Abstract
Description
このように容器本体上端部からキャップを外嵌させることで化粧料を収容する棒状化粧料容器にあっては、キャップの内側最奥端部に縦軸方向の付勢力を有した弾性部材を装着し、該弾性部材の付勢力を利用してキャップと容器本体との係脱を行うよう構成したものがある。
このようなもののなかには、例えば特許文献1のように、キャップを外筒と該外筒に対して縦軸方向に移動自在な内筒とで構成し、内筒の奥端部には突起部が形成された揺動自在なロッドを設けるとともに、外筒の奥端部には前記ロッドを案内する案内溝と前記突起部が係合する係止部を設け、さらに外筒と内筒とのあいだには弾性部材を介装して、容器本体をキャップの内側奥端に向けて押し込むことで内筒が弾性部材の付勢力に抗して外筒の奥端部側に移動して突起部が係止部に係合する収容姿勢となり、再度容器本体をキャップの内側奥端に押し込むことで係合突起と係止部との係合が外れ、弾性部材の付勢力によってキャップが容器本体から離脱する方向に移動して容器本体下端がキャップ開口端から露出する取外し姿勢となるよう構成したものがある。
しかるにこのものでは突起部が係止部に対して係合離脱する際にキャップが容器本体に対して戻り移動を生じさせるという問題点、突起部が係止部に係合するまでは弾性部材の付勢力に抗した押し込み操作をしなければならないという問題点がある。
そこで特許文献2のように、キャップを、上下方向に長いガイド孔が形成された第一キャップ部と、該第一キャップ部に相対回動自在に外嵌し、傾斜状の傾斜案内溝が形成された第二キャップ部と、第一キャップ部に上下移動自在に内嵌し、ガイド孔を貫通して傾斜案内溝にまで至る案内突起が形成されたインナー筒とで構成し、第一キャップ部と第二キャップ部との相対回動によって、案内突起がガイド孔と傾斜案内溝とに案内されることでインナー筒が下動して容器本体をキャップ下端から突出させるように構成したものにおいて、第二キャップ部を相対回動前位置に、インナー筒を下動する前の初期位置に復帰させるための復帰弾機を設けるようにして、前記特許文献1のものが有する問題点を解消するようにしたものを提唱した。
ところでこの場合の組み込みは、復帰弾機とインナー筒とが嵌入組み込みされた第一キャップ部に第二キャップ部を外嵌することでなされるが、インナー筒は、復帰弾機に付勢されて前記初期位置に上動しているため、前記無理嵌めをする際にインナー筒が邪魔をして第一キャップ部上端部の内径方向への撓み変形が規制され、この結果、係止部の第二キャップ部への無理嵌め嵌合作業が円滑に行われないことになって作業性に劣るという問題があり、ここに本発明の解決せんとする課題がある。
請求項2の発明は、第二キャップ部には、仮保持部に仮保持されている第一または第二被案内部を第一または第二案内部にそれぞれ復帰させるための復帰部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の棒状化粧料容器である。
請求項3の発明は、復帰部は、仮保持部に仮保持されている第一または第二被案内部に対し周回り方向に位置ずれした位置に位置するものとし、第一キャップ部と第二キャップ部の相対回動により前記仮保持部に仮保持されている第一または第二被案内部に当接して押しやることで該第一または第二被案内部を仮保持部から抜け出させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の棒状化粧料容器である。
請求項4の発明は、第一、第二案内部は、何れか一方が内側に位置するようキャップ上半部で内外に重合すると共に、第一、第二被案内部は一体であって、該一体の被案内部は、内側の案内部を貫通して外側の案内部に係合していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1記載の棒状化粧料容器である。
請求項5の発明は、仮保持部は、第一案内部の下端に対して周回り方向に連続するようにして形成されるとともに、復帰部は、第二案内部の下端に対して縦軸方向下方に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4の何れか1記載の棒状化粧料容器である。
請求項6の発明は、仮保持部と第一案内部の下端とは、延長部が介装する状態で連設されており、復帰部は、仮保持部の位置に対応するよう第二案内部の下端位置よりも下方に向けて延出された延出部に形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の棒状化粧料容器である。
請求項7の発明は、仮保持部は、第二案内部の下端に対して周回り方向に連続するようにして形成されるとともに、復帰部は、第一案内部の下端に対して縦軸方向下方に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4の何れか1記載の棒状化粧料容器である。
請求項8の発明は、仮保持部と第二案内部の下端とは、延長部が介装する状態で連接されており、復帰部は、仮保持部の位置に対応するよう第一案内部の下端位置よりも下方に向けて延出された延出部に形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の棒状化粧料容器である。
請求項9の発明は、第一キャップ部に形成される第一または第二案内部の少なくとも一つの上端部を第一キャップ部の上端まで切欠かれたスリット状とすることで第一キャップ部上端部の内径側への撓み変形を許容するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1記載の棒状化粧料容器である。
請求項2の発明とすることによって、仮保持部に仮保持された第一または第二被案内部は、復帰部によって第一または第二案内部に復帰させることが出来る。
請求項3の発明とすることによって、仮保持部に仮保持された第一または第二被案内部は、第一キャップ部と第二キャップ部とを相対回動させることによる復帰部の押出しによって仮保持部から抜け出させることが出来る。
請求項4の発明とすることによって、第一、第二案内部は、第一、第二キャップ部の径方向同位置に配することが出来るとともに、仮保持部、復帰部も第一、第二キャップ部の径方向同位置に配することが出来ることになって、第一、第二案内部および仮保持部、復帰部の配設場所を大きく設ける必要がなく、省スペース化を図ることができる。また、第一、第二被案内部を一体化させることによって構造の簡略化を図ることが出来る。
請求項5、7の発明とすることによって、第一または第二被案内部は、第一または第二案内部よりも下方に仮保持されることになって、インナー筒が仮保持された状態での第一キャップ部上端部の内径方向への撓み変形を確実に行うことが出来る。
請求項6、8の発明とすることによって、仮保持部は延長部を介装して第一または第二案内部の下端よりも下方に形成されるとともに、復帰部は、該仮保持部に対応する位置に形成されるため、インナー筒は第一、第二案内部下端よりもさらに下方に仮保持されることになり、第一キャップ部上端部の内径方向への撓み変形が一層インナー筒に邪魔されることなく確実になされることになって、第二キャップ部の第一キャップ部への外嵌組み込みを一層スムーズに行うことが出来る。
請求項9の発明とすることによって、第一キャップ部の上端部をより撓み変形しやすいものにすることが出来る。
図面において、1は化粧料容器であって、該化粧料容器1は、上面に開口部2aを有し、収容される棒状化粧料Kが昇降操作されて該開口部2aから出没する容器本体2と、該容器本体2を開口部2a側から外嵌して覆蓋するキャップ3とからなる。
第一キャップ部11は、下端に開口部14aを有するダイアル部14と、下端部がダイアル部14の内周面下半部にダイアル部14に一体化される状態で設けられ、上端部がダイアル部14の上端から上方に突出して第二キャップ部12の内周面側に重合する第一案内筒15と、ダイアル部14の上半部と第一案内筒15とのあいだに挟持され、ダイアル部14と一体化する状態で設けられる第一支持筒16とを備えて構成されている。
一方、第二キャップ部12は、有天筒状の胴部17と、該胴部17の内周面上半部に胴部17と一体化される状態で設けられる第二案内筒18と、胴部17の内周面下半部に胴部17と一体化される状態で設けられる第二支持筒19とを備えて構成されている。
そしてガイド孔15bは、後述するインナー筒13の案内突起13aが上下方向移動自在に嵌入することになり、後述するように第一キャップ部11と第二キャップ部12とを相対回動させた場合に、該ガイド孔15bの上下端部が案内突起13aの上下動端15d、15e位置となるように設定されており、案内突起13aがガイド孔15bの上動端15d位置に位置する状態では、インナー筒13の上端面13fは第一案内筒15の上端面15hとは上下方向略同一面上に位置する設定になっている。
また、小径部18bの下方は第二の大径部18dとなっており、小径部18bと第二の大径部18dとのあいだに形成される段差が本発明の第二案内部に相当する傾斜案内段差18eとなっている。該傾斜案内段差18eは線対称状に一対形成されている。
該傾斜案内段差18eは、上端部が案内突起13aのこれ以上の上動を規制する上動規制端18f、下端部が案内突起13aのこれ以下の下動を規制する下動規制端18gとなっていて、該上動規制端18fと下動規制端18gとは上下方向傾斜状に連続して形成されているが、該上動規制端18fと下動規制端18gとの上下方向(縦方向)の案内長さはガイド孔15aの上下動端15d、15e間の案内長さと一致するようになっている。尚、本実施の形態では周回り方向に略90度の案内移動をするようになっているが、これに限定されるものではなく、例えば60度や180度等の案内移動をするようにして実施することも出来る。
尚、第一案内筒15にあって突条15fより下側の内周面は、キャップ3に収容された状態の容器本体2の袴筒4、中具5、把持筒10各外周面と摺接するようになっており、収容された容器本体2がキャップ3から不用意に抜け落ちることが無いようになっている。
キャップ3は、第一キャップ部11、第二キャップ部12を各別に組み立てた後、第一キャップ部11に復帰弾機20とインナー筒13とを組み込み、しかる後、両キャップ部11、12を組み合わせて組み立てられることになるが、第一キャップ部11は、ダイアル部14に第一案内筒15および第一支持筒16を内嵌させて組み立てることになり、また第二キャップ部12は、胴部17に第二案内筒18および第二支持筒19を内嵌させて組み立てることになる。
そしてこの完了状態において、第一キャップ部11に対して第二キャップ部12を相対回動させると、インナー筒13は、案内突起13aがガイド孔15bと傾斜案内段差18eに案内されることによって上下動することになるが、インナー筒13の最下動位置は、傾斜案内段差18eの下動規制端18gまでとなってガイド孔15bの下動端15eを越えて延長部21に至ることがなく、この結果、案内突起13aが誤って仮保持孔22に入り込んでしまうことがないようになっている。
さらに本発明は、容器本体を押し出すための第一、第二キャップ部の相対回動を、時計回り、反時計回りの両方向できるもので構成したが、何れか片方のみの相対回動とすることもでき、さらには第二案内筒側に形成される案内部としては、前記実施の形態のように段差状に形成したものでなく、溝状あるいは孔状に形成したものでも良い。

Claims (9)
- 棒状化粧料等の棒状体が装填される容器本体と、該容器本体を上側から外嵌して容器本体を収容するキャップとを備えて構成される棒状化粧料容器において、
前記キャップは、
容器本体を外嵌収容すべく下端が開口した筒状の第一キャップ部と、
該第一キャップ部の上部に第一キャップ部に対して縦軸回りに相対回動自在に外嵌組み込みされた筒状の第二キャップ部と、
第一キャップ部の上部に上下移動自在に内嵌されたインナー筒とで構成され、
前記第一、第二キャップ部の一方には上下方向に向けて縦線状の案内をする第一案内部が形成され、他方には周回り方向に向けて上下傾斜状の案内をする第二案内部が形成され、
前記インナー筒には、容器本体がキャップ下端から突出するよう該容器本体に突き当たる突き当たり部と、前記第一案内部により上下動案内される第一被案内部と、第二案内部により上下動案内される第二被案内部とが形成されていて、
前記インナー筒は、第一、第二被案内部がそれぞれ上動端位置に位置する初期姿勢の状態で第一キャップ部に対して第二キャップ部を相対回動させることにより、該第一、第二被案内部が第一、第二案内部にそれぞれ案内されて下動することで容器本体をキャップ下端から突出せしめるよう下動する構成になっている一方、
前記キャップには、第二キャップ部を相対回動前位置に、インナー筒を初期姿勢にそれぞれ復帰させるための復帰弾機が設けられていると共に、
前記第一キャップ部の上端部には、該第一キャップ部に第二キャップ部を外嵌組み込みしたときに該第二キャップ部に無理嵌め状に嵌入して第二キャップ部の上端部に形成の係止受け部に係止する係止部が形成されていて、第一キャップ部の第二キャップ部に対する下動を規制するように構成し、
さらに第一キャップ部の上端部を内径方向に向けて撓むように構成して、第一キャップ部に第二キャップ部を外嵌するとき第一キャップ部の上端部が内径方向に撓むことで第一キャップ部の係止部が第二キャップ部に無理嵌め状に嵌入して第二キャップ部の係止受け部に係止される構成とするにあたり、
第一キャップ部に形成される第一または第二案内部には、第一キャップ部に嵌入組み込みされたインナー筒が復帰弾機に抗して下方に没入して第一キャップ部上端部の内径側への撓み変形を許容するべく第一または第二被案内部を係脱自在に仮保持する仮保持部が連設されていることを特徴とする棒状化粧料容器。 - 第二キャップ部には、仮保持部に仮保持されている第一または第二被案内部を第一または第二案内部にそれぞれ復帰させるための復帰部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の棒状化粧料容器。
- 復帰部は、仮保持部に仮保持されている第一または第二被案内部に対し周回り方向に位置ずれした位置に位置するものとし、第一キャップ部と第二キャップ部の相対回動により前記仮保持部に仮保持されている第一または第二被案内部に当接して押しやることで該第一または第二被案内部を仮保持部から抜け出させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の棒状化粧料容器。
- 第一、第二案内部は、何れか一方が内側に位置するようキャップ上半部で内外に重合すると共に、第一、第二被案内部は一体であって、該一体の被案内部は、内側の案内部を貫通して外側の案内部に係合していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1記載の棒状化粧料容器。
- 仮保持部は、第一案内部の下端に対して周回り方向に連続するようにして形成されるとともに、復帰部は、第二案内部の下端に対して縦軸方向下方に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4の何れか1記載の棒状化粧料容器。
- 仮保持部と第一案内部の下端とは、延長部が介装する状態で連設されており、復帰部は、仮保持部の位置に対応するよう第二案内部の下端位置よりも下方に向けて延出された延出部に形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の棒状化粧料容器。
- 仮保持部は、第二案内部の下端に対して周回り方向に連続するようにして形成されるとともに、復帰部は、第一案内部の下端に対して縦軸方向下方に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4の何れか1記載の棒状化粧料容器。
- 仮保持部と第二案内部の下端とは、延長部が介装する状態で連接されており、復帰部は、仮保持部の位置に対応するよう第一案内部の下端位置よりも下方に向けて延出された延出部に形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の棒状化粧料容器。
- 第一キャップ部に形成される第一または第二案内部の少なくとも一つの上端部を第一キャップ部の上端まで切欠かれたスリット状とすることで第一キャップ部上端部の内径側への撓み変形を許容するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1記載の棒状化粧料容器。
