Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication permettant de fabriquer des conducteurs transparents hautement fonctionnels par formation d'une mince couche métallique transparente contenant de l'argent sur des substrats transparents transportés en continu sans réduction de fonction. Ledit procédé de fabrication de conducteurs transparents est un procédé pour la fabrication de conducteurs transparents, qui sont formés par stratification successive d'au moins une première couche d'indice de réfraction élevé, une couche métallique transparente contenant de l'argent et une seconde couche d'indice de réfraction élevé sur des substrats transparents transportés en continu (1), le rapport de l'épaisseur de la première couche d'indice de réfraction élevé à celle de la couche métallique transparente et le rapport de l'épaisseur de la seconde couche d'indice de réfraction élevé à celle de la couche métallique transparente étant tous deux supérieurs ou égaux à 3. Le procédé de fabrication est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend de multiples étapes de formation de film pour la formation de films sur les substrats transparents (1) et en ce qu'il forme la couche métallique transparente par le fait d'amener la vitesse de formation de film statique pour la couche métallique transparente à être supérieure ou égale à 18 nm/min dans l'étape de formation de film pour la formation de la couche métallique transparente parmi les multiples étapes de formation de film.
