Abstract

本发明涉及一种包装零件组,属于运输包装领域，为了克服现有运输和存放过程中由于外包装尺寸不同造成的浪费大的不足，本发明提供一种包装零件组，该零件组包括设置在包装盒角上的八个三脚角、连接三脚角的连接绳和包裹在三脚角外侧的硬纸板，采用本发明的包装零件组在需要运输的设备外包装外部添加缓冲包装，不论需要运输的设备的外包装的尺寸如何变化，缓冲包装和外包装间的缓冲间隙的尺寸都可以得到保证，不会因为外包装尺寸的变化导致缓冲包装和外包装间的缓冲间隙的尺寸发生变化，消除了因为缓冲包装和外包装间的缓冲间隙的尺寸不一导致的材料浪费。

本发明属于运输包装领域，具体涉及一种包装零件组。
背景技术
在一般的电子设备或其他易损产品除了自身的包装盒外，在运输和存放过程中，通常需要在这些易损产品的包装盒外在附加一层外包装，且在包装盒和附加的外包装之间存在空隙，空隙内一般填充有泡沫塑料作为缓冲结构，以避免运输或存放过程中对产品结构造成损伤。由于电子设备或其他易损产品的外包装尺寸不一，为了即达到防护效果，保证包装盒和附加的外包装之间的空隙的厚度，故需要的外包装的尺寸也不一样。在产品批量较小甚至单件的情况下，运输和存放过程中由于外包装尺寸不同造成的浪费大。
发明内容
为了克服现有运输和存放过程中由于外包装尺寸不同造成的浪费大的不足，本发明提供一种包装零件组。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种包装零件组，该零件组包括设置在包装盒角上的八个三脚角、连接三脚角的连接绳和包裹在三脚角外侧的硬纸板，其特征在于：所述的三脚角由三个横截面为L形的支架构成，三个支架在一处连接，每个支架都有两个端部，分别为自由端和固定端；每个支架的固定端和其他两个支架的固定端共同连接在一处，三个支架两两成90度相交，三个支架的L形内侧指向三脚角由三个支架两两90度相交构成的内侧。
所述的支架的自由端的端面上设有连接环。
所述的三脚角1的材料为易压缩且压缩后可恢复原状的弹性材料。
所述的硬纸板和包装盒间的空隙中填充泡沫塑料，空隙的厚度控制为20毫米，支架的L形边的厚度为20毫米。
所述的连接绳为两端设有挂钩的弹性件。
本发明有如下有益效果：
采用本发明的包装零件组在需要运输的设备外包装外部添加缓冲包装，不论需要运输的设备的外包装的尺寸如何变化，缓冲包装和外包装间的缓冲间隙的尺寸都可以得到保证，不会因为外包装尺寸的变化导致缓冲包装和外包装间的缓冲间隙的尺寸发生变化。消除了因为缓冲包装和外包装间的缓冲间隙的尺寸不一导致的材料浪费。

下面对照附图，通过对实施例的描述，本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理、制造工艺及操作使用方法等，作进一步详细的说明，以帮助本领域技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
如图1所示，包装零件组包括设置在包装盒角上的八个三脚角1、连接三脚角1的连接绳2和包裹在三脚角1外侧的硬纸板3。三脚角1由三个横截面为L形的支架构成，三个支架在一处连接，每个支架都有两个端部，分别为自由端和固定端。每个支架的自由端是没有约束的。每个支架的固定端和其他两个支架的固定端共同连接在一处，三个支架两两成90度相交，三个支架的L形内侧指向三脚角1由三个支架两两90度相交构成的内侧。
为了增加外包装和硬纸板3之间三脚角间的缓冲效果，三脚角1的材料为易压缩且压缩后可恢复原状的弹性材料。
为了连接八个三脚角1，防止三脚角1和包装盒分离，在支架的自由端的端面上设有连接环4，连接绳2穿过连接环4将八个三脚角1分别固定在包装盒的八个角上。
三脚角1通过连接绳2固定在包装盒上的八个角后，在三脚角1的外部包裹上硬纸板3。为了增加硬纸板3的缓冲作用，在硬纸板3和包装盒间的空隙中填充泡沫塑料。支架的L形边的厚度就是硬纸板3和包装盒间的空隙的厚度。为了控制空间的占用和缓冲效果间的平衡，空隙的厚度控制为20毫米，即支架的L形边的厚度为20毫米。
为了加快包装的速度，可以将连接三脚角1的连接绳2更换为两端设有挂钩的橡皮筋。
