Claims (11)
- 각각 2개의 이차전지 셀, 모듈 프레임 및 냉각핀을 가진 다수의 배터리 모듈;상기 다수의 배터리 모듈이 집합된 배터리 모듈 어셈블리의 양 측면에 위치하는 엔드 플레이트;상기 배터리 모듈 어셈블리의 상단부와 접하고, 상기 엔드 플레이트에 고정되는 'ㄷ'형상의 텐션 바;상기 배터리 모듈 어셈블리에 포함된 배터리 모듈의 전극 리드에 전기적으로 연결된 센싱 라인 어셈블리;상기 배터리 모듈 어셈블리에 포함된 배터리 모듈의 전극 리드를 상호 전기적으로 연결시키는 터미널 버스바;상기 배터리 모듈 어셈블리의 전방이 외부에 노출되지 않도록 하는 전방 커버; 및상기 배터리 모듈 어셈블리의 후방이 외부에 노출되지 않도록 하는 후방 커버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈 어레이.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모듈 프레임은, 사각 프레임의 형상을 가지며, 하단면에 상기 냉각핀이 삽입될 수 있는 슬릿이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 2개의 이차전지 셀 사이에 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈 어레이.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모듈 프레임은, 사각 프레임의 형상을 가지며, 측면에 상기 냉각핀이 결합될 수 있는 형상을 가지고 있으며, 상기 2개의 이차전지 셀의 외부면을 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈 어레이.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배터리 모듈 어레이는, 상기 배터리 모듈 어셈블리와 상기 엔드 플레이트 사이에 개재된 절연 시트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈 어레이.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 절연 시트의 재질은, 에틸렌프로필렌고무(EPDM)인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈 어레이.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엔드 플레이트에는 나사선이 형성된 홈이 형성되어 있고,상기 텐션 바는, 상기 엔드 플레이트의 홈에 대응하는 위치에 홈이 형성되어 있으며,상기 엔드 플레이트 및 상기 텐션 바는, 볼트를 통해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈 어레이.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 센싱 라인 어셈블리는, 외부 기기와 연결될 수 있는 커넥터;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈 어레이.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전방 커버는, 상기 터미널 버스바와 전기적으로 연결된 전극 단자;를 포함하고,상기 전극 단자는, 상기 전방 커버의 외부면에 노출된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈 어레이.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 모듈 어레이; 및배터리 보호 회로;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제9항에 따른 배터리 팩; 및상기 배터리 팩으로부터 전력을 공급 받는 부하;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 구동 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 부하는 전기 구동 수단 또는 휴대용 기기인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 구동 시스템.
