Description

一种龙门式旋挖钻机 技术领域
本发明涉及到桩基工程施工中地下成孔的一种设备,尤其涉及一种龙门式旋挖钻机。
背景技术
在桩基成孔土层中有回填层、流沙层、软硬岩层、废基础等,目前在大孔径、超深孔桩基施工中所用的设备主要是正反循环钻机。存在的问题是:正反循环钻机在施工中要把地下各土层研磨至粉状后利用水冲刷,施工效率低、能耗大、生产成本大。
发明内容
本发明是要解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种配备了专利产品:步履式行走底座(专利号:PCT/CN2014/000823)的龙门式旋挖钻机。大大增加了施工速度,减轻了能耗,降低了生产成本。
本发明涉及的龙门式旋挖钻机,其特征是:包括动力源、卷扬、双桅杆、吊头结构。吊头与桅杆连接,桅杆通过桅杆支撑架与固定支脚支撑架连接,双桅杆通过桅杆连接架固定,桅杆上方安装有钢丝绳吊头轮同时安装导向轮,导向轮用于动力头和钻杆的装卸,动力源、卷扬机及驾驶室固定在固定支脚支撑架上,固定支脚支撑架与固定支脚连接,移动支脚固定在固定支脚和固定支脚支撑架的连接板上,钢丝绳通过吊头与提引器连接至钻杆上,钻头下方设置有取土器,取土器在移动支脚上滑动(也可连接至装载机等其他设备上),安装有卸土器,固定支脚中设置有防滑孔及防滑销,固定支脚也可安装在移动支脚外侧,支撑油缸一端连接到机体上,另一端连接到桅杆上,通过支撑油缸完成的横向起降过程。也可安装专利产品螺旋钻杆(201510026628.3),改变为螺旋钻机。
该龙门式旋挖钻机的有益效果是:
由于发明了龙门式旋挖钻机,增加了旋挖钻机的旋挖孔径和深度,增加了施工速度,降低了能耗,减少了生产成本,更加有利于环境保护。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明:
如图1、图2所示,该旋挖钻机,包括吊头1、桅杆2、钻杆4、动力头7、动力源9和卷扬机8及步履行走装置10,吊头1与桅杆2连接,桅杆2通过桅杆支撑架3与固定支脚支撑架17连接,双桅杆2通过桅杆连接架3固定,桅杆2上方安装有钢丝绳5吊头轮同时安装导向轮11,导向轮11用于动力头7和钻杆4的装卸,动力源9、卷扬机8及驾驶室18固定在固定支脚支撑架17上,固定支脚支撑架17与固定支脚16连接,移动支脚15固定在固定支脚16和固定支脚支撑架17的连接板上,钢丝绳5通过吊头1与提引器22连接至钻杆4上,钻头14下方设置有取土器19,取土器19在移动支脚15上滑动(也可连接至装载机等其他设备上),安装有卸土器13,固定支脚16中设置有防滑孔及防滑销21,固定支脚16也可安装在移动支脚15外侧,支撑油缸12一端连接 到固定支脚支撑架17上,另一端连接到桅杆2上,通过支撑油缸12完成桅杆2的横向起降过程。
通过驾驶员的操作,使动力装置9工作,使步履行走装置10带动整机行走至施工地点,通过加压油缸6加压,动力头7转动,带动钻杆4和钻头14旋转取土,取土完成后通过卷扬机8和钢丝绳5的带动下钻杆4和钻头14上升,把取土器19滑动至钻头14下方,利用卸土器13把钻头14内的钻取物卸至取土器19中,卸土完成后把取土器19滑动原位置,通过装载机等车辆把取土器19中的钻取物堆放在指定地点。通过反复的钻取动作完成整个作业施工过程。
当遇到大孔径及大扭矩施工时,利用设置在固定支脚16中的防滑销21来固定住该旋挖钻机,放置该钻机发生位移现象。
通过驾驶员来控制步履行走装置10。通过控制支脚油缸23的伸缩,来调节移动支脚15和固定支脚16与地面受力情况的交替运行。通过控制纵向行走油缸24的伸缩达到旋挖钻机的前后行走和左右转向。在旋挖钻机作业时,可使移动支脚15与固定支脚16同时与地面接触受力,以达到旋挖钻机的最佳平稳性。
控制支脚油缸23,使支脚油缸23缸杆伸出,使移动支脚15向下与地面接触,提升固定支脚16离开地面,支脚油缸23停止运动。
控制纵向行走油缸24的缸杆向前伸缩,带动移动支脚15向前滑动,这一过程在纵向行走油缸24达到最大行程为止。
控制支脚油缸23,使支脚油缸23缸杆缩回,使移动支脚15向上提升离开地面,固定支脚16与地面接触,支脚油缸23停止运动。
控制纵向行走油缸24的缸体向前伸缩,带动固定支脚16向前滑动,这一过程在纵向行走油缸24达到最大行程为止。
在旋挖钻机的正常行驶时,在一边的纵向行走油缸24停止的情况下,通过控制另一边的纵向行走油缸24的伸缩达到旋挖钻机的转向行走。

  1. 一种龙门式旋挖钻机,包括动力源、卷扬、双桅杆、吊头结构。吊头与桅杆连接,桅杆通过桅杆支撑架与固定支脚支撑架连接,双桅杆通过桅杆连接架固定,桅杆上方安装有钢丝绳吊头轮同时安装导向轮,导向轮用于动力头和钻杆的装卸,动力源、卷扬机及驾驶室固定在固定支脚支撑架上,固定支脚支撑架与固定支脚连接,移动支脚固定在固定支脚和固定支脚支撑架的连接板上,钢丝绳通过吊头与提引器连接至钻杆上,钻头下方设置有取土器,取土器在移动支脚上滑动(也可连接至装载机等其他设备上),安装有卸土器,固定支脚中设置有防滑孔及防滑销,固定支脚也可安装在移动支脚外侧,支撑油缸一端连接到机体上,另一端连接到桅杆上,通过支撑油缸完成的横向起降过程。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的龙门式旋挖钻机,其特征是:安装有步履式行走装置(专利号:PCT/CN2014/000823)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的龙门式旋挖钻机,其特征是:设置有双桅杆机构,通过双桅杆组成龙门式结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的龙门式旋挖钻机,其特征是:在双桅杆上方安装有导向轮。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的龙门式旋挖钻机,其特征是:设置有钻头卸土器和取土器。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的龙门式旋挖钻机,其特征是:在固定支脚中设置有防滑孔及防滑销。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的龙门式旋挖钻机,其特征是:固定支脚安装在移 动支脚外侧,也可把固定支脚安装在移动支脚内侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的龙门式旋挖钻机,其特征是:通过支撑油缸完成桅杆的横向起降过程。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的龙门式旋挖钻机,其特征是:也可安装专利产品螺旋钻杆(201510026628.3),改变为螺旋钻机。
