Description
この発明の上記以外の目的、特徴、観点及び効果は、図面を参照する以下のこの発明の詳細な説明から、さらに明らかになるであろう。
以下に、本発明の実施の形態1に係る電動モータ用制御装置について、図面に基づいて説明する。図1は、本実施の形態1に係る電動モータ用制御装置を備えたモータ駆動装置の構成を示し、図2は、本実施の形態1に係る電動モータ用制御装置のコントローラ基板を示している。なお、各図において同一または相当部分には同一符号を付している。
図5~図7は、本発明の実施の形態2に係るコントローラ基板の分離帯を示している。本実施の形態2では、上記実施の形態1で説明した分離帯30の変形例として、分離帯30が貫通穴31または切り欠き32を複数含む場合について説明する。なお、本実施の形態2に係るモータ駆動装置の構成は、上記実施の形態1と同様であるので、図1を流用し、詳細な説明を省略する。
図8および図9は、本発明の実施の形態3に係るコントローラ基板の分離帯を示している。本実施の形態3では、上記実施の形態1で説明した分離帯30の変形例として、基板100に分離帯30が複数設けられた場合について説明する。なお、本実施の形態3に係るモータ駆動装置の構成は、上記実施の形態1と同様であるので、図1を流用し、詳細な説明を省略する。
図10および図11は、本発明の実施の形態4に係るコントローラ基板の分離帯を示している。本実施の形態4に係るコントローラ基板1の分離帯30Aは、内側に導体が形成された貫通穴であるスルーホール33を含んで構成される。なお、本実施の形態4に係るモータ駆動装置の構成は、上記実施の形態1と同様であるので、図1を流用し、詳細な説明を省略する。
Claims (7)
- 電動モータの駆動を制御するための複数の電子部品が実装された基板を備えた電動モータ用制御装置であって、
前記基板の中心部よりも端部に近い領域に、前記基板に設けられた貫通穴および切り欠きのいずれか一方または両方を含む分離帯を有し、
前記複数の電子部品は、機能または特性により第1群電子部品と第2群電子部品に分類され、前記第1群電子部品と前記第2群電子部品は、前記分離帯を隔てて配置されることを特徴とする電動モータ用制御装置。 - 前記分離帯は、直線上に配置された複数の前記貫通穴を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動モータ用制御装置。
- 前記貫通穴は、内側に導体が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の電動モータ用制御装置。
- モータ端子線、パワーモジュール端子線、およびその他の端子線の少なくとも1つは、前記貫通穴または前記切り欠きを通って配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動モータ用制御装置。
- 前記第1群電子部品は、その動作により発生する熱または電気的ノイズが前記第2群電子部品よりも大きく、熱または電気的ノイズの発生源となる部品を少なくとも1つ含み、前記第2群電子部品は、その性能を達成するために他の部品からの熱または電気的ノイズの影響を排除する必要がある部品を少なくとも1つ含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動モータ用制御装置。
- 前記第1群電子部品は、前記基板の前記分離帯より前記中心部の側である第1領域に配置され、前記第2群電子部品は、前記基板の前記分離帯より前記端部の側である第2領域に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の電動モータ用制御装置。
- 前記基板は、前記分離帯を複数有すると共に、前記第2領域を複数有することを特徴とする請求項6記載の電動モータ用制御装置。
