目前钻井法利用大型竖井钻机施工,机械化程度高,但由于采用减压钻进、重力导向,加压力和扭矩大大受到限制,因此钻进效率低,很难实现快速成井施工。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对背景技术中的不足,提供一种新型的钻井法竖井钻机,提高了加压力、增加了扭矩、同时使设备具有强制导向功能,成井精度更高。
为了解决以上技术问题采用以下技术方案:一种新型钻井法竖井钻机,主要包括安装在井口的井架和封口平车,还包括钻杆、柔性连接器、稳定加压装置、扭矩放大驱动器、刀盘、出渣系统、泥浆处理站、电器柜、液压站、动力管线,井架上安装有主驱动,主驱动下部连接钻杆,钻杆上设有柔性连接器、钻杆下端连接扭矩放大驱动器,扭矩放大驱动器下端与刀盘连接,扭矩放大驱动器外部安装有稳定加压装置;井下的刀盘掘进的渣土通过出渣系统输送到地面的泥浆处理站。实现大扭矩、大钻压、高垂直度、高效率的钻井施工。

所述的稳定加压装置7包括导向立柱701、稳定器702、推进液压缸703、随动稳定器704、方向传感器705等。导向立柱701固定安装在扭矩放大驱动器上,稳定器702安装在在导向立柱701上,稳定器702具有至少两组撑靴机构,撑靴机构撑紧井壁后,稳定器702形成一个稳固的支撑,控制导向立柱701的移动方向;推进液压缸703以稳定器702为支点,向下推进刀盘9,为刀盘9提供强大的推进力,方向传感器705实时监测掘进方向,以保证掘进方向,随动稳定器704由至少两组撑靴机构组成,安装在扭矩放大驱动器四周,稳定刀盘。当推进液压缸703的行程完成后,由地面井架1、随动稳定器704稳定设备,将稳定器702的撑靴机构收回,之后缩回推进液压缸703,进行下一个掘进循环。

实施例3:如图3所示,一种新型钻井法竖井钻机,所述的扭矩放大驱动器8包括压力平衡阀801、行星减速机802、驱动法兰803、主轴承804等,压力平衡阀801安装在驱动器一侧,将驱动器内部压力与外部压力联通,实现驱动器内外压力平衡,行星减速机802将钻杆5输入的扭矩放大,并以大扭矩、低钻速驱动驱动法兰803,主轴承804安装在驱动器内部,连接驱动壳体与驱动法兰,用于承受刀盘9传递的反推力及掘进过程中的其他各种反力。
其他结构同实施例1。
实施例4:如图4所示,一种新型钻井法竖井钻机,所述的深井管线延伸装置12包括浮球1201、滑轮组1202、管线卷筒1203、钢丝绳1204、卷扬机1205等。管线卷筒1203用于储存管线,卷扬机1205提供收放管线的动力,滑轮组1202安装在井口,各种动力管线及钢丝绳通过滑轮组1202汇聚,并将动力管线固定在钢丝绳上,共同连接在井下设备上,动力管线沿竖直方向上安装有浮球组。浮球组由至少一个浮球1201组成,浮球组均匀的分布在动力管线的竖直方向上。浮球1201可以利用自身的浮力减轻管线自身的拉力及对钢丝绳的拉力。
其他结构同实施例1。
本发明的工作过程如下:新型钻井法竖井钻机安装完毕,一切准备就绪,操纵稳定加压装置7,撑紧井壁,稳定刀盘9,启动主驱动2,驱动钻杆5,经扭矩放大驱动器8驱动刀盘9转动;启动空压机1005将高压空气送入钻杆,启动泥 浆循环及泥浆处理站3,控制推进液压缸703推进刀盘进行掘进,同时地面井架下放主驱动2及钻杆5等配合钻进;井下渣土利用气举反循环由泥浆带出竖井,当推进液压缸703行程完成后,由地面井架1、随动稳定器704稳定设备,将稳定器702的撑靴机构收回,之后缩回推进液压缸703,进行下一个掘进循环。当一节钻杆行程完成后,利用井架1、主驱动2、封口平车4及辅助设备进行钻杆延伸,之后继续钻进。钻至设计深度,将设备整体提出井筒,进行后续施工。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种新型钻井法竖井钻机,主要包括安装在井口的井架和封口平车,还包括钻杆、柔性连接器、稳定加压装置、扭矩放大驱动器、刀盘、出渣系统、泥浆处理站、电器柜、液压站、动力管线,其特征是:井架上安装有主驱动,主驱动下部连接钻杆,钻杆上设有柔性连接器、钻杆下端连接扭矩放大驱动器,扭矩放大驱动器下端与刀盘连接,扭矩放大驱动器外部安装有稳定加压装置;井下的刀盘掘进的渣土通过出渣系统输送到地面的泥浆处理站。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型钻井法竖井钻机,其特征是:出渣系统采用气举反循环的方式。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的新型钻井法竖井钻机,其特征是:主驱动驱动钻杆,由扭矩放大驱动器将扭矩放大,稳定加压装置对刀盘进行加压及强制导向。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新型钻井法竖井钻机,其特征是:所述的稳定加压装置包括导向立柱、稳定器、推进液压缸、随动稳定器;导向立柱一端与钻杆相连、另一端安装在扭矩放大驱动器上,稳定器安装在导向立柱上,稳定器具有至少两组撑靴机构;一组推进液压缸的一端连接在稳定器上、另一端连接在扭矩放大驱动器上,随动稳定器由至少两组撑靴机构组成,随动稳定器安装在扭矩放大驱动器四周、随刀盘掘进向下移动;稳定加压装置上还安装有方向传感器,稳定器及推进液压缸上安装有油缸位移传感器。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的新型钻井法竖井钻机,其特征是:所述的扭矩放大驱动器包括压力平衡阀、行星减速机、驱动法兰、主轴承;压力平衡阀安装在扭矩放大驱动器一侧,将扭矩放大驱动器内部压力与外部压力联通;行星减速机输入轴与钻杆相连、输出端与驱动法兰相连,主轴承安装在扭矩放大驱动器内部、连接驱动法兰;驱动法兰下部安装刀盘。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的新型钻井法竖井钻机,其特征是:液压站和动力管线之间设有深井管线延伸装置,深井管线延伸装置包括浮球、滑轮组、管线卷筒、钢丝绳、卷扬机;管线卷筒、卷扬机固定在地面上,滑轮组安装在井口,动力管线及钢丝绳通过滑轮组汇聚,管线固定在钢丝绳上,动力管线及钢丝绳下部与稳定加压装置、扭矩放大驱动器连接,动力管线沿竖直方向上均匀的安装有浮球组。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的新型钻井法竖井钻机,其特征是:所述出渣系统 由吸浆管、下部回转接头、普通钻杆、气体混合钻杆、带气管钻杆、上部回转接头、排浆管、空压机、高压气管、泥浆池、泥浆回流管组成,吸浆管安装在刀盘内部,下部回转接头安装在吸浆管与扭矩放大器之间,通过扭矩放大器依次连接普通钻杆、气体混合钻杆、带气管钻杆,带气管钻杆通过主驱动依次连接上部回转接头、排浆管、高压气管、空压机、泥浆池、泥浆回流管。
