- the light passes through the cable hole 27e formed below the LED element 16a of the LED device 16. Since the power cable 16d is pulled out of the car room body 100, the light from the LED device 16 is not blocked by the power cable 16d.

Abstract
Description
以下にこの発明の実施の形態1を図1から図3を用いて説明する。図1及び図2に示すように、かご室本体100は正面に片開きの扉1、正面パネル2及び操作パネル3を有する。さらに、かご室本体100は、床パネル4、天井パネル5、両側面の側面パネル6及び背面パネル7を有する。正面パネル2はかご室本体100の扉1の上辺及び左側面を囲うように配置される。正面パネル2の横の操作パネル3には、かごが現在走行している階を表示する表示装置8とかごの行先階を登録する登録装置9が設けられている。
また、側面パネル6の締結部6bと天井パネル5の締結部5cとを締結することで側面パネル6への天井パネル5の固定を行っていたエレベーターかごにおいては、これまでの基本的な構造を変更することなく、側面パネル6の締結部6bと天井パネル5の締結部5cとの間に取付具14を配置するだけであるので、側面パネル6及び天井パネル5の設計への影響が少ない。
また、上述の説明においては、側面パネル6に間隔を空けて複数の照明箱15を設けるものとしたが、図12に示すように側面パネル6のかご室本体100内側面に対し左右方向に延びた照明箱20を設けることもできる。照明箱20内には複数のLED照明装置14が収容される。
また、取付具14は1つの側面パネル6に対し3つ取り付けられるものとしたが、数は3つには限られない。同様に照明箱15を設ける数も3つには限られない。
また、側面パネル6上の間埋め部材17をより強固に保持するため、間埋め部材17に締結用穴を設け、ボルト13a及びナット13bにより天井パネル5及び側面パネル6と締結してもよい。
また、LED装置16の電源ケーブル16dを天井パネル5の換気穴5dを通ってかご室本体100の外部へ引き出すものとしたが、換気穴5dとは別に天井パネル5に引き出し用穴を設けてもよい。
また、側面パネル6と天井パネル5との間に間埋め部材17を配置したが、間埋め部材17を全部又は一部設けないようにし、側面パネル6と天井パネル5との間に生じる隙間を換気穴としてもよい。また、間埋め部材17に換気穴を設けてもよい。また、間埋め部材18、19のうち少なくとも一つに換気穴を設けてもよいし、複数に分割し換気用の間隙を空けて配置してもよい。
以下にこの発明の実施の形態2を、図13から図16を用いて説明する。図13から図16において、図1から図8と同一又は対応する構成については、同一符号を付し、説明を省略する。実施の形態2においては、図13に示すようにかご室本体100上部における天井パネル5と側面パネル6の境界部に照明装置21が取り付けられる。
以下にこの発明の実施の形態3を、図17を用いて説明する。実施の形態3は、直接照明装置として機能する照明装置を使用した実施の形態1を基本的な構成としつつ、実施の形態1で用いた取付具14の形状を一部変更した取付具23を用いたものである。図17において図4と同一または対応する構成については同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
以下にこの発明の実施の形態4を、図18及び図19を用いて説明する。実施の形態4は、間接照明装置として機能する照明装置を使用した実施の形態2を基本的な構成としつつ、実施の形態2で用いた取付具14の代わりに実施の形態3で用いた取付具23を用いたものである。また、取付具23を用いるために実施の形態2で用いた照明箱22の形状を一部変更した照明箱24を用いている。図18及び図19において図15又は図16と同一または対応する構成については同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
以下にこの発明の実施の形態5を、図20から図22を用いて説明する。実施の形態5は、間接照明装置として機能する照明装置を使用した実施の形態2を基本的な構成としつつ、実施の形態2で用いた取付具14の形状を一部変更した取付具26、実施の形態2で用いた照明箱27を用いている。図20から図22において図15から図17と同一または対応する構成については同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
Claims (6)
- 床パネルと、この床パネルに立設される側面パネルと、この側面パネルの上方に取り付けられる天井パネルとを有するかご室本体、
前記側面パネルの上面と前記天井パネル下面との間に保持される保持板部と、前記保持板部から前記側面パネルの前記かご室本体側の表面に沿って延在する取付板部と、前記取付板部から前記側面パネルの前記かご室本体側の表面とは反対側に突出する突出部とを有する取付具、
前記突出部が挿入される突出部用溝を有し、前記取付板部に取り付けられる照明装置、
を備えるエレベーター用かご。 - 前記側面パネルは第1の締結用穴が形成された第1の締結部を有し、
前記天井パネルは第2の締結用穴が形成された第2の締結部を有し、
前記保持板部は、前記第1の締結部の上面と前記第2の締結部の下面との間に保持され、前記第1の締結用穴と前記第2の締結用穴に通じる第3の締結用穴を有し、
前記第1の締結部と前記第2の締結部と前記保持板部は、前記第1の締結用穴と前記第2の締結用穴と前記第3の締結用穴を通るボルトにより締結されること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベーター用かご。 - 前記照明装置は、発光装置と、この発光装置を内包し、前記取付具の前記取付板部に固定される照明箱とを有し、
前記照明箱は、前記発光装置の電源ケーブルが通るケーブル用穴を有し、
前記取付具の前記取付板部および前記保持板部には、前記照明箱の前記ケーブル用穴と前記かご室本体外部とを連通するケーブル用溝が形成されること
を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のエレベーター用かご。 - 前記発光装置は、前記照明箱の下板に固定され、
前記照明箱の上面は開口しており、
前記ケーブル用穴は、前記上面の開口よりも下方に形成されること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載のエレベーター用かご。 - 前記発光装置は、前記照明箱の下板に固定され、
前記照明箱の上面は開口しており、
前記ケーブル用穴は、前記発光装置の発光素子よりも下方に形成されること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載のエレベーター用かご。 - 前記側面パネルは、前記かご室本体外部まで延在し前記保持板部を保持する上面部と、前記かご室本体外部において前記上面部から下方に延在する第1の縁部とを有し、
前記取付具の前記保持板部は前記かご室本体外部まで延在し、
前記取付具は、前記かご室本体外部において前記保持板部から前記第1の縁部に沿って下方に延在する側面部と、この側面部から前記第1の縁部の下方まで延在する第2の縁部を有すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベーター用かご。
