汽车侧门防碰装置,包括有汽车的车身以及车门,车门设有控制器、接近开关、红外传感器以及报警装置;控制器以及报警装置安装于车门上,接近开关安装于车门的里面,接近开关的工作状态为:车门关闭,接近开关接近车身,接近开关闭合,车门打开,接近开关离开车身,接近开关分断;控制器设有控制线与接近开关、红外传感器以及报警装置连接,控制器设有电源线与汽车的电源连接;打开车门时,如果有机动车进入车门的红外传感器的检测范围时,红外传感器将其信号传输给控制器,控制器控制报警装置报警,提醒车内人员关门以及警示机动车避开或者刹车。
Description
本发明涉及一种汽车安全装置,特别是一种汽车侧门防碰装置。
现有的汽车在拍车时,特别是在较窄路边或者住宅区拍车开车门时,经常有机动车由车门边经过,容易造成机动车碰撞汽车车门的交通事故,一种汽车侧门防碰装置已成为减少交通事故的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种汽车侧门防碰装置,用于减少交通事故的发生。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:汽车侧门防碰装置,包括有汽车的车身以及车门,车门设有控制器、接近开关、红外传感器以及报警装置;控制器以及报警装置安装于车门上,接近开关安装于车门的里面,接近开关位于车身的对面,红外传感器包括有第一红外传感器以及第二红外传感器,第一红外传感器安装于车门的前侧面,第二红外传感器安装于车门的后侧面;接近开关的工作状态为:车门关闭,接近开关接近车身,接近开关闭合,车门打开,接近开关离开车身,接近开关分断;控制器设有控制线与接近开关、红外传感器以及报警装置连接,控制器设有电源线与汽车的电源连接。为了提高接近开关工作的可靠性,以及减少接近开关的误判,接近开关打开与车门的夹角等于或者大于5°角时,接近开关分断,接近开关打开与车门的夹角小于5°角时,接近开关闭合。
汽车侧门防碰装置的工作原理是:车门关闭时,接近开关接近车身,接近开关闭合,接近开关将其闭合的信号传输给控制器,控制器处于非报警状态,控制器控制切断报警装置的电源;车门打开时,接近开关离开车身,接近开关分断,接近开关将其分断的信号传输给控制器,控制器处于报警状态;当红外传感器检测到有机动车进入其检测范围时,红外传感器将其检测信号传输给控制器,控制器控制报警装置报警;提醒开车门的人

本发明的有益效果是:汽车侧门防碰装置设有报警装置,打开车门时,如果有机动车进入车门的红外传感器的检测范围时,红外传感器将其信号传输给控制器,控制器控制报警装置报警,提醒车内人员关门以及警示机动车避开或者刹车。

图1所示的汽车侧门防碰装置的结构示意图,汽车侧门防碰装置,包括有汽车的车身1以及车门2,车门2设有控制器3、接近开关4、红外传感器5以及报警装置6;控制器3以及报警装置6安装于车门2上,接近开关4安装于车门2的里面,接近开关4位于车身1的对面,红外传感器5包括有第一红外传感器7以及第二红外传感器8,第一红外传感器7安装于车门2的前侧面9,第二红外传感器8安装于车门2的后侧面10;接近开关4的工作状态为:车门2关闭,接近开关4接近车身1,接近开关4闭合,车门2打开,接近开关4离开车身1,接近开关4分断;控制器3设有控制线与接近开关4、红外传感器5以及报警装置6连接,控制器3设有电源线与汽车的电源连接。
汽车侧门防碰装置的工作原理是:车门2关闭时,接近开关4接近车身1,接近开关4闭合,接近开关4将其闭合的信号传输给控制器3,控制器4处于非报警状态,控制器3控制切断报警装置6的电源;车门2打开时,接近开关4离开车身1,接近开关4分断,接近开关4将其分断的信号传输给控制器3,控制器4处于报警状态;当红外传感器5检测到有机动车进入其检测范围时,红外传感器5将其检测信号传输给控制器3,控制器3控制报警装置6报警;提醒开车门2的人关门,以及提醒接近车门的机动车及时避开或者刹车,以免造成交通事故。
为了避免汽车的前面以及侧面开了机动车碰到车门2,车门2打开的过程中,第一红外传感器7将汽车侧面以及前面的检测信号传输给控制器3,当有机动车于汽车的前面接近到第一红外传感器7的检测范围时,第一红外传感器7将其检测信号传输给控制器3,控制器3,控制器3控制

为了使汽车的全部车门2都处于控制器3的控制范围内,车门2包括汽车的左边的前车门、后车门以及汽车的右边的前车门、后车门;接近开关4设有四个,第一个接近开关4安装于汽车的左边的前车门,第二个接近开关4安装于汽车的左边的后车门,第三个接近开关4安装于汽车的右边的前车门,第四个接近开关4安装于汽车的右边的后车门;报警装置6设有四个,第一个报警装置6安装于汽车的左边的前车门,第二个报警装置6安装于汽车的左边的后车门,第三个报警装置6安装于汽车的右边的前车门,第四个报警装置6安装于汽车的右边的后车门。
