纸币收纳装置

本发明涉及一种金融自助设备,尤其涉及一种纸页类介质的收纳装置。
背景技术
金融自助设备中例如自动存取款机,涉及钞票回收收纳及堆叠的整理装置。以往的钞票回收装置在收纳钞票时一般都是水平堆叠的,容量比较大,体积也较大,而且内部一般需要辅助堆叠的动力装置;随着自动存取款机设备的小型化,用于收纳的空间也相对有限,对钞票回收收纳时就难以进行水平堆叠。因此提供一种体积较小、不需要辅助堆叠的动力装置且适合进行纸币竖向堆叠的纸币收纳装置非常必要。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中钞票收纳装置体积较大不适应金融自助设备小型化要求的技术问题,本发明提供一种纸币收纳装置,具有竖向收纳纸币的功能,大大缩小了钞票收纳空间的体积。
该纸币收纳装置,包括一箱体、一箱门以及一入钞口,该入钞口处设置有一换向块及一对压滚轮组件,该换向块在控制信号的控制下选择性地转动以开启或关闭该入钞口,该对压滚轮组件在该入钞口开启的状态下输送纸币进入该纸币收纳装置,该箱体内设置有一活动导向板,该活动导向板通过一旋转轴设置在该入钞口下方,该旋转轴固定安装于该箱体侧壁上,该活动导向板的导向面朝向该入钞口,该导向面与垂直方向的夹角为0到20度范围,该导向面的背面设置有一弹性元件,该弹性元件给予该活动导向板一逆时针转动的推力;该箱门设置有与垂直方向形成0到30度夹角的导向肋,该箱体底部具有一与水平方向成0到45度夹角的堆叠面,该活动 导向板的导向面与该箱门的导向肋以及该箱体底部的堆叠面之间形成一竖向堆叠纸币的空间。

由于该活动导向板的导向面与该箱门的导向肋以及该箱体底部的堆叠面之间形成一竖向堆叠纸币的空间,所以纸币实现竖向堆叠,纸币收纳装置的箱体可以设计得相对较小,以满足金融自助设备小型化的要求。而且,该活动导向板及其背面弹性元件的设计,使得纸币堆叠空间大小可调,且随着纸币堆叠的增多,弹性元件给予该堆叠的纸币一个推力,把堆叠好的纸币压紧,以便容纳更多的钞票。

优选的,箱体5的左侧上方还设置有一导向面52,该导向面52与垂直方向的夹角为0到20度之间,用以引导纸币9a从该入钞口运动至该活动导向板6的导向面62上。该钞票9a沿着换向块1b的右侧面及箱盖2的左侧面组成的通道进入,经压滚轮组件3和压滚轮组件4传送到箱体5内,再沿着该箱体5左侧上部的导向面52进入到活动导向板6的导向面62(图中为右斜面)上,然后钞票继续向下滑行到箱门7的导向肋71上,在活动导向板6,箱门7和压缩弹簧8及钞票自身的重力的共同作用下,钞票的前端停在箱体5底部的堆叠斜面51上,整张钞票靠着箱7门的导向肋71的表面叠好。随着被收纳钞票不断地进入,钞票堆叠成9b的状态;当钞票堆叠到一定的厚度时,后面进入的钞票会挤压到活动导向板6,使其绕着本身的旋转中心(旋转轴61)如图1中箭头方向所示的方向顺时针旋转一定的小角度,以让出空间给后续的钞票进入;同时由于压缩弹簧8被压缩,产生了一定的反作用力推着导向板6逆时针旋转的趋势,把堆叠好的钞票压紧,以便能收纳更多的钞票。
如图3和图4所示,本发明还提供一第二实施例,该实施例提供的纸币收纳装置与该第一实施例提供的纸币收纳装置不同之处在于,用扭力弹簧10替换该压缩弹簧8,由扭力弹簧10提供反作用力推着导向板6具有逆时针旋转的趋势,把堆叠好的钞票压紧。如图4所示,该扭力弹簧10具有两个,对称地套接在该活动导向板6的旋转轴61的两端,其扭力臂向该活动导向板6的背后延伸抵压在箱体5的侧壁上,给予该活动导向板提供反作用力。
如图5和图6所示,本发明还提供一第三实施例,该实施例提供的纸币收纳装置与该第一实施例提供的纸币收纳装置不同之处在于,用片簧11 替换该压缩弹簧8,由片簧11提供反作用力推着导向板6具有逆时针旋转的趋势,把堆叠好的钞票压紧。如图6所示,该片簧11具有两片,左右对称地固定在该活动导向板6的背面63上。
由于该活动导向板6的导向面62与该箱门7的导向肋71以及该箱体5底部的堆叠面51之间形成一竖向堆叠纸币的空间,所以纸币实现竖向堆叠,纸币收纳装置的箱体可以设计得相对较小,以满足金融自助设备小型化的要求。而且,该活动导向板6及其背面弹性元件的设计,使得纸币堆叠空间大小可调,且随着纸币堆叠的增多,弹性元件给予该堆叠的纸币一个推力,把堆叠好的纸币压紧,以便容纳更多的钞票。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种纸币收纳装置,其包括一箱体、一箱门以及一入钞口,该入钞口处设置有一换向块及一对压滚轮组件,该换向块在控制信号的控制下选择性地转动以开启或关闭该入钞口,该对压滚轮组件在该入钞口开启的状态下输送纸币进入该纸币收纳装置,其特征在于:
    该箱体内设置有一活动导向板,该活动导向板通过一旋转轴设置在该入钞口下方,该旋转轴固定安装于该箱体侧壁上,该活动导向板的导向面朝向该入钞口,该导向面与垂直方向的夹角为0到20度范围,该导向面的背面设置有一弹性元件,该弹性元件给予该活动导向板一逆时针转动的推力;
    该箱门设置有与垂直方向形成0到30度夹角的导向肋,该箱体底部具有一与水平方向成0到45度夹角的堆叠面,该活动导向板的导向面与该箱门的导向肋以及该箱体底部的堆叠面之间形成一竖向堆叠纸币的空间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的纸币收纳装置,其特征在于,该箱体左侧上方还设置有一导向面,该导向面与垂直方向的夹角为0到20度之间,用以引导纸币从该入钞口运动至该活动导向板的导向面上。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的纸币收纳装置,其特征在于,该弹性元件包括压缩弹簧、片簧或扭簧。
