参阅图 1至图 5, 为本实施例提供的包装装置结构示意图。 其中, 底部缓 冲件 110结构示意图如图 1所示, 为了便于理解, 本实施例将以设有一组安装 槽 111的底部缓冲件来进行说明, 但不限于此。 所述底部缓冲件 110包括: 缓 冲底板 112、设于缓冲底板 112上且位于缓冲底板 112 两端的缓冲侧板 113及 设于缓冲底板 112上且设置于缓冲侧板 113 之间的限位板 114, 缓冲侧板 113 及限位板 114通过热压的方式固定于缓冲底板 112 上, 当然, 在其他实施例 中, 缓冲侧板 113 及限位板 114与所述缓冲底板 112也可以是一体成型的。所 述两缓冲侧板 113上间隔设有一组安装槽 111, 其中一组安装槽 111包括两个 安装槽 111, 所述限位板 114对应两个安装槽 111设有两个限位槽 115, 所述 液晶显示模组 300或者液晶电视整机 400安装于安装槽 111 及对应限位槽 115 中, 对液晶显示模组 300或者液晶电视整机 400起到固定及缓冲的作用。 对应于图 1中底部缓冲件 110的顶部缓冲件 120的结构示意图如图 2a和 图 2b所示, 顶部缓冲件 120具有第一面 120A和第二面 120B , 第一面 120A 上设有与底部缓冲件 110中两个安装槽 111相对应的两个第一卡槽 121, 第二 面 120B设有与底部缓冲件 110中一组安装槽 111相对应的一个第二卡槽 122。 其中, 第一卡槽 121用于卡合液晶显示模组 300, 第二卡槽 122用于卡合液晶 电视整机 400, 由于液晶电视整机 400地侧的厚度大于液晶显示模组 300地侧 的厚度, 因此第二卡槽 122宽度大于第一卡槽 121。 如图 3所示,在对液晶显示模组 300进行包装时,将底部缓冲件 110 置于 包装箱 200内, 再将两片液晶显示模组 300按顺序安装于底部缓冲件 110 上, 最后将两个顶部缓冲件 120第一面 120A朝下安装在液晶显示模组 300上端的 左右两侧, 其中顶部缓冲件 120的两个第一卡槽 121分别用于卡合两片液晶显 示模组 300。 如图 4所示, 在对液晶电视整机 400进行包装时, 由于液晶电视 整机 400的天侧的厚度与液晶显示模组 300的天侧的厚度一致, 因此可以与液 晶显示模组 300共用底部缓冲件 110。 但是由于液晶电视整机 400的整体厚度 大于液晶显示模组 300的整体厚度, 因此一组安装槽 111只能安装一片液晶电 视整机 400。 此时将底部缓冲件 110 置于包装箱 200底板, 再将一片液晶电视 整机 400按顺序安装于底部缓冲件 110 上,而一组安装槽 111内未用于安装液 晶电视整机 400的一个安装槽 111及与该安装槽 111相对应的限位槽 115还可 以用来放置液晶电视底座、 遥控器和电源线等, 最后将两个顶部缓冲件 120第 二面 120B朝下安装在液晶显示模组 300上端的左右两侧,其中顶部缓冲件 120 的第二卡槽 122用于卡合一片液晶电视整机 400。 在本实施例中, 底部缓冲件 110和顶部缓冲件 120为可发性聚乙烯材料, 可发性聚乙烯为一种新型环保的包装材料, 其材料质地较软, 可以为液晶显示 模组提供很好的缓冲作用, 从而防止液晶显示模组损伤。 当然, 在其他实施例 中也可以选用泡沬塑料材料, 其具有质轻、 减震等特性, 也可以为液晶显示模 组提供很好的缓冲作用。
为本实施例提供的包装装置中包装箱的结构示意图如图 5所示, 包装箱 200为纸箱或塑胶材料箱, 本实施例优选为塑胶箱子, 塑胶箱子相比常用的纸 箱结构较好, 可重复使用不易破损, 还可防潮、 防水, 起到更好的保护作用, 且重复使用包装箱还可节省包装费用。 综上所述, 本发明提供的缓冲装置及包装装置, 通过顶部缓冲件设有的用 于卡合液晶显示模组的第一卡槽和用于卡合液晶电视整机的第二卡槽, 使其不 仅能够用于液晶显示模组的包装, 而且还可以用于液晶电视整机的包装, 这样 不仅可以节省包装成本, 还可以为客户创造经济价值, 而且结构简单, 便于大 规模生产。 需要说明的是, 在本文中, 诸如第一和第二等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将 一个实体或者操作与另一个实体或操作区分开来, 而不一定要求或者暗示这些 实体或操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。 而且, 术语 "包括"、 "包 含"或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含, 从而使得包括一系列要素 的过程、 方法、 物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素, 而且还包括没有明确列出的 其他要素, 或者是还包括为这种过程、 方法、 物品或者设备所固有的要素。在 没有更多限制的情况下, 由语句 "包括一个…… "限定的要素, 并不排除在包 括所述要素的过程、 方法、 物品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。 虽然本发明是参照其示例性的实施例被具体描述和显示的, 但是本领域的 普通技术人员应该理解, 在不脱离由权利要求限定的本发明的精神和范围的情 况下, 可以对其进行形式和细节的各种改变。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种缓冲装置, 包括设有多组安装槽的底部缓冲件和顶部缓冲件, 其 中,所述顶部缓冲件具有设有与所述多个安装槽相对应的多个第一卡槽的第一 面和设有与所述多组安装槽相对应的多个第二卡槽的第二面。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的缓冲装置, 其中, 所述每组安装槽包括两个安 装槽, 所述每个第二卡槽对应于一组安装槽。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的缓冲装置, 其中, 所述第二卡槽的宽度大于所 述第一卡槽的宽度。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的缓冲装置, 其中, 所述底部缓冲件和顶部缓冲 件为可发性聚乙烯材料或泡沬塑料材料。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的缓冲装置, 其中, 所述底部缓冲件包括缓冲底 板、设于所述缓冲底板上且位于所述缓冲底板两端的缓冲侧板及设于缓冲底板 上且设置于缓冲侧板之间的限位板, 所述安装槽设于所述缓冲侧板上, 所述限 位板上设有与所述安装槽相对应的限位槽。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的缓冲装置, 其中, 所述缓冲侧板及限位板通过 热压的方式固定于缓冲底板上。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的缓冲装置, 其中, 所述底部缓冲件和顶部缓冲 件为可发性聚乙烯材料或泡沬塑料材料。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的缓冲装置, 其中, 所述底部缓冲件包括缓冲底 板、设于所述缓冲底板上且位于所述缓冲底板两端的缓冲侧板及设于缓冲底板 上且设置于缓冲侧板之间的限位板, 所述安装槽设于所述缓冲侧板上, 所述限 位板上设有与所述安装槽相对应的限位槽。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的缓冲装置, 其中, 所述缓冲侧板及限位板通过 热压的方式固定于缓冲底板上。
10、 一种包装装置, 包括包装箱和设于所述包装箱内部的缓冲装置, 所述 缓冲装置包括设有多组安装槽的底部缓冲件和顶部缓冲件, 其中, 所述顶部缓 冲件具有设有与所述多个安装槽相对应的多个第一卡槽的第一面和设有与所 述多组安装槽相对应的多个第二卡槽的第二面。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述每组安装槽包括两个 安装槽, 所述每个第二卡槽对应于一组安装槽。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述第二卡槽的宽度大于 所述第一卡槽的宽度。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述底部缓冲件和顶部缓 冲件为可发性聚乙烯材料或泡沬塑料材料。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述底部缓冲件包括缓冲 底板、设于所述缓冲底板上且位于所述缓冲底板两端的缓冲侧板及设于缓冲底 板上且设置于缓冲侧板之间的限位板, 所述安装槽设于所述缓冲侧板上, 所述 限位板上设有与所述安装槽相对应的限位槽。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述缓冲侧板及限位板通 过热压的方式固定于缓冲底板上。
16、 根据权利要求 10所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述底部缓冲件和顶部缓 冲件为可发性聚乙烯材料或泡沬塑料材料。
17、 根据权利要求 10所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述底部缓冲件包括缓冲 底板、设于所述缓冲底板上且位于所述缓冲底板两端的缓冲侧板及设于缓冲底 板上且设置于缓冲侧板之间的限位板, 所述安装槽设于所述缓冲侧板上, 所述 限位板上设有与所述安装槽相对应的限位槽。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述缓冲侧板及限位板通 过热压的方式固定于缓冲底板上。
19、 根据权利要求 10所述的包装装置, 其中, 所述包装箱为纸箱或塑胶 材料箱。
