随着能源危机、环境问题的日益严重,使用可持续、无污染、清洁的能源来替代传统的石油能源已成为大势所趋,而作为对石油能源的消耗和对环境的污染均较重的交通工具(如飞机、轮船、汽车),一直致力于研究对它们的改进。
为了能减少对石油能源的依赖,现在市场上出现了以电能作为能源的电动汽车。现有的电动汽车中,车门有向侧面打开;也有车门是往上绽放式打开,在打开后,整个车厢是直接暴露的,没有遮盖。作为向侧面打开的电动汽车,其车身顶盖是可以用来遮风挡雨;而对于车门是往上绽放式打开的汽车,在正常的行驶时,车门能够起到挡雨的作用,但是在车门向上打开后,车门便再也无法提供挡雨了,容易将车内淋湿,不利于电动汽车的正常驾驶。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种雨篷遮雨系统,其伸展迅速,遮雨效果好,操作方便,确保了车门往上绽放式打开的电动汽车的正常使用以及提升了电动汽车的档次,更为人性化。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案是:一种雨篷遮雨系统,用于在车门向上打开后的挡雨,包括安装在车架前横梁上的雨篷伸张收纳装置,所述雨篷伸张收纳装置包括滚轴、收卷在所述滚轴上的雨篷布和驱动所述滚轴转动的驱动组件,所述滚轴和所述驱动组件均固定在所述车架前横梁上,所述车架前横梁连接有支撑板,所述雨篷遮雨系统还包括设置在所述支撑板上、用于驱动收卷于所述滚轴上的所述雨篷布伸展的雨篷布驱动装置,所述雨篷布和所述车门之间设置有为所述雨篷布移动导向的导向组件。
具体地,所述雨篷布驱动装置包括动力组件和收纳组件,所述动力组件和所述收纳组件均连接在所述支撑板上。
具体地,所述动力组件包括风机和风管,所述风管一端连接在所述风机上,另一端与所述雨篷布连接,所述风机上串接有气体分配阀,所述雨篷布内分布有导气管,并在所述雨篷布上设置有进风口,所述风管的另一端连接在所述进风口上。
具体地,所述雨篷布的两侧和展开的一端的端头均设置有所述导气管,各所述导气管相连通,所述进风口设置在展开的一端的所述导气管的中点,所述风管自所述雨篷布的末端沿所述雨篷布的对称线向所述雨篷布展开的一端延伸,且与所述进风口相连接。
具体地,所述收纳组件包括固定安装在所述支撑板上的风管导向固定座、可在所述支撑板上滑动的风管导向伸缩座和固定在所述支撑板上用于驱动所述风管导向伸缩座滑动的风管驱动组件,所述风管导向固定座和所述风管导向伸缩座上均分别设置有多根可转动的风管导向轴,所述风管迂回盘卷在所述风管导向轴上。
具体地,所述风管驱动组件包括牵引绳、导向轮固定座和风管驱动电机,所述导向轮固定座和所述风管驱动电机相对设置在所述支撑板上、且所述风管导向固定座和所述风管导向伸缩座均设在所述导向轮固定座和所述风管驱动电机之间,所述风管导向固定座上固定连接有安装板,所述导向轮固定座固定安装在安装板上,所述导向轮固定座和所述风管驱动电机均设置有牵引绳导向轮,所述牵引绳绕过所述牵引绳导向轮、两端均连接在所述风管导向伸缩座上。
具体地,所述牵引绳其中的一端通过弹簧与所述风管导向伸缩座连接。
具体地,所述安装板和所述支撑板上均设置有导轨,所述风管导向伸缩座的上下端均设置滚轮,所述滚轮相对应的连接在所述导轨上。
具体地,所述驱动组件包括分别设置在所述滚轴两端的滚轴驱动电机和将所述滚轴与所述滚轴驱动电机连接的传动带,所述滚轴驱动电机和所述滚轴平行设置在所述车架前横梁上。
具体地,所述导向组件包括相对设置在所述车门上的滑道和一端连接在所述雨篷布上,另一端连接在所述滑道上的雨篷拉杆,所述雨篷拉杆与所述滑道连接的一端设置有滑轮。
本发明还提供了一种电动汽车,包括上述的雨篷遮雨系统。
本发明提供的一种雨篷遮雨系统,雨篷布驱动装置能够将收卷在滚轴上的雨篷布驱动展开,实现遮风挡雨的功能,同时,通过设置有驱动滚轴转动的驱动组件,使其和雨篷布驱动装置共同作用,实现将展开的雨篷布收卷在滚轴上,并且,还通过设置有为雨篷布移动提供导向功能的导向组件,使雨篷布能够迅速、准确的实现展开或是收卷,提高了使用的可靠性。通过这样的设置,使雨篷遮雨系统能够在车门打开时,为驾驶员及乘客提供遮风挡雨便利,提升了驾驶的舒适度。
有益效果
采用上述雨篷遮雨系统的电动汽车,雨篷遮雨系统能够安全、可靠地提供遮风挡雨的功能,使电动汽车在雨天时能够正常行驶,同时,雨篷遮雨系统的设置也提升了整车的配置,档次高、更为人性化。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1、图2、图3和图7所示,本发明实施例提供的一种雨篷遮雨系统8,用于在车门向上打开后的遮雨,包括安装在车架前横梁上的雨篷伸张收纳装置81,雨篷伸张收纳装置81包括滚轴811、收卷在滚轴811上的雨篷布812和驱动滚轴811转动的驱动组件813,滚轴811和驱动组件813均固定在车架前横梁上。由于需要遮雨的面积较大,因而展开的雨篷布812的面积也需要较大,但是为了减少雨篷布812占用的面积和提升整车美观性,便设置成在雨篷布812不需要展开时成为收卷状态,而需要使用时便能够伸张打开。因此,将雨篷伸张收纳装置81设置成包括滚轴811、雨篷布812和驱动滚轴811转动的驱动组件813,雨篷布812的一端固定连接在滚轴811上,另一端为自由端,能自由伸展,这样,驱动组件813驱动滚轴811转动,实现雨篷布812收卷或是展开的功能,以提升结构的紧凑性和整车的档次。车架前横梁连接有支撑板82,雨篷遮雨系统8还包括设置在支撑板82上、用于驱动收卷于滚轴811上的雨篷布812伸展的雨篷布驱动装置83,雨篷布812和车门之间设置有为雨篷布812移动导向的导向组件84。驱动雨篷布812的伸展是通过雨篷布驱动装置83来实现的,设置在车架前横梁上的驱动组件813能够在雨篷布812伸展时,将收卷的雨篷布812释放出来,提供辅助功能;而雨篷布812的收卷则是通过驱动组件813来实现的,这时的雨篷布驱动装置83便起到了辅助拉回的功能。同时,设置在雨篷布812和车门之间的导向组件84,能够在雨篷布812伸展或是收卷时提供导向作用,以确保雨篷布812能够顺利展开或是收卷,并使雨篷布812能够以规定的形状展开或收卷,确保了使用的可靠性。
本发明提供的雨篷遮雨系统8,在滚轴811、驱动滚轴811转动的驱动组件813和雨篷布驱动装置83的共同作用下,实现了雨篷布812的伸展或是收卷,从而起到了为驾驶员提供遮风挡雨的作用,保证了驾驶的舒适性。同时,在雨篷布812和车门之间设置有导向组件84,能够为雨篷布812在伸展或是收卷时提供导向作用,确保了雨篷布812伸展或是收卷的可靠性。雨篷布驱动装置83驱动雨篷布812伸展的功能稳定,反应迅速,满足了使用时的要求,确保了整个雨篷遮雨系统8使用的可靠性。
具体地,如图1和图2所示,雨篷布驱动装置83包括动力组件831和收纳组件832,动力组件831和收纳组件832均连接在支撑板82上。支撑板82与车架前横梁之间垂直连接,而设置在支撑板82上的动力组件831和收纳组件832均处在滚轴811的中点位置,这样便于动力组件831在驱动雨篷布812展开时保持受力均匀、平衡,不会发生卡死。同时,为了符合车型和满足挡雨的要求,雨篷布812在伸展的过程中运动轨迹不是直线运动,其运动轨迹是呈一定弧度的变向运动的,因此动力组件831可以是链轮-链条机构、或是滑轮-牵引绳机构,还可以是风机-风管机构等能够提供牵引轨迹可变的机构。但由于在牵引雨篷布812展开的过程中,牵引件(如链条、牵引绳或风管)的长度是变化的,因此,无论采用上述何种机构,均需要提供足够长度的牵引件,以满足使用要求。本实施例中便在动力组件831的后方设置收纳组件832,用于收纳预留足够长度的牵引件,以满足在牵引展开雨篷布812时对牵引件长度的要求,同时也能够保证整个机构的整洁性,便于牵引件的顺利收回或是释放。
具体地,如图1至图6所示,动力组件831包括风机8311和风管8312,风管8312一端连接在风机8311上,另一端与雨篷布812连接,风机8311上串接有气体分配阀8313,雨篷布812内分布有导气管8315,并在雨篷布812上设置有进风口8314,风管8312的另一端连接在进风口8314上。雨篷布812为双层防水布制成,并在两层防水布之间布置有导气管8315,在本实施例中,风管8312和导气管8315均为柔软性好、能够塑性弯卷的管,这样方便雨篷布812收卷在滚轴811上和方便风管8312收卷在收纳组件832上。当需要展开雨篷布812时,风机8311工作,将产生的高压气体通过风管8312的输送,并经过气体分配阀8313的分配,从进风口8314进入到导气管8315内,高压气体进入到雨篷布812内时,利用气体的压力,能产生推动收卷状态下的雨篷布812展开的驱动力,而此时的驱动组件813和收纳组件832也同时工作,将均处在收卷状态下的雨篷布812和风管8312放出,共同作用,实现雨篷布812的向外伸展和延伸,并能保证雨篷布812布面的平整。而当需要将雨篷布812收卷时,此时风机8311停止供气,驱动组件813和收纳组件832同时工作,驱动组件813驱动滚轴811反向转动,将雨篷布812收卷,导气管8315中的高压气体则通过气体分配阀8313排出,而收纳组件832则将多余的风管8312收回,以便下次使用时顺利的驱动展开。
具体地,如图2和图6所示,雨篷布812的两侧和展开的一端的端头均处设置有导气管8315,各导气管8315相连通,进风口8314设置在展开的一端的导气管8315的中点,风管8312自雨篷布812的末端沿雨篷布812的对称线向雨篷布812展开的一端延伸,且与进风口8314相连接。通过这样的设置,风管8312将高压气体输入到雨篷布812内,并经由导气管8315的疏导分配,使开始收卷在滚轴811上的雨篷布812能够平衡、快速的展开,实现挡雨的功能。而在雨篷布812的两侧和展开端的端头均设置有导气管8315,这样对称设置,不仅保证了产生的驱动力的平衡性,还能够为雨篷布812提供足够的驱动力,确保了雨篷布812能够顺利展开。
具体地,如图1至图6所示,收纳组件832包括固定安装在支撑板82上的风管导向固定座8321、可在支撑板82上滑动的风管导向伸缩座8322和固定在支撑板82上用于驱动风管导向伸缩座8322滑动的风管驱动组件,风管导向固定座8321和风管导向伸缩座8322上均分别设置有多根可转动的风管导向轴8324,风管8312迂回盘卷在风管导向轴8324上。通过这样的设置,在风管驱动组件的驱动下,风管导向伸缩座8322能够在支撑板82上来回移动,将迂回盘卷在风管导向固定座8321和风管导向伸缩座8322之间的风管8312放出或是收回,以满足不同的使用要求。并且,在风管导向固定座8321和风管导向伸缩座8322上均分别设置有多根可转动的风管导向轴8324,并将风管8312迂回盘卷在风管导向轴8324上。转动的风管导向轴8324摩擦阻力小,这样,风管导向轴8324能够在风管8312放出或是收回的过程中提供到导向作用,方便风管8312的放出或是收回。
具体地,如图1至图6所示,风管驱动组件可以是链轮-链条机构,也可是齿轮-齿条机构,或是丝杠机构,还可以是滑轮-牵引绳机构。在本实施例中,风管驱动组件包括牵引绳83231、导向轮固定座83232和风管驱动电机83233,导向轮固定座83232和风管驱动电机83233相对设置在支撑板82上,且风管导向固定座8321和风管导向伸缩座8322均设在导向轮固定座83232和风管驱动电机83233之间,风管导向固定座8321上固定连接安装板83234,导向轮固定座83232固定安装在安装板83234上,导向轮固定座83232和风管驱动电机83233均设置有牵引绳导向轮83235,牵引绳83231绕过牵引绳导向轮83235、两端均连接在风管导向伸缩座8322上。将风管导向固定座8321固定安装在支撑板82上,并在支撑板82上固定连接有安装板83234,然后将导向轮固定座83232固定安装在安装板83234的一端上,风管驱动电机83233则安装在安装板83234另一端的支撑板82上,这样,风管导向伸缩座8322便能够在风管导向固定座8321和风管驱动电机83233之间来回移动。由于牵引绳83231的两端都连接在风管导向伸缩座8322上,无论风管驱动电机83233正转还是反转,都能够在牵引绳83231的牵引下,带动风管导向伸缩座8322运动。而导向轮固定座83232和风管驱动电机83233均设置有牵引绳导向轮83235,能够为牵引绳83231的运动提供导向作用,方便其对风管导向伸缩座8322的牵引,进而确保了雨篷布812展开或是收卷能够顺利完成。
具体地,如图1和图2所示,牵引绳83231其中的一端通过弹簧83236与风管导向伸缩座8322连接。风管驱动电机83233通过牵引绳83231牵动风管导向伸缩座8322运动,为防止风管驱动电机83233在刚转动时突然带动风管导向伸缩座8322移动而造成的突动,便在牵引绳83231与风管导向伸缩座8322连接的任意一端上设连接有弹簧83236,这样,弹簧83236能够起到缓冲的功能,使风管导向伸缩座8322能够平稳的移动,不会发生突动。
具体地,如图4和图5所示,安装板83234和支撑板82上均设置有导轨834,风管导向伸缩座8322的上下端均设置滚轮835,滚轮835相对应的连接在导轨834上。通过这样的设置,使风管导向伸缩座8322能够平稳、顺利的移动,进而确保了雨篷布812伸展或收卷时的可靠性。
具体地,如图2、和图7所述,驱动组件813包括分别设置在滚轴811两端的滚轴驱动电机8131和将滚轴811与滚轴驱动电机8131连接的传动带8132,滚轴驱动电机8131和滚轴811平行设置在车架前横梁上。在滚轴811的两端分别设置有滚轴驱动电机8131,使滚轴811有足够的转动力来展开或是收卷雨篷布812的,确保了雨篷布812展开或是收卷能够顺利进行,同时也保证了转动力的平衡性。而将滚轴驱动电机8131和滚轴811平行设置,不仅方便传动,同时传动带8132也能够在滚轴驱动电机8131突然转动时起到缓冲的功能,保证了运动的平稳性。当然,可以理解地,在满足使用要求的前提下,滚轴驱动电机8131和滚轴811也可以是同轴设置,滚轴驱动电机8131直接带动滚轴811转动,此时,不需要额外设置传送带来进行传动,节省了成本。
具体地,如图2和图8所示,导向组件84包括相对设置在车门上的滑道841和一端连接在雨篷布812上,另一端连接在滑道841上的雨篷拉杆842,雨篷拉杆842与滑道841连接的一端设置有滑轮843。滑道841的横断呈“缺圆”状,将滑轮843设置在滑道841内,不但能够沿着滑道841自由移动,为雨篷布812的展开或是收卷提供导向功能,而且“缺圆”状的滑道841还能够防止其内的滑轮843掉出,因而不需要再另外对滑轮843进行限位。而雨篷拉杆842不仅能够起到传动导向的作用,同时还能在雨篷布812展开后,起到固定雨篷布812展开后形状的功能。
本发明还提供了一种电动汽车,包括上述雨篷遮雨系统8。雨篷遮雨系统8启动展开或是收回的动作迅速,使用可靠。采用上述雨篷遮雨系统8的电动汽车,能够在下雨将车门打开时,为驾驶员提供遮风挡雨的功能,人性化成度高,保证了电动汽车能够在下雨时的正常使用。同时,通过设置有雨篷遮雨系统8,提高了整车的档次。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种雨篷遮雨系统,用于在车门向上打开后的挡雨,其特征在于,包括安装在车架前横梁上的雨篷伸张收纳装置,所述雨篷伸张收纳装置包括滚轴、收卷在所述滚轴上的雨篷布和驱动所述滚轴转动的驱动组件,所述滚轴和所述驱动组件均固定在所述车架前横梁上,所述车架前横梁连接有支撑板,所述雨篷遮雨系统还包括设置在所述支撑板上、用于驱动收卷于所述滚轴上的所述雨篷布向外伸展的雨篷布驱动装置,所述雨篷布和所述车门之间设置有为所述雨篷布移动导向的导向组件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雨篷遮雨系统,其特征在于,所述雨篷布驱动装置包括动力组件和收纳组件,所述动力组件和所述收纳组件均连接在所述支撑板上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雨篷遮雨系统,其特征在于,所述动力组件包括风机和风管,所述风管一端连接在所述风机上,另一端与所述雨篷布连接,所述风机上串接有气体分配阀,所述雨篷布内分布有导气管,并在所述雨篷布上设置有进风口,所述风管的另一端连接在所述进风口上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的雨篷遮雨系统,其特征在于,所述雨篷布的两侧和展开的一端的端头均设置有所述导气管,各所述导气管相连通,所述进风口设置在展开的一端的所述导气管的中点,所述风管自所述雨篷布的末端沿所述雨篷布的对称线向所述雨篷布展开的一端延伸,且与所述进风口相连接。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的雨篷遮雨系统,其特征在于,所述收纳组件包括固定安装在所述支撑板上的风管导向固定座、可在所述支撑板上滑动的风管导向伸缩座和固定在所述支撑板上用于驱动所述风管导向伸缩座滑动的风管驱动组件,所述风管导向固定座和所述风管导向伸缩座上均分别设置有多根可转动的风管导向轴,所述风管迂回盘卷在所述风管导向轴上。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的雨篷遮雨系统,其特征在于,所述风管驱动组件包括牵引绳、导向轮固定座和风管驱动电机,所述导向轮固定座和所述风管驱动电机相对设置在所述支撑板上、且所述风管导向固定座和所述风管导向伸缩座均设在所述导向轮固定座和所述风管驱动电机之间,所述风管导向固定座上固定连接有安装板,所述导向轮固定座固定安装在安装板上,所述导向轮固定座和所述风管驱动电机均设置有牵引绳导向轮,所述牵引绳绕过所述牵引绳导向轮、两端均连接在所述风管导向伸缩座上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的雨篷遮雨系统,其特征在于,所述牵引绳其中的一端通过弹簧与所述风管导向伸缩座连接。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的雨篷遮雨系统,其特征在于,所述安装板和所述支撑板上均设置有导轨,所述风管导向伸缩座的上下端均设置滚轮,所述滚轮相对应的连接在所述导轨上。
  9. 如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的雨篷遮雨系统,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括分别设置在所述滚轴两端的滚轴驱动电机和将所述滚轴与所述滚轴驱动电机连接的传动带,所述滚轴驱动电机和所述滚轴平行设置在所述车架前横梁上。
  10. 如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的雨篷遮雨系统,其特征在于,所述导向组件包括相对设置在所述车门上的滑道和一端连接在所述雨篷布上,另一端连接在所述滑道上的雨篷拉杆,所述雨篷拉杆与所述滑道连接的一端设置有滑轮。
  11. 一种电动汽车,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的雨篷遮雨系统。
