Definitions
- the present invention relates to a heat pump system in which a plurality of heat pumps are connected to a system load and a method of operating the same.
- the air-cooled heat pump chiller forms frost on the heat source side heat exchanger during heating operation under low ambient temperature conditions, and if it progresses, heat exchange is inhibited and efficiency drops, so frost is removed A frost (defrost) operation is required.
- frost defrost
- Patent Documents 1 and 2 disclose that the capacity reduction is backed up by operating the system. Further, Patent Document 3 discloses a technology in which two or more heat pumps connected in a plurality are connected to defrosting operation at the same time as much as possible.
- heat pumps in recent years are being modularized in units.
- individual air-cooled heat pump chillers are modularized, a plurality of such modules are connected in series to form a unit, and further external load (system load)
- system load external load
- a heat pump system configured by connecting a plurality of units in parallel has been put to practical use.
- the heat pump in the defrosting operation uses the heat exchanger on the use side to function as an evaporator and takes heat, a spare unit and a shutdown unit are added according to the number of heat pumps that have simply entered the defrosting operation. There is a problem that the operation may be insufficient due to the thermal load of the system load only by operating.
- the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and in a heat pump system in which a plurality of heat pumps are connected to a system load, the number of operating heat pumps can be appropriately controlled even while any heat pump is defrosting. It is an object of the present invention to provide a heat pump system capable of always operating at a capacity corresponding to load and a method of operating the same.
- the heat pump system of the present invention and its operation method adopt the following means. That is, the heat pump system according to the first aspect of the present invention is a heat pump system in which a plurality of heat pumps are connected to a system load, and sequentially calculates the output capability of the heat pump in operation;
- the system controller is provided with a system control unit that controls the number of operating heat pumps by comparing the capacity calculation value with a thermal load of the system load as a threshold.
- the capacity that the heat pump in operation can output is sequentially calculated, and the capacity calculation value Because the system control unit is used to control the number of heat pumps operated by comparing the heat load of the system load with the threshold value as the threshold, even if one of the heat pumps in operation enters defrost operation, the heat pump in operation at that time If a heat pump capable of exhibiting the heating capacity in the operating heat pump exists by setting the calculated value of the capacity that can be output as the threshold value and comparing it with the heat load of the system load to control the number of operating heat pumps.
- Heat-poon with the ability to handle the heat load of the system load immediately without additional operation of another heat pump It is possible to operate the system. Therefore, even when one of the heat pumps is defrosting, energy saving can be achieved by making the additional operation of another heat pump unnecessary depending on the conditions and operating the heat pump system efficiently with the minimum number of heat pumps. In addition, it is possible to improve the reliability of the system by suppressing the on / off frequency of the heat pump and preventing the occurrence of failure or trouble due to frequent on / off repetition.
- the calculation of the output capable ability of each heat pump is performed by either the control unit on each heat pump side or the system control unit It may be possible.
- the control unit on each heat pump side has an operation function of the ability Even if the heat pump does not have an additional function of calculating the capacity of the system control unit, as described above, even if a certain heat pump is defrosting, the minimum heat pump may be operated without additional heat pump operation under some conditions.
- the heat pump system can be operated efficiently by the number. Therefore, the present invention can be easily applied to an existing heat pump system.
- the system control unit when the heat pump of any one of the heat pumps starts or finishes defrosting operation, the system control unit
- the capacity of each of the heat pumps may be increased or decreased to calculate the capacity that can be output by each heat pump.
- the system control unit increases or decreases the capacity of the heat pump when one of the heat pumps of each heat pump starts or ends the defrost operation, and can calculate the capacity that each heat pump can output. Since each heat pump starts and ends the defrost operation, even if the available output capacity increases or decreases, the available output capacity including that can be calculated at any time. Therefore, regardless of the presence or absence of defrost operation, each heat pump can be operated by accurately setting the number of heat pump operation with respect to the thermal load of the system load, and a situation such as a shortage of capacity can be reliably avoided. .
- the system control unit is configured to be able to calculate the output that each of the heat pumps can output, with the heat component taken by the heat pump during defrosting being minus capacity. It may be
- the system control unit is configured to be able to calculate the ability that each heat pump can output with the heat capacity taken by the heat pump in defrost as a minus capacity, so the capacity of the heat pump in defrost is reduced.
- the capacity that can be more accurately output by calculating the capacity that the heat pump can output as a minus capacity the heat component that the heat exchanger use side heat exchanger in defrost is functioning as an evaporator and deprived as well can do. Therefore, it is possible to operate by setting the number of heat pump operating units correctly with respect to the thermal load of the system load, and it is possible to reliably avoid a situation such as a capacity shortage.
- the system control unit is preset when one of the heat pumps of the respective heat pumps starts defrosting operation.
- the capacity that can be output by the heat pump in operation may be calculated by multiplying a certain margin ratio.
- the system control unit can calculate the ability of the heat pump in operation to be able to output by multiplying the margin set in advance. In this case, by assuming that one heat pump is in a defrost operation and the other heat pumps are also frosted and it is operated in a state where it is easy to enter the defrost, as it is configured.
- the capacity that can be output is calculated by multiplying the preset margin rate to prevent heat load on the heat pump to suppress frost, and the other heat pumps do not follow and enter the defrost operation Can be Therefore, it is possible to reduce the frequency at which each heat pump enters the defrost operation or to delay the timing at which the heat pump enters the defrost operation, and to improve the efficiency at the time of the heating operation.
- the system control unit cancels the allocation of the margin rate to the available output capacity for a set time from the end of the defrost operation for the heat pump after the end of the defrost operation. It may be configured as follows.
- the system control unit is configured to cancel allocation of the allowance rate to the possible output capacity for the set time from the end of the defrost operation to the heat pump after the defrost operation is completed.
- the capacity that can be output if there is a heat pump immediately after the end of defrost, it is judged that the heat pump is not frosted, so it is judged that there is no need to multiply the margin rate, and only the set time from the end of defrost
- canceling the allocation of the margin rate it is possible to calculate an output capable ability closer to the actual state. As a result, it is possible to calculate the output capable capability more accurately, and set the heat pump operating number appropriately for the heat load of the system load.
- the system control unit may be configured to gradually reduce and multiply the margin ratio as the time during which each heat pump continues heating operation is longer.
- the system control unit is configured to gradually reduce the margin ratio as the time during which each heat pump continues the heating operation is longer, the time during which the heating operation is continued The longer the heat pump is, the easier it is for the frost to occur and the other heat pump can easily follow the defrost operation.
- calculate the capacity that can be output by multiplying the margin ratio to gradually decrease according to the operation continuation time By setting the heat pump so as not to apply a heat load to suppress the frost, it is possible to suppress the start of the defrost operation of another heat pump. Therefore, the frequency at which each heat pump enters the defrost can be reduced or the timing of entering the defrost operation can be delayed to improve the efficiency at the time of the heating operation.
- the system control unit counts the number of times of defrosting of the heat pump during operation, and gradually reduces the margin rate as the number increases. It may be configured to be multiplied.
- the system control unit counts the number of times of heat pump defrosting during operation, and the margin ratio is gradually reduced and multiplied as the number of times increases.
- the number of defrosting cycles of the heat pump during operation is counted, depending on the number of frosts, since some frost remains due to unmelted and enters the defrost again in a short time and the number of times of defrosting may increase.
- the capacity that can be output by multiplying the margin rate to be gradually reduced it is possible to suppress frost and prevent the heat pump from entering the defrosting operation without applying a heat load to the heat pump. Therefore, the frequency at which each heat pump enters the defrost can be reduced or the timing of entering the defrost operation can be delayed to improve the efficiency at the time of the heating operation.
- an operating method of a heat pump system is an operating method of a heat pump system in which a plurality of heat pumps are connected to a system load, and the heat pump in operation can be output
- the process of calculating the capacity sequentially, the process of comparing the capacity calculation value with the heat load of the system load as a threshold, and the heat load of the system load exceeds the threshold which is the capacity calculation value.
- a second aspect of the present invention in a method of operating a heat pump system in which a plurality of heat pumps are connected to a system load, the process of sequentially calculating the output capable of outputting the heat pump in operation; In order to have the process of comparing the thermal load of the system load with the capacity calculation value as a threshold and the process of increasing or decreasing the number of operating heat pumps depending on whether the thermal load of the system load exceeds the threshold of the capacity calculation value.
- the calculated value of the ability that the heat pump in operation can output at that time is used as the threshold value to compare with the heat load of the system load, Heat pump during operation by increasing or decreasing the number of operating heat pumps depending on whether the heat load of the If I heat pump capable of exerting heating capacity exists in immediately without adding operation and another heat pump, it is possible to operate the heat pump system capacity that may correspond to the heat load of the system load. Therefore, even when one of the heat pumps is defrosting, energy saving can be achieved by making the additional operation of another heat pump unnecessary depending on the conditions and operating the system efficiently with the minimum number of heat pumps. In addition, it is possible to improve the reliability of the system by suppressing the on / off frequency of the heat pump and preventing the occurrence of failure or trouble due to frequent on / off repetition.
- the increase or decrease in the number of operating heat pumps is the threshold value where the thermal load of the system load is the capacity calculation value. It may be determined depending on whether the value exceeds the value obtained by multiplying the step-up load factor or the step-down load factor.
- the increase or decrease in the number of operating heat pumps is determined based on whether or not the thermal load of the system load is a value obtained by multiplying the step-up load factor or the step-down load factor Therefore, when increasing or decreasing the number of operating heat pumps by comparing the threshold value, which is the capacity calculation value, with the heat load, the value obtained by multiplying the capacity calculation value, which is the threshold value, by the increase load factor or reduction load factor The heat load is compared to determine whether to increase or decrease the number of operating heat pumps or to maintain the number as it is.
- a load factor range in which the coefficient of performance (COP) of each heat pump is equal to or more than a predetermined value is set in advance, and the load factor defined by the relationship between the heat pump capacity and the required heat load is the upper limit of the load factor range. If the value (increased load factor) is exceeded, the number of operating heat pumps is increased, and if the load factor exceeds the lower limit value of the load factor range (reduced load factor), the number of operated heat pumps is decreased to By increasing or decreasing the number of operating units, each heat pump can always be operated at a COP equal to or higher than a predetermined value. Therefore, regardless of the change in the number of operating units, the heat pump system is always operated efficiently and stably at a high COP. be able to.
- the calculated value of the ability of the heat pump in operation at that time can be output is used as the threshold. If there is a heat pump capable of exhibiting the heating capacity in the operating heat pump by controlling the number of operating heat pumps by comparing the heat load of the load, the system load without immediately operating another heat pump
- the heat pump system can be operated with the ability to cope with the heat load of one heat pump, so that even when one heat pump is defrosting, additional heat pump operation is not required depending on conditions, and the heat pump system can be efficiently done with the minimum number of heat pumps. Save energy by operating It is possible.
- it is possible to improve the reliability of the system by suppressing the on / off frequency of the heat pump and preventing the occurrence of failure or trouble due to frequent on / off repetition.

- the number of operating units 10A to 10C is controlled to be increased or decreased, and the heat pump system 1 is operated with the ability to correspond to the heat load Q of the system load 2.
- the capacity C which each unit 10A to 10C can output is sequentially calculated, and the capacity calculation value C is used as a threshold value to compare with the thermal load Q of the system load 2 to calculate the number of units 10A to 10C operating. Since the system control unit 27 for controlling is provided, even if any module 13A to 13D in each unit 10A to 10C enters the defrosting operation, calculation of the ability C that each unit 10A to 10C can output at that time. By controlling the number of units 10A to 10C operating by comparing the thermal load Q of the system load 2 with a threshold value and controlling the number of units 10A to 10C operating, modules 13A to 13D capable of exhibiting the heating capacity are present. If there are any other units 10A to 10C immediately without additional operation, It is possible to operate the heat pump system 1 in capacity, which may correspond to the stem load 2.
- the modules 13A to 13D in the units 10A to 10C are defrosting, depending on the conditions, additional operation of the other units 10A to 10C is not required, and energy saving is achieved by operating the heat pump system 1 efficiently with the minimum number of units.
- the on / off frequency of the units 10A to 10C can be suppressed, and the occurrence of failure or trouble due to frequent on / off repetition can be prevented, and the reliability of the heat pump system 1 can be improved.
- the thermal load Q of the system load 2 is compared with the capacity C that the units 10A to 10C in operation can output and the number of units 10A to 10C is increased or decreased, the thermal load Q of the system load 2 is Since it is determined whether it exceeds a value obtained by multiplying the loadable capability C, which is the threshold value, by the step-up load factor or the step-down load factor, each unit 10A to 10C always has a predetermined value or more. It is possible to operate with the coefficient of performance (COP), and therefore, the heat pump system 1 can always be operated efficiently and stably with a high COP regardless of the change in the number of operation.
- COP coefficient of performance
- the calculation of the output capability C of the units 10A to 10C in operation can be performed by the module 13A to 13D. Since the calculation is performed by increasing and decreasing the minutes, even if the output capability C increases or decreases, the output can be included including the increase or decrease as the modules 13A to 13D start or end defrosting. The ability can be calculated appropriately at any time. Therefore, regardless of the presence or absence of defrost operation of each of the modules 13A to 13D, the unit operation number can be accurately set with respect to the thermal load Q of the system load 2 and operation can be performed. It can be avoided.
- the calculation of the output capability C of each unit 10A to 10C can be performed by any of the control units 11A to 11C on each unit side or the system control unit 27, control on each unit side
- control on each unit side Even when the units 11A to 11C do not have the capability arithmetic function, by adding the capability arithmetic function to the system control unit 27, even if a certain module 13A to 13D is defrosting, some modules may be spared depending on the conditions.
- the heat pump system 1 can be efficiently operated with the minimum number of units corresponding to the heat load Q of the system load 2 without additionally operating the units 10A to 10 of the above. Thereby, the present invention can be easily applied to an existing heat pump system.
- Example 1 In the first embodiment described above, when any of the plurality of modules 13A to 13D constituting each unit 10A to 10C enters the defrosting operation or the operation is ended, the modules 13A to 13D are The capacity C is increased or decreased by calculating the capacity C. However, in the heat pump, the water heat exchanger 16 which is the use side heat exchanger functions as an evaporator when the defrost operation is started during heating. In the modules 13A to 13D, heat is taken from the load side.
- the output capable ability C is calculated in consideration of this point.
- the modules 13A to 13D that have entered defrost operation not only loses the output capability C to zero, but also consumes heat, acting as a minus capability.
- 100kW x (1/4)-100kW x (3/4) -50kW Since the units 10A to 10C have a negative capacity, the number of units to be added may be one or two.
- Example 2 Furthermore, when any module 13A to 13D in the units 10A to 10C enters the defrosting operation, the other modules 13A to 13D are also frosted and are operated in a state where it is easy to enter the defrosting. You can look at it. In such a case, there is a possibility that the other modules 13A to 13D also follow and enter the defrost, and in order to avoid it, the margin ratio (for example, 0.9) is set when calculating the output capability C. By interrupting it and not applying a thermal load to the units 10A to 10C, it is possible to suppress frost and prevent the other modules 13A to 13D from following and entering the defrost operation. it can.
- the margin ratio for example, 0.9
- the output capability C is calculated by multiplying the preset margin ratio, and heat is generated to the units 10A to 10C.
- the allowances rate was set to "for example, 0.9" in the above, it is needless to say that it is not limited to this and it may be changed suitably. Further, the margin rate may be changed according to the number of modules 13A to 13D in the heating operation.
- Example 3 In the second embodiment, at the time of calculating the output capability C of the units 10A to 10C, the other modules 13A to 13D are made difficult to enter the defrost by multiplying the margin ratio, but after the defrost is completed Modules 13A-13D can generally be considered not to be frosted. Therefore, with regard to the modules 13A to 13D after the end of defrosting, the allowance ratio may be released during the calculation of the output capability C for the set time T from the end of the defrost operation.
- Example 4 In addition, the longer the time during which each unit 10A to 10C or module 13A to 13D continues the heating operation, the more easily frost is generated, and the other module 13A to 13D becomes easier to follow in the defrosting operation. For this reason, according to the continuation time of heating operation, the said margin ratio can be reduced gradually and it can be made to be so long that time is long. That is, the concept of time is taken into setting the margin rate, and for example, the margin rate is decreased by 10% each time t minutes elapse.
- the capacity C which can be output is calculated by multiplying the margin rate which is gradually reduced according to the operation duration time, and the frost is suppressed by not applying a thermal load to the units 10A to 10C, Defrosting of the other modules 13A to 13D can be suppressed. Therefore, the frequency at which each module 13A to 13D enters the defrost can be reduced or the timing of entering the defrosting operation can be delayed, and the efficiency at the time of heating operation can be improved.
- Example 5 Furthermore, even if defrosting is performed, frost may remain unmelted and in such a case, it becomes easy to enter defrost again. Therefore, the number of times of defrosting of the modules 13A to 13D while the units 10A to 10C are in operation may be counted, and the margin rate may be gradually reduced and divided as the number of times of defrosting increases. That is, according to the number of times of defrosting, for example, the margin rate is decreased by 10% at a time of one defrosting and divided, and the output capability C is calculated.
- the defrosting may be increased again by entering the defrosting again in a short time.
- the defrosting times of the modules 13A to 13D during unit operation are counted.
- the frost is suppressed so as not to apply a heat load to the units 10A to 10C, and the other modules 13A to It is possible to suppress the entry of the 13D defrost operation. Therefore, the frequency at which each module 13A to 13D enters the defrost can be reduced or the timing at which the defrost operation starts can be delayed, and the efficiency at the time of the heating operation can be improved.
- the present invention is not limited to the invention according to the above-described embodiment, and appropriate modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
- the amount of heat removed by each of the modules 13A to 13D at the time of defrosting is made equal to the capacity of each of the modules 13A to 13D, but a fixed value may be separately provided.
- each heat pump is described as a module or one or a plurality of heat pumps connected as a unit for convenience, in the present invention, a plurality of heat pumps are connected to a load.
- a heat pump system or a plurality of heat pumps can be used as a unit and can be applied to any of a plurality of heat pump systems connected.
- modules or units may be read as heat pumps in each case, and Each heat pump may be either modularized or not as described above.
- Heat pump system System load (external load) 10A, 10B, 10C unit (heat pump) 11A, 11B, 11C unit side control part 12 heat pump (heat pump chiller) 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D modules (heat pump) 27 System controller

Abstract
Description
Q=F(Tr-Ts)Cp・ρ (1)
C=Σ{Crate(MH/MS+MD)-Crate(MD/MH+MD)}(2)
なお、Crate(MD/MH+MD)を、α×MDにより代替してもよい。
100kW×(3/4)=75kW
