車両情報記録装置、そのためのプログラム、車両情報記録方法、およびそのための持続性のコンピュータ読み出し可能記憶媒体 関連出願の相互参照
 本開示は、2014年2月14日に出願された日本出願番号2014-26613号に基づくもので、ここにその記載内容を援用する。
 本開示は、車両の走行状態を示す車両情報を記憶装置に記憶させる車両情報記録装置、そのためのプログラム、車両情報記録方法、およびそのための持続性のコンピュータ読み出し可能記憶媒体に関する。
 従来、車両の走行状態を示す車両情報を不揮発性メモリに記憶させる車両情報記録装置がある。例えば、車速、エンジン回転数、及びイグニッションスイッチのオンオフの少なくとも2つの組み合わせにより決定されるタイミングで、エンジン回転数やアクセル開度等をEEPROMに記録する自動車用データ記録装置が提案されている(特許文献1参照)。この自動車用データ記録装置は、車速が0km/hとなってから10秒間データを記録する。
 従来の車両情報記録装置は、エンジンストールが発生したときには車両情報の記録を停止する。その理由は、例えばエンジンを再始動するために運転者がイグニッションキーを操作してスターターモータを起動させると、上記装置に電力を供給するアクセサリ電源がオフになることや、また特許文献1に記載されるように所定の時間が経過した後に記録を停止する制御が行われるためである。
 エンジン再始動時に車両情報の記録を再開するためには、運転者が記録を開始するためのスイッチ等を操作する必要がある。またスイッチ操作を失念してしまいデータを取得できない虞もある

 本開示の目的は、簡便に車両情報の記録を開始することができる車両情報記録装置、そのためのプログラム、車両情報記録方法、およびそのための持続性のコンピュータ読み出し可能記憶媒体を提供することである。
 本開示の第一の態様にしたがって、車両情報記録装置は、走行用駆動源としてエンジンを備える車両の状態を示す車両情報を、連続的にデータ記憶装置に記憶させる第1制御装置と、前記エンジンがエンジンストールしたか否かを判定する第1判定装置と、前記第1制御装置による前記データ記憶装置への前記車両情報の記憶中に、前記第1判定装置により前記エンジンがエンジンストールしたと判定されたときに、エンスト情報を記憶部に記憶させる第2制御装置と、前記エンジンが始動したか否かを判定する第2判定装置と、を備える。前記第1制御装置は、前記第2判定装置により前記エンジンが始動したと判定され、かつ、前記記憶部に前記エンスト情報が記憶されているときに、前記データ記憶装置への前記車両情報の記憶を開始する。
 このように構成された車両情報記録装置は、車両情報の記録中にエンストすることによって記録が中断しても、エンジンの始動に応じて記録を再開する。よって、エンジン始動後に運転者による記録を開始するための操作を必要とせず、簡便に車両情報の記録を再開させることができる。
 本開示の第二の態様にしたがって、プログラムは、第一の態様に記載の車両情報記録装置の各装置として、コンピュータを機能させる。
 ところで、第一の態様の車両情報記録装置を構成する各手段は、ハードウェアによって実現してもよいが、第二の態様のように、車両情報記録装置の各手段としてコンピュータを機能させるためのプログラムによって実現してもよい。このようなプログラムであれば、コンピュータを第一の態様の車両情報記録装置として機能させることができる。
 本開示の第三の態様にしたがって、車両情報記録方法は、走行用駆動源としてエンジンを備える車両の状態を示す車両情報を、連続的にデータ記憶装置に記憶させ、前記エンジンがエンジンストールしたか否かを判定し、前記データ記憶装置への前記車両情報の記憶中に、前記エンジンがエンジンストールしたと判定されたときに、エンスト情報を記憶部に記憶させ、前記エンジンが始動したか否かを判定し、前記エンジンが始動したと判定され、かつ、前記記憶部に前記エンスト情報が記憶されているときに、前記データ記憶装置への前記車両情報の記憶を開始することを備える。
 上記の車両情報記録方法では、車両情報の記録中にエンストすることによって記録が中断しても、エンジンの始動に応じて記録を再開する。よって、エンジン始動後に運転者による記録を開始するための操作を必要とせず、簡便に車両情報の記録を再開させることができる。
 本開示の第四の態様にしたがって、持続性のコンピュータ読み出し可能記憶媒体は、コンピュータにより実行されるインストラクションを含み、前記インストラクションは第三の態様の前記車両情報記録方法を含む。
 上記の記憶媒体では、車両情報の記録中にエンストすることによって記録が中断しても、エンジンの始動に応じて記録を再開する。よって、エンジン始動後に運転者による記録を開始するための操作を必要とせず、簡便に車両情報の記録を再開させることができる。
 本開示についての上記目的およびその他の目的、特徴や利点は、添付の図面を参照しながら下記の詳細な記述により、より明確になる。その図面は、
図1は、車両情報記録装置の概略構成を示すブロック図であり、 図2は、車両情報の記録動作の具体例を説明する図であり、 図3は、車両情報記録処理の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。
 以下に本開示の実施形態を図面と共に説明する。
 [実施形態]
 (1)全体構成
 図1に示すように、本実施形態の車両情報記録装置1(以降、ECU1と記載する)は、走行用駆動源としてエンジンを備える車両に搭載されて用いられ、当該車両の情報を示すデータである車両情報を記録する装置である。車両情報とは、例えば、エンジン(E/G)回転数,車速,加速度,角速度,ステアリング角度の情報を示すデータや、GNSS情報(位置情報)を示すデータなどが該当する。
 ECU1は、CPU11、不揮発性メモリ13、RAM15、ROM17、出力インターフェース(I/F)19、電源回路21、電源検出回路23、GNSSレシーバ25、車両情報検出回路27、スイッチ検出回路29、センサ検出回路30などを備える。
 CPU11は、ROM17等に記憶されているプログラムに従ってECU1を統括制御する。このCPU11が本開示における第1制御装置,第1判定装置,第2制御装置,及び第2判定装置の一例である。
 不揮発性メモリ13は電源の供給が無くともデータを保持可能であるメモリであり、図示しないメモリコントローラがCPU11の指令を受けて車両情報を記憶させる。不揮発性メモリの代表的な例として、フラッシュメモリ、EEPROMなどが挙げられる。この不揮発性メモリ13には、車両情報の他にエンスト情報が記憶される。この不揮発性メモリ13が本開示におけるデータ記憶装置及び記憶部の一例である。
 ここで、記憶部とはエンスト情報を記憶可能なデバイスであって、データ記憶装置を記憶部として用いてもよいし、データ記憶装置とは異なる装置や部品を記憶部として用いてもよい。
 エンスト情報とは、車両情報の記録中に車両がエンジンストール(以降、単にエンストとも記載する)したことを示すフラグと、時刻情報と、を含むデータである。なおエンジンストールとは運転者の意図に関りなくエンジンが停止する現象である。
 出力インターフェース19は、不揮発性メモリ13に記憶された車両情報を外部装置に出力する際に外部装置と接続するためのインターフェースである。
 電源回路21は、車両の常時電源(+B)、アクセサリ電源(ACC)と接続されて、これらからの入力電力を必要な電力に変換する回路であり、変換された出力電力はECU1を構成する各部位に供給される。ECU1における主要な処理はアクセサリ電源がオンのときに実行される。
 電源検出回路23は、常時電源、アクセサリ電源、及びイグニッション電源(IG)と接続されており、各電源のオンオフ状態を示す電源状態信号をCPU11に出力する回路である。なおこれらの電源は共通の1つのバッテリから出力されており、イグニッションキーの操作により出力のオンオフが切り替えられるものである。なおIGの信号については車両情報検出回路27により後述するCAN33から取得するように構成されていてもよい。
 GNSS(全地球航法衛星システム)レシーバ25は、GNSSアンテナ31にてGNSS用の人工衛星から出力された信号を受信してCPU11に出力する。
 車両情報検出回路27は、CAN(Controller Area Network)33に接続されており、CAN33と接続する他のECUが出力する車両の状態を示す情報を取得してCPU11に出力する回路である。
 スイッチ検出回路29は、運転者のスイッチ35に対する入力操作を示す信号を取得して、入力操作の内容をCPU11に出力する回路である。スイッチ35は車両情報の記録を開始させるオン操作、及び、車両情報の記録を停止させるオフ操作が可能に構成されており、運転者が操作可能な位置、例えばインストルメントパネル近傍に設けられている。
 センサ検出回路30は、複数の走行情報センサ37に接続されており、走行情報センサ37から取得した走行情報をCPU11に出力する回路である。走行情報センサ37とは車両の走行状態を示すデータを取得するセンサであり、一例として加速度センサや角速度センサが該当するが、これ以外のセンサの情報を取得してもよい。
 CPU11は、アクセサリ電源がオンのときにスイッチ35にオン操作がなさされると車両情報の記録を開始し、アクセサリ電源がオフとなったとき、又はスイッチ35にオフ操作がなされたときに車両情報の記録を終了する。
 またECU1は図示しない周知のリアルタイムクロックを備えており、CPU11は現在時刻の情報を取得することができる。
 (2)CPU11による制御
 (2-1)エンスト発生時の車両情報の記録動作
 図2を用いて、本実施形態のECU1によるエンスト発生時の車両情報の記録制御の具体例を説明する。図2は、車両走行中にエンジンがエンストし、所定時間経過してから運転者がエンジンを始動する場合のECU1の動作を時系列に示している。
 ここで、図2のIは、エンスト確認(回転数200rpm以下を確認)し、車両停止を確認(車速10km/h以下を確認)し、イグニッションキーのONを確認したあと、ファイルをクローズし、エンスト情報のバックアップをすることを示している。図2のIIは、バックアップを確認(エンスト情報があることを確認)し、エンジン回転数を確認(エンジン回転数0rpmを確認)したあと、ロギングが不要であることを示している。図2のIIIは、バックアップを確認(エンスト情報があることを確認)し、エンジン回転数を確認(エンジン回転数500rpm以上を確認)し、バックアップからの時間を確認(バックアップからの時間が、5分以内であることを確認)し、イグニッションキーのONを確認したあと、ロギングを再開し、エンスト情報を削除することを示している。 図2において、「キー状態」とは、イグニッションキー(IGキー)のスイッチング状態を示している。IGキーは運転者の操作により切り替えられる。IGキーは、常時電源のみがオンとなるLock位置(図2の(iii))、常時電源とアクセサリ電源がオンとなるACC位置(同(iv))、常時電源,アクセサリ電源及びIG電源のいずれもがオンとなるON位置(同(i),(ii),(vii))、及び常時電源がオンでスターターモータによるクランキングを実行するSTART位置(同(v),(vi))に切り替えが可能である。
 また「車両状態」とは、CPU11による車両情報の記録制御のために必要な情報である。具体的にはE/G回転数、車両の走行速度(車速)、常時電源(+B)の出力状態、アクセサリ電源(ACC)の出力状態が車両状態に該当する。
 また「ECU内部」において、「+B-DET」、「ACC-DET」は、常時電源及びアクセサリ電源のオンオフ状態を示す電源状態信号である。「ECU状態」とはECU1の動作・処理の状態を示しており、「処理・判定」とはその具体的な処理内容を示している。
 「ロギング状態」とは、車両情報のデータファイルへの書込みが行われている(ロギング中である)か否かを示している。ECU状態が「不揮発性メモリに書込み中」の場合と、ロギング状態が「ロギング」の場合とは、いずれも車両情報のデータファイルへの書込みが行われていることを意味する。
 図2の動作例は、IGキーが(i)の位置であり、車両が走行中であり、かつ車両情報を記録中である状態から開始する。ロギング中は、不揮発性メモリ13から構成される記憶領域上のデータファイルに車両情報が連続的に書込まれている。なお連続的な書込みとは、所定の周期又は短い時間間隔で書込み処理を実行することを意味する。
 この状態においてエンストが発生すると、E/G回転数が低下する。同時に車速も低下し、車速が0となり車両が停止する。キー状態は運転者が操作するまでの間は(ii)のようにオンのままである。
 CPU11はE/G回転数、及び車速を監視することで、エンスト及び車両停止を確認している。「処理・判定」に示すように、IGキーがオンであってE/G回転数が所定の閾値(本実施形態では200rpm)以下となったときに、エンストの発生が確認される。また車速が所定の閾値(本実施形態では10km/h)以下となったときに、車両の停止が確認される。
 エンスト及び車両停止が確認されると、CPU11はロギング中のデータファイルのクローズを実行して、バッテリの電圧低下によりデータが失われにくい保護された状態とする。またCPU11はエンスト情報を不揮発性メモリ13の所定の記憶領域にバックアップする。ファイルクローズ及びバックアップが終了した後、ECU1は待機状態となる。
 ここで運転者がIGキーを操作して(iii)のようにLock位置とすると、アクセサリ電源がオフとなってACC-DETがローレベルとなり、ECU1の各機能を安全に停止して省電力のスタンバイ状態とするためにACC終了処理が実行される。
 スタンバイ状態において運転者がIGキーを操作して(iv)のようにACC位置とすると、アクセサリ電源がオンとなり、ECU1を各機能の実行が可能な起動状態とするために起動処理が実行される。
 ECU1が起動状態となると、E/G回転数を確認するとともにエンスト情報がバックアップされているか確認する。E/G回転数が所定の閾値(本実施形態では500rpm)以上、エンスト情報のバックアップが存在すること、及びエンスト情報に含まれる時刻情報から現在時刻までの経過時間が所定の閾値以下であること、を全て満たす場合に、ロギングが再開される。
 ここではエンスト情報のバックアップは存在するもののE/G回転数が所定の閾値以下であるため、ロギングは開始されず、待機状態となる。
 その後、運転者がエンジンを始動させようとしてIGキーを(v)のSTART位置に切り替えると、アクセサリ電源がオフとなるため上述したACC終了処理が実行される。また、クランキングにより常時電源の電圧が低下する結果、一時的に+B-DETがローレベルになり、+B終了処理が開始される。その後常時電源の電圧が回復すると、アクセサリ電源がオンとなるまでスタンバイ状態となる。
 エンジンが始動してE/G回転数が上がると、運転者はIGキーを(vi)のSTART位置から(vii)のON位置に戻す。その結果アクセサリ電源がオンとなり、ECU1は上述した起動処理を実行する。
 ECU1が起動状態となると、E/G回転数を確認するとともにエンスト情報がバックアップされているか確認する。ここでは、エンスト情報のバックアップが存在し、E/G回転数も所定の閾値を超えている。また、エンスト情報に含まれる時刻情報から現在時刻までの経過時間が所定の閾値(本実施形態においては5分)以下であるため、バックアップされていたエンスト情報を削除して、ロギングを再開する。
 (2-2)車両情報記録処理
 ECU1のCPU11が実行する車両情報記録処理について図3のフローチャートに基づいて説明する。本処理は、ECU1がアクセサリ電源の電力供給を受けて起動状態となったときに開始される。
 本処理は、まずS1にて、エンスト情報がバックアップされているか否かを判定する。エンスト情報がバックアップされていなければ(S1:NO)処理がS2に移行する。エンスト情報がバックアップされていれば(S1:YES)、処理がS9に移行する。
 次のS2では、記録開始のトリガがあるか否かを判定する。記録開始のトリガとは、スイッチ35にてオン操作があったことであるが、それ以外のトリガであってもよい。記録開始のトリガが無ければ(S2:NO)、再度S2を実行し、トリガがあるまで待機する。記録開始のトリガがあれば(S2:YES)、処理がS3に移行する。
 次のS3では、車両情報の記録を開始する。CPU11は、不揮発性メモリ13から構成された記憶領域上に車両情報を書込むデータファイルを作成する。そしてそのデータファイルをオープンして、車両情報を時刻情報と共に所定の時間間隔(例えば100ms)で書込む。
 車両情報の記録を開始した後、S4にて、記録終了のトリガがあるか否かを判定する。記録終了のトリガとは、スイッチ35にてオフ操作があったこと、又はアクセサリ電源がオフとなったことであるが、それ以外のトリガであってもよい。記録終了のトリガがあれば(S4:YES)、処理がS5へ移行する。一方記録終了のトリガが無ければ(S4:NO)処理がS6へ移行する。
 次のS5では、ファイルをクローズする。ここでは、車両情報の書込みが実行されていたデータファイルへの書込み操作を終了して、データファイルを保護された状態とする。その後、処理がS2へ戻る。
 またS6では、エンスト状態かつ車両停止状態であるかを判定する。ここではイグニッション電源がオン(IGキーがON位置)であり、かつE/G回転数が所定の閾値(200rpm)以下である場合にエンスト状態と判定される。また車速が所定の閾値(10km/h)以下である場合に車両停止状態と判定される。これらすべての条件を満たすときに、エンスト状態でありかつ車両停止状態であると判定される。
 エンスト状態かつ車両停止状態であると判定されなければ(S6:NO)、処理がS4に戻る。一方、エンスト状態かつ車両停止状態であると判定されれば(S6:YES)、S7にて、上述したS5と同様に、車両情報の書込みが実行されていたデータファイルをクローズする。
 次のS8では、S6にて判定されたエンストに関するエンスト情報を不揮発性メモリ13にバックアップする。エンスト情報に含まれる時刻情報は、例えばS6にてエンスト状態かつ車両停止状態であると判定された時刻とすることができる。このS8の後、本処理を終了する。
 なお、時刻情報として記録される時刻は、エンストの発生に起因した所定のタイミングであればよく、上記S6における判定のタイミングに限定されない。例えばエンスト状態であると判定された時刻を時刻情報として記録してもよいし、S8にてバックアップを行う時刻を時刻情報として記録してもよい。
 またS9では、E/G回転数が所定の閾値(500rpm)以上であるか否かを判定する。所定の閾値以上でなければ(S9:NO)、本処理を終了する。一方、所定の閾値以上であれば(S9:YES)、処理がS10に移行する。
 次のS10では、S8にてバックアップが実行されてから現在時刻までの経過時間が所定時間(5分)以内であるか否かを判定する。ここでは、エンスト情報に含まれる時刻情報と現在時刻との比較から経過時間を算出する。所定時間以内であれば(S10:YES)、S11にて上述したS3と同様に車両情報の記録を開始し、S12にてバックアップされたエンスト情報を削除する。その後、処理がS4に移行する。
 一方、経過時間が所定時間以内でなければ(S10:NO)、車両情報の記録を開始することなく、S13にてバックアップされたエンスト情報を削除する。その後、処理がS2に戻る。
 (3)効果
 本実施形態のECU1のCPU11は、走行用駆動源としてエンジンを備える車両の状態を示す車両情報を不揮発性メモリ13に記憶させる処理(S3,S11)と、エンジンがエンジンストールしたか否かを判定する処理(S6)と、エンジンが始動したか否かを判定する処理(S9)と、不揮発性メモリ13への車両情報の記憶中にエンジンがエンジンストールしたと判定されたときに、エンスト情報を不揮発性メモリ13に記憶する処理(S8)と、を実行する。
 そして、CPU11は、エンジンが始動したと判定され(S9:YES)、かつ、不揮発性メモリ13にエンスト情報が記憶されているときに(S1:YES)、不揮発性メモリ13への車両情報の記憶を開始する(S11)。
 このように構成されたECU1は、車両情報の記録中にエンストすることによって記録が中断しても、エンジンの始動に応じて記録を再開する。よって、エンジン始動後も車両情報を継続して記録したい場合に、エンジン始動後に運転者による記録を開始するための操作を必要とせず、簡便に車両情報の記録を再開させることができる。
 また、アクセサリ電源がオンとなりECU1が起動するだけでは車両情報の記録を再開せず、エンジンの始動を記録再開の条件としているため、エンジン始動前の車両情報を記録してしまうことを抑制でき、エネルギー消費の低減や不揮発性メモリ13の使用による劣化を抑制できる。
 なお、本実施形態ではエンストを判定したときに車両情報の記録を中断する構成を例示しているが、本開示はこの構成に限定されずに適用することができる。なぜならば、例えばエンスト後にエンジンを再始動させるにあたってIGキーをSTART位置に切り替えると、アクセサリ電源がオフとなったり常時電源の電圧低下が発生したりすることで装置が機能を停止し、車両情報の記録が中断される場合が考えられるためである。
 またCPU11は、エンジンが始動したと判定され、不揮発性メモリ13にエンスト情報が記憶されており、かつ、エンジンがエンジンストールしてからエンジンが始動するまでの時間が所定の閾値以下であるときに(S10:YES)、不揮発性メモリ13への車両情報の記憶を開始する。
 エンストからエンジン再始動までの時間が長い場合は、例えば車両が障害物に接触して故障した場合のようにトラブルが発生している可能性が高くなる。そのような場合には、エンジン再始動に伴って車両情報の記録を再開する必要性が低くなる。本実施形態のECU1は、エンストからエンジン再始動までの時間が長い場合には車両情報の記録を再開しないため、不要な場合にまで車両情報を記録してしまうことを抑制できる。
 また本実施形態において、エンスト情報は時刻情報を含むものであり、CPU11は、時刻情報と現在時刻とに基づいて、エンジンがエンジンストールしてからエンジンが始動するまでの時間を計測する(S10)。よって、時間の計測を簡便に行うことができる。
 なお、上述した時間計測のスタートとなるエンジンストールしたタイミングとは、エンジンストールの発生に起因した所定のタイミングであればよい。例えば、E/G回転数が0になったタイミング、E/G回転数が所定の閾値を下回ったタイミング、エンスト情報を不揮発性メモリに記録するタイミング、などをエンジンストールしたタイミングとして扱うことが考えられる。
 また本実施形態のECU1は、エンストしたときには書込み中であったデータファイルを迅速にクローズされた状態とする。そのため、エンスト後のクランキングによりバッテリの電圧が一時的に急激に低下してしまっても、そのタイミングにおいてデータファイルがオープンの状態である可能性が低減されており、データファイルの損失が抑制され、より確実に車両情報を記録することができる。
 [その他の実施形態]
 以上、本開示の実施形態について説明したが、本開示は、上記実施形態に何ら限定されることはなく、本開示の技術的範囲に属する限り種々の形態をとり得ることはいうまでもない。
 例えば、上記実施形態においては、エンストしたことを示すフラグと時刻情報とを含むデータをエンスト情報として不揮発性メモリ13に記録する構成を例示したが、エンストが発生したことを確認できるデータであれば上記以外のデータであってもよい。
 なおエンスト情報は1つのデータとして記録される必要はなく、例えばエンストを示すフラグのデータと時刻情報を示すデータとが関連付けがなされた別個のデータとして記録される構成であってもよい。
 また上記実施形態においては、イグニッション電源がオンでありE/G回転数が所定の閾値以下となったときにエンストしたと判定する構成を例示したが、上記以外にも様々なエンストの判定方法を採用することができる。
 また上記実施形態においては、エンストしてからエンジンが始動するまでの時間を計測するために、エンスト情報として記録された時刻情報と現在時刻とを比較する構成を例示したが、上記時間はそれ以外の手法で計測されてもよい。例えばエンスト状態と判定されてからの時間をカウントするタイマーを備える構成であってもよい。
 また上記実施形態においては、CPU11が本開示における第1判定装置、第2判定装置、第1制御装置、第2制御装置として機能する構成を例示したが、各装置が異なるCPU、チップ、集積回路などによって機能するように構成されていてもよい。
 また上記実施形態においては、図3のS10において、エンスト情報のバックアップが実行されてから現在時刻までの経過時間が所定時間以下である場合に車両情報の記録を再開する構成を例示したが、上記経過時間を考慮せず、エンスト情報が記憶されているときにエンジンが始動したことをもって、車両情報の記録を再開する構成としてもよい。
 また上記実施形態においては、不揮発性メモリ13に車両情報及びエンスト情報を記録する構成を例示したが、これらは異なる記録装置に記憶される構成であってもよい。但し、いずれも不揮発性メモリやハードディスクといった電力供給がなくともデータを保持可能な記録装置に記録させることが望ましい。
 なお、上述したECU1が備える各機能は、プログラムによりコンピュータに実現させることができる。
 上記プログラムは、コンピュータによる処理に適した命令の順番付けられた列からなるものであって、コンピュータに組み込まれるROMやRAMなどに記憶され、これらからコンピュータにロードされて用いられてもよいし、各種記録媒体や通信回線を介してコンピュータにロードされ用いられるものであってもよい。
 記録媒体としては、CD-ROMやDVD-ROM等の光ディスク、磁気ディスク、半導体製メモリ等が挙げられる。
 ここで、この出願に記載されるフローチャート、あるいは、フローチャートの処理は、複数のセクション(あるいはステップと言及される)から構成され、各セクションは、たとえば、S1と表現される。さらに、各セクションは、複数のサブセクションに分割されることができる、一方、複数のセクションが合わさって一つのセクションにすることも可能である。さらに、このように構成される各セクションは、デバイス、モジュール、ミーンズとして言及されることができる。

Claims (6)

  1.  走行用駆動源としてエンジンを備える車両の状態を示す車両情報を、連続的にデータ記憶装置(13)に記憶させる第1制御装置(11)と、
     前記エンジンがエンジンストールしたか否かを判定する第1判定装置(11)と、
     前記第1制御装置による前記データ記憶装置への前記車両情報の記憶中に、前記第1判定装置により前記エンジンがエンジンストールしたと判定されたときに、エンスト情報を記憶部(13)に記憶させる第2制御装置(11)と、
     前記エンジンが始動したか否かを判定する第2判定装置(11)と、を備え、
     前記第1制御装置は、前記第2判定装置により前記エンジンが始動したと判定され、かつ、前記記憶部に前記エンスト情報が記憶されているときに、前記データ記憶装置への前記車両情報の記憶を開始する
     車両情報記録装置(1)。
  2.  前記第1制御装置は、前記第2判定装置により前記エンジンが始動したと判定され、前記記憶部に前記エンスト情報が記録されており、かつ、前記エンジンがエンジンストールしてから前記エンジンが始動するまでの時間が所定の閾値以下であるときに、前記データ記憶装置への前記車両情報の記憶を開始する
     請求項1に記載の車両情報記録装置。
  3.  前記エンスト情報は時刻情報を含むものであり、
     前記第1制御装置は、前記時刻情報と現在時刻とに基づいて、前記エンジンがエンジンストールしてから前記エンジンが始動するまでの時間を計測する
     請求項2に記載の車両情報記録装置。
  4.  請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車両情報記録装置の各装置として、コンピュータを機能させるためのプログラム。
  5.  走行用駆動源としてエンジンを備える車両の状態を示す車両情報を、連続的にデータ記憶装置(13)に記憶させ、
     前記エンジンがエンジンストールしたか否かを判定し、
     前記データ記憶装置への前記車両情報の記憶中に、前記エンジンがエンジンストールしたと判定されたときに、エンスト情報を記憶部(13)に記憶させ、
     前記エンジンが始動したか否かを判定し、
     前記エンジンが始動したと判定され、かつ、前記記憶部に前記エンスト情報が記憶されているときに、前記データ記憶装置への前記車両情報の記憶を開始する
     ことを備える車両情報記録方法。
  6.  持続性のコンピュータ読み出し可能記憶媒体は、コンピュータにより実行されるインストラクションを含み、
     前記インストラクションは請求項5に記載の前記車両情報記録方法を含む記憶媒体。
