分析上述汽车节能遮光机的主要结构可知,其主要由两组相同、布置方向相反的遮阳卷帘收放装置,遮阳卷帘收放装置包括车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置和头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置,车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置的一端设置于汽车车顶上方的中部,另一端与头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置固定连接,车顶遮 阳卷帘收放装置和头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置上均设有遮阳布和第一运动支撑装置等结构组成;
其中,所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置的第一运动支撑装置配置成水平牵引所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置上的遮阳布以及所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的整体向汽车的车头或车尾方向移动,所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的第一运动支撑装置配置成牵引所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的遮阳布竖直向下铺设;
由于一头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置是固定连接在车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置上的,因此当第一运动支撑装置水平牵引所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置上的遮阳布向前展开时,将也会携带头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置到达汽车车头上方位置处,此时再通过头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置上的第一运动支撑装置带动对应的遮阳布向下伸展,进而实现了汽车车头前方的遮阳;同理,另一车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置在第一运动支撑装置水平(即双向)牵引作用下实现车尾部的车顶的遮阳,避风;随后该车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置上的后头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置(即头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置包括遮阳布和第一运动支撑装置)在其第一运动支撑装置的牵引作用下实现了汽车车尾后方的遮阳,避风;
与此同时,上述汽车节能遮光机的伸缩机构的伸缩状态和伸缩程度还可以根据不同的使用情况进行控制;例如:当汽车处于停车状态时,汽车节能遮光机中的车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置和头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置,甚至左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置都伸展开实现汽车的五个方向的全方位的遮光;在行驶过程中,伸缩结构中的车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置和头尾侧遮阳卷帘收 放装置通过调整行程,只在汽车的前风档玻璃直线距离的三分之二位置,此时其解决了汽车行驶过程中的驾驶室内温度过高的问题;在行驶过程中车内的遮光板和车窗贴膜其遮阳效果显然没有上述汽车节能遮光机的遮阳效果显著。
在具体结构中,所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置的第一运动支撑装置包括沿车身水平方向平行设置的两个滑轨和双向水平驱动装置,所述双向水平驱动装置为气缸、高压气泵、液压缸或电缸。
例如:双向水平驱动装置设置在滑轨上,双向水平驱动装置可以驱动遮阳布,在遮阳布伸展开后,遮阳布沿着两个滑轨铺开形成一个封闭遮阳面;该遮阳布覆盖汽车的顶部构成了汽车的主要遮阳伸缩机构。双向水平驱动装置在滑轨上移动时,就改变了汽车顶部的遮阳面积,实现了整体结构的水平伸展或收缩同时也完成了遮阳面的控制;另外,汽车节能遮光机在伸展开后,汽车节能遮光机还可以起到避雨、防风作用。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
参见图1和图7,本发明实施例提供的一种汽车节能遮光机,所述汽车节能遮光机包括两组相同、布置方向相反的遮阳卷帘收放装置,所述遮阳卷帘收放装置包括车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置和头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置,所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置的一端设置于所述汽车车顶上方的中部,另一端与所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置固定连接,所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置和所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置上均设有遮阳布10和第一运动支撑装置7,所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置的第一运动支撑装置配置成水平牵引所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置上的遮阳布(车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置位于车头车顶,以下称为车头车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置3;车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置位于车尾车顶,以下称为车尾车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置4;固定连接在所述车头车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置3一端的头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置,以下称为前遮阳卷帘收放装置1;固定连接在所述车尾车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置4一端的头尾侧遮阳卷帘 收放装置,以下称为后遮阳卷帘收放装置2;所述车头车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置3上的遮阳布的起点端与所述车尾车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置4上的遮阳布的起点端是重合的,该遮阳布铺开后沿着车身延伸方向设置)以及所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的整体向汽车的车头或车尾方向移动(注意,移动时只是车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置上的遮阳布移动,附图中编号3和4具体指向的是各自遮阳卷帘收放装置存放遮阳布的箱体,因此其编号3和4在附图中是固定不动的),所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的第一运动支撑装置配置成牵引所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的遮阳布竖直向下铺设。
其中,所述汽车节能遮光机还包括两组相同的左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置,所述左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置分别位于车身左侧和右侧的位置上(位于车身左侧的左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置以下称为车身左侧遮阳卷帘收放装置5,位于车身右侧的左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置以下称为车身右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置6),所述左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置上均设有遮阳布和第二运动支撑装置,所述第二运动支撑装置配置成牵引所述左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的遮阳布竖直向下铺设。
需要说明的是,上述各个部位的遮阳卷帘收放装置(尤其左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置可以根据具体情况而选择是否安装,其也不是必要的结构构造),其可以根据选择而决定是否安装左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置;很显然加装了左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置后其可以实现全方面的遮阳封闭,其适合更多车身部位以及更车身面积的遮光避风。
分析上述汽车遮光机的工作原理可知:前遮阳卷帘收放装置1负责汽车前方竖直面的挡光防尘,后遮阳卷帘收放装置2负责汽车后方竖直面的 挡光防尘,车头车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置3负责汽车前方车顶水平面的挡光防尘,车尾车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置4负责汽车后方车顶水平面的挡光防尘;车身左侧遮阳卷帘收放装置5负责汽车左侧垂直面的挡光防尘,车身右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置6负责汽车右侧垂直面的挡光防尘。
具体结构中,前遮阳卷帘收放装置1实际上是车前方竖直伸展开的遮阳布;后遮阳卷帘收放装置2实际上是车后方竖直伸展的遮阳布;车头车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置3实际上是车前方车顶水平伸展的遮阳布;车尾车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置4实际上是车后方车顶处水平伸展的遮阳布;车身左侧遮阳卷帘收放装置5、车身右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置6分别是车两侧的竖直伸展的遮阳布。
具体在驱动时(即顺序参见图1、图2和图3的结构变化),车头车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置的第一运动支撑装置向前运动时,同时带动前遮阳卷帘收放装置1的整体以及车头车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置3水平铺展开,待到目标位置后(如图2所示),前遮阳卷帘收放装置1再竖直向下伸展汽车前方的遮阳布(如图3所示);
同样地,车尾车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置的第一运动支撑装置向后运动时,同时带动后遮阳卷帘收放装置2的整体以及车尾车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置4水平向后铺展开,待到目标位置后,后遮阳卷帘收放装置2再竖直向下伸展汽车后方的遮阳布;
最后放下车身左侧遮阳卷帘收放装置5和车身右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置6的遮阳布(另参见图6);这样所有伸缩机构都伸展开后可实现汽车的五个方向的全方位的遮光、防尘、防雨(如图8所示),另外,图7为本发明 实施例提供的汽车节能遮光机的各个遮阳卷帘收放装置展开状态后的俯视图。
下面对本发明实施例提供的汽车节能遮光机的具体结构做一下详细说明:
具体参见图4,所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置的第一运动支撑装置包括沿车身水平方向平行设置的两个滑轨8(另参见图5)和双向水平驱动装置,所述双向水平驱动装置为气缸9(另参见图5)、高压气泵(附图中未示出)、液压缸或电缸。
在更具体的结构中:
所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的第一运动支撑装置和所述左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的第二运动支撑装置均包括沿竖直方向平行设置的两个滑轨8和竖直驱动装置,所述竖直驱动装置为气缸9、高压气泵、液压缸或电缸。
需要说明的是,电缸是采用电机(即直线驱动电机)与控制器,产生一定推力的直线运动的产品。与传统气缸相比,充分发挥了电机的精确位置控制、精确速度控制以及精确推力控制的优势。同时具有低噪音、低振动、高速、节能的特点,还具有可任意加入中间定位点、超长使用寿命等特点。在机械自动化行业、电子行业、汽车行业,如果与配套控制器连接使用,可以替代液压缸和气缸,例如:可以根据用户设计要求,在行程范围内任意地方加入中间定位点,安装光电开关,并连接至配套系列驱动器相应端口即可实现多点定位。因此,本发明实施例提供的汽车节能遮光机,使用遥控器、驱动器以及电缸控制其伸缩行程,控制精度更高,符合汽车节能遮光机的高精度伸缩控制的要求。
在更具体的结构中:
所述滑轨上设有分布均匀的滑动连接的多个滑块连接件,且多个滑块连接件分别与所述遮阳布的边缘固定连接。
需要说明的是,由于遮阳布在伸展开后,遮阳布沿着滑轨铺展时,遮阳布与滑轨之间往往存在较大缝隙,其不利于行车和遮阳布的遮阳;可以在滑轨上滑动连接安装有多个滑块连接件,且每个滑块连接件还分别与遮阳布的边缘固定连接,这样一来在遮阳布打开时滑块连接件将紧密的将滑轨与遮阳布紧密的连接起来,使遮阳布处于绷紧状态,避免缝隙出现影响遮阳和避风的效果。
在更具体的结构中:
所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置和所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置均还包括卷轴、箱体和卷轴驱动电机,所述卷轴驱动电机的输出轴与所述卷轴之间为键配合(即卷轴驱动电机旋转带动卷轴旋转,并实现遮阳布的收缩功能),所述箱体支撑所述卷轴的两端并配置成支撑所述卷轴进行转动,所述卷轴配置成卷绕相应的所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置和所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置各自上的遮阳布。
其中,所述滑轨、所述卷轴和所述箱体均为钢铝型材拼接组成。所述滑轨、所述卷轴和所述箱体的外表面均为弧面,且其棱角均为圆角。
需要说明的是,为了减少上述汽车节能遮光机在行驶过程中的风阻系数,避免其使用时影响汽车的正常行驶,其主要结构均采用钢铝型材拼接组成,且所述滑轨、卷轴和箱体其外表面均为弧面;所述滑轨、卷轴和箱 体其棱角处均为圆角设计,这样可以最大程度上减少本汽车节能遮光机的体积,并通过弧面设计保证其减少行驶中的空气阻力。
同时本发明的优点是在达到以上功能的同时采用专门设计的异型材直接将遮阳材料和收放卷轴电机组合为一体,节省空间和汽车风阻。同时第一运动支撑装置以及第二运动支撑装置均可以采用高压气泵和高强度龙骨组成的气缸体配合使用,其可以成为非常可靠的运动部件,能够自动完成既定动作,同时保证行车安全。由于汽车节能遮光机与汽车的车顶的行李架固定或可拆卸连接,因此上述汽车节能遮光机的主要结构部件采用钢铝型材拼接还有利于其减少设备重量,其材料质轻便于拆卸和携带。
在更具体的结构中:
所述遮阳布为有色丁布、麦克布或是聚醚醚酮树脂针织布。
分析遮阳布的织物性质可以初步判断具有防紫外线的性能。一般说来,棉、丝、尼龙、粘胶等的防紫外线性能较差,而涤纶较好,通常用来制作遮阳布的含涤面料有色丁布、麦克布等。
另外,工程塑料是可以作为结构材料而作为本发明实施例中防晒遮阳的材料,工程塑料有良好的机械性能和尺寸稳定性,在高、低温下仍能保持其优良性能,可以作为工程结构件的塑料。工程塑料包括聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)、聚酰胺(尼龙,Polyamide,PA)、聚甲醛(Polyacetal,Polyoxy Methylene,POM)、变性聚苯醚(Poly Phenylene Oxide,变性PPE)、聚酯(PETP,PBTP)、聚苯硫醚(Polyphenylene Sulfide,PPS)、聚芳基酯等等,其中,PEEK是Polyetheretherketone的简称,中文名是聚醚醚酮树 脂,是一种高端的特种工程塑料,具有突出的高强度特点,同时还具有抗压、耐辐射、绝缘性稳定、耐水解等特点。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的汽车节能遮光机,采用了车外遮阳结构避免了烈日直接对车辆的暴晒,同时采用车顶便携结构和自动伸缩驱动结构,保证车内始终保持舒适的环境温度,减少了空调的使用,降低了汽车的无用排放,保证驾驶人的身心健康;此外,本发明的衍生功能可以作为车辆的移动简易车库,减少阳光、雨、雪及粉尘对车辆的伤害和污染。
本发明实施例提供的汽车节能遮光机,提供了一种可以在汽车外部为汽车提供遮阳的装置,它具有自动伸出和卷起的遮阳卷帘收放装置以及高强度的运动支撑装置,具有随车便携、自动收放、高性能隔绝阳光,车体上顶和四周防护的功能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种汽车节能遮光机,其包括两组相同、布置方向相反的遮阳卷帘收放装置,所述遮阳卷帘收放装置包括车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置(3,4)和头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置(1,2),所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置的一端设置于所述汽车车顶上方的中部,另一端与所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置固定连接,所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置和所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置上均设有遮阳布(10)和第一运动支撑装置(7),所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置的第一运动支撑装置配置成水平牵引所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置上的遮阳布以及所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的整体向汽车的车头或车尾方向移动,所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的第一运动支撑装置配置成牵引所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的遮阳布竖直向下铺设。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车节能遮光机,还包括两组相同的左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置(5,6),所述左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置分别位于车身左侧和右侧的位置上,所述左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置上均设有遮阳布和第二运动支撑装置,所述第二运动支撑装置配置成牵引所述左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的遮阳布竖直向下铺设。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车节能遮光机,其中,所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置的第一运动支撑装置包括沿车身水平方向平行设置的两个滑轨(8)和双向水平驱动装置,所述双向水平驱动装置为气缸(9)、高压气泵、液压缸或电缸。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的汽车节能遮光机,其中,所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的第一运动支撑装置和所述左右侧遮阳卷帘收放装置的第二运 动支撑装置均包括沿竖直方向平行设置的两个滑轨(8)和竖直驱动装置,所述竖直驱动装置为气缸(9)、高压气泵、液压缸或电缸。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的汽车节能遮光机,其中,所述滑轨上设有分布均匀的滑动连接的多个滑块连接件,且多个滑块连接件分别与所述遮阳布的边缘固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的汽车节能遮光机,其中,所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置和所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置均还包括卷轴、箱体和卷轴驱动电机,所述卷轴驱动电机的输出轴与所述卷轴之间为键配合,所述箱体支撑所述卷轴的两端并配置成支撑所述卷轴进行转动,所述卷轴配置成卷绕相应的所述车顶遮阳卷帘收放装置和所述头尾侧遮阳卷帘收放装置各自上的遮阳布。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的汽车节能遮光机,其中,所述滑轨、所述卷轴和所述箱体均为钢铝型材拼接组成。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车节能遮光机,其中,所述滑轨、所述卷轴和所述箱体的外表面均为弧面,且其棱角均为圆角。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的汽车节能遮光机,其中,所述遮阳布为有色丁布、麦克布或是聚醚醚酮树脂针织布。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的汽车节能遮光机,其与所述汽车车顶的行李架固定或可拆卸连接。
