技术领域
本发明涉及保温材料技术领域,具体涉及建筑用阻燃保温材料。
背景技术
在建筑行业,越来越多地用到了保温材料,目前市场上的保温材料主要包括EPS材料,一般安装在外墙体上,安装比较复杂,一般住户都不选择。另外在装修时还会利用建筑保温板来进行保温,但这种建筑保温板的防撞击能力及抗变形能力较差;此外,还有些保温材料具有阻燃功能,但是一般都是仅仅依靠单一阻燃材料的阻燃性能,从而限制了阻燃材料在建筑领域的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供建筑用阻燃保温材料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
建筑用阻燃保温材料,包括背衬加强层、保温层、阻燃层和装饰层,所述背衬加强层与保温层之间设置有第一弹性层,阻燃层与装饰层之间设有第二弹性层,所述保温层的材料为辐射交联聚乙烯材料;所述阻燃层包括真空阻燃板、岩棉层和加强层,所述真空阻燃板中设置有若干加强筋,所述岩棉层为玻璃棉板层,所述加强层包括金属网,所述真空阻燃板与所述岩棉层之间、岩棉层与所述加强层之间通过粘接剂粘接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述背衬加强层为聚乙烯板。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述第一弹性层和第二弹性层的材料均为泡沫材料。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述金属网为铁丝网或钢丝网。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述粘接剂为聚烯烃类粘接剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供建筑用阻燃保温材料,在结构上采用在背衬加强层与保温层之间设置有第一弹性层以及阻燃层与装饰层之间设有第二弹性层,使得保温板的防撞击能力及抗变形能力提高,另外保温层采用辐射交联聚乙烯材料,其在厚度减少的情况下依然保持良好的保温效果;此外阻燃层结合多种阻燃材料,具有良好的阻燃性能,有效提高了建筑物的安全系数,保证了建筑物的安全。

请参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例中,建筑用阻燃保温材料,包括背衬加强层1、保温层3、阻燃层4和装饰层6,所述背衬加强层1与保温层3之间设置有第一弹性层2,阻燃层4与装饰层6之间设有第二弹性层5,所述保温层3的材料为辐射交联聚乙烯材料;
所述阻燃层4包括真空阻燃板401、岩棉层402和加强层403,所述真空阻燃板401中设置有若干加强筋,所述岩棉层402为玻璃棉板层,所述加强层403包括金属网,所述真空阻燃板401与所述岩棉层402之间、岩棉层402与所述加强层403之间通过粘接剂粘接。
所述背衬加强层1为聚乙烯板。
所述第一弹性层2和第二弹性层5的材料均为泡沫材料。
所述金属网为铁丝网或钢丝网。
所述粘接剂为聚烯烃类粘接剂。
本发明提供建筑用阻燃保温材料,在结构上采用在背衬加强层1与保温层3之间设置有第一弹性层2以及阻燃层4与装饰层6之间设有第二弹性层5,使得保温板的防撞击能力及抗变形能力提高,另外保温层3采用辐射交联聚乙烯材料,其在厚度减少的情况下依然保持良好的保温效果;此外阻燃层4结合多种阻燃材料,具有良好的阻燃性能,有效提高了建筑物的安全系数,保证了建筑物的安全。

1.建筑用阻燃保温材料,其特征在于,包括背衬加强层、保温层、阻燃层和装饰层,所述背衬加强层与保温层之间设置有第一弹性层,阻燃层与装饰层之间设有第二弹性层,所述保温层的材料为辐射交联聚乙烯材料;所述阻燃层包括真空阻燃板、岩棉层和加强层,所述真空阻燃板中设置有若干加强筋,所述岩棉层为玻璃棉板层,所述加强层包括金属网,所述真空阻燃板与所述岩棉层之间、岩棉层与所述加强层之间通过粘接剂粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑用阻燃保温材料,其特征在于,所述背衬加强层为聚乙烯板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑用阻燃保温材料,其特征在于,所述第一弹性层和第二弹性层的材料均为泡沫材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的建筑用阻燃保温材料,其特征在于,所述金属网为铁丝网或钢丝网。
