Abstract

一种防止漏光的下格栅总成,与汽车保险杠的蒙皮(3)固定连接,包括带有卡扣安装孔(11)的下格栅本体(1)以及带有卡扣(21)的下格栅饰条(2),其中,下格栅饰条(2)通过卡扣(21)和卡扣安装孔(11)与下格栅本体(1)固定连接;下格栅饰条(2)的卡扣(21)向外延伸设置有卡扣翻边(22),以使卡扣(21)形成为具有容置蒙皮(3)的端部并与其端部间隙配合的U形槽,从而可以夹住和撑起蒙皮(3),有效地保证饰条与蒙皮(3)之间的Z向间隙,避免蒙皮(3)因自重下沉,避免因下格栅总成变形导致与蒙皮(3)之间的Z向间隙过大从而产生严重漏光。该下格栅总成结构简单、安装方便,无需改变下格栅总成的整体造型及装配顺序。

Description

一种防止漏光的下格栅总成 技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车前保险杠,尤其涉及前保险杠中的一种防止漏光的下格栅总成。
背景技术
图1和图2示出了现有技术的汽车前保险杠组件的示意图,该组件包括带有卡扣安装孔11’的下格栅本体1’、带有卡扣21’的下格栅饰条2’、以及蒙皮3’。在装配时,首先’,使下格栅饰条2’通过卡扣21’和卡扣安装孔11’固定连接至所述下格栅本体1’以形成下格栅总成;然后,沿X方向(即从后往前的方向)使下格栅总成与蒙皮3’固定连接。
然而,为了避让下格栅饰条2’上的卡扣21’,蒙皮3’上需要开设与卡扣21’对应的缺口,这样会导致避让区域的蒙皮3’与下格栅饰条2’的重叠量最小,因此存在漏光的风险,影响外观质量。
针对下格栅饰条2’与蒙皮3’之间的漏光问题,现有技术主要通过提高制造及装配精度,以缩小饰条2与蒙皮3’之间的Z向间隙来防止漏光。但应该理解,间隙过小会导致下格栅总成在从后往前装配时,饰条2’表面可能被蒙皮3’擦伤的风险。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种在有效保证下格栅饰条与蒙皮之间的Z向间隙符合要求的情况下,防止漏光的下格栅总成。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种防止漏光的下格栅总成,与汽车保险杠的蒙皮固定连接,包括带有卡扣安装孔的下格栅本体以及带有卡扣的下格栅饰条,其中,所述下格栅饰条通过所述卡扣和所述卡扣安装孔与所述下格栅本体固定连接,
所述下格栅饰条的所述卡扣设有卡扣翻边,以使所述卡扣形成为具有容置所述蒙皮的端部的U形槽,其中,所述蒙皮的所述端部与所述U形槽间隙配合。
优选地,所述卡扣翻边与所述下格栅本体之间的间隙不小于1.0mm。
优选地,所述卡扣翻边与所述蒙皮之间的最小间隙为0.3mm-0.5mm。
进一步地,所述卡扣翻边的壁厚不小于2.0mm。
进一步地,所述卡扣翻边与所述蒙皮的重叠量不小于3.0mm。
本实用新型的下格栅总成能够在保证下格栅饰条与蒙皮之间的Z向间隙符合要求的情况下,防止产生漏光,而且,本实用新型结构简单、安装方便,无需改变下格栅总成的整体造型及装配顺序。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,给出本实用新型的较佳实施例,并予以详细描述。
如图1所示,本实用新型的汽车前保险杠组件同样包括下格栅本体1、下格栅饰条2和蒙皮3。
结合图1和图3,本实用新型的下格栅总成包括带有卡扣安装孔11的下格栅本体1以及带有卡扣21的下格栅饰条2。与图2所示的现有技术相同的是,下格栅饰条2通过卡扣21和卡扣安装孔11与下格栅本体1固定连接;与现有技术不同的是,下格栅饰条2的卡扣21向外延伸设置有卡扣翻边22,以使卡扣21形成为具有容置蒙皮3的端部并与其端部间隙配合的U形槽,从而可以夹住和撑起蒙皮3,有效地保证饰条与蒙皮3之间的Z向间隙,避免蒙皮3因自重下沉,避免因下格栅总成变形导致与蒙皮3之间的Z向间隙过大从而产生严重漏光。
可见,本实用新型的下格栅总成能够在保证下格栅饰条2与蒙皮3之间的Z向间隙的情况下防止产生漏光,而且本实用新型结构简单、安装方便,无需改变现有下格栅总成的整体造型及装配顺序。
此外,在图3所示的优选实施例中,卡扣翻边22与下格栅本体1之间的间隙d3不小于1.0mm,卡扣翻边22与蒙皮3之间的最小Z向间隙d2为0.3mm-0.5mm,卡扣翻边22的壁厚t不小于2.0mm,卡扣翻边22与蒙皮3之间的重叠量d3不小于3.0mm。
以上所述的,仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并非用以限定本实用新型的范围,本实用新型的上述实施例还可以做出各种变化,例如电机驱动可以换成手轮驱动。即凡是依据本实用新型申请的权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单、等效变化与修饰,皆落入本实用新型的权利要求保护范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种防止漏光的下格栅总成,与汽车保险杠的蒙皮固定连接,包括带有卡扣安装孔的下格栅本体以及带有卡扣的下格栅饰条,其中,所述下格栅饰条通过所述卡扣和所述卡扣安装孔与所述下格栅本体固定连接,其特征在于,
    所述下格栅饰条的所述卡扣设有卡扣翻边,以使所述卡扣形成为具有容置所述蒙皮的端部的U形槽,其中,所述蒙皮的所述端部与所述U形槽间隙配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防止漏光的下格栅总成,其特征在于,所述卡扣翻边与所述下格栅本体之间的间隙不小于1.0mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防止漏光的下格栅总成,其特征在于,所述卡扣翻边与所述蒙皮之间的最小间隙为0.3mm-0.5mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防止漏光的下格栅总成,其特征在于,所述卡扣翻边的壁厚不小于2.0mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防止漏光的下格栅总成,其特征在于,所述卡扣翻边与所述蒙皮的重叠量不小于3.0mm。
