 소프트웨어 모듈 또는 알고리즘으로 구현되는 방법들은 상기 프로세서 상에서 실행 가능한 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드들 또는 프로그램 명령들로서 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체 상에 저장될 수 있다. 여기서 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체로 마그네틱 저장 매체(예컨대, ROM(read-only memory), RAM(random-Access memory), 플로피 디스크, 하드 디스크 등) 및 광학적 판독 매체(예컨대, 시디롬(CD-ROM), 디브이디(DVD: Digital Versatile Disc)) 등이 있다. 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체는 네트워크로 연결된 컴퓨터 시스템들에 분산되어, 분산 방식으로 컴퓨터가 판독 가능한 코드가 저장되고 실행될 수 있다. 매체는 컴퓨터에 의해 판독가능하며, 메모리에 저장되고, 프로세서에서 실행될 수 있다.
본 실시 예는 기능적인 블록 구성들 및 다양한 처리 단계들로 나타내어질 수 있다. 이러한 기능 블록들은 특정 기능들을 실행하는 다양한 개수의 하드웨어 또는/및 소프트웨어 구성들로 구현될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 실시 예는 하나 이상의 마이크로프로세서들의 제어 또는 다른 제어 장치들에 의해서 다양한 기능들을 실행할 수 있는, 메모리, 프로세싱, 로직(logic), 룩 업 테이블(look-up table) 등과 같은 직접 회로 구성들을 채용할 수 있다. 구성 요소들이 소프트웨어 프로그래밍 또는 소프트웨어 요소들로 실행될 수 있는 것과 유사하게, 본 실시 예는 데이터 구조, 프로세스들, 루틴들 또는 다른 프로그래밍 구성들의 조합으로 구현되는 다양한 알고리즘을 포함하여, C, C++, 자바(Java), 어셈블러(assembler) 등과 같은 프로그래밍 또는 스크립팅 언어로 구현될 수 있다. 기능적인 측면들은 하나 이상의 프로세서들에서 실행되는 알고리즘으로 구현될 수 있다. 또한, 본 실시 예는 전자적인 환경 설정, 신호 처리, 및/또는 데이터 처리 등을 위하여 종래 기술을 채용할 수 있다. "매커니즘", "요소", "수단", "구성"과 같은 용어는 넓게 사용될 수 있으며, 기계적이고 물리적인 구성들로서 한정되는 것은 아니다. 상기 용어는 프로세서 등과 연계하여 소프트웨어의 일련의 처리들(routines)의 의미를 포함할 수 있다.
전술한 실시 예들은 일 예시일 뿐 후술하는 청구항들의 범위 내에서 다른 실시 예들이 구현될 수 있다.

Claims (15)

  1. 전자 장치에서의 회원 정보 관리 방법에 있어서,
    사용자로부터 서비스에 대한 탈퇴 요청을 획득하는 단계;
    상기 사용자의 계정과 관련된 제1 정보를 확인하는 단계;
    제1 정보를 기초로 진행중인 주문이 있는지 여부, 상기 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는지 여부 및 상기 서비스와 관련해서 결제 후 지불되지 않은 금액이 있는지 여부 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제2 정보를 확인하는 단계; 및
    상기 제2 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않는 경우, 상기 탈퇴 요청에 대응하여 상기 제2 정보 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 결정된 탈퇴 제한 응답을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 회원 정보 관리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 진행 중인 주문은
    결제 후 구매확정 전인 주문 또는 결제 후 사용되지 않은 아이템에 관한 주문을 포함하는, 회원 정보 관리 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 결제 후 구매확정 전인 주문은 아이템이 배송 중인 주문, 주문 취소 요청 후 회수 전인 주문, 반품 요청 후 회수 전인 주문 및 교환 요청 후 구매확정 전인 주문을 포함하고,
    상기 결제 후 사용되지 않은 아이템은 상기 아이템의 이용 가능 시기가 미도래한 아이템인, 회원 정보 관리 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 탈퇴 제한 응답을 제공하는 단계는, 상기 제2 정보가 만족하지 않는 각 탈퇴 조건 별 상세 정보를 제공하는 단계를 포함하고,
    상기 상세 정보는 진행중인 주문에 대한 배송 정보, 잔여 자산에 대한 금액 정보 및 지불되지 않은 금액에 대한 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 회원 정보 관리 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 정보에 따라 상기 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는 경우, 상기 제2 정보가 상기 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않는 것으로 판단하고, 상기 사용자로부터 상기 잔여 자산의 소멸 동의를 요청하는 단계; 및
    상기 소멸 동의 요청에 대한 응답에 기초하여, 상기 사용자의 계정의 탈퇴를 진행하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 회원 정보 관리 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 정보에 따라 상기 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는 경우, 상기 제2 정보가 상기 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않는 것으로 판단하고, 상기 잔여 자산에 대한 환불 정보를 요청하는 단계;
    상기 환불 정보를 수신함에 따라, 상기 환불 정보에 기초하여 상기 잔여 자산의 환불을 진행하는 단계; 및
    상기 잔여 자산의 환불이 완료된 후, 상기 사용자의 계정의 탈퇴를 진행하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 회원 정보 관리 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하는 것에 대응하여, 제1 데이터베이스에 저장된 상기 제1 정보가 삭제되고, 상기 제1 정보 중 적어도 일부가 상기 제1 데이터베이스와 상이한 제2 데이터베이스에 기록되는, 회원 정보 관리 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 데이터베이스에 저장되는 제1 정보의 적어도 일부는 사용자 계정과 연관된 이메일 주소 및 서비스 이용 기록을 포함하고, 상기 제1 정보의 일부는 상기 제2 데이터베이스에서 기 설정된 기간 이후 자동으로 삭제되는, 회원 정보 관리 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는 경우, 상기 잔여 자산에 대응하는 아이템 구매를 제안하는 정보를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 회원 정보 관리 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 컴퓨터에서 실행시키기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 비일시적 기록매체.
  11. 회원 정보를 관리하는 단말로서,
    통신 디바이스(communication device);
    입력 디바이스(input device);
    출력 디바이스(output device); 및
    상기 통신 디바이스, 상기 입력 디바이스 및 상기 출력 디바이스와 작동가능하게(operably) 결합된 프로세서(processor)를 포함하고,
    상기 프로세서는,
    상기 입력 디바이스를 통해 사용자로부터 서비스에 대한 탈퇴 요청을 입력 받고,
    상기 통신 디바이스를 통해 전자 장치로 상기 탈퇴 요청을 송신하고,
    상기 통신 디바이스를 통해 상기 전자 장치로부터 상기 탈퇴 요청에 대응하는 탈퇴 제한 응답을 수신하고,
    상기 출력 디바이스를 통해 상기 탈퇴 제한 응답에 대한 정보를 출력하며,
    상기 탈퇴 제한 응답은, 상기 사용자의 계정과 관련된 제1 정보를 기초로 확인되는 제2 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않는 경우, 상기 탈퇴 요청에 대응하여 상기 제2 정보 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 결정되고,
    상기 제2 정보는 진행중인 주문이 있는지 여부, 상기 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는지 여부 및 상기 서비스와 관련해서 결제 후 지불되지 않은 금액이 있는지 여부 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 회원 정보 관리 방법을 위한 단말.
  12. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 프로세서는,
    상기 출력 디바이스를 통해 상기 제2 정보가 만족하지 않는 각 탈퇴 조건 별 상세 정보를 출력하고,
    상기 상세 정보는 진행중인 주문에 대한 배송 정보, 잔여 자산에 대한 금액 정보 및 지불되지 않은 금액에 대한 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 회원 정보 관리 방법을 위한 단말.
  13. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 프로세서는,
    상기 탈퇴 제한 응답이 상기 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는 경우에 기초하여 결정된 경우, 상기 출력 디바이스를 통해 상기 잔여 자산의 소멸 동의를 요청하는 메시지를 출력하고,
    상기 입력 디바이스를 통해 상기 메시지에 대한 응답을 수신하고,
    상기 메시지에 대한 응답이 동의에 대응되는 경우, 상기 통신 디바이스를 통해 상기 전자 장치로 상기 탈퇴 요청의 승인 요청을 전송하는, 회원 정보 관리 방법을 위한 단말.
  14. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 프로세서는,
    상기 탈퇴 제한 응답이 상기 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는 경우에 기초하여 결정된 경우, 상기 출력 디바이스를 통해 상기 잔여 자산에 대한 환불 정보를 요청하고,
    상기 입력 디바이스를 통해 상기 환불 정보를 입력 받는 경우, 상기 통신 디바이스를 통해, 상기 전자 장치로 상기 환불 정보를 전송하는, 회원 정보 관리 방법을 위한 단말.
  15. 회원 정보를 관리하는 전자 장치로서,
    통신 디바이스(communication device);
    저장 디바이스(storage device); 및
    상기 통신 디바이스 및 상기 저장 디바이스를 제어하는 제어부(controller)를 포함하고,
    상기 제어부는,
    상기 통신 디바이스를 통해 사용자 단말로부터 서비스에 대한 탈퇴 요청을 획득하고,
    상기 저장 디바이스를 통해 상기 사용자의 계정과 관련된 제1 정보를 확인하고,
    상기 제1 정보를 기초로 진행중인 주문이 있는지 여부, 상기 서비스와 관련된 잔여 자산이 있는지 여부 및 상기 서비스와 관련해서 결제 후 지불되지 않은 금액이 있는지 여부 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 제2 정보를 확인하고,
    상기 제2 정보가 탈퇴 조건을 만족하지 않는 경우, 상기 통신 디바이스를 통해 사용자 단말로, 상기 탈퇴 요청에 대응하여 상기 제2 정보 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 결정된 탈퇴 제한 응답을 제공하는, 회원 정보 관리 방법을 위한 전자 장치.
