Definitions
- the present invention relates in general to systems and methods for promoting improved growth of and health benefits for all living organisms in a correlated environment having a source of water, but more particularly to such a system and method in which energized materials are used to increase the kinetic energy of molecules of water and in which said molecules of water with increased kinetic energy are delivered to cells of living organisms.
- energized water has been a recent proposed solution to the above mentioned problem of nutrient absorption.
- the Grander ® device which is configured to circulate tap water around a sealed stainless steel container filled with high grade energized water.
- This energized water is described to have the capacity to alter the physical structure and energetic properties of water in its periphery.
- the molecules of the peripheral water flowing around the Grander's device are believed to be instantly influenced by the vibrational energy coming from the energized water contained inside the Grander's device.
- Undisclosed proprietary processes are said to have been applied to certain volcanic stones and ceramic materials, producing the energized water held inside the stainless steel container.
- the Grander's device does not act as a system to deliver water with altered physical properties into an appropriate environment in such a manner that living organisms are able to absorb the delivered water with altered physical properties.
- a delivery system of such water with altered physical properties for living organisms has yet to be fully developed and systematized in order to utilize its full potential and to be used specifically for promoting improved growth of and health benefits for all living organisms.
- the present invention solves the technical problem of existing delivery systems for promoting improved growth of and health benefits for living organisms by providing a kinetic energy delivery system which applies the scientific premise that water's harmonic motion at a molecular level can be accelerated to promote improved growth of and provide health benefits for most, if not all, living organisms.
- Highly energized water delivers many benefits for living organisms. Plants and animals absorb their required hydration easier and consequently allow greater nutrition delivery at the intracellular level. It also allows living organisms to expel toxins and unwanted pathogens, thus substantially promoting the living organisms' growth and maintaining good health.
- the present invention provides a kinetic energy delivery system which is suitable for use in promoting growth of and health benefits for all living organisms in a correlated environment having at least a water source.
- the kinetic energy delivery system of the present invention includes a container means and a plurality of energized materials being provided within the container means.
- the energized materials when in contact with water from the water source, are capable of increasing kinetic energy of molecules of water.
- the container means when installed into the correlated environment, causes the molecules of the water with increased kinetic energy to come in contact with the correlated environment.
- the energized materials within the container means are pre-treated such that it has the capacity to cause increase in the kinetic energy of the water molecules when any of the container means housing the energized materials or the energized materials themselves are in contact with the water present in the correlated environment.
- the kinetic energy is in the form of vibrational energy in the frequency range of 70 Hertz to 90 Hertz.
- This range of vibrational energy causes the surface tension between the molecules of the water to be significantly reduced. This thereby increases the nutritional absorption and retention capabilities of water. This leads to better delivery of nutrients and effective discharge of toxins and unwanted pathogens, among other similar benefits, ultimately promoting growth of and health benefits for all living organisms.
- the molecules of water with increased kinetic energy are transferred from the correlated environment to cells of the living organisms when the container means filled with energized materials is installed into the environment with source of water.
- the increased kinetic energy of the molecules of water is able to improve energy metabolism of the cells of the living organisms.
- the kinetic energy in the form of vibrational energy within the frequency range of 70 Hertz to 90 Hertz which is transferred by the energized materials to the recipient water in a water source does much more than improving the energy metabolism of the cells of the living organisms or causing the surface tension between the molecules of the water to be significantly reduced.
- the fast water molecules' resonance caused by the kinetic energy also triggers the water to absorb Far Infrared Energy (FIR) almost ten (10) times more.

Description
A KINETIC ENERGY DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR PROMOTING IMPROVED GROWTH OF AND HEALTH BENEFITS FOR ALL LIVING ORGANISMS AND A
METHOD THEREFOR
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates in general to systems and methods for promoting improved growth of and health benefits for all living organisms in a correlated environment having a source of water, but more particularly to such a system and method in which energized materials are used to increase the kinetic energy of molecules of water and in which said molecules of water with increased kinetic energy are delivered to cells of living organisms.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Heretofore, most of the existing and available technologies or systems relating to the promotion of growth of and health benefits for all living organisms utilize the direct application of nutrients to the living organisms or are directly applied to the environment where these living organisms are domiciled and situated. For instance, and usually, vitamins and food supplements to promote growth of and health benefits for animals are directly digested. In the case of agricultural and horticultural crops, fertilizers and pesticides and other supplements to promote growth and health are applied to the environment such as tillable upland and lowland growing areas. Although an ordinary water, such as for example tap water or rain water, plays a vital role in the absorption of these nutrients, the absorption level arguably remains inadequate to assist in promoting improved growth of and health benefits for living organisms.
The use of energized water has been a recent proposed solution to the above mentioned problem of nutrient absorption. For example, there is known in the art the Grander® device which is configured to circulate tap
water around a sealed stainless steel container filled with high grade energized water. This energized water is described to have the capacity to alter the physical structure and energetic properties of water in its periphery. The molecules of the peripheral water flowing around the Grander's device are believed to be instantly influenced by the vibrational energy coming from the energized water contained inside the Grander's device. Undisclosed proprietary processes are said to have been applied to certain volcanic stones and ceramic materials, producing the energized water held inside the stainless steel container. The Grander's device does not act as a system to deliver water with altered physical properties into an appropriate environment in such a manner that living organisms are able to absorb the delivered water with altered physical properties. In other words, a delivery system of such water with altered physical properties for living organisms has yet to be fully developed and systematized in order to utilize its full potential and to be used specifically for promoting improved growth of and health benefits for all living organisms.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention solves the technical problem of existing delivery systems for promoting improved growth of and health benefits for living organisms by providing a kinetic energy delivery system which applies the scientific premise that water's harmonic motion at a molecular level can be accelerated to promote improved growth of and provide health benefits for most, if not all, living organisms. This scientific premise is based on the proven mathematical formula for kinetic energy which is: Kinetic Energy = 2 mass x velocity squared (KE = ½mv2) and, in accordance with the present invention, the initial or normal velocity of water molecules of the water from a water source can be accelerated to a final velocity of water molecules by the transfer of kinetic energy from the energized materials to the water using the present kinetic delivery system
and method therefor.
Highly energized water delivers many benefits for living organisms. Plants and animals absorb their required hydration easier and consequently allow greater nutrition delivery at the intracellular level. It also allows living organisms to expel toxins and unwanted pathogens, thus substantially promoting the living organisms' growth and maintaining good health.
The present invention provides a kinetic energy delivery system which is suitable for use in promoting growth of and health benefits for all living organisms in a correlated environment having at least a water source. The kinetic energy delivery system of the present invention includes a container means and a plurality of energized materials being provided within the container means. The energized materials, when in contact with water from the water source, are capable of increasing kinetic energy of molecules of water. The container means, when installed into the correlated environment, causes the molecules of the water with increased kinetic energy to come in contact with the correlated environment. The energized materials within the container means are pre-treated such that it has the capacity to cause increase in the kinetic energy of the water molecules when any of the container means housing the energized materials or the energized materials themselves are in contact with the water present in the correlated environment.
Preferably, the kinetic energy is in the form of vibrational energy in the frequency range of 70 Hertz to 90 Hertz. This range of vibrational energy causes the surface tension between the molecules of the water to be significantly reduced. This thereby increases the nutritional absorption and retention capabilities of water. This leads to better delivery of nutrients and effective discharge of toxins and unwanted pathogens, among other similar benefits, ultimately promoting growth of and health benefits for all living organisms. The molecules of water with increased kinetic energy are
transferred from the correlated environment to cells of the living organisms when the container means filled with energized materials is installed into the environment with source of water. The increased kinetic energy of the molecules of water is able to improve energy metabolism of the cells of the living organisms.
The kinetic energy in the form of vibrational energy within the frequency range of 70 Hertz to 90 Hertz which is transferred by the energized materials to the recipient water in a water source does much more than improving the energy metabolism of the cells of the living organisms or causing the surface tension between the molecules of the water to be significantly reduced. The fast water molecules' resonance caused by the kinetic energy also triggers the water to absorb Far Infrared Energy (FIR) almost ten (10) times more.
The benefits of Far Infrared Energy (FIR) were discovered by Sir William Herschel in 1800. Solar or physical energy from the sun covers the entire band of electromagnetic frequencies including visible light, infrared, ultraviolet, x-rays, gamma rays, radio frequency rays and one of the narrow bands within the infrared spectrum is Far Infrared Energy (FIR). This Far Infrared Energy (FIR) is readily transferred directly to a recipient component through the vibration of water molecules. Among the benefits of Far Infrared Energy (FIR) on such a recipient component are the following:
(a) Far Infrared Energy (FIR) is absorbed safely by any living organism, improving the living organism's growth and health, and it further helps to clean or remove toxins at the molecular cell level; and
(b) Far Infrared Energy (FIR) improves productivity of plants and fruit growth, and allows faster absorption of nutrients whether these nutrients originate from the water, soil or induced fertilizers.
Preferably, the container means includes a cartridge. The cartridge is defined by a tubular body having a wall and opposed open end portions. The cartridge includes a pair of first and second caps being sealably secured on each of the opposed open end portions thereof. Preferably, the container means includes an attaching means.
Preferably, the energized materials include ceramic materials, volcanic stones, feldspar-rich resins, or any suitable combination thereof. Preferably, the container means is made from ceramic material, plastic material, steel materials, or any suitable combination thereof. The present invention also provides for a method of promoting growth of and health benefits for all living organisms comprising the steps of: (1) providing a sealable container means having energized materials contained therein; and (2) installing the container means in a correlated environment, thereby causing (i) the energized materials to come in contact with water from the water source, (ii) the energized materials to increase kinetic energy of molecules of the water, and (iii) the molecules of the water with increased kinetic energy to come in contact with the correlated environment. In this method, the molecules of the water with increased kinetic energy is caused to be transferred from the correlated environment to cells of the living organisms situated in the correlated environment. The increased kinetic energy of the molecules of the water is able to improve energy metabolism of cells of the living organisms.
Preferably, the energized materials used in the delivery system and method therefor of the present invention include the following technical features: (1) H-O-H molecular harmonics which reduces molecular bond for faster absorption of nutrients measurable by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR); (2) far infrared emissions (FIR) - increases FIR from < 10% to >80%; photosynthesis adjunct and tested by FIR spectrometers; (3) surface tension - lowers bonding strength and accelerates toxin discharge by plant
roots and stalks; (4) separation effects - separates toxins at the molecular level and helps minimize bacterial build-up; and (5) compatible with existing farm practices, organic fertilizers and seeds.
For the better understanding of the invention and to show how the same may be performed, preferred embodiments thereof will now be described in great detail, by way of non-limiting example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Before describing the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the phraseologies and terminologies used herein are for the purposes of description and should not be regarded as limiting.
Referring now to the drawings, wherein like reference numerals designate the components or elements and active steps throughout the ensuing enabling description, the present invention provides for a kinetic energy delivery system for promoting improved growth of and health benefits for all living organisms and a method therefor. The delivery system, in general, is designated as reference numeral 10.
Referring now to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the kinetic energy delivery system 10 for promoting improved growth and health benefits for all living organisms mainly includes a container means "C" and a plurality of energized materials "M" which are provided and randomly arranged within the container means "C". As specifically shown in FIGS. 4, 4a and 5, the kinetic energy delivery system 10 of the present invention can be used in a correlated environment "E" in which the living organisms reside. The container means "C" filled with energized materials "M" are for installation in the correlated environment "E".
In one aspect of the present invention, the correlated environment "E" may be a tillable land suitable for growing and maintaining the health of living organisms such as sugarcane plantations, rice fields, orchards, farms, animal barns, aquaculture farms, poultry farms, and the like. The correlated environment may also be water sources such as water tanks, aquifers, irrigation facilities and the like. These water sources can be used for various agricultural, aquaculture, residential or commercial water system applications.
In another aspect of the present invention, the energized materials "M" within the container means "C" have the capacity to influence the physical properties of water 21 that comes in contact with them. When the energized materials "M" come in contact with the molecules of the water 21 in particular, the kinetic energy of the molecules of water is increased. As long as the energized materials "M" are in contact with the molecules of the
water 21, the kinetic energy of the molecules of water 21 is instantaneously increased from their normal kinetic energy When the container means "C" are installed into the correlated environment "E" with supply of water from any source such as a water tank or rain and when the water comes in contact with the container means "C", the kinetic energy of the molecules of the water 21 will increase and the molecules of the water 21 with increased kinetic energy will then be transferred to the correlated environment "E". The kinetic energy of the molecules of water 21 is specifically a vibrational energy The vibrational energy of tap water is normally at the frequency range of 120 Hertz to 130 Hertz. The contact of the molecules of the water 21 with either the energized materials "M" directly or the container means "C" filled with energized materials "M" makes the molecules of the tap water to vibrate faster at the vibrational energy of between about 70 Hertz and about 90 Hertz. With this particular frequency range associated with the vibrational energy of the molecules of the water 21 in contact with the energized materials "M" or with the container means "C" housing the energized materials "M" of the present invention, i.e., the vibrational energy in the range of 70 Hertz to 90 Hertz, surface tension between the molecules of the water 21 is significantly reduced. It has been known in the art that low surface tension causes healthier cellular functions among living organisms, better absorption of nutrients, and enhanced removal of toxins. For example, a surface tension study of water is published by NuScience Corporation in USA (http://www.cellfood.com/Surface_Tension_Study.pdf). This study shows higher liquid surface tension causes surface to act like a stretched elastic membrane inhibiting absorption functions. The herein described vibration occurring at the molecular level is measured by its sino- amplitude width and not as electrical hertz. The kinetic energy delivery system 10 of the present invention serves as an alternative to chemical water treatment systems or those systems employed in expensive electrolysis. Having said that, kinetic energy delivery system 10 in turn serves as an environmentally-friendly water management system that
improves the physics of water, allowing lower operating costs, energy savings, and improved yields in several agricultural crops.
Referring again to FIGS. 1 and 2, there is shown an embodiment of the container means "C" which comprises at least one cartridge 11 generally defined by a tubular body 11a. The tubular body 11a is defined by a wall lib and opposed open end portions 11c and lid. The cartridge 11 further comprises a pair of first cap 12 and second cap 13 which are sealably secured respectively on each of the opposed open end portions 11c and lid of the tubular body 11a. Each of the end caps 12 and 13 is formed by crown portions 12a and 13a and skirt portions 12b and 13b downwardly extending from the crown portions 12a and 13a, respectively. Preferably, the first and second end caps 12 and 13 are laser sealed on the opposed open end portions 11c and lid of the tubular body 11a. More particularly, the laser sealing is realized on the sealed portions 14, 14' which are formed between the skirt portion 12b and the wall lib and between the skirt portion 13b and the wall lib, respectively. The laser sealing of the end caps 12 and 13 to the tubular body 11a completely protects the energized materials "E" inside the cartridge 11 from impurities and damages due to the "wear and tear effect" that may be brought about by the elements that may be present in the correlated environment "E" on cartridge 11 during the duration of the application of the kinetic energy delivery system 10.
Referring now to FIG. 3, there is shown a further embodiment of the container means "C" which comprises of at least one cartridge 111 defined by a tubular body 111a having a wall 111b and opposed open end portions 111c and 11 Id, wherein the cartridge 111 is similar to the cartridge 11 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The cartridge 111 further comprises a pair of first cap 112 and second cap 113 which are sealably secured respectively on each of the opposed open end portions of the tubular body 111a. Each of the end caps 112 and 113 is also formed by crown portions 112a and 113a and skirt portions 112b and 113b downwardly extending from the crown
portions 112a and 113a, respectively. Preferably, the first and second end caps 112 and 113 are also laser sealed on the opposed open end portions 111c and llld of the tubular body 111a. The cartridge 111 further includes an attaching means 114 which is disposed adjacent to one of the end caps, more particularly to the end cap 112 as shown in FIG. 3. However, the attaching means 114 may also be positioned adjacent to the other end cap 113 or in any convenient position along the tubular body 111a that will allow its effective installation into any given correlated environment "E". The attaching means 114 comprises at least a pair of spaced apart apertures 115 being provided on the wall of 111b the tubular body 111a and a cord element 116 being secured to the apertures 115 to form a loop 116a.
In accordance with the embodiment of the present invention as shown in FIGS. 4 and 4a, the correlated recipient environment "E" is a tillable land 15 such as those suitable for growing and maintaining the health of living organisms, such as crops "P" like sugar cane, rice, corn, strawberry, spinach, or the like. The container means "C" which is either the cartridge 11 or 111 is directly secured to the ground 16 of the tillable land 15 in order to facilitate transfer of kinetic energy from the energized materials "M" to existing water sources and/or supplied water sources available on the tillable land 15. As it is known in the art, vibrational energy is a form of kinetic energy which exists when a particular object with a mass is set in motion. The raw materials used in the production of the energized materials "M" are heat treated so that they can be energized. Since the energized materials "M" vibrate fast inherently, they therefore possess increased kinetic energy. The increased kinetic energy from these energized materials "M" within the container means "C" which is transferred to existing and/or supplied water sources to the tillable land 15 via the ground 16 allows the molecules of water from the tillable land 15 to vibrate at a molecular level following the vibrational energy of the energized materials "M". The vibrational energy in this case is between 70 Hertz and 90 Hertz. The herein vibrational energy of molecules of the water 21 at the given
frequency range of 70 Hertz to 90 Hertz is beneficial to the growth and health of living organisms situated and domiciled on the tillable land 15. The instantaneous transfer of the increased kinetic energy from the energized materials "M" to the water 21 energizes the molecules of the water 21 absorbed by the tillable land 15, which in effect significantly reduces the surface tension between the molecules of the water. This reduced surface tension between the molecules of the water 21 increases the nutritional absorption and retention capabilities of the water 21 in general. This leads to better delivery of nutrients and the effective discharge of toxins and unwanted pathogens, among other comparable benefits, ultimately promoting an improved and higher crop yield. Every action within a living organism's body is influenced by cellular metabolic energy which basically maintains life. The metabolic processes within the cell of any living organism are enhanced by the water 21 with increased kinetic energy. Preferably, five (5) cartridges are installed per hectare into the ground 16 of the tillable land 15 at predetermined distances to attain the maximum effect and advantages of the herein kinetic energy delivery system 10. The installation of the cartridges 11 or 111 on the tillable land 15 is preferably secured near available water sources to be provided thereon. Similarly, in accordance with the present invention as shown in FIG.
5, the correlated environment "E" is a water source, more particularly, a water tank 17 that may be used and applied as a water source for various agricultural, aquaculture, residential or commercial water system applications. The water tank 17 includes a side wall 17a, an upper wall 17b, a bottom wall 17c and a supporting stand 17d. The water tank 17 is provided with an inlet pipe 18 and corresponding outlet pipe 19 to receive water 21 from another source and release the energized water. A hanging means which is preferably a hook 20 is also provided inside the upper portion of the water tank 17. The container means "C" which is the cartridge 111 is directly secured to the hook 20 of the water tank 17 through the loop 116a of the cord element 116 in order to transfer the kinetic energy
generated from the energized materials (not illustrated in FIG. 5 for being contained within the container "C") to the water 21 inside the water tank 17. The container means "C" having energized materials "M" contained therein, when installed inside the water tank 17, causes the water to come in contact with the container means "C". This contact between the container means "C" and the water causes the molecules of water to have a vibrational energy of about 70 Hertz to about 90 Hertz. The herein vibrational energy of the water molecules at the given frequency range of about 70 Hertz to about 90 Hertz is beneficial to the growth and health of living organisms when they become recipients of the energized water 21 from the water tank 17. The transfer of increased kinetic energy from the energized materials "M" to the water 21 energizes the molecules of the water 21 contained inside the water tank 17, which in effect highly reduces the surface tension between the molecules of the water 21. This thereby increases the nutritional absorption and retention capabilities of the water 21. This leads to better delivery of nutrients and the effective discharge of toxins and unwanted pathogens, among other similar benefits, to living organisms when they become recipients of the energized water 21 from the water tank 17. The present invention also provides for a method of promoting growth of and health benefits for all living organisms in a correlated environment "E" having a source of water 15 and 17. The herein method comprises the steps of: (1) providing a sealable cartridge 11 or 111 having energized materials "M" contained therein, and (2) installing the container means "C" in the correlated environment "E," thereby causing (i) the energized materials "M" to come in contact with water 21 from the water source 15 and 17, (ii) the energized materials "M" to increase kinetic energy of molecules of the water 21, and (iii) the molecules of the water 21 with increased kinetic energy to come in contact with the correlated environment "E." With this method in place, molecules of the water 21 with increased kinetic energy are caused to be transferred from the correlated environment
"E" to cells of the living organisms. The increased kinetic energy of the molecules of the water 21 is able to improve energy metabolism of the cells of the living organisms situated in the correlated environment "E."
According to the present invention, the molecules of the water 21 from the water source (15, 17) are caused to have a vibrational energy of about 70 Hertz to about 90 Hertz. The herein vibration of water 21 substantially reduces the surface tension between the molecules of the water 21. This thereby substantially increases the nutritional absorption and retention capabilities of the water 21. Still, in another aspect of the present invention, the energized materials "M" provided inside the container means "C" include ceramic materials, volcanic stones, and feldspar-rich resins or the like. Any suitable combination of said materials may be included in the energized materials "M". The container means "C", or more particularly the cartridge 11 or the cartridge 111, is preferably made from ceramic materials. Alternatively, the cartridge 11 or 111 may be made from plastic or steel materials. Any suitable combinations of the ceramic, plastic and steel materials may be used to produce the cartridge 11 or 111. The raw materials used in the production of such ceramic materials, for example, are derived from natural, high quality, energized volcanic resins which originate from volcanic regions. The resins are then shaped and heat-treated to trap large amounts of latent far infrared energy (FIR). The final products or the energized materials are subjected to various tests using, for example, equipment that tests nuclear magnetic resonance and spectrometers that test FIR emissions. Although invisible to the human eye, the cellular activities in animals or plants can detect the change in the vibration energy of water molecules from the normal range of about 120 Hertz to about 130 Hertz, which is the normal range for water from most sources anywhere in the world, whether it is rain water, deep well or tap water, to the faster range of about 70 Hertz to about 90 Hertz. The water molecules vibrating this fast has an increased
resonance (frequency) of water. As described above, the vibrational energy in the range of about 70 Hertz to about 90 Hertz also causes the surface tension between molecules of water to decrease significantly thereby allowing for rapid nutrient absorption. Furthermore, water normally absorbs only 4% to 10% of FIR. When the energized materials are in contact with water, the rate of FIR absorption of the molecules of the water is increased to about 70% to 80% absorption.
In interpreting the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) readings, the reference to a lower Hertz value is a measure of the faster relaxation time of the water molecules. Hence, the larger the grouping of transiently bound water molecules, the slower is the width of the hertz signal which is expressed as a higher Hertz value as herein indicated by the normal vibrational energy of water molecules from the range of 120 Hertz to 130 Hertz. On the other hand, with a small width, which is expressed as a lower Hertz value as herein indicated by the increased vibrational energy of water molecules within the range of about 70 Hertz to about 90 Hertz, then the faster the relaxation time and the smaller of the water cluster size, i.e., the grouping of the transiently bound water molecules is diffused and separated.
