Abstract
本发明提供的一种包装装置,包括缓冲装置,所述缓冲装置包括设有多组安装槽的底部缓冲件和顶部缓冲件,所述顶部缓冲件具有设有与所述多个安装槽相对应的多个第一卡槽的第一面和设有与所述多组安装槽相对应的多个第二卡槽的第二面。该包装装置,通过顶部缓冲件设有的用于卡合液晶显示模组的第一卡槽和用于卡合液晶电视整机的第二卡槽,使其不仅能够用于液晶显示模组的包装,而且还可以用于液晶电视整机的包装,这样不仅可以节省包装成本,还可以为客户创造经济价值,而且结构简单,便于大规模生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装领域,尤其涉及一种包装装置。
背景技术
电子行业的产品具有复杂、高价值与更新速度快等特性,制造商之间有着复杂的供应链,就目前的电子产品的产销形态而言,大多都是在不同地方分别进行产品的生产、组装以及配售等作业,使得电子产品的零件和半成品等不得不在厂商之间运送。在液晶显示器生产领域,液晶显示器的生产包括一个组装过程,即将液晶显示模组、主控电路、外壳等部分进行组装,其各部件是先生产好封存起来,待后续组装成整个液晶显示器。其中,液晶显示模组生产完成后封存在液晶显示模组包装箱中,然后成箱地运送至相应的组装工站。
一般而言,液晶显示模组组装厂将液晶显示模组组装好之后,直接出货给液晶显示器整机(例如液晶电视)系统厂商,系统厂商加上外壳、电路板以及电源线、说明书等后再销售出去。这个过程中,液晶显示器包装装置到达系统厂商端之后要么废弃要么回收再利用。如果采取直接废弃,则会导致包装装置的浪费,从而浪费成本;如果采取回收,将包装装置回收到液晶显示模组组装厂再利用,则需要耗费人力物力进行运输。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术所存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶显示模组包装装置,该装置不仅可以用于包装液晶显示模组,同时也可以用于包装液晶电视整机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种包装装置,包括缓冲装置,所述缓冲装置包括设有多组安装槽的底部缓冲件和顶部缓冲件,所述顶部缓冲件具有设有与所述多个安装槽相对应的多个第一卡槽的第一面和设有与所述多组安装槽相对应的多个第二卡槽的第二面。
优选地,所述每组安装槽包括两个安装槽,所述每个第二卡槽对应于一组安装槽。
优选地,所述第二卡槽的宽度大于所述第一卡槽的宽度。
优选地,所述底部缓冲件和顶部缓冲件为可发性聚乙烯材料或泡沫塑料材料。
优选地,所述底部缓冲件包括缓冲底板、设于所述缓冲底板上且位于所述缓冲底板两端的缓冲侧板及设于缓冲底板上且设置于缓冲侧板之间的限位板,所述安装槽设于所述缓冲侧板上,所述限位板上设有与所述安装槽相对应的限位槽。
优选地,所述缓冲侧板及限位板通过热压的方式固定于缓冲底板上。
优选地,所述包装装置还包括包装箱,所述缓冲装置设于所述包装箱内部。
优选地,所述包装箱为纸箱或塑胶材料箱。
有益效果:
本发明提供的包装装置,通过顶部缓冲件设有的用于卡合液晶显示模组的第一卡槽和用于卡合液晶电视整机的第二卡槽,使其不仅能够用于液晶显示模组的包装,而且还可以用于液晶电视整机的包装,这样不仅可以节省包装成本,还可以为客户创造经济价值,而且结构简单,便于大规模生产。

具体实施方式
为了更好地阐述本发明的技术特点和结构,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
参阅图1至图5,为本实施例提供的包装装置结构示意图。其中,底部缓冲件110结构示意图如图1所示,为了便于理解,本实施例将以设有一组安装槽111的底部缓冲件来进行说明,但不限于此。所述底部缓冲件110包括:缓冲底板112、设于缓冲底板112上且位于缓冲底板112两端的缓冲侧板113及设于缓冲底板112上且设置于缓冲侧板113之间的限位板114,缓冲侧板113及限位板114通过热压的方式固定于缓冲底板112上,当然,在其他实施例中,缓冲侧板113及限位板114与所述缓冲底板112也可以是一体成型的。所述两缓冲侧板113上间隔设有一组安装槽111,其中一组安装槽111包括两个安装槽111,所述限位板114对应两个安装槽111设有两个限位槽115,所述液晶显示模组300或者液晶电视整机400安装于安装槽111及对应限位槽115中,对液晶显示模组300或者液晶电视整机400起到固定及缓冲的作用。
对应于图1中底部缓冲件110的顶部缓冲件120的结构示意图如图2a和图2b所示,顶部缓冲件120具有第一面120A和第二面120B,第一面120A上设有与底部缓冲件110中两个安装槽111相对应的两个第一卡槽121,第二面120B设有与底部缓冲件110中一组安装槽111相对应的一个第二卡槽122。其中,第一卡槽121用于卡合液晶显示模组300,第二卡槽122用于卡合液晶电视整机400,由于液晶电视整机400地侧的厚度大于液晶显示模组300地侧的厚度,因此第二卡槽122宽度大于第一卡槽121。
如图3所示,在对液晶显示模组300进行包装时,将底部缓冲件110置于包装箱200内,再将两片液晶显示模组300按顺序安装于底部缓冲件110上,最后将两个顶部缓冲件120第一面120A朝下安装在液晶显示模组300上端的左右两侧,其中顶部缓冲件120的两个第一卡槽121分别用于卡合两片液晶显示模组300。如图4所示,在对液晶电视整机400进行包装时,由于液晶电视整机400的天侧的厚度与液晶显示模组300的天侧的厚度一致,因此可以与液晶显示模组300共用底部缓冲件110。但是由于液晶电视整机400的整体厚度大于液晶显示模组300的整体厚度,因此一组安装槽111只能安装一片液晶电视整机400。此时将底部缓冲件110置于包装箱200底板,再将一片液晶电视整机400按顺序安装于底部缓冲件110上,而一组安装槽111内未用于安装液晶电视整机400的一个安装槽111及与该安装槽111相对应的限位槽115还可以用来放置液晶电视底座、遥控器和电源线等,最后将两个顶部缓冲件120第二面120B朝下安装在液晶显示模组300上端的左右两侧,其中顶部缓冲件120的第二卡槽122用于卡合一片液晶电视整机400。
在本实施例中,底部缓冲件110和顶部缓冲件120为可发性聚乙烯材料,可发性聚乙烯为一种新型环保的包装材料,其材料质地较软,可以为液晶显示模组提供很好的缓冲作用,从而防止液晶显示模组损伤。当然,在其他实施例中也可以选用泡沫塑料材料,其具有质轻、减震等特性,也可以为液晶显示模组提供很好的缓冲作用。
为本实施例提供的包装装置中包装箱的结构示意图如图5所示,包装箱200为纸箱或塑胶材料箱,本实施例优选为塑胶箱子,塑胶箱子相比常用的纸箱结构较好,可重复使用不易破损,还可防潮、防水,起到更好的保护作用,且重复使用包装箱还可节省包装费用。
综上所述,本发明提供的包装装置,通过顶部缓冲件设有的用于卡合液晶显示模组的第一卡槽和用于卡合液晶电视整机的第二卡槽,使其不仅能够用于液晶显示模组的包装,而且还可以用于液晶电视整机的包装,这样不仅可以节省包装成本,还可以为客户创造经济价值,而且结构简单,便于大规模生产。

Claims (8)
1.一种包装装置,包括缓冲装置,所述缓冲装置包括设有多组安装槽(111)的底部缓冲件(110)和顶部缓冲件(120),其特征在于,所述顶部缓冲件(120)具有设有与所述多个安装槽(111)相对应的多个第一卡槽(121)的第一面(120A)和设有与所述多组安装槽(111)相对应的多个第二卡槽(122)的第二面(120B)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述每组安装槽(111)包括两个安装槽(111),所述每个第二卡槽(122)对应于一组安装槽(111)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述第二卡槽(122)的宽度大于所述第一卡槽(121)的宽度。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述底部缓冲件(110)和顶部缓冲件(120)为可发性聚乙烯材料或泡沫塑料材料。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述底部缓冲件(110)包括缓冲底板(112)、设于所述缓冲底板(112)上且位于所述缓冲底板(112)两端的缓冲侧板(113)及设于缓冲底板上且设置于缓冲侧板(113)之间的限位板(114),所述安装槽(111)设于所述缓冲侧板(113)上,所述限位板(114)上设有与所述安装槽(111)相对应的限位槽(115)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述缓冲侧板(113)及限位板(114)通过热压的方式固定于缓冲底板上(112)。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述包装装置还包括包装箱(200),所述缓冲装置设于所述包装箱(200)内部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述包装箱为纸箱或塑胶材料箱(200)。
