Abstract
Description
(1)固定ピンを電気溶接して固定する耐火被覆材の場合、裏面材に有機質の材料を設置すると、溶接時の熱により着火のおそれという課題がある。
(2)また、アルミ箔のような金属箔は、薄いと破れやすい。とくに特許文献1のようなアルミ箔張りガラスクロス(ALGC)は、ガラスクロスの表面が平滑ではないのでアルミ箔と部分的に接着している状態(密着していない状態)になる。このため、アルミ箔張りガラスクロス(ALGC)に接触すると引っかかりやすくなり、その結果、アルミ箔が破れやすくなっている。
(3)なお、特許文献1のようなアルミ箔張りガラスクロス(ALGC)は厚く、固定ピンが鉄骨まで貫通しづらく施工性が悪いという課題もある。
前記耐火被覆材の裏面に、アルミ箔付ポリフィルム(ALP)を備えてもよい。
前記耐火被覆材の主材となる前記無機繊維はロックウールであってもよい。
本発明は、上記の耐火被覆材を備えた耐火被覆構造物を含む。
(2)また、耐火被覆材の裏面側に層材を設置した場合の課題、すなわち、固定ピンの溶接時の熱による着火のおそれを防ぐことができる。
(3)アルミ箔の破れや層材の厚みによる施工性の悪さといった課題を改善することができる。すなわち、ポリフィルムが平滑なのでアルミ箔と密着でき、アルミ箔が破れにくくなっているとともに、ポリフィルムが薄いので、アルミ箔と積層しても厚くならないのである。
(4)さらに、耐火性能を向上させることができる。例えば、加熱1時間で鉄骨温度を50度C低下させることができる。
図示するように、耐火被覆材10はブランケット状またはシート状をしており、巻き付け耐火被覆として梁や柱部分などの耐火被覆に使用される。
このアルミ箔付ポリフィルム(ALP)12を本体11の裏面側に備えることで、施工時の材料裏面からの繊維飛散や埃を防ぐことができる。
さらには、耐火被覆材10の耐火性能を向上させることができ、加熱1時間で鉄骨温度を50度C低下させることができた。
なお、アルミ箔付ポリフィルム(ALP)12に不織布の層を備えてもよい。
[試験体]
A:アルミガラスクロス(ALGC)
B:アルミ箔付ポリフィルム(ALP)
[試験方法]
「JIS K5400 塗料一般試験方法」を参考にして、試験方法を設定した。
測定方法は次の(1)~(4)である。
(1)試験体を100mm角で切り出す。
(2)セロハンテープを用いて切り出した試験体を鋼板上に固定し、試験体表面を規定の硬度を有した鉛筆を用いて引っ掻く。引っ掻きは手かき法による。
(3)試験体裏面から光を当て、光の透過を確認する。
(4)光が透過する場合「ピンホールあり」、透過しない場合「ピンホールなし」と評価する。
[試験結果]
上記内容の試験によって、以下の表1に示すように、アルミガラスクロス(ALGC)の方が低硬度で破壊することを確認した。この結果は、アルミ箔との積層状態の相違によるものと推認される。すなわち、アルミガラスクロス(ALGC)は、アルミ箔と部分的に接着している状態、つまり、密着していない状態で積層されているのに対して、アルミ箔付ポリフィルム(ALP)は、アルミ箔と密着した状態で積層されているためである。

Claims (4)
- 無機繊維を主材とするブランケット状の耐火被覆材の片面又は両面に、アルミ箔付ポリフィルムを備えたことを特徴とする耐火被覆材。
- 前記耐火被覆材の裏面に、アルミ箔付ポリフィルムを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の耐火被覆材。
- 前記耐火被覆材の主材となる無機繊維がロックウールであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の耐火被覆材。
- 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の耐火被覆材を備えた耐火被覆構造物。
