320右侧壁 300支架。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明, 但是本发明可以由权利要求限定 和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。 图 2是本发明提供的钱箱的第一实施例的立体图, 图 3是本发明提供的钱箱的结 构剖视图。 如图 2和图 3所示, 钱箱包括箱体 1、 箱门 2、压币组件 3和纸币托板组件 4。 箱体 1为长方体结构, 包括顶壁 11、底面 12、左侧壁 13、右侧壁(图中未示出)、 前侧壁 14、 后侧壁 15, 其中, 顶壁 11与底面 12相对平行且间隔预定距离设置, 左侧 壁 13与右侧壁相对平行且间隔预定距离设置,前侧壁 14与后侧壁 15相对平行且间隔 预定距离设置, 箱门 2通过枢接轴 21与后侧壁 15枢接, 可以绕枢接轴 21旋转, 相对 于箱体 1打开或者闭合。 当箱门 2相对于箱体 1闭合时, 顶壁 11、 底面 12、 左侧壁 13、 右侧壁、 前侧壁 14、 后侧壁 15以及箱门 2共同组成长方体的六个面; 当箱门 2相对于箱体 1打开时, 可以取出存储在箱体 1内的纸币。 为描述方便, 将顶壁 11与底面 12之间的距离称为箱体 1 的高度, 将前侧壁 14 和后侧壁 15之间距离称为箱体 1的长度, 将左侧壁 13与右侧壁之间的距离称为箱体 1的宽度。 在箱体 1的顶壁 11上设置有入口 P, 纸币从入口 P处进入钱箱, 沿箱体 1 的高度方向一张一张地叠放, 纸币的长边和宽边与箱体 1的长度方向和宽度方向相对 应。 需要说明的是,本实施例中将箱门 2枢接在箱体 1的后侧壁 15上,在其他实施例 中, 也可以将箱门 2枢接在箱体 1的前侧壁 14、左侧壁 13, 或者右侧壁三者中的任一 个上, 具体可以根据钱箱安装操作空间要求设置。 在箱门 2上设置有安全锁 22, 通过安全锁 22可以使箱门 2与箱体 1的顶壁 11连 接一体或分离。 当箱门 2相对于箱体 1闭合时, 安全锁 22的锁舌与箱体 1的顶壁 11 配合, 使箱门 2与顶壁 11连接在一起, 将箱体 1封闭, 防止钱箱被打开; 当使用钥匙 使安全锁 22的锁舌与箱体 1的顶壁 11分离时, 箱门 2与顶壁 11分离, 箱门 2相对于 箱体 1打开, 在箱体 1表面形成一个开口, 操作者可以通过该开口将钱箱内部的纸币 取出。 压币组件 3位于箱体 1内部, 与顶壁 11连接,用于将从入口 P进入箱体 1的纸币 压入箱体 1内部。 纸币托板组件 4位于箱体 1 内部, 与钱箱的底面 12连接, 用于支撑压币组件 3 压入的纸币。 图 4是本发明提供的钱箱的第一实施例的纸币托板组件的结构示意图。 下面结合 图 3、 图 4说明本发明提供的钱箱的纸币托板组件的具体结构。 如图 3和图 4所示, 纸币托板组件 4包括托板 41、 弹性元件 42, 以及导向组件 43。 弹性元件 42沿纸币堆叠方向放置在箱体 1内部,可以沿纸币堆叠方向伸缩,其一 端与箱体 1的底面 12固定连接, 另一端与托板 41连接, 用于支撑托板 41。 托板 41为长方形板状结构,其长边和宽边分别与箱体 1的长度方向和宽度方向相 对应, 在弹性元件 42的弹性支撑下, 可沿纸币堆叠方向运动。 托板 41包括安装孔(图中未示出), 安装孔设置在托板 41的中心位置处, 用于与 弹性元件 42的一端固定连接。 在弹性元件 42的作用下, 当托板 41上支撑有纸币时, 托板 41将纸币紧密地夹在托板 41与压币组件 3之间, 当托板 41上没有纸币时,托板 41的上表面始终与压币组件 3的下表面紧密接触。 当箱体装满纸币时, 操作人员通过 按压托板靠近箱门的一侧克服弹性元件 42的弹力, 使纸币之间松弛, 从而取出纸币。 优选地, 托板 41还包括设置在托板 41邻近箱门 2—边的中部的按压凹槽 411, 用于 伸入手指按压托板 41以便取出纸币。 导向组件 43用于引导托板 41沿纸币堆叠方向移动。 导向组件 43包括滑轨 431 和滚轮 432, 以及枢接轴 433, 其中, 滑轨 431可以为导轨或者长槽, 与箱体 1的内壁 固定连接, 沿纸币堆叠方向延伸设置。滚轮 432通过枢接轴 433与托板 41枢接, 滚轮 432与滑轨 431接触, 可沿滑轨 431的延伸方向滚动, 带动托板 41随滚轮 432—起沿 纸币堆叠方向移动。 图 5a是本发明提供的钱箱的第一实施例的纸币托板组件的导向组件的局部示意 图, 如图所示, 本实施例中滚轮 432为截面呈工字型, 滑轨 431为条状结构, 与滚轮 插接配合;图 5b是本发明提供的钱箱的第二实施例的纸币托板组件的导向组件的局部 示意图, 本实施例中滑轨 431的截面呈槽状, 形成导槽, 滚轮 432为位于导槽中的轴 承, 轴承与导槽滚动接触。 具体地, 导向组件 43包括四个滑轨 431、 四个滚轮 432, 以及四个枢接轴 433, 其中, 四个滑轨 431沿纸币堆叠方向平行地、 两两相对地设置在与箱门 2相邻的箱体 的两个侧壁上。 优选地, 各个滑轨为独立设置的零件, 通过紧固件 (如螺钉) 与箱体 1的侧壁连接,便于箱体加工制造。当箱门 2枢接在箱体 1的前侧壁 14或者后侧壁 15 上时, 两两相对的滑轨 431分别设置在与箱门 2相邻的左侧壁 13和右侧壁的内壁上; 当箱门 2枢接在箱体 1的左侧壁 13或者右侧壁上时,两两相对的滑轨 431分别设置在 与箱门 2相邻的前侧壁 14和后侧壁 15。 四个滚轮 432通过四个枢接轴 433与托板 41连接,分别与四个滑轨 431—一对应 配合。 在托板 41与滑轨 431相对应的两个长边或者宽边上, 形成安装凹座 412, 在安 装凹座 412上固定安装有四个枢接轴 433, 优选地, 每个枢接轴 433的轴线平行于托 板 41的邻近箱门 2的一边, 四个滚轮 432分别与四个枢接轴 433套接,可以绕枢接轴 433 自由转动, 因此, 每个滚轮 432的旋转轴线平行于托板 41邻近箱门 2的一边。 当 然,在其他实施例中,每个滚轮 432的旋转轴线也可以垂直于托板 41邻近箱门 2的一 边。 本实施例中箱门 2枢接在箱体 1的后侧壁 15上, 与托板 41的一宽边邻近, 因此, 按压凹槽 411设置在托板 41邻近箱门 2的宽边的中部,两两相对的滑轨 431分别设置 在箱体 1的左侧壁 13和右侧壁上;四个滚轮 432相应地设置在托板 41的两个长边上, 与四个滑轨 431—一对应滚动接触, 两对滑轨组可以相对或相背设置。 图 4中示出了两对滑轨组相背设置的情况, 滚轮 432位于两对滑轨组的外侧; 图 5c示出了两对滑轨组相对设置的情况, 滚轮 432位于两对滑轨组的内侧。 无论两对滑 轨组相对设置还是相背设置,两对滑轨组都能够限制滚轮 432在两对滑轨组之间移动, 因此使托板 41不能沿箱体 1的长度方向移动;又由于滑轨与滚轮的相互配合限制了托 板 41沿箱体 1的宽度方向移动, 所以, 滚轮 432只能沿滑轨 431的延伸方向滚动, 带 动托板 41平稳、 顺畅地沿纸币堆叠方向往返移动。 下面介绍本发明提供的钱箱在取币时的操作过程。 首先打开箱门 2, 按压位于托板 41宽边上的按压凹槽 411, 此时, 托板 41受压的 邻近箱门的一边向下倾斜偏转, 由于托板 41的旋转轴线平行于滚轮 432的旋转轴线, 托板 41向下倾斜偏转时作用在每个滚轮 432上的阻力与该滚轮 432外径相切,使滚轮 具有滚动的运动趋势,可以沿滑轨 431延伸方向滚动, 从而可以带动托板 41随之一起 向下移动, 此时弹性元件 42受到压迫产生变形, 托板 41与纸币之间出现空隙, 所以 可以很方便地取出纸币。 通过滚轮与滑轨之间的滚动摩擦, 减小了操作人员按压托板 取币时托板的运动阻力, 使托板滑动顺畅。 本发明提供的钱箱, 在与箱门相邻的箱体的两个侧壁上沿纸币堆叠方向平行地、 两两相对地设置四个滑轨, 在托板上对应设置可在各滑轨上滚动的滚轮, 通过滚轮与 滑轨之间的滚动摩擦, 减小了操作人员按压托板取币时托板的运动阻力, 使托板滑动 顺畅; 进一步地, 各滚轮的转动轴线与在按压托板靠近箱门的一侧取币时托板顺势偏 转的偏转轴线平行, 当操作人员按压托板靠近箱门的一侧取币时, 托板的邻近箱门的 一边向下倾斜偏转, 使托板具有向下倾斜偏转的趋势, 此时, 作用在每个滚轮上的阻 力与该滚轮外径相切, 使滚轮在滑轨上滚动, 所以托板可以更加顺畅地向下移动, 让 出空间, 以方便取出纸币, 本发明提供的钱箱具有结构简单、 取币方便的特点。 图 6是本发明提供的钱箱的第四实施例的纸币托板组件的结构示意图。如图所示, 本实施例与第一实施例相比, 不同之处在于,本实施例中导向组件 43包括两个枢接轴 433 , 每个枢接轴 433与托板 41固定连接, 且横跨托板 41设置, 位于托板 41两侧的 相对的两个滚轮 432分别与枢接轴 433的两端套接, 可以绕枢接轴 433自由转动。 本实施例通过使用枢接轴 433横跨托板 41连接两个滚轮 432, 加强了托板 41的 支撑强度, 因此提高了钱箱的可靠性。 图 7是使用本发明提供的钱箱的识币器的结构示意图。 如图 7所示, 识币器包括 识币机构 100、 钱箱 200和支架, 其中, 支架包括左侧壁 310、 右侧壁 320和顶板(图 中未标出),左侧壁 310和右侧壁 320相对平行设置,顶板垂直支撑于左侧壁 310和右 侧壁 320之间; 识币机构 100固定安装在顶板上, 用于鉴别纸币的真伪; 钱箱 200的 具体实施方式与上述实施例相同, 在此不再赘述, 钱箱 200固定安装在支架 300的左 侧壁 310和右侧壁 320之间, 位于顶板的下方, 钱箱 200上的入口 P与识币机构 100 的出口 (图中未绘出)相通, 用于接收通过鉴别的有效纸币, 并将其储存在钱箱内部。 纸币从识币机构 100的入口 110进入识币机构 100, 识币机构 100识别纸币信息, 判别纸币真伪, 如果识币机构 100判定纸币为真币时, 将纸币输送至钱箱 200, 从钱 箱 200的入口 P进入钱箱内部存储起来; 如果识币机构 100判定纸币为假币, 则将纸 币从入口 110处退出, 当钱箱 200装满后, 或者经过预定时间, 将钱箱 200拆卸下来, 由专人打开钱箱上的锁, 打开箱门 2, 按压托板 41上的按压凹槽 411, 托板 41向下倾 斜偏转, 由于托板 41的偏转轴线与滚轮 432的旋转轴线平行, 因此托板 41偏转不会 阻碍滚轮 432的旋转,滚轮 432可以相对滑轨 431滚动,托板 41随滚轮 432的滚动沿 滑轨 431的长度方向移动, 从而挤压弹性元件 42, 使托板 41与纸币之间出现空隙, 可以方便地取出纸币。 本实施例中识币器使用的钱箱在取出纸币按压托板, 使托板发生旋转时, 通过滚 轮与滑轨之间的滚动摩擦, 减小了操作人员按压托板取币时托板的运动阻力, 使托板 滑动顺畅。 进一步地, 由于托板的旋转轴线与滚轮的旋转轴线平行, 托板偏斜时作用 在每个滚轮上的阻力与该滚轮外径相切, 使滚轮具有滚动的运动趋势, 因此, 滚轮可 以带着托板一起沿滑轨更加顺畅地移动, 可以很方便地取出纸币, 从而提高了识币器 的易用性。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种钱箱, 包括箱体 (1)、 箱门 (2) 以及在所述箱体 (1) 内设置的纸币托板 组件 (4), 其特征在于, 所述纸币托板组件 (4) 包括:
托板 (41);
支撑所述托板 (41) 的弹性元件 (42);
四个滑轨 (431), 对称地设置在所述箱门 (2) 两侧的所述箱体 (1) 的内 壁上, 并且各所述滑轨 (431) 沿纸币堆叠方向延伸; 以及
四个滚轮 (432), 设置在所述托板 (41) 上, 分别与所述四个滑轨 (431) 一一对应, 其中, 各所述滚轮 (432) 可沿各自对应的滑轨 (431) 滚动。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的钱箱, 其特征在于, 各所述滚轮(432) 的转动轴线与在 按压所述托板 (41) 靠近箱门的一侧取币时所述托板 (41) 顺势偏转的偏转轴 线平行。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的钱箱, 其特征在于, 所述托板 (41) 上设有容纳各所述 滚轮 (432) 的安装凹座 (412)。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的钱箱, 其特征在于, 所述滚轮(432)为轴承, 所述滑轨
(431) 为与所述轴承配合的导槽。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的钱箱, 其特征在于, 所述滚轮 (432) 的截面呈工字型, 所述滑轨 (431) 为与截面呈工字型的所述滚轮相配合的条状结构。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的钱箱, 其特征在于, 在所述箱体(1) 同一侧内壁上的两 个滑轨 (431) 相对设置或背对设置。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的钱箱, 其特征在于, 所述托板 (41) 上设置的四个滚轮
(431) 两两同轴设置在横跨所述托板的枢接轴 (21) 的两端。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的钱箱, 其特征在于, 所述箱体呈长方体结构, 所述箱门
(1) 的一端与所述箱体的后侧壁 (15) 枢接, 所述箱门 (1) 的另一端与所述 箱体 (1) 的顶壁 (11) 之间设有安全锁 (22)。 根据权利要求 1所述的钱箱,其特征在于, 所述箱体(1 )中设有压币组件(3 ), 所述压币组件 (3 ) 与所述箱体 (1 ) 的顶壁 (11 ) 连接。 一种识币器, 包括识币机构 (100)、 钱箱 (200) 和支架 (300), 其特征在于, 所述支架包括左壁板(310)、右壁板(320)、 以及垂直支撑于所述左壁板(310) 和所述右壁板(320) 的顶板, 其中, 所述识币机构 (100) 固定在所述顶板上, 所述钱箱 (200) 位于所述支架 (300) 的顶板下方, 为根据权利要求 1至 9中 任一项所述的钱箱。
