一种电子烟
本申请要求于 2014 年 2 月 12 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201420063683.0、 发明名称为 "一种电子烟" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全 部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域, 特别涉及一种防止误操作的电子烟。 背景技术
现有技术的电子烟包括雾化组件及位于所述雾化组件两端并分别与所述 雾化组件进行可拆卸连接的储油器和电池杆组件,雾化组件与储油器及电池杆 组件之间均通过螺纹连接, 所述雾化组件两端的螺纹为同向螺纹。
因雾化组件与储油器及电池杆组件之间均通过螺纹连接,且由于所述雾化 组件两端的螺纹为同向螺纹, 因而, 当欲将所述电池杆组件取出进行充电时, 用户的一只手通常握持在所述储油器上,另一只手旋转所述电池杆组件,此时, 若所述储油器与雾化组件之间连接不够紧,而雾化组件与电池杆组件之间连接 较紧时, 则容易出现储油器已从雾化组件上松脱出来, 而电池杆组件还未旋转 取出的现象。 同理, 当欲进行更换储油器时, 也容易出现储油器还未旋出来, 而电池杆组件已旋出来的现象。 实用新型内容
有鉴于此, 本实用新型提供了一种防止误操作的电子烟。

电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于容纳烟液的储油器、用于雾化所述烟 液的雾化组件以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组件;

本实用新型所提供的电子烟包括: 电子烟本体, 雾化组件位于电池杆组件 和储油器之间,且所述雾化组件的两端分别设置有连接结构不同的第一连接部 和第二连接部, 所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件通过所述第一连接部连接, 所 述雾化组件通过所述第二连接部与所述储油器连接。因本实用新型所提供的位 于雾化组件两端的第一连接部和第二连接部的连接结构不同,则使得当该电子 烟受到一个方向旋拧的外力时,只能使得电池杆组件或储油器中的一个旋转取 出, 从而有效的防止误操作。 附图说明

本实用新型公开了一种电子烟, 该电子烟的整体结构请参见图 1所示, 由 图 1可知, 电子烟包括:
电子烟本体,且所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端 100,用户通过该吸烟端 100 即可进行吸烟。
用于容纳烟液的储油器 130, 即在该储油器 130内存储有可雾化的烟液。 用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件 120,即通过雾化组件 120可使得储油器 130 内的烟液雾化。
且所述雾化组件 120位于所述电池杆组件 110和所述储油器 130之间,从 而使得该电子烟的外形逼真的模拟了香烟的外形。
在该电子烟本体内还形成有用于流通已雾化的烟液的烟雾通道(图中未示 出 ) , 使得用户通过吸烟端 100吸食流经该烟雾通道内的烟液。
该电子烟本体还包括用于给所述雾化组件 120供电的电池杆组件 110。 由图 1所示可知,所述储油器 130设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟 端 100的一端, 采用此种设置方式的优势在于, 因储油器 130设置的位置远离 吸烟端 100, 使得位于该电子烟本体内的烟雾通道不会经过该储油器 130, 从 而使得储油器 130内未经雾化的烟液不会泄露到烟雾通道内,进而使得用户不 会吸食到未经雾化的烟液,从而有效的避免了烟液的泄露。 而且不流经储油器 130的烟雾通道还可避免烟雾在烟雾通道内冷凝, 从而有效的避免冷凝后的烟 液堵塞烟雾通道。
更进一步的,且所述雾化组件 120的两端分别设置有连接结构不同的第一 连接部和第二连接部;
所述雾化组件 120与所述电池杆组件 110通过所述第一连接部连接,所述 雾化组件通过所述第二连接部与所述储油器 130连接。
且该电子烟的所述雾化组件 130位于所述电池杆组件 120和所述储油器 140之间。
较佳的是,通过该第一连接部与该第二连接部,使得所述储油器 140与所 述雾化组件 130为可拆卸连接以及所述雾化组件 130与所述电池杆组件 120 为可拆卸连接。
采用可拆卸的连接方式的优势在于,方便用户随时更换雾化组件 130或以 及随时拆卸储油器 140, 从而方便用户往储油器 140内加烟液或更换该储油器 140。
又因该第一连接部与该第二连接部的连接结构不同,则用户拆卸电池杆组 件 120或储油器 140的力的方向是不同的,即在电子烟上作用一个方向的力时, 只能将电池杆组件 120或储油器 140中的一个从雾化组件 130上拆卸下来,而 若要卸下另一个, 则需要用户在电子烟上作用另一个方向的旋扭力,从而避免 了拆卸过程中的误操作, 有效的提升了用户拆卸的效率。
本实施例中,通过连接结构不同的第一连接部与该第二连接部使得在拆卸 电子烟的过程中不会出现现有技术中的误操作, 提升了用户使用过程中的效 率。
以下继续参见图 1对该电子烟的整体结构进行进一步的详细说明: 所述雾化组件 120位于所述电池杆组件 110和所述储油器 130之间 ,且所 述吸烟端 100位于所述电池 组件 110的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端 100位于所 述电池杆组件 110的中部、或所述吸烟端 100位于所述电池杆组件 110上远离 所述雾化组件 120的位置。
具体的,位于所述电池杆组件 110的一端外侧的该吸烟端 100可与电池杆 组件 110同轴设置,采用该种设置方式可使得电子烟的外形直观的模拟了真实 的香烟, 且使整体的烟雾通道较直, 可有效减少积油的现象。
或将吸烟端 100设置在电池杆组件 110的中部、或所述吸烟端 100位于所 述电池杆组件 110上远离所述雾化组件 120的位置。
在本实用新型中, 该吸烟端 100的具体位置不作限定。
在本实施例中, 为使得该电子烟的整体结构模仿真实的香烟、符合用户的 使用习惯以及减少积油, 该雾化组件 120与所述电池杆组件 110同轴设置。
当然, 具体的设置方式在本实施例中并不做限定, 例如依次连接的所述电 池杆组件 110、 雾化组件 120和所述储油器 130可交错设置, 使得该电子烟整 体的外形为异形, 该异形的具体形状可为任意形状。
该雾化组件 120与所述电池杆组件 110还可非同轴设置, 即将储油器 130 和雾化组件 120采用并列设置的方式,使得储油器 130和雾化组件 120分别与 电池 4干组件 110连接, 使得该电子烟的整体结构呈 T型。
即在本实施例中, 该电子烟的整体的外形结构并不做限定, 只要储油器 130设置在远离吸烟端 100的位置即可。
且在本实施例中,所述雾化组件 120位于所述电池杆组件 110和所述储油 器 130之间, 即雾化组件 120离吸烟端 100的位置较远, 而用户采用本实施例 所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时, 雾化组件 120的位置离用户口腔的位置较远, 即 可使得雾化组件 120雾化烟液时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效的提升了电 而避免了现有技术中夹持发热的雾化组件 120进行吸烟,使得用户在使用本实 施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效的模拟了真实 香烟的温度, 提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。
更佳的是,本实施例所提供的电子烟的所述雾化组件 120分别通过连接结 构不同的第一连接部和第二连接部分别与电池杆组件 110和储油器 130可拆卸 连接。
采用上述可拆卸的连接方式的优势在于, 方便用户随时更换雾化组件 120 或以及随时拆卸储油器 130, 从而方便用户往储油器 130内加烟液或更换该储 油器 130。 当然,所述储油器 130与所述雾化组件 120之间和 /或所述雾化组件 120与所述电池^ ^干组件 110的连接方式可为不可拆卸的连接方式, 在此不作限 定。
电子烟的所述雾化组件 120 分别通过连接结构不同的第一连接部和第二 连接部分别与电池杆组件 110和储油器 130可拆卸连接的具体方式为如下所 示;
以下结合图 2所示对第一种连接方式进行详细说明;
如图 2所示, 所述第二连接部 201为第一螺紋段。
所述储油器 130 开口端设置有与所述第一螺纹段螺纹连接的第一匹配螺 纹 202。 通过该第一螺纹段和第一匹配螺纹 202的螺合使得雾化组件 120与所述储 油器 130螺纹连接。
所述第一连接部 203为第一"" ^扣。
以下结合图 3对电池杆组件 110如何与雾化组件 120连接的具体结构进行 说明;
如图 3所示可知,所述电池杆组件 110与所述雾化组件 120连接的一端设 置有第一对接槽 301 ;
所述第一对接槽 301 的侧壁沿所述电池杆组件的径向延伸设置有用于导 引所述第一卡扣的第一导向槽 302, 通过该第一导向槽 302以使得第一卡扣可 在该第一导向槽 302内滑动。
在所述第一对接槽 301的侧壁上并位于所述第一导向槽 302的两侧设置第 一"" 曹 303。
所述第一卡槽 303与所述第一导向槽 302相互导通, 且该第一卡槽 303 设置的位置与第一"" ^扣 203的位置对应,且所述第一"" ^扣 203卡合固定在所述 第一"" 曹 303内, 以使所述雾化组件 120和所述电池杆组件 110卡合固定。
在本连接方式中, 因雾化组件 120与所述储油器 130螺纹连接, 而雾化组 件 120和所述电池杆组件 110卡合连接,则使得用户若要卸下储油器 130则需 要旋转该储油器 130, 在旋转的过程中不会误卸下通过卡合连接的电池杆组件 110, 即用户要卸下电池杆组件 110和储油器 130所作用在电子烟上的力是不 同的, 则有效的避免了拆卸过程中的误操作。
第二种连接方式为;

所述雾化组件 120与所述电池杆组件 110连接的一端设置有第二对接槽; 所述第二对接槽的侧壁沿所述雾化组件的径向延伸设置有用于导引所述 第二卡扣的第二导向槽;
在所述第二对接槽的侧壁上并位于所述第二导向槽的两侧设置第二卡槽 内, 所述第二卡槽与所述第二导向槽相互导通, 且所述第二卡扣卡合固定在所 述第二卡槽内。
其中, 第二种方式中第二卡扣的具体结构与第一卡扣的具体结构相同,在 此不再赘述,第二种方式中是将与第一卡扣结构相同的第二卡扣设置在所述电 池杆组件 110与所述雾化组件 130连接的一端设置且与所述第二卡槽位置对 应。
且设置有第二卡槽的第二对接槽的具体结构与第一对接槽的具体结构相 同, 在此不再赘述。
通过第二种连接方式,使得用户若要拆卸电池杆组件 110和储油器 130所 作用在电子烟上的力是不同的, 从而有效的避免了拆卸过程中的误操作。
第三种连接方式为:
所述雾化组件 120的第一连接部为第二螺紋段;
所述电池杆组件 110与所述雾化组件 120连接的一端设置有与所述第二螺 纹段螺纹连接的第二匹配螺纹;

所述雾化组件 120的第二连接部为第三卡扣; 其中, 该第三卡扣与第一种 连接方式中的第一"" ^扣结构相同, 在此不再赘述。
所述储油器开口端设置有第三对接槽; 其中, 所述第三对接槽与第一种连 接方式中的第一对接槽结构相同, 在此不再赘述。
所述第三对接槽的侧壁沿所述储油器的径向延伸设置有用于导引所述第 三卡扣的第三导向槽。
在所述第三对接槽的侧壁上并位于所述第三导向槽的两侧设置第三卡槽, 该第三卡槽与所述第三导向槽相互导通,且所述第三卡扣卡合固定在所述第三 卡槽内; 其中, 该第三卡槽的具体结构与第一种连接方式中的第一卡槽结构相 同, 在此不再赘述。
通过该第三种连接方式,使得电池杆组件 110与雾化组件 130通过螺纹连 接, 雾化组件 130通过卡扣与储油器 130卡合固定, 则使得用户在拆卸电池杆 组件 110和储油器 130时所作用在电子烟上的作用力大小和方向是不同的,从 而有效的避免了误操作。
第四种连接方式为:
所述雾化组件 120的第一连接部为第二螺紋段;
所述电池杆组件 110与所述雾化组件 120连接的一端设置有与所述第二螺 纹段螺纹连接的第二匹配螺纹;
其中,在第四种连接方式中, 该第二匹配螺纹与第一种连接方式中的第一 匹配螺纹结构相同, 在此不再赘述。
所述雾化组件 120的与所述储油器连接的一端设置有第四对接槽; 所述第四对接槽的侧壁沿所述雾化组件的径向延伸设置有用于导引所述 第四卡扣的第四导向槽;
所述雾化组件 120的第二连接部为第四卡槽;
且所述第四卡槽设置在所述第四对接槽的侧壁上并位于所述第四导向槽 的两侧, 且所述第四导向槽与所述第四卡槽相互导通。
所述储油器开口端设置有与所述第四卡槽位置对应的第四卡扣,所述第四 卡扣卡合固定在所述第四卡槽内。
其中,在第四种连接方式中第四卡扣和第四卡槽的具体结构与第一种连接 方式的第一"" ^扣和第一"" 曹结构相同, 在此不再赘述。
通过该第四种连接方式,使得电池杆组件 110与雾化组件 130通过螺纹连 接, 雾化组件 130通过卡扣与储油器 130卡合固定, 则使得用户在拆卸电池杆 组件 110和储油器 130时所作用在电子烟上的作用力大小和方向是不同的,从 而有效的避免了误操作。
较佳的是, 上述第一卡扣、 所述第二卡扣、 所述第三卡扣和 /或所述第四 卡扣为弹性卡扣。
以使得弹性的第一卡扣、 所述第二卡扣、 所述第三卡扣和 /或所述第四卡 扣能够顺利的卡合固定在卡槽内,以实现雾化组件 120与电池杆组件 110的卡 合固定或以实现雾化组件 120与储油器 130的卡合固定。
以下结合图 4对电子烟的雾化组件的结构进行说明, 其中, 如图 4所示, 雾化组件 120包括:
内电极 401 ;
402电连接的用于雾化烟油的电热丝 403;
所述外电极 402内套设有弹性件 404; 组件外表面。
所述弹性件 404可为金属弹片或环形金属丝。
其中, 为环形金属丝的弹性件 404的具体结构可参见图 5所示。
通过位于弹性件 404上的第一"" ^扣卡合固定雾化组件 120和所述电池杆组 件 110, 使得在卡合的过程很好的保持第一卡扣的弹性, 从而使得用户拆卸以 及安装的过程更为顺畅,以及能够使得雾化组件 120和所述电池杆组件 110的 卡合更为牢固。
为进一步的使得卡槽与卡扣牢固的卡合,在可在所述第一卡槽、所述第二 卡槽、 所述第三卡槽和 /或所述第四卡槽的侧壁上设置有用于吸附卡扣的磁性 吸附件。
通过位于卡槽内的磁性吸附件使得卡扣与卡槽紧密卡合,进而使得雾化组 件 120与电池杆组件 110之间牢固的固定或使得雾化组件 120与储油器 130之 间牢固的固定。
为进一步的防止卡合在卡槽内的卡扣发生位置的偏移,例如卡合在卡槽内 的卡扣左右的移动, 则在所述第一卡槽、 所述第二卡槽、 所述第三卡槽和 /或 所述第四卡槽上设置有用于限定卡扣的弹性定位件。
具体请见图 6所示;以设置在电池杆组件 110端部上的第一卡槽为例进行 说明,即在位于电池杆组件 110端部上的第一"" 曹 601上设置用于限定卡扣的 弹性定位件 602。
因该弹性定位件 602的作用,使得卡合在第一卡槽 601内的第一卡扣不会 左右的晃动。 需明确的是,该弹性定位件 602不仅仅不设置在位于电池杆组件 110端部 的第一卡槽内, 还可设置在第二卡槽、 第三卡槽或第四卡槽内。
较佳的是, 该弹性定位件 602设置在第一卡槽的一侧;
更佳的是, 所述弹性定位件 602中部设置有用于收容卡扣的限位槽。通过 该限位槽能够进一步的防止卡合在卡槽内的卡扣的晃动,提升电子烟各个组件 之间的稳定性。
进一步的参见图 7 所示对电子烟的储油器的结构进行进一步的说明, 其 中, 图 7所示的储油器 130可包括:
该储油器 130内部设置有密封容腔 701 , 该密封容腔 701内部密封存储有 烟液。
为使得用户能够掌握储油器 130 内部的烟液的剩余量, 则该储油器 130 为透明容器,即使得用户通过透明的储油器 130即可随时掌握电子烟的剩余烟 液量, 便于用户及时的更换储油器 130。
较佳的是, 所述储油器 130为玻璃瓶。 由于玻璃材质性质较稳定, 避免因 发生化学反应等情况而影响烟油味。
更佳的是,该玻璃制成的储油器 130的外周壁上设置有刻度,从而使得用 户可估计出剩余烟液量可供吸食的时长, 方便用户使用。
较佳的是, 在所述储油器 130套设有保护套(图中未示出 ) , 以避免所述 玻璃材质的储油器 130因跌落而破碎的情况。
更佳的是, 所述保护套设置有烟油观察窗, 以供用户观察烟油。
且为了模仿香烟, 则电子烟的长度一般与香烟的长度相当,且为了减少充 电频率以及增加电池杆组件 110的使用寿命,电池杆组件 110的长度至少可占 电子烟整体长度的一半以上, 在用户使用本实施例所示的电子烟进行吸烟时, 会自然的夹持电子烟的中上部靠近吸烟端 100的位置,因本实施例中的储油器 130设置在远离吸烟端 100的一端, 所以储油器 130避免受到用户夹持力, 从 而而使储油器 130向雾化组件 120输出烟液量较为均衡的,有效的保障了烟雾 的稳定, 提高了用户体验。 避免了现有技术中, 因用户对雾化器端部的作用力 不同, 而使烟油供给量不同, 导致烟雾量时大时小的情况。
为有效的保障储油器 130 具有良好的密封性, 从而有效的避免烟液的泄 露, 本实施例所采用的设置方式可为两种: 第一种设置方式请参见图 4所示,即为使得连接到雾化组件 120上的储油 器 130具有良好的密封性,从而使得储油器 130内的烟液不会出现泄漏, 则所 述雾化器支架 405和所述储油器 130连接处设置有用于密封所述储油器 130 的密封环。
通过设置在雾化器支架 405上的密封环可有效的保障储油器 130的密封 性。
第二种设置方式请参见图 7所示,即在与所述储油器 130的瓶口密封配合 设置带有通孔的环形密封塞 702。
在所述环形密封塞 702的通孔内部设置有用于密封所述储油器 130的可捅 破薄膜 703。
即雾化组件 120和储油器 130连接时,通过该可捅破薄膜 703使得储油器 130仍具有良好的密封性, 从而有效的防止烟液的泄露。
因本实施例所提供的储油器 130设置带有可捅破薄膜 703 的环形密封塞 702, 使得该储油器 130具有良好的密封性, 从而有效的避免烟液的泄露, 延 较佳的是,所述雾化组件 120与电池杆组件 110连接处还可设置有用于密 封的密封圏, 通过该密封圏可以保障电池杆组件 110的密封性,从而保障了已 雾化的烟液的浓度, 保障了用户的使用体验。
为使得储油器 130内的烟液更容易传送至雾化组件 120内部,以下结合图 8所示的实施例对电子烟的另一种结构进行详细说明:
如图 8所示, 该电子烟包括吸烟端 100和电池杆组件 110, 且该吸烟端 100和电池杆组件 110的具体结构请见上述实施例所述, 在本实施例中不做赘 述。
在本实施例中,用于容纳烟液的储油器 130设置在雾化组件 120的外周壁 上,且所述雾化组件通过所述第二连接部与所述储油器连接。该第二连接部的 结构请见上述实施例, 在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中位于储油器 130内的烟液的流向与位于雾化组件 120输送给 电热丝 403进行雾化的烟油的流向垂直或呈一定角度,以避免因震荡等原因使 烟油过度地输送给所述雾化器,以使得储油器 130内的烟液能够稳定的传送给 雾化组件 120, 保证了烟雾量的稳定。 此外, 此种结构还可以在电子烟跌落且 端部着地时, 避免玻璃材质的储油器 130因受到撞击而破碎。
需明确的是,本实施例中设置在雾化组件 120侧壁上的储油器 130的数量 和具体位置在本实施例中不做限定。
例如图 8所示,设置在雾化组件 120侧壁上的储油器 130的为一个时, 该 电子烟本体呈 L型;
或如图 9所示,设置在雾化组件 120侧壁上的储油器 130的为二个且相对 设置时, 该电子烟本体呈 T型。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实 施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人 员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型 保护的范围。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于容纳烟液的储油器、用于雾化所述烟 液的雾化组件以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组件;
所述储油器设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端;
所述雾化组件位于所述电池杆组件和所述储油器之间,且所述雾化组件的 两端分别设置有连接结构不同的第一连接部和第二连接部;
所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件通过所述第一连接部连接,所述雾化组件 通过所述第二连接部与所述储油器连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述第二连接部为第一螺纹段;
所述储油器开口端设置有与所述第一螺紋段螺纹连接的第一匹配螺纹; 所述第一连接部为第一卡扣;
所述电池杆组件与所述雾化组件连接的一端设置有与所述第一"" ^扣位置 对应的第一卡槽, 所述第一卡扣卡合固定在所述第一卡槽内;
或,
所述第一连接部为第二卡槽;
所述电池杆组件与所述雾化组件连接的一端设置有与所述第二卡槽位置 对应的第二卡扣, 所述第二卡扣卡合固定在所述第二卡槽内。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述第一连接部为第二螺纹段;
所述电池杆组件与所述雾化组件连接的一端设置有与所述第二螺纹段螺 纹连接的第二匹配螺纹;
所述第二连接部为第三卡扣;
所述储油器开口端设置有与所述第三卡扣位置对应的第三卡槽,所述第三 卡扣卡合固定在所述第三卡槽内;
或,
所述第二连接部为第四卡槽;
所述储油器开口端设置有与所述第四卡槽位置对应的第四卡扣,所述第四 卡扣卡合固定在所述第四卡槽内。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电池杆组件与所述雾化组件连接的一端设置有第一对接槽; 所述第一对接槽的侧壁沿所述电池杆组件的径向延伸设置有用于导引所 述第一卡扣的第一导向槽;
所述第一卡槽设置在所述第一对接槽的侧壁上并位于所述第一导向槽的 两侧, 且所述第一导向槽与所述第一"" 曹相互导通;
或,
所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件连接的一端设置有第二对接槽; 所述第二对接槽的侧壁沿所述雾化组件的径向延伸设置有用于导引所述 第二卡扣的第二导向槽;
所述第二卡槽设置在所述第二对接槽的侧壁上并位于所述第二导向槽的 两侧, 且所述第二导向槽与所述第二卡槽相互导通。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述储油器开口端设置有第三对接槽;
所述第三对接槽的侧壁沿所述储油器的径向延伸设置有用于导引所述第 三卡扣的第三导向槽;
所述第三卡槽设置在所述第三对接槽的侧壁上并位于所述第三导向槽的 两侧, 且所述第三导向槽与所述第三卡槽相互导通;
或,
所述雾化组件与所述储油器连接的一端设置有第四对接槽;
所述第四对接槽的侧壁沿所述雾化组件的径向延伸设置有用于导引所述 第四卡扣的第四导向槽;
所述第四卡槽设置在所述第四对接槽的侧壁上并位于所述第四导向槽的 两侧, 且所述第四导向槽与所述第四卡槽相互导通。
6、 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述第一"" ^扣、 所 述第二卡扣、 所述第三卡扣和 /或所述第四卡扣为弹性卡扣。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件包括内电 雾^ ^烟油的电热丝; 所述外电极内套设有弹性件;
所述第一"" ^扣设置在所述弹性件上并贯穿所述外电极至所述雾化组件外 表面。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述弹性件为金属弹片 或环形金属丝。
9、 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述第一卡槽、 所 述第二卡槽、 所述第三卡槽和 /或所述第四卡槽的侧壁上设置有用于吸附卡扣 的磁性吸附件。
10、 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述第一"" 曹、 所 述第二卡槽、 所述第三卡槽和 /或所述第四卡槽上设置有用于限定卡扣的弹性 定位件。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述弹性定位件中部 设置有用于收容卡扣的限位槽。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述吸烟端位于所述电 池杆组件与所述雾化组件连接的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端位于所述电池杆组件 的中部、 或所述吸烟端位于所述电池杆组件上远离所述雾化组件的位置。
13、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件与所述电 池杆组件同轴设置。
