Claims (16)
- 퀴즈운용서버에 네트워크로 연결된 퀴즈단말을 이용하는 퀴즈참가자에게 퀴즈게임을 제공함에 있어서,퀴즈운용서버가 하나이상의 퀴즈단계와 게임진행자료로 구성된 퀴즈게임셋을 준비하는 단계;상기 퀴즈게임셋에 포함된 퀴즈단계의 질의내용을 상기 퀴즈단말로 전송하는 단계;상기 퀴즈단계의 답변마감조건이 성립되기 전까지 퀴즈단말로부터 퀴즈답변을 수신하는 단계;상기 퀴즈단계의 채점방식으로 퀴즈답변을 채점하는 단계;상기 퀴즈단계에 지정된 방식에 따라 채점 결과를 상기 퀴즈참가자에 반영하는 단계; 및상기 퀴즈게임셋에 포함된 퀴즈단계가 종료되면 퀴즈게임을 종료하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 퀴즈운용서버가 퀴즈답변을 수신하는 단계는상기 퀴즈운용서버가 퀴즈게임셋에 포함된 힌트자료 또는 제시자료 중 적어도 하나 이상을 퀴즈단말에 전송하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 퀴즈운용서버가 퀴즈게임셋 데이터를 퀴즈단말로부터 전송받아 퀴즈DB에 기록하는 단계를 더 포함하고,퀴즈게임셋을 준비하는 단계는 퀴즈운용서버에 등록된 상기 퀴즈게임셋을 준비하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서상기 퀴즈게임셋 혹은 상기 퀴즈게임셋에 포함되는 특정 퀴즈단계는,퀴즈를 사용함으로써 경품을 퀴즈소유자에게 지불해야 하는 유료퀴즈이거나,퀴즈를 사용함으로써 경품을 퀴즈소유자로부터 지불 받는 스폰서퀴즈이거나,퀴즈를 사용함으로써 퀴즈소유자에게 경품을 지불하지 않고, 퀴즈소유자로부터 경품을 지불 받지 않는 무료퀴즈 가운데 하나이고;상기 특정 퀴즈단계 및 퀴즈게임셋에 대한 퀴즈풀이가 종료된 후 상기 퀴즈게임셋 혹은 특정 퀴즈단계에 대한 사용기록을 저장하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 퀴즈운용서버가 설문질의를 포함한 퀴즈단계의 퀴즈풀이를 진행함에 있어서,퀴즈운용서버가 퀴즈단계의 질의내용을 상기퀴즈단말로 전송하는 단계는상기 퀴즈단계에 포함된 설문질의를 상기 퀴즈단말에 전송하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 단계이고,퀴즈운용서버가 상기퀴즈단말로부터 퀴즈답변을 수신하는 단계는상기 설문질의에 대한 퀴즈참가자의 설문답변을 수신하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,퀴즈운용서버가 퀴즈단말로부터 수신한 퀴즈답변을 채점하는 단계는퀴즈게임셋의 게임진행자료에 포함된 모범답조건에 의해 퀴즈단말로부터 전송받은 설문답변 또는 퀴즈답변을 분석하여 모범답을 결정하는 단계;를 더 포함하여 상기 퀴즈답변을 채점하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 퀴즈운용서버는 퀴즈운용자의 요청에 의해 퀴즈채널을 준비하는 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 퀴즈게임을 제공하는 방법은 상기 퀴즈채널에 접속한 퀴즈참여자에게 별도로 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 퀴즈참가자를 복수의 팀으로 나누어 구성하는 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 채점하는 단계는 팀을 구성하는 퀴즈참가자에 대해 채점하는 단계이고,상기 채점결과를 참가자에게 반영하는 단계는 팀에 대한 탈락여부를 결정하거나 혹은 점수를 누적하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 방법.
- 퀴즈작성자의 퀴즈게임셋을 이용하여 퀴즈참가자들에게 퀴즈게임을 제공함에 있어서,퀴즈운용서버가 상기 퀴즈작성자의 퀴즈단말로부터 퀴즈단계자료 또는 게임진행자료를 전송 받는 단계;상기 전송 받은 퀴즈단계자료 또는 게임진행자료를 퀴즈DB의 퀴즈게임셋으로 저장하는 단계;퀴즈참가자의 퀴즈게임참여를 위하여 퀴즈채널을 준비하는 단계;퀴즈참가자들의 퀴즈채널 입장을 수신하는 단계;상기 퀴즈게임셋을 이용하여 복수의 퀴즈참가자를 대상으로 퀴즈게임을 운용하는 단계;퀴즈게임이 완료되면 최종 운용 결과를 퀴즈참가자의 퀴즈단말에 전송하는 단계;퀴즈게임셋의 사용기록을 저장하거나, 퀴즈게임셋의 특성에 따라서 사용요금이나 스폰서 비용을 지불하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 게임진행자료는 채점방식, 채점결과 반영방식, 답변마감조건을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 게임진행자료는 상기 퀴즈게임셋에 포함된 모든 퀴즈단계에 공통으로 적용되는 게임진행자료이거나 혹은 특정 퀴즈단계만을 위해 별도로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 퀴즈운용서버가 퀴즈단말로부터 퀴즈단계자료 또는 게임진행자료를 전송 받는 단계는퀴즈운용서버는 퀴즈운용자의 퀴즈단말로부터 전송된 퀴즈질의를 퀴즈단계별로 진행하면서 녹화함으로써 퀴즈게임셋의 게임진행자료를 구성하는 단계;인 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 게임진행자료는 특정 퀴즈단계의 힌트, 제시자료, 해설, 설명 가운데 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,퀴즈운용서버가 퀴즈DB의 퀴즈게임셋으로 저장하는 단계에 있어서,퀴즈단계 자료에 기존의 다른 퀴즈를 인용한 자료가 포함되어 있을 경우, 퀴즈운용서버에 저장된 상기 기존의 다른 퀴즈에 대응하는 퀴즈게임셋 혹은 퀴즈단계에 피인용 정보를 기록하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 방법.
- 퀴즈운용자가 사용하는 퀴즈단말의 퀴즈채널준비 요청에 대응하여 퀴즈채널을 준비하고, 퀴즈풀이에 필요한 퀴즈게임셋을 준비하고, 상기 퀴즈채널에 입장한 퀴즈참가자들을 대상으로 상기 퀴즈게임셋에 포함된 각 퀴즈단계의 퀴즈풀이 서비스를 단계적으로 제공하되, 각 퀴즈단계에서 미리 정한 답변마감조건을 만족하기 전까지 퀴즈답변을 수신하며, 각 퀴즈단계에서 미리 정한 방식에 의해 채점하고, 각 퀴즈단계에서 상기 퀴즈게임셋에 설정된 방식에 의해 채점결과를 참가자에게 반영하고, 퀴즈게임셋의 모든 퀴즈단계가 종료되었을 때 최종점수 및 최종 순위를 계산하거나 혹은 경품 당첨자를 결정하는 퀴즈운용서버; 및퀴즈운용서버에 네트워크 수단으로 접속하며, 상기 퀴즈채널에 참여하여 퀴즈풀이 서비스의 각 퀴즈단계별 퀴즈질의를 전송 받고 이를 퀴즈참가자를 위해 출력하고, 퀴즈참가자가 답변을 선택하거나 입력하면 퀴즈답변 자료를 서버로 전송하는 퀴즈단말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 시스템
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 퀴즈단말은 퀴즈작성자로부터 하나 이상의 퀴즈단계 자료와, 퀴즈게임셋 구성에 필요한 게임진행자료를 입력 받아 퀴즈게임서버에 전송하는 퀴즈편집모듈을 더 포함하고, 상기 퀴즈운용서버는 퀴즈게임서버로부터 전송되어온 퀴즈단계자료 및 게임게임자료를 전송 받아 퀴즈DB에 기록하는 퀴즈저장모듈을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 생성 퀴즈게임셋을 이용한 퀴즈게임 제공 시스템
