遮阳布 6卷在卷动装置 1上; 卷动装置 1一端与第一端盖 3连接, 另一端与第二端盖 4 连接; 第一端盖 3和第二端盖 4分别固定在支撑架 2两端, 支撑架 2分别固定在汽车挡风玻 璃左右两侧; 引布杆 7固定在遮阳布 6的外露边, 拉手 8固定在引布杆 7的中部, 平整保持 条 9粘合在遮阳布 6上, 上钩扣 10置于汽车挡风玻璃中线内后视镜固定位置 12下面, 下钩 扣 1 1置于汽车挡风玻璃中线下端, 或单钩扣 5置于汽车挡风玻璃中线上。
所述卷动装置 1包括卷动轴或卷动管、 回卷弹簧, 回卷弹簧置于卷动轴外或置于卷动管 内。
所述遮阳布 6设有后视镜固定位置 12缺口。
所述遮阳布 6为两块, 左右对开, 对称安装。
所述支撑架 2分别固定在汽车挡风玻璃的左右两侧; 汽车挡风玻璃的左右两侧包括汽车 挡风玻璃左右边缘内侧、 汽车挡风玻璃左右两边柱子的饰板外部、 汽车挡风玻璃左右两边柱 子的饰板内部等位置。
各零部件的用途和结构- 卷动装置 1用于卷遮阳布 6; 支撑架 2用于固定第一端盖 3和第二端盖 4及保护组件; 根据车型在遮阳布 6上预先留出后视镜固定位置 12的缺口, 防止后视镜固定位置 12影响遮 阳布 6使用, 引布杆 7用于引出遮阳布 6, 拉手 8用于移动引布杆 7, 上钩扣 10和下钩扣 11 或单钩扣 5用于固定引布杆 7, 防止遮阳布 6自动回卷; 平整保持条 9用于保持遮阳布 6的 相对平整。
工作原理及过程:
按图 1所示, 各组件装配固定好后, 将左右支撑架 2分别固定在挡风玻璃左右两侧; 使用时, 用拉手 8向右移动左边引布杆 7引出遮阳布 6, 将引布杆 7钩扣在上钩扣 10和
下钩扣 11或单钩扣 5上, 遮挡左半边玻璃光线, 同理, 用拉手 8向左移动右边引布杆 7引出 遮阳布 6, 将引布杆 7钩扣在上钩扣 10和下钩扣 1 1或单钩扣 5上, 遮挡右半边玻璃光线。
如图 2所示, 不用时, 用拉手 8将引布杆 7与上钩扣 10和下钩扣 11或单钩扣 5分离, 遮阳布 6自动回卷到卷帘内卷动装置 1上。
实施例 2
如图 3所示, 本实施例与实施例 1不同点在于用双向转动减速电机控制遮阳布左右同时 伸出或同时缩入, 所述的用于汽车挡风玻璃的电动型左右对开遮阳卷帘,
包括带有平整保持边框 13和滑块 14的遮阳布 6、 卷动轴 1、 支撑架 2、 第一端盖 3、 第 二端盖 4、 双向转动减速电机 15、 含有保护电路的电源换向开关 16、 双股电缆 20, 其结构和 连接关系为:
带有平整保持边框 13和滑块 14的遮阳布 6卷在卷动轴 1上, 第一端盖 3和第二端盖 4 分别固定在支撑架 2两端, 卷动轴 1置于支撑架 2上, 卷动轴 1一端与第一端盖 3连接, 卷 动轴 1另一端与双向转动减速电机 15的动力输出轴连接, 双向转动减速电机 15置于第二端 盖 4内, 支撑架 2分别固定在汽车挡风玻璃左右两侧; 左右两只双向转动减速电机 15用双股 电缆 15并联后再连接到含有保护电路的电源换向开关 16的电路输出端,汽车电源 19连接在 含有保护电路的电源换向开关 16的电源输入端上, 保护电路的电源换向开关 16设有正向供 电按钮 17和反向供电按钮 18。
所述带有平整保持边框 13和滑块 14的遮阳布 6设有后视镜固定位置 12缺口。
所述带有平整保持边框 13和滑块 14的遮阳布 6为两块, 左右对开, 对称安装。
所述支撑架 2分别固定在汽车挡风玻璃的左右两侧; 汽车挡风玻璃的左右两侧包括汽车 挡风玻璃左右边缘内侧、 汽车挡风玻璃左右两边柱子的饰板外部、 汽车挡风玻璃左右两边柱 子的饰板内部等位置。
所述带带有平整保持边框 13和滑块 14的遮阳布 6设有防止磨损的滑块 14, 用于防止带 有平整保持边框 13和滑块 14的遮阳布 6过度回卷。
所述带有平整保持边框 13和滑块 14的遮阳布 6用反光布、 网眼布、 散光布、 涂铝布、 涂银布、 广告布等的任一种, 根据车玻璃尺寸制作卷帘布时, 遮阳布是任何合用的形状。
各零部件的用途和结构:
卷动轴 1用于卷带有平整保持边框 13和滑块 14的遮阳布 6; 支撑架 2用于固定第一端 盖 3和第二端盖 4及保护组件; 根据车型在带有平整保持边框 13和滑块 14的遮阳布 6上预 先留出后视镜固定位置 12的缺口,防止后视镜固定位置 12影响带有平整保持边框 13和滑块
