Claims (11)
- それぞれ2つの二次電池セル、モジュールフレーム及び冷却フィンを有する多数のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記多数のバッテリーモジュールが集められたバッテリーモジュールアセンブリの両側面に位置するエンドプレートと、
前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリの上端部に接し、前記エンドプレートに固定される「コ」字状のテンションバーと、
前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリに含まれたバッテリーモジュールの電極リードに電気的に連結されたセンシングラインアセンブリと、
前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリに含まれたバッテリーモジュールの電極リードを相互電気的に連結させるターミナルバスバーと、
前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリの前方が外部に露出しないようにする前方カバーと、
前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリの後方が外部に露出しないようにする後方カバーと、を含むバッテリーモジュールアレイ。 - 前記モジュールフレームは、四角枠の形状を有し、下端面に前記冷却フィンが挿入可能なスリットが形成され、前記2つの二次電池セルの間に介在する請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールアレイ。
- 前記モジュールフレームは、四角枠の形状を有し、側面に前記冷却フィンが結合可能であり、前記2つの二次電池セルの外面を囲む請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールアレイ。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールアレイは、前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリと前記エンドプレートとの間に介在した絶縁シートをさらに含む請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールアレイ。
- 前記絶縁シートの材質は、エチレンプロピレンゴム(EPDM)である請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュールアレイ。
- 前記エンドプレートには螺子線が形成された溝が設けられ、
前記テンションバーには前記エンドプレートの溝に対応する位置に溝が設けられ、
前記エンドプレートと前記テンションバーとはボルトを通じて固定される請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールアレイ。 - 前記センシングラインアセンブリは、外部機器と連結可能なコネクタを含む請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールアレイ。
- 前記前方カバーは前記ターミナルバスバーと電気的に連結された電極端子を含み、
前記電極端子は前記前方カバーの外部に露出する請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールアレイ。 - 請求項1から請求項8のうちいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーモジュールアレイと、
バッテリー保護回路と、を含むバッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックと、
前記バッテリーパックから電力の供給を受ける負荷と、を含むバッテリー駆動システム。 - 前記負荷は、電気駆動手段または携帯用機器である請求項10に記載のバッテリー駆動システム。
