本申请涉及金融设备领域,例如,涉及一种出入钞装置和现金处理设备。
现有的现金处理设备具有存款、取款、清分等多种功能,通常包括出入钞装置、识别装置、暂存装置、循环箱、回收箱以及连接在上述各装置之间的输送装置,其中,出入钞装置包括机架和设于机架上的容纳腔、分钞机构和集钞机构,其中,集钞机构用于在取款时将经识别装置识别为合格的钞票一张接一张地输入容纳腔以供用户取出,还用于在存款时将经识别装置识别为不合格的钞票一张接一张地输入容纳腔以供用户收回;分钞机构用于在存款时将用户放在容纳腔内的钞票一张接一张地输出至现金处理设备的内部,以便识别装置进行识别及循环箱或回收箱进行存储,或是在取款时将用户遗忘在容纳腔内的钞票再次送至现金处理设备的内部保存。
为了防止在存款时集钞机构将不合格的钞票返回至容纳腔时发生倒伏,通常需要在容纳腔内设置沿钞票堆叠方向依次设置的第一引导板、第一挡钞板、第二挡钞板,以及第二引导板,当进行分钞时,第二引导板与第二挡钞板相对形成集钞空间,用于容纳集钞机构输出的钞票,第一引导板和第一挡钞板相对形成分钞空间,用于容纳钞票以便分钞机构将钞票分离输出;当需要将集钞空间的用户遗忘的钞票回收时,第一挡钞板、第二挡钞板及第二引导板则先沿钞票堆叠方向向分钞机构方向移动,然后第一挡钞板、第二挡钞板再向上移动将分钞机构的踢钞辊露出,第二引导板将遗忘钞压在分钞机构的踢钞辊上,以使得遗忘钞票顺利地通过分钞机构进行回收。然而如此设置使得出入钞装置的结构复杂,且容纳腔内设置两个沿钞票堆叠方向移动的挡件也占用了容纳腔内的空间、减少了出入钞装置的容钞空间的容钞量。
发明内容
本申请提供一种出入钞装置,其通过引导机构的设置可引导钞票输入和输出容纳腔,不仅利于保证集钞机构可靠地将钞票输入容纳腔,分钞机构可靠地将钞票输出容纳腔,而且利于保证集钞机构和分钞机构同时工作时钞票能够有 序地进出容纳腔,方便钞票输入和输出作业的正常进行,且结构简单紧凑。同时,由于第二挡件具有进入容纳腔的挡钞位置和退出容纳腔的避让位置,且当第二挡件位于避让位置时,第二引导板、第一挡件和托钞板形成用于存放钞票的集钞空间,使得集钞空间增大,从而可有效地增大容钞量,保证作业效率。
本申请还提供一种现金处理设备,其包括上述的出入钞装置。因此,该现金处理设备具有钞票输入和输出便捷可靠,容钞量大,作业效率高的优点。

图1为本实施例提供的现金处理设备200的结构示意图。请参阅图1,本实施例提供了一种现金处理设备200,该现金处理设备200可作为银行业务办理的设备安装于银行大厅,也可以作为ATM机安装于各种公共场合,用于进行存款、取款、清分等业务,以方便人们日常生活。
请再次参阅图1,现金处理设备200包括暂存装置201、识别装置203、出入钞装置100以及保险柜。
出入钞装置100、暂存装置201以及识别装置203均位于保险柜的上方,且各装置之间通过公共通道连通,公共通道内设有输送装置209,输送装置209可具体选择为转动地设置于公共通道内的多个输送辊或输送带,用于对钞票进行输送。其中,出入钞装置100用于在用户放入钞票后将钞票输送至公共通道,或者用于将公共通道内的钞票输出,以便于用户取走。暂存装置201用于对即将存入的钞票进行暂存以待用户确认。识别装置203用于对钞票的真伪、面额等信息进行识别。保险柜包括回收箱207和循环箱205,循环箱205的数量为多个,且沿水平方向依次布置,用于存储和分发钞票,回收箱207的数量为一个,且与多个循环箱205并排设置,用于回收不再流通的钞票。
其中,利用上述的现金处理设备200进行存款操作时,可先将钞票放在出入钞装置100处,出入钞装置100将钞票送入公共通道,公共通道内的输送装置209可将钞票输送至识别装置203处,并由识别装置203进行钞票识别,识别装置203识别为合格的钞票可通过输送装置209继续输送至暂存装置201中暂存,此时被识别为不合格的钞票则通过输送装置209输送回出入钞装置100,以便于用户取回,当用户忘记取走时,出入钞装置100将被遗忘的钞票再次输入至公共通道,输送装置209将该被遗忘的钞票送至识别装置203,由识别装置203识别后记录,最后送至回收箱207或者循环箱205内保存。当用户确认存款后,暂存装置201将暂存的钞票再次输送至识别装置203处进行钞票识别,识别为适合流通的钞票后则通过输送装置209输送至循环箱205内保存,识别为不再流通的钞票时,则通过输送装置209输送至回收箱207内保存。
同样地,当利用上述的现金处理设备200进行取款作业时,循环箱205将 其内部存储的钞票输送至公共通道,公共通道内的输送装置209将钞票输送至识别装置203处进行钞票识别和清点,确定数额后则将对应数量的钞票通过输送装置209继续输送至出入钞装置100处,以待用户取走,当用户忘记取走时,出入钞装置100将被遗忘的钞票再次输入至公共通道,输送装置209将该被遗忘的钞票送至识别装置203,由识别装置203识别后记录,最后送至回收箱207或者循环箱205内保存。
图2为本实施例提供的出入钞装置100的第二挡件127位于挡钞位置且升降台139位于落下位置时的结构示意图;图3为本实施例提供的出入钞装置100的第二挡件127位于避让位置且升降台139位于升起位置时的结构示意图。请参阅图1至图3,为了保证钞票正常的输入与输出,在本实施例中,出入钞装置100包括机架101、分钞机构107、集钞机构117以及引导机构。
请再次参阅图2与图3,在本实施例中,机架101具有容纳腔103,容纳腔103的底部设有托钞板105,托钞板105沿第一方向(也即图2和图3中的水平方向)延伸设置,以用于支撑沿第一方向堆叠的钞票(也即图2、图3中,钞票呈站立姿态,沿水平方向堆叠)。
分钞机构107设置于托钞板105沿第一方向的第一端(也即图2和图3中托钞板105的右端),且用于将托钞板105上的钞票输送至容纳腔103外。分钞机构107具体包括踢钞辊109、分钞辊111、阻钞辊113以及第一电机(图未示出)。其中,踢钞辊109、分钞辊111以及阻钞辊113均可转动地设置于容纳腔103,且分钞辊111和阻钞辊113相对设置,踢钞辊109与分钞辊111间隔设置,且沿由容纳腔103向公共通道输出钞票的方向,分钞辊111位于踢钞辊109的下游。同时,踢钞辊109与分钞辊111传动连接,分钞辊111与第一电机传动连接,第一电机用于驱动分钞辊111转动,从而分钞辊111带动踢钞辊109转动。钞票在输出容纳腔103的过程中,钞票向踢钞辊109施加偏压,踢钞辊109转动,以带动容纳腔103内的钞票在摩擦力作用下运动至分钞辊111和阻钞辊113之间,电机驱动分钞辊111转动,阻钞辊113不动或反向转动,阻止与阻钞辊113接触的钞票移动,从而将分钞辊111和阻钞辊113之间的钞票单张地输送至公共通道。
集钞机构117设置于托钞板105沿第一方向的第二端(也即图2和图3中托钞板105的左端),且用于将公共通道内的钞票输送至容纳腔103内,以便于用户取走。集钞机构117包括主动辊119、从动辊121、叶轮122以及第二电机(图未示出)。其中,主动辊119、从动辊121以及叶轮122均可转动地设置于容纳腔103,且从动辊121和叶轮122同轴设置,主动辊119与从动辊121相对配合,主动辊119与第二电机传动连接,第二电机用于驱动主动辊119转动。 钞票在输入容纳腔103的过程中,第二电机驱动主动辊119转动,以带动钞票移动,移动的钞票带动从动辊121转动,从而使钞票输入至容纳腔103内。
引导机构设置于容纳腔103内,用于引导钞票通过集钞机构117输入容纳腔103内或通过分钞机构107输出容纳腔103,还用于支撑容纳腔103内的钞票。
请再次参阅图2与图3,在本实施例中,引导机构包括沿托钞板105的第一端至第二端的方向依次排布于容纳腔103内的第一引导板123、第一挡件125以及第二引导板129。引导机构还包括第二挡件127,且第一挡件125和第二挡件127均沿第二方向延伸设置。其中,第一挡件125和第二引导板129沿第一方向活动地设置于机架101,例如第一挡件125和第二引导板129可以为滑动设置于机架101,也即在第一挡件125和第二引导板129的底部设置插接柱,在机架101上设置沿第一方向延伸的插接配合槽,使得插接柱滑动地插接于插接配合槽即可。当然,第一挡件125和第二引导板129也可以为滚动设置于机架101,也即在第一挡件125和第二引导板129的底部设置滚轮,在机架101上设置沿第一方向延伸的滚动槽,本实施例不做限定。通过将第一挡件125和第二引导板129活动设置于机架101,使得第一引导板123、第一挡件125以及托钞板105之间能够形成用于存放钞票的分钞空间131,分钞空间131可与分钞辊111和阻钞辊113之间形成的通道连通,同时,踢钞辊109可通过第一引导板123上的开口伸进分钞空间131内与钞票接触,踢钞辊109转动可驱动与其接触的钞票向分钞辊111移动,分钞辊111转动能够将钞票从容纳腔103输出。同时,由于第一挡件125活动地设置于机架101,因此根据钞票的数量可调节分钞空间131的大小,从而使得分钞空间131的容钞量增大,从而便于分钞机构107的钞票输出作业的正常进行。
第二挡件127相对托钞板105沿第二方向(也即图2和图3中的竖直方向)活动地设置于机架101。托钞板105上设有第一开口(图未示出),第二挡件127能够相对于托钞板105在第二方向上移动,以使得第二挡件127具有穿过第一开口进入容纳腔103的挡钞位置和退出容纳腔103的避让位置,且当第二挡件127位于挡钞位置时,第二引导板129、第二挡件127以及托钞板105之间能够形成用于存放钞票的集钞空间133,该集钞空间133可与集钞机构117的主动辊119和从动辊121之间形成的通道连通,由主动辊119和从动辊121之间输入容纳腔103内的钞票可存放在集钞空间133内;当集钞空间133内的钞票忘记取走时,可以使第二挡件127位于避让位置,第二引导板129、第一挡件125与托钞板105之间能够形成用于存放钞票的集钞空间133,第二引导板129和第一挡件125共同夹持钞票且向分钞机构107的方向移动,直至使该集钞空间133内的钞票与分钞辊111和阻钞辊113之间形成的通道连通。同时,踢钞辊109可通过第一引导板123上的开口、第一挡件125上的避让开口伸进该集钞空间 133内与钞票接触,分钞机构107将该集钞空间133内的钞票输入至公共通道内。该出入钞装置100通过引导机构的设置不仅利于保证集钞机构117可靠地将钞票输入容纳腔103,且保证分钞机构107能可靠地将钞票输出容纳腔103,而且利于实现集钞机构117和分钞机构107同时工作时,钞票能有序地进出容纳腔103,方便钞票输入和输出作业的正常进行,且结构简单紧凑。同时,由于第二挡件127具有进入容纳腔103的挡钞位置和退出容纳腔103的避让位置,且当回收被遗忘的钞票时,可以使第二挡件127位于避让位置,由第二引导板129、第一挡件125以及托钞板105形成用于存放钞票的集钞空间133。与相关技术中的出入钞装置的容纳腔内设置两个沿钞票堆叠方向移动的挡件相比,本实施例仅有一个沿钞票堆叠方向(也即第一方向)移动的第一挡件125,减少了容纳腔103内的空间的占用,相应地使得分钞空间131、集钞空间133的体积增大,从而可有效地增大容钞量,保证作业效率。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,第一方向也可以为相较于水平方向倾斜的方向,第二方向也可以为与第一方向呈夹角设置的其他方向,本实施例不做限定。

其中,第一连接板135与机架101沿第二方向插接配合,且位于托钞板105的下方。第一连接板135上开设有沿第二方向延伸设置的第一限位槽181,机架101上设有与第一限位槽181匹配的第一限位件183,第一限位件183与第一限位槽181插接配合,使得整个第二挡件127可沿第二方向活动地与机架101插接配合,且使得立板137的第二端通过第一开口可在托钞板105的上方和下方之间来回切换。当第二挡件127位于挡钞位置时,立板137的第二端通过第一开口伸出至托钞板105的上方,且立板137与第二引导板129相对,以与第二引导板129之间形成集钞空间133。当第二挡件127位于避让位置时,立板137 通过第一开口缩回并退出容纳腔103,以使得第二引导板129能够与第一挡件125之间形成集钞空间133。当然,在其他实施例中,第一限位槽181也可以开设于机架101,第一限位件183也可以凸设于第一连接板135,本实施例不做限定。
作为可选的方案,在本实施例中,当第二挡件127位于避让位置时,立板137通过第一开口退出容纳腔103时,立板137的第二端能够封堵第一开口且不凸出于托钞板105的上表面,从而可有效地避免钞票在移动时受到第一开口的阻挡而发生卡塞。
可选地,请再次参阅图3至图6,在本实施例中,钞票具有设定的宽度和长度,钞票沿其宽度方向进出容纳腔103,当钞票堆叠在容纳腔103内时,钞票的长边与托钞板105接触,且钞票的长边沿第三方向延伸,第三方向与第一方向、第二方向三者相互垂直,第一连接板135沿第三方向延伸,第一连接板135呈宽幅的长条板状结构,立板137呈窄幅的细长条设置,且立板137的数量为两个,两个立板137分别位于第一连接板135长度方向的两端。通过两个立板137的设置,使得第二挡件127可稳定地与钞票表面抵接配合,支撑钞票,以保证集钞空间133内放置的钞票的稳定性。当然,在其他实施例中,立板137的数量还可以选择为一个或多个,本实施例不做限定。
请再次参阅图2至图7,在本实施例中,容纳腔103设有与托钞板105相对的取放钞口141,取放钞口141处设有闸门143,闸门143与机架101活动连接,以打开或关闭取放钞口141,从而保证容纳腔103内的钞票的安全性。同时,为了保证集钞空间133内的钞票可通过取放钞口141被方便地取出,引导机构还包括升降台139,升降台139沿第二方向活动地设置于机架101。托钞板105上开设有第二开口(图未示出),且升降台139具有相对于托钞板105的升起位置和落下位置。当升降台139位于升起位置时,升降台139穿过第二开口伸入容纳腔103内,升降台139靠近取放钞口141,第一挡件125和第二引导板129之间的钞票能够被升降台139托向取放钞口141,从而便于用户取走钞票;当升降台139位于落下位置时,升降台139穿过第二开口退出容纳腔103。
升降台139包括固定连接的第二连接板145和支撑板147,第二连接板145沿第二方向延伸,支撑板147的第一端与第二连接板145一端固定连接,且支撑板147的第二端沿第一方向延伸。一实施例中,第二连接板145与第一连接板135沿第一方向依次设置,以使得出入钞装置100的结构更紧凑。
本实施例中,第二连接板145上设有沿第二方向间隔设置的第二限位件187和第三限位件189,机架101上开设有沿第二方向延伸的第二限位槽185,第二限位件187和第三限位件189均与第二限位槽185插接配合,从而使得升降台 139可沿第二方向与机架101活动连接,以使得当升降台139位于升起位置时,支撑板147能够由第二开口伸出,并将原来堆叠在托钞板105上的钞票托向取放钞口141;当升降台139位于落下位置时,支撑板147能够由第二开口缩回,退出容纳腔103,不影响钞票在托钞板105上堆叠或沿第一方向移动。
可选地,第二连接板145还沿第三方向延伸,升降台139包括两个支撑板147,两个支撑板147分别设置于第二连接板145沿第三方向上的两端,以便能够将长边与托钞板105接触的钞票更稳定地托起。每个支撑板147均包括相互垂直连接的第一支撑件和第二支撑件,且第一支撑件与第二连接板145固定连接,第二支撑件与第一支撑件固定连接,且沿第一方向延伸设置。两个支撑板147可平稳地托动第一挡件125和第二引导板129之间的钞票向取放钞口141方向运动,以保证钞票输出作业的稳定性。当然,在其他实施例中,支撑板147的数量还可以根据需求进行选择,例如三个、四个、五个,还可以是一个沿第三方向延伸的支撑板147,本实施例不做限定。
可选地,第二连接板145沿第二方向上的两端分别设有第一检测件191和第二检测件193,机架101对应位置上设有检测部190,通过第一检测件191和第二检测件193分别与检测部190的配合可确定升降台139的运动位置,从而保证升降台139运动的稳定性和准确性。
请再次参阅图4至图8,为了保证升降台139与第二挡件127之间的协调配合,在本实施例中,引导机构还包括驱动组件,通过驱动组件的设置,使得当升降台139向升起位置运动时,第二挡件127可始终位于避让位置,能够避免第二挡件127对升降台139上的钞票造成干扰,从而利于保证第一挡件125与第二引导板129之间的钞票可在升降台139的支撑下稳定地向取放钞口141方向运动。可选地,驱动组件还可以在驱动第二挡件127位于挡钞位置时,使升降台139位于落下位置,避免升降台139对第二挡件127造成干涉。在一实施例中,驱动组件可以包括两个驱动件151,两个驱动件151分别驱动升降台139和第二挡件127运动。本实施例中,驱动组件包括一个驱动件151,该驱动件151择一地驱动升降台139和第二挡件127中的一个运动。使用一个驱动件151驱动两个运动件运动,降低了成本,并使结构更加紧凑。
驱动组件包括驱动件151和与驱动件151传动连接的动力输入件。动力输入件被配置为能与升降台139和第二挡件127二者择一地传动连接。并且,当动力输入件与第二挡件127传动连接时,驱动件151能够驱动第二挡件127在挡钞位置和避让位置之间切换;当动力输入件与升降台139传动连接时,驱动件151能够驱动升降台139在升起位置和落下位置之间切换。本实施例中,通过一个驱动件151和一个动力输入件即可分别驱动第二挡件127和升降台139 运动,可有效地节省成本,节省动力,便于用户操作,提高作业的效率。本实施例中,驱动件151为电机(具体为第三电机),当然,在其他实施例中,驱动件151还可以选择为电磁铁,本实施例不做限定。
在本实施例中,动力输入件可选择为扇形齿轮153,电机的输出轴155上固定套设有第一配合齿轮197,机架101上可转动地设有配合轴195,配合轴195的第一端固定套设有与第一配合齿轮197啮合的第二配合齿轮199,扇形齿轮153固定套设于配合轴195的第二端。驱动组件还包括第一传动齿轮157和第二传动齿轮159;机架101上还可转动地设置有第一传动轴165和第二传动轴167,第一传动齿轮157和第二传动齿轮159分别位于扇形齿轮153的两侧,且分别套设于第一传动轴165和第二传动轴167的外侧。并且,第一传动齿轮157与第二挡件127传动连接,第二传动齿轮159与升降台139传动连接,扇形齿轮153的齿形部能与第一传动齿轮157和第二传动齿轮159二者择一地啮合连接,且当齿形部与第一传动齿轮157啮合时,第三电机能够驱动第一传动齿轮157带动第二挡件127位于挡钞位置;当齿形部与第二传动齿轮159啮合时,第三电机能够驱动第二传动齿轮159带动升降台139位于升起位置。
在扇形齿轮153转动一周的行程里,扇形齿轮153包括第一工作区和第二工作区,当扇形齿轮153位于第一工作区时,扇形齿轮153的齿形部能够与第一传动齿轮157啮合,且与第二传动齿轮159分离;第三电机正转时能够驱动第一传动齿轮157带动第二挡件127位于挡钞位置,第三电机反转时能够驱动第一传动齿轮157带动第二挡件127位于避让位置,而此过程中,因扇形齿轮153的齿形部与第二传动齿轮159始终分离,升降台139在重力的作用下或其他外力(如弹性件的弹性力)作用下位于落下位置;当扇形齿轮153位于第二工作区时,扇形齿轮153的齿形部能够与第二传动齿轮159啮合,且与第一传动齿轮157分离。第三电机正转时能够驱动第二传动齿轮159带动升降台139位于升起位置,第三电机反转时能够驱动第二传动齿轮159带动升降台139位于落下位置,而此过程中,因扇形齿轮153的齿形部与第一传动齿轮157始终分离,第二挡件127在重力或其他外力(如弹性件的弹性力)的作用下位于避让位置。
一实施例中,在扇形齿轮153转动一周的行程里,扇形齿轮153还包括位于第一工作区和第二工作区之间的第三工作区,当扇形齿轮153位于第三工作区时,扇形齿轮153的齿形部同时与第一传动齿轮157和第二传动齿轮159分离,升降台139和第二挡件127在重力或者其他外力作用下分别位于落下位置和避让位置。
通过扇形齿轮153择一地与第一传动齿轮157、第二传动齿轮159啮合连接, 可有效地保证升降台139或第二挡件127运动的平稳性,从而保证钞票输入或输出的稳定性。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,动力输入件还可以选择为带有齿形部的其他部件,例如可具体选择为齿条,齿条具有第一齿形部和第二齿形部,且第一齿形部和第二齿形部沿第二方向间隔设置,驱动件151驱动齿条沿第二方向移动,第一齿型部与第一传动齿轮157啮合连接的同时,第二齿型部与第二传动齿轮159分离,此时驱动件151能够驱动第一传动齿轮157带动第二挡件127位于挡钞位置,升降台139在自重的作用下运动至落下位置;第二齿型部与第二传动齿轮159啮合连接的同时,第一齿型部与第一传动齿轮157分离,此时驱动件151能够驱动第二传动齿轮159带动升降台139位于升起位置,第二挡件127在自重的作用下移动至避让位置。
还需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,动力输入件还可以选择凸轮,当电机驱动凸轮沿设定方向转动时,凸轮可驱动第二挡件127位于挡钞位置,当电机驱动凸轮沿设定方向的反方向转动时,凸轮能够驱动升降台139位于升起位置,本实施例不做限定。
作为可选的方案,请再次参阅图4至图8,在本实施例中,驱动组件还包括沿第二方向延伸设置的第一齿条161和第二齿条163。其中,第一齿条161与第二挡件127的第一连接板135固定连接,且第一齿条161的数量为两个,分别设置于第一连接板135长度方向上的两端,第一传动轴165还套设有两个第一中间齿轮169,两个第一齿条161与两个第一中间齿轮169一一对应地啮合连接,从而可与第一传动齿轮157传动连接。

其中,第一弹性件173的第一端与机架101连接,第一弹性件173的第二端与第一传动齿轮157连接,第一弹性件173被配置为使第二挡件127始终具有向避让位置运动的趋势,通过设置第一弹性件173,进一步地保证了第二挡件127位于避让位置时的稳定性。第一传动齿轮157和机架101上均开设有抵接槽,第一弹性件173的两端分别抵接于两个抵接槽内。当然,在其他实施例中,第一弹性件173的第二端也可以直接与第二挡件127连接,本实施例不做限定。
其中,第二弹性件175的第一端与机架101连接,第二弹性件175的第二端与第二传动齿轮159连接,第二弹性件175被配置为使升降台139始终具有向落下位置运动的趋势,通过设置第二弹性件175,进一步地保证了升降台139位于落下位置时的稳定性。第二传动齿轮159和机架101上均开设有抵接槽,第二弹性件175的两端分别抵接于两个抵接槽内。当然,在其他实施例中,第二弹性件175的第二端还可与升降台139连接,本实施例不做限定。
通过第一弹性件173的设置,使得第一传动齿轮157在与扇形齿轮153的齿形部分离时,能够可靠地保持在避让位置。同时,通过第二弹性件175的设置,使得第二传动齿轮159在与扇形齿轮153的齿形部分离时,能够可靠地保持在避让位置,从而利于保证分钞、集钞工作的正常进行。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,第一弹性件173和第二弹性件175具体可选择为扭簧,且第一弹性件173套设于第一传动齿轮157的第一传动轴165的外侧,第一弹性件173的两端分别与机架101和第一传动齿轮157连接。同样地,第二弹性件175套设于第二传动齿轮159的第二传动轴167,第二弹性件175的两端分别与机架101和第二传动齿轮159连接,以保证第一弹性件173和第二弹性件175的稳定性,从而能够保证升降台139或第二挡件127运动时引导机构的平稳性,利于保证分钞或集钞工作的正常进行。同时,扭簧套设在轴上的设置相比拉簧的设计还可进一步地保证驱动组件的结构的紧凑性,从而保证整个出入钞装置100的结构的紧凑性。
图9为本实施例提供的出入钞装置100的升降台139位于升起位置时的局部结构剖视图。请参阅图9,在本实施例中,第一挡件125设有沿第二方向延伸的第一长槽177,第二引导板129上设有沿第二方向延伸的第二长槽179,当升降台139位于升起位置时,支撑板147的沿第一方向的两端对应地设置有插接部,当升降台139将位于第二引导板129与第一挡件125之间的钞票托向取放钞口141时,升降台139的支撑板147两端的插接部分别与第一长槽177和第二长槽179插接配合,以防止钞票夹在支撑板147与第二引导板129或者支撑板147与第一挡件125之间的缝隙中,从而保证分钞和集钞作业的正常进行。
下面对本申请的实施例提供的出入钞装置100和现金处理设备200的工作 原理进行详细地说明:
该现金处理设备200进行存款操作时,可先将钞票通过出入钞装置100的取放钞口141放置于第一挡件125、第一引导板123和托钞板105形成的分钞空间131内,第一挡件125将钞票压向踢钞辊109,第一电机驱动踢钞辊109和分钞辊111转动,踢钞辊109将钞票输送至分钞辊111与阻钞辊113之间,转动的分钞辊111驱动钞票移动,阻钞辊113不动或反动,阻止与其接触的钞票运动,使得钞票被分钞辊111单张地输入至公共通道;公共通道内的输送装置209可将钞票输送至识别装置203处,并由识别装置203进行钞票识别,当识别装置203识别到不合格的钞票时,驱动组件驱动第二挡件127移动至挡钞位置,第二挡件127与第二引导板129之间形成集钞空间133,此时升降台139位于落下位置,识别装置203识别为合格的钞票通过输送装置209继续输送至暂存装置201中暂存,识别为不合格的钞票则通过输送装置209输送回至出入钞装置100的集钞机构117处,集钞机构117的第二电机驱动主动辊119转动,移动的不合格的钞票带动从动辊121转动驱动钞票进入集钞空间133,同时叶轮122转动,使得钞票向第二挡件127方向运动,从而使得钞票可输送至第二挡件127、第二引导板129和托钞板105形成的集钞空间133内保存;分钞空间131内的钞票全部被输出后,第二挡件127位于避让位置,使第二引导板129带着不合格的钞票沿第一方向向第一挡件125方向移动,然后第二引导板129和第一挡件125夹持钞票沿第一方向移动,直至被夹持的钞票与取放钞口141相对,驱动组件驱动升降台139移动至升起位置,升降台139可带动第一挡件125和第二引导板129之间的钞票向取放钞口141运动,以便于用户取回。当用户确认存款后,暂存装置201将暂存的钞票再次输送至识别装置203处进行钞票识别、计数,识别为适合流通的钞票后则通过输送装置209输送至循环箱205内保存,识别为不再流通的钞票时,则通过输送装置209输送至回收箱207内保存。
该现金处理设备200进行取款作业时,第二挡件127位于避让位置、升降台139位于落下位置,此时第一挡件125与第二引导板129以及托钞板105之间形成集钞空间133,循环箱205将其内部存储的钞票输送至公共通道,公共通道内的输送装置209将钞票输送至识别装置203处进行钞票识别和计数,确定数额后则将对应数量的钞票通过输送装置209继续输送至出入钞装置100的集钞机构117处,集钞机构117的主动辊119、从动辊121以及叶轮122重复上述输出钞票的过程,以便将钞票输送至由第一挡件125、第二引导板129和托钞板105形成的集钞空间133内,然后第二引导板129和第一挡件125夹持钞票沿第一方向移动,直至被夹持的钞票与取放钞口141相对,驱动组件驱动升降台139移动至升起位置,升降台139将第一挡件125和第二引导板129之间的钞票托至取放钞口141处,以待用户取走。
经过设定时间用户忘记取走升降台139上的钞票时,升降台139移动至落下位置,钞票再次落在托钞板105上,第二引导板129和第一挡件125一起向踢钞辊109的方向移动,踢钞辊109穿过第一挡件125上的避让开口与钞票接触,第二引导板129将钞票压在踢钞辊109上,第一电机驱动踢钞辊109和分钞辊111转动,将钞票再次输入至公共通道,并经识别装置203再次识别、计数后送至回收箱207或者循环箱205内保存。
在上述过程中,该出入钞装置100通过引导机构的设置不仅利于保证集钞机构117可靠地将钞票输入容纳腔103,及保证分钞机构107能可靠地将钞票输出容纳腔103,而且利于保证集钞机构117和分钞机构107同时工作时,钞票能有序地进出容纳腔103,方便钞票输入和输出作业的正常进行,且结构简单紧凑。同时,由于第二挡件127具有进入容纳腔103的挡钞位置和退出容纳腔103的避让位置,在将集钞空间133内的钞票送至取放钞口141的过程中,使第二挡件127位于避让位置,第二引导板129与第一挡件125夹持钞票。与相关技术中的出入钞装置的容纳腔内设置两个沿钞票堆叠方向移动的挡件相比,本申请中仅有一个沿钞票堆叠方向(也即第一方向)移动的第一挡件125,减少了容纳腔103内的空间的占用,相应地使得分钞空间131、集钞空间133的体积增大,从而可有效地增大容钞量。
综上所述,本申请的实施例提供的出入钞装置100和现金处理设备200具有钞票输入和输出便捷可靠,容钞量大,作业效率高的优点。
Claims (11)
- 一种出入钞装置(100),包括:机架(101),所述机架具有容纳腔(103),所述容纳腔(103)内设有托钞板(105),所述托钞板(105)用于支撑沿第一方向堆叠的钞票;分钞机构(107),设置于所述托钞板(105)沿所述第一方向的第一端,且配置为将所述托钞板(105)上的钞票输送至所述容纳腔(103)外;集钞机构(117),设置于所述托钞板(105)沿所述第一方向的第二端,且配置为将钞票输送至所述容纳腔(103)内;引导机构,包括沿所述托钞板(105)的所述第一端至所述第二端的方向依次排布于所述容纳腔(103)内的第一引导板(123)、第一挡件(125)和第二引导板(129),且所述第一挡件(125)和所述第二引导板(129)沿所述第一方向活动地设置于所述机架(101);所述第一引导板(123)、所述第一挡件(125)以及所述托钞板(105)能够形成用于存放钞票的分钞空间(131);所述引导机构还包括第二挡件(127),所述第二挡件(127)沿第二方向活动地设置于所述机架(101),具有进入所述容纳腔(103)的挡钞位置和退出所述容纳腔(103)的避让位置;所述出入钞装置(100)配置为:当所述第二挡件(127)位于所述挡钞位置时,所述第二引导板(129)、所述第二挡件(127)以及所述托钞板(105)能够形成用于存放钞票的集钞空间(133);当所述第二挡件(127)位于所述避让位置时,所述第二引导板(129)、所述第一挡件(125)以及所述托钞板(105)能够形成所述集钞空间(133);其中,所述第二方向与所述第一方向呈夹角设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的出入钞装置(100),其中:所述第一方向为水平方向,所述第二方向为竖直方向;所述第二挡件(127)包括第一连接板(135)和立板(137);所述第一连接板(135)与所述机架(101)沿所述第二方向插接配合,且位于所述托钞板(105)的下方;所述立板(137)的第一端与所述第一连接板(135)连接,所述立板(137)的第二端向上延伸;所述出入钞装置(100)配置为:当所述第二挡件(127)位于所述挡钞位置时,所述立板(137)的第二端伸出至所述托钞板(105)的上方,且与所述第二引导板(129)相对,当所述第二挡件(127)位于所述避让位置时,所述立板(137)缩回并退出所述容纳腔(103)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的出入钞装置(100),其中:所述引导机构还包括升降台(139),所述升降台(139)沿所述第二方向活动地设置于所述机架(101),所述容纳腔(103)还设有与所述托钞板(105)相对的取放钞口(141);所述升降台(139)具有升起位置和落下位置,当所述升降台(139)位于所述升起位置时,所述升降台(139)穿过所述托钞板(105)伸入所述容纳腔(103)内,以使所述托钞板(105)上的钞票能够被所述升降台(139)托向所述取放钞口(141);当所述升降台(139)位于所述落下位置时,所述升降台(139)退出所述容纳腔(103)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的出入钞装置(100),其中:所述引导机构还包括驱动组件,所述驱动组件包括驱动件(151)以及与所述驱动件(151)传动连接的动力输入件;所述动力输入件被配置为能与所述升降台(139)和所述第二挡件(127)二者择一地传动连接;所述出入钞装置(100)配置为:当所述动力输入件与所述第二挡件(127)传动连接时,所述驱动件(151)能够驱动所述第二挡件(127)在所述挡钞位置和所述避让位置之间切换;当所述动力输入件与所述升降台(139)传动连接时,所述驱动件(151)能够驱动所述升降台(139)在所述升起位置和所述落下位置之间切换。
- 根据权利要求4所述的出入钞装置(100),其中:所述动力输入件具有齿形部,所述驱动组件还包括第一传动齿轮(157)和第二传动齿轮(159);所述第一传动齿轮(157)与所述第二挡件(127)传动连接,所述第二传动齿轮(159)与所述升降台(139)传动连接,所述齿形部能与所述第一传动齿轮(157)和所述第二传动齿轮(159)二者择一地啮合连接;所述出入钞装置(100)还配置为:当所述齿形部与所述第一传动齿轮(157)啮合时,所述驱动件(151)能够驱动所述第一传动齿轮(157)带动所述第二挡件(127)位于所述挡钞位置,当所述齿形部与所述第二传动齿轮(159)啮合时,所述驱动件(151)能够驱动所述第二传动齿轮(159)带动所述升降台(139)位于所述升起位置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的出入钞装置(100),其中:所述驱动件(151)为电机;所述动力输入件为扇形齿轮(153);所述第一传动齿轮(157)和所述第二传动齿轮(159)分别位于所述扇形 齿轮(153)的两侧,以使所述电机的输出轴(155)转动时能驱动所述扇形齿轮(153)择一地与所述第一传动齿轮(157)或所述第二传动齿轮(159)啮合连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的出入钞装置(100),其中:所述驱动组件还包括均沿所述第二方向延伸设置的第一齿条(161)和第二齿条(163);所述第一齿条(161)与所述第二挡件(127)固定连接,且与所述第一传动齿轮(157)啮合连接;所述第二齿条(163)与所述升降台(139)固定连接,且与所述第二传动齿轮(159)啮合连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的出入钞装置(100),其中:所述驱动组件还包括第一弹性件(173),所述第一弹性件(173)的第一端与所述机架(101)连接,所述第一弹性件(173)的第二端与所述第一传动齿轮(157)和所述第二挡件(127)二者中的一者连接,所述第一弹性件(173)被配置为使所述第二挡件(127)始终具有向所述避让位置运动的趋势。
- 根据权利要求5或8所述的出入钞装置(100),其中:所述驱动组件还包括第二弹性件(175),所述第二弹性件(175)的第一端与所述机架(101)连接,所述第二弹性件(175)的第二端与所述升降台(139)和所述第二传动齿轮(159)二者中的一者连接,所述第二弹性件(175)被配置为使所述升降台(139)始终具有向所述落下位置运动的趋势。
- 根据权利要求3至9中任一项所述的出入钞装置(100),其中:所述第一挡件(125)上设有沿所述第二方向延伸的第一长槽(177),所述第二引导板(129)上设有沿所述第二方向延伸的第二长槽(179),所述升降台(139)沿所述第一方向上的两端分别设置有插接部,当所述升降台(139)位于所述升起位置时,所述升降台(139)能够将位于所述第二引导板(129)与所述第一挡件(125)之间的钞票托向所述取放钞口(141),且所述升降台(139)沿所述第一方向上的两端的所述插接部分别与所述第一长槽(177)和所述第二长槽(179)插接配合。
- 一种现金处理设备(200),包括权利要求1至10中任一项所述的出入钞装置(100)。
