Abstract

一种牛樟菌咖啡豆的生成方法及用该方法制成的牛樟菌咖啡豆,其提供可生成牛樟菌咖啡豆的培养法;适合用于小量或大量真菌繁殖生产并可适用于大部份真菌的生长,该方法包含步骤:将牛樟木浸于水中,借助牛樟木本身寄生的多种菌体,通过长久浸泡,在水中滋生牛樟菌形成一种水液;取出该水液置于容器中,并将生咖啡豆浸泡于含牛樟菌的水液中数日;取出咖啡豆置于另一容器中;在常温下保存该另一容器1〜2个月;以及取出咖啡豆加工烘培成牛樟菌咖啡豆。还包含步骤:将五谷类的养份置入该水液中,以更进一步培养该牛樟菌,增加水中的菌数。应用该方法制成的牛樟菌咖啡豆,是在咖啡豆中含应有用真菌繁殖生产的牛樟菌。

技术领域
本发明是有关于咖啡豆,尤其是一种牛樟菌咖啡豆的生成方法及应用该方法制成的牛樟菌咖啡豆。
背景技术
由于社会生活的进步,咖啡也渐渐成为生活上不可或缺的饮品,在城市中,到处林立着装潢相当精致的咖啡厅,人们到咖啡厅中,不唯享受咖啡的美感,芬芳的气息,而且也同时享受咖啡厅的装潢所传递的生活意象,所以品喝咖啡已不只是一种饮食也是一种生活型态。这种概念已慢慢的由城市向外扩散,而变成生活的一部分。也改变了整个社会的生活方式。
目前现有的咖啡种类有一百多种,咖啡本身对人体即有一定的功效,当然过多的咖啡也会有害于人体。只是这些功效大部分源于咖啡本身的成份,尤其是咖啡因。而这些功效也早已为人所熟知。咖啡有不同的品种及泡制方式,只是这些方式本身并没有产生咖啡原有功效以外的其他功效。
牛樟芝已熟知具有治癌及增强免疫力的极大效用。尤其是寄生在牛樟木上的牛樟菌,更能传递这种效用。所以发明人希望能够在咖啡豆中注入牛樟菌,而使得该咖啡豆同时也具有牛樟菌的功效。
发明内容
所以本发明的目的是为解决上述现有技术上的问题,本发明中提出一种牛樟菌咖啡豆的生成方法及应用该方法制成的牛樟菌咖啡豆,该方法提供可生成牛樟菌咖啡豆的培养法;适合用于小量或大量真菌繁殖生产并可适用于大部份真菌的生长。因为牛樟菌本身即具有防癌及增强免疫力的效果,所以本发明的咖啡豆同时享有咖啡既有的优点,且同时具有牛樟菌养生的功效。此为现有的咖啡豆所无法达成的。
为达到上述目的,本发明提出的主要技术方案是:
一种牛樟菌咖啡豆的生成方法,其提供能生成牛樟菌咖啡豆的培养法;适合用于小量或大量真菌繁殖生产并可适用于大部份真菌的生长,该方法包含步骤为:
S110 、将牛樟木浸于水中,借助牛樟木本身寄生的多种菌体,通过长久浸泡,在水中滋生牛樟菌形成一种水液;
S125 、取出该水液置于第一容器中,并将生咖啡豆浸泡于含牛樟菌的该水液中数日;
S130 、取出咖啡豆置于第二容器中;
S135 、在常温下保存该第二容器 1~2 个月;以及取出咖啡豆加工烘培成牛樟菌咖啡豆。
其中还包含步骤 S115 、将五谷类的养份置入该水液中,以更进一步培养该牛樟菌,以增加水中的菌数。
本发明尚包含应用该方法制成的牛樟菌咖啡豆,其是在咖啡豆中含有应用真菌繁殖生产的牛樟菌。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的牛樟菌咖啡豆的生成方法及应用该方法制成的牛樟菌咖啡豆,该方法提供可生成牛樟菌咖啡豆的培养法;适合用于小量或大量真菌繁殖生产并可适用于大部份真菌的生长。因为牛樟菌本身即具有防癌及增强免疫力的效果,所以本发明的咖啡豆同时享有咖啡既有的优点,且同时具有牛樟菌养生的功效。此为现有的咖啡豆所无法达成的。

具体实施方式
兹谨就本发明的结构组成,及所能产生的功效与优点,配合附图,举本发明的一种较佳实施例详细说明如下。
请参考图 1 所示,显示本发明的牛樟菌咖啡豆的培养方法,该方法包含下列步骤:
将牛樟木浸于水中,因为牛樟木本身即寄生有多种菌体,所以在长久浸泡以后,在水中可以滋生牛樟菌 ( 步骤 110) ;
将五谷类的养份置入该水液中,以更进一步培养该牛樟菌,以增加水中的菌数 ( 步骤 115) ;
取出该水液置于容器中,并将生咖啡豆浸泡于含牛樟菌的水液中数日,较佳为一天 ( 步骤 125) ;
取出咖啡豆置于太空包或塑胶瓶或玻璃瓶或金属瓶底中(该玻璃瓶或金属瓶底需经高温杀菌) ( 步骤 130) ;
在 20~40 ℃的常温下保存该玻璃瓶 1~2 个月;取出咖啡豆加工烘培成牛樟菌咖啡豆 ( 步骤 135) 。
本发明提供的可生成牛樟菌咖啡豆的培养法;适合用于小量或大量真菌繁殖生产并可适用于大部份真菌的生长。因为牛樟菌本身即具有防癌及增强免疫力的效果,所以本发明的咖啡豆同时享有咖啡既有的优点,且同时具有牛樟菌养生的功效。此为现有的咖啡豆所无法达成的。
本发明尚包含一种牛樟菌咖啡豆,其是在咖啡豆中包含有应用真菌繁殖生产的牛樟菌。
综上所述,本发明人性化的体贴设计,相当符合实际需求。其具体改进现有缺失,相较于现有技术明显具有突破性的进步优点,确实具有功效的增进,且非易于达成。本发明未曾公开或揭露于国内与国外的文献与市场上,已符合专利法规定。
上列详细说明是针对本发明的一种可行实施例的具体说明,只是该实施例并非用以限制本发明的专利范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施或变更,均应包含于本发明的专利范围中。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种牛樟菌咖啡豆的生成方法,其特征是,提供能生成牛樟菌咖啡豆的培养法;适合用于小量或大量真菌繁殖生产并可适用于大部份真菌的生长,该方法包含步骤为:
    S110、将牛樟木浸于水中,借助牛樟木本身寄生的多种菌体,通过长久浸泡,在水中滋生牛樟菌形成一种水液;
    S125、取出该水液置于第一容器中,并将生咖啡豆浸泡于含牛樟菌的该水液中数日;
    S130、取出咖啡豆置于第二容器中;
    S135、在常温下保存该第二容器1~2个月;以及
    取出咖啡豆加工烘培成牛樟菌咖啡豆。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的牛樟菌咖啡豆的生成方法,其特征在于:还包含步骤S115、将五谷类的养份置入该水液中,以更进一步培养该牛樟菌,以增加水中的菌数。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的牛樟菌咖啡豆的生成方法,其特征在于:所述第二容器为太空包或塑胶瓶或玻璃瓶或金属瓶。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的牛樟菌咖啡豆的生成方法,其特征在于:该常温为20~40℃。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的牛樟菌咖啡豆的生成方法,其特征在于:步骤S125中,生咖啡豆浸泡于含牛樟菌的水液中的时间为一天。
  6. 一种牛樟菌咖啡豆,其特征是,在咖啡豆中含有应用真菌繁殖生产的牛樟菌。
