Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る機器情報取得システムの全体構成の一例を示す図である。図1に示すように、本実施形態の機器情報取得システムSは、機器情報取得装置10、管理システム20、及び問合先システム30を含む。機器情報取得装置10、管理システム20、及び問合先システム30の各々は、ネットワークNを介してデータ送受信可能に接続される。
図3は、本実施形態において実現される機能を示す機能ブロック図である。
問合先システム30は、情報記憶部310、リスト判定部320、リスト送信部330、及び機器情報送信部340を含む。
機器情報取得装置10は、情報記憶部110、型式関連情報取得部120、認証部130、問合先情報取得部140、機器情報取得部150、及び指定受付部160を含む。
管理システム20は、情報記憶部210、型式送信部220、認証許可部230、及び問合先情報送信部240を含む。
図5~図7は、機器情報取得システムSで実行される処理の一例を示す図である。以降説明する処理は、機器情報取得装置10、管理システム20、及び問合先システム30のそれぞれがプログラムを実行することによって実行される。この処理が実行されることにより、各機能ブロックが実現される。
なお、実施形態では、機器情報取得装置10が機器情報を検索する場合を説明したが、問合先システム30側で検索処理を実行するようにしてもよい。この場合、機器情報取得部150は、問合先システム30に、取得すべき機器情報の検索を依頼する。例えば、機器情報取得部150は、問合先システム30に、型式とともに、機器情報の検索要求を送信する。
Claims (18)
- 電子機器に関する機器情報を記憶する問合先システムに関する問合先情報を記憶する管理システムから、前記問合先情報を取得する問合先情報取得部と、
前記電子機器の型式に関する型式関連情報を取得する型式関連情報取得部と、
前記問合先情報及び前記型式関連情報に基づいて、前記問合先情報が示す問合先システムから、前記機器情報を取得する機器情報取得部と、
を有する機器情報取得装置。 - 前記問合先情報取得部は、前記管理システムから、ユーザに関するユーザ情報に応じた前記問合先情報を取得する、
請求項1記載の機器情報取得装置。 - 前記ユーザ情報は、前記ユーザの所属グループを示す情報を含み、
前記問合せ先情報取得部は、前記管理システムから、前記所属グループに応じた前記問合先情報を取得する、
