本申请涉及自助设备领域,例如涉及一种彩票发放装置和彩票售卖机。
相关技术提供的彩票发放装置用于发放彩票,该彩票发放装置包括发票机构和接票机构,发票机构用于输出彩票,接票机构设置于发票机构的下方,由发票机构水平输出的彩票自由掉落至接票机构内,且掉落至接票机构内的多张彩票沿竖直方向堆叠于接票机构的底壁上,购买者能够取出由底壁支撑的彩票。
通常而言,为提高彩票在接票机构内堆叠的整齐度,相关技术提供的彩票发放装置的接票机构的底壁沿水平方向的尺寸需要大于彩票的长度,但这却导致接票机构沿水平方向的占用空间较大,使得当彩票发放装置沿水平方向的尺寸受限时,彩票难以整齐堆叠于接票机构。
发明内容
本申请提供一种彩票能沿与竖直方向呈夹角的方向堆叠于接票机构的彩票发放装置和彩票售卖机,其能够减小彩票发放装置在水平方向上占用的空间尺寸,以能在彩票发放装置的水平方向尺寸受限时,保证彩票堆叠的整齐度,从而保证彩票发放作业的高效进行。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种彩票发放装置,包括:
发票机构,包括第一基架,以及设置于第一基架的输送组件;第一基架具有发票通道,输送组件被配置为驱动彩票沿发票通道移动;
接票机构,包括与第一基架连接的第二基架,第二基架具有与发票通道连通的接票腔,接票腔具有导向面和支撑面,导向面被配置为引导从发票通道输出的彩票改变运动方向,使彩票沿与竖直方向呈夹角的方向堆叠于支撑面。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供一种彩票售卖机,包括:
机柜,机柜设有用于输出彩票的取票口;
出票装置,设置于机柜内,被配置为储存并输出彩票;
前述实施方式的彩票发放装置,彩票发放装置可移动地设置于机柜内,具有接票位置和取票位置;当彩票发放装置位于接票位置时,发票机构能够与出票装置中相对,以接收出票装置输出的彩票;当彩票发放装置位于取票位置时,接票机构与取票口相对,以通过取票口输出接票腔内的彩票。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供一种彩票售卖机,包括:

相关技术中,彩票发放装置包括发票机构和接票机构,发票机构用于输出彩票,接票机构设置于发票机构的下方,由发票机构水平输出的彩票自由掉落至接票机构内,且掉落至接票机构内的多张彩票沿竖直方向堆叠于接票机构的底壁上,受重力作用,彩票的前端要先于彩票的后端接触底壁,这导致多张彩票不能整齐地堆叠在底壁上,为提高彩票在接票机构内堆叠的整齐度,相关技术提供的彩票发放装置的接票机构的底壁沿水平方向的尺寸需要大于彩票的长度,但这却导致接票机构沿水平方向的占用空间较大,使得当彩票发放装置沿水平方向的尺寸受限时,彩票难以整齐堆叠于接票机构。
有鉴于此,本实施例提供了一种彩票109能沿与竖直方向呈夹角的方向堆叠于接票机构103的彩票发放装置100和彩票售卖机200,其能够减小彩票发放装置100在水平方向上占用的空间尺寸,以能在彩票发放装置100的水平方向尺寸受限时,仍保证彩票109堆叠的整齐度,从而保证彩票109发放作业的高效进行。下面对该彩票发放装置100和彩票售卖机200的结构进行介绍。
图1为本申请的实施例提供的彩票售卖机200的结构示意图一;图2为本申请的实施例提供的彩票售卖机200的结构示意图二;图3为本申请的实施例提供的彩票售卖机200的局部结构示意图。请参阅图1至图3,本实施例提供的彩票售卖机200包括机柜201、出票装置218以及彩票发放装置100。
机柜201呈长方体柜状结构。机柜201可以包括柜体202和柜门203,柜体202为具有敞口214的长方体状结构,柜门203活动地设置于柜体202的敞口214处,示例性地,柜门203可与柜体202枢接,或者柜门203与柜体202滑动配合。柜门203能够相对柜体202运动以打开或关闭敞口214,当柜门203打开敞口214时,商家能向柜体202内补充彩票109,或者能对机柜201内的结构进行更换、检查等维护操作;当柜门203关闭敞口214时,彩票售卖机200能进行正常的售票作业,以使得用户能取走彩票109。同时,为了方便用户取走彩票109,机柜201还开设有取票口208,取票口208处设置有闸门207,在进行出票作业时,闸门207能连通
取票口208与机柜201内部,以便于用户通过取票口208取走彩票109,在未进行出票作业时,闸门207封闭取票口208,以避免不法分子通过取票口208获取机柜201内的彩票109。本实施例中,取票口208开设于柜门203,闸门207与柜门203活动连接;当然,在其他实施例中,取票口208也可以设置于柜体202,闸门207与柜体202活动连接,能便于用户能通过取票口208取走彩票109即可。
出票装置218和彩票发放装置100均设置于柜体202内。示例性地,出票装置218的数量可设置为一个或多个,当出票装置218为多个时,多个出票装置218呈N行M列排布于机柜201内。每个出票装置218均用于储存彩票10并向彩票发放装置100输出彩票109。可选地,多个出票装置218储存的彩票109可以相同也可以不同,彩票发放装置100用于接收出票装置218输出的彩票109,并运动至取票口208处,以便于用户通过取票口208取走彩票发放装置100内的彩票109。
示例性地,在本实施例中,彩票发放装置100可移动地设置于机柜201内,彩票发放装置100具有接票位置和取票位置。其中,当彩票发放装置100位于接票位置时,彩票发放装置100与出票装置218相对,以接收出票装置218输出的一张或者多张彩票109,由于本实施例中出票装置218的数量为多个,因此彩票发放装置100具有与多个出票装置218一一对应的多个接票位置。当彩票发放装置100位于取票位置时,彩票发放装置100能与取票口208相对,用户能通过取票口208取走彩票发放装置100发放的彩票109。
通过这样设置,使得彩票发放装置100能移动至每个接票位置,以便接收每个出票装置218输出的彩票109,彩票发放装置100还能在任意一个接票位置和取票位置之间移动,以向取票口208运送彩票109,因此,取票口208可以设置于机柜201的任意高度,能够使操作者以舒服的姿势由取票口208取出彩票109。
需要说明的是,为了保证彩票发放装置100能在任意一个接票位置和取票位置之间运动,在本实施例中,机柜201内设置有横梁213和立梁211,且机柜201内还设置有第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构。其中,横梁213设置于柜体202的底部或顶部邻近敞口214的位置,且横梁213沿左右方向(为水平方向,也为图1中的箭头ab所示的方向)延伸,立梁211设置于柜体202的邻近敞口214的位置,且立梁211沿上下方向(也为竖直方向,也为图1中的箭头cd所示的方向)延伸。第一驱动机构传动连接于横梁213和立梁211之间,能驱动立梁211沿横梁213移动,第二驱动机构传动连接于彩票发放装置100和立梁211之间,能驱动彩票发放装置100沿立梁211移动,也即第一驱动机构能够使彩票发放装置100沿左右方向运动,第二驱动机构能够使彩票发放装置100沿上下方向运动。通过这样设置,彩票发放装置100沿左右方向和上下方向运动,从而彩票发放装置100能与多个出票装置218中的任一个相对,获取该出票装置218输出的彩票109,且彩票发放
装置100还能与取票口208相对,使用户能够通过取票口208取走彩票发放装置100发放的彩票109。
还需要说明的是,在本实施例中,第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构均能选择为电机加齿轮组件的组合或电机加传动带组件的组合,同时,横梁213上可开设沿左右方向延伸的插接槽,第一驱动机构能通过插接柱与插接槽插接,以在电机的驱动下能带动立梁211沿左右方向运动,从而能实现彩票发放装置100沿左右方向的移动。立梁211上也可设置沿上下方向延伸的插接槽,第二驱动机构也能通过插接柱与插接槽插接,以在电机的驱动下带动彩票发放装置100沿上下方向运动。第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构的结构可参考相关技术。
另外,还需要说明的是,在本实施例中,彩票售卖机200还包括控制器,控制器可选择为可编程逻辑控制器、单片机或电脑。控制器能对出票装置218、彩票发放装置100、第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构以及闸门207等结构的运动进行控制。示例性地,当进行售票作业时,控制器能控制第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构驱动彩票发放装置100运动至与目标的出票装置218相对,并控制出票装置218向彩票发放装置100出票,接着能控制彩票发放装置100向取票口208处运动,并控制闸门207敞开取票口208,以使得用户能通过取票口208取走彩票发放装置100内的彩票109。
请再次参阅图3,为了保证出票装置218能高效地向彩票发放装置100输出彩票109,在本实施例中,出票装置218可以包括票仓220和出票机构226。票仓220具有用于存储待售彩票109的容纳腔221,一种实施例中,待售彩票109为一张一张依次连接的多张彩票,多张彩票既可以缠绕成卷,也可以折叠成一摞,在其他实施例中,待售彩票是一张一张相互独立并堆叠为一摞的多张彩票。本实施例以多张彩票折叠成一摞为例进行说明。一摞彩票堆叠在票仓220内,出票机构226包括相对设置的两个转动辊,两个转动辊用于夹持由票仓220引出的彩票109,并驱动彩票109向彩票发放装置100移动。
同时,为了保证票仓220内彩票109的位置稳定性,票仓220的容纳腔221内可根据需求设置能与票仓220活动连接的第一限位件223和第二限位件225,第一限位件223沿左右方向延伸,且能相对票仓220沿前后方向(为水平方向,也为图1和图3中的箭头ef所示的方向)运动,第二限位件225沿前后方延伸,且能相对票仓220沿左右方向(为水平方向,也为图1和图3中的箭头ab所示的方向)运动。通过第一限位件223和第二限位件225的设置能共同限制彩票109在容纳腔221内的位置,以能适应不同尺寸的彩票109,保证彩票109在容纳腔221内的位置稳定性,防止彩票109在容纳腔221内窜动,以充分提高出票作业的稳定性和可靠性。
示例性地,票仓220呈盒体状,包括沿左右方向延伸的第一仓壁193和沿前后方向延伸的第二仓壁194,第一限位件223和第二限位件225上均开设有扣接槽,第一限位件223上的扣接槽与第二仓壁194卡接,第一限位件223能沿第二仓壁194滑动,以调节第一限位件223沿前后方向的位置。第二限位件225上的扣接槽与第一仓壁193卡接,第二限位件225能沿第一仓壁193滑动,以调节第二限位件225沿左右方向的位置。在其他实施例中,也可以通过电机或其他直线驱动结构调节第一限位件223和第二限位件225的位置。当然,在其他实施例中,第一限位件223与票仓220之间,第二限位件225与票仓220之间还可以采用滑动配合或插接配合的方式连接。
图4为本申请的一实施例提供的彩票发放装置100的剖面示意图;图5为本申请的一实施例提供的彩票发放装置100的接票机构103的结构示意图一;图6为本申请的一实施例提供的彩票发放装置100的接票机构103的结构示意图二;图7为本申请的一实施例提供的彩票发放装置100的发票机构101的局部分解示意图;图8为本申请的一实施例提供的彩票发放装置100的切割组件125的结构示意图。请参阅图3至图8,在本实施例中,彩票发放装置100包括发票机构101和接票机构103。其中,发票机构101被配置为接收出票机构226输出的彩票109,接票机构103被配置为接收单张彩票109,并使得接收到的彩票109能在接票机构103中堆叠,以便于用户通过取票口208取走堆叠在接票机构103内的彩票109。
发票机构101包括第一基架105,第一基架105通过第一驱动机构与立梁211传动连接。发票机构101还包括设置于第一基架105的输送组件116、切割组件125和识别组件。输送组件116、切割组件125以及识别组件均与控制器电连接或通信连接。第一基架105包括相对且间隔设置的第一通道板111和第二通道板113,第一通道板111和第二通道板113之间形成发票通道115。输送组件116包括在发票通道115内相对设置的第一输送辊117和第二输送辊119,第一输送辊117和第二输送辊119用于夹持并驱动彩票109在发票通道115内前进或后退。识别组件用于采集发票通道115内的彩票109的信息。切割组件125用于将多张连续彩票中的第一张彩票109从一卷或一摞彩票中切断。在进行出票作业时,识别组件可采集发票通道115内的彩票109信息并将其发给控制器,控制器将彩票109激活,完成彩票109激活后,控制器可控制切割组件125将第一张彩票109切断,并控制输送组件116将切断后的单张彩票109发放至接票机构103,以便于切断后的彩票109能在接票机构103内堆叠。
需要说明的是,请再次参阅图4,在本实施例中,识别组件包括壳体和设置于壳体内的识别件122,壳体嵌设于第一通道板111,并通过紧固件与第一通道板111固定连接,识别件122用于采集彩票109的信息。图9为本申请的另一实施例提供的彩票发放装置100的发票机构101的剖面示意图。请参阅图9,在另一种
彩票发放装置100中,第一基架105包括第一通道板111、第二通道板113及透明板121。其中,第一通道板111和第二通道板113相对间隔设置,透明板121嵌设于第二通道板113,且与第一通道板111相对间隔设置,透明板121和第二通道板113共同与第一通道板111形成发票通道115。识别组件设置于透明板121背离发票通道115的一侧,且与透明板121相对间隔设置,识别组件的壳体与第一基架105通过紧固件固定连接,识别组件的识别件122能够透过透明板121采集发票通道115内的彩票109的信息。
请再次参阅图7与图8,为了方便切割组件125的安装,在本实施例中,第一基架105包括固定连接的第一固定板182和第二固定板183,第一固定板182和第二固定板183连接后形成具有开口的固定腔,切割组件125设置于固定腔内,且切割组件125包括至少两个导向轴184、支撑板187、刀片127、至少两个压簧185及驱动组件,其中,所有导向轴184平行且间隔设置,且均与第一固定板182固定连接,示例性地,导向轴184的数量为两个,且分别邻近第一固定板182沿左右方向的两端设置。刀片127与支撑板187固定连接,支撑板187的两端固定设置有两个导向套188,两个导向套188分别与两个导向轴184套接,且均能沿对应的导向轴184移动。驱动组件与支撑板187和刀片127二者中的任一者传动连接,例如驱动组件与支撑板187传动连接,能通过支撑板187间接地带动刀片127相对第一基架105移动。同时,刀片127在相对第一基架105移动时具有能从开口伸出固定腔的切纸位置和位于固定腔内的避让位置,当刀片127位于切纸位置时,刀片127伸入发票通道115,用于切断彩票109,当刀片127位于避让位置时,刀片127退出发票通道115。压簧185的数量对应设置为两个,两个压簧185分别套设于两个导向轴184,且每个压簧185均抵接于第一固定板182和支撑板187之间,用于使刀片127始终具有向避让位置移动的趋势。
通过导向轴184与导向套188的配合,能提高刀片127在切纸位置和避让位置之间移动的平稳性,能保证切纸作业的可靠性和稳定性,以保证被刀片127切断的每张彩票109均为完整票面。通过压簧185的设置,能减少刀片127意外伸出,从而保证了彩票发放装置100的正常运行。当然,在其他实施例中,导向轴184、导向套188以及压簧185的数量还可以根据需求进行调整。
请再次参阅图9,在本实施例中,驱动组件包括切割电机129、凸轮189及传动轮186,切割电机129设置于第二固定板183,传动轮186与支撑板187连接,凸轮189与切割电机129的输出轴连接,且凸轮189的外周面与传动轮186抵接,凸轮189转动时能通过传动轮186驱动支撑板187克服压簧185的弹性力并带动刀片127向切纸位置移动。通过切割组件125的设置,可以提高切票可靠性及彩票109发放的效率。当然,在其他实施例中,切割组件125也可以选择为其他直线驱动结构,例如气缸等。
请再次参阅图3至图6,在本实施例中,接票机构103可以包括与第一基架105连接的第二基架107。第二基架107具有与发票通道115连通的接票腔139,由发票通道115输出的单张彩票109可进入接票腔139,并在接票腔139内堆叠。接票腔139具有导向面131和支撑面133,导向面131被配置为引导发票通道115输出的彩票109改变运动方向,使得彩票109能沿与竖直方向呈夹角的方向堆叠于支撑面133。该彩票发放装置100通过导向面131和支撑面133的设置,使彩票109的前端能在脱离发票通道115时,与导向面131抵接,以改变彩票109的运动方向,导向面131引导彩票109向支撑面133运动,以使得彩票109能沿与竖直方向呈夹角的方向堆叠于支撑面133,从而能减小接票腔139沿水平方向的占用空间的大小,同时能提高多张彩票109在接票腔139内堆叠的整齐度,进而保证彩票发放作业的高效进行。
作为可选的方案,在本实施例中,支撑面133包括呈钝角(也即,图4中的α,示例性地,α的可选择为120°)设置的第一面135和第二面137,第一面135和第二面137均是与竖直平面呈夹角的平面,且第一面135被配置为支撑彩票109的前端,第二面137被配置为支撑彩票109的表面。由于支撑面133的第一面135和第二面137呈钝角设置,第二面137向靠近发票通道115方向延伸,因此,由发票通道115输出的第一张彩票109进入接票腔139后,第一张彩票109的前端与第一面135接触时,彩票109的后端也很快甚至是同时与第二面137接触,因此,第一张彩票109的一个表面由第二面137支撑,随着发票机构101继续向接票机构103输送彩票,由发票通道115输出的第二张彩票109进入接票腔139后,第二张彩票的前端与第一面135接触时,第二张彩票109的后端也很快甚至是同时与第一张彩票接触,因此,第二张彩票的表面与第一张彩票的另一个表面贴合,依次类推,使进入接票腔139内的多张彩票109的前端在第一面135上依次排布,多张彩票109的表面依次贴合,实现多张彩票109沿与竖直方向呈夹角的方向堆叠,从而能减小接票腔139沿水平方向的占用空间的大小。
在本实施例中,导向面131为竖直平面,第一面135为与导向面131垂直的水平面,第二面137与导向面131相对且间隔布置,且第二面137与导向面131呈锐角设置,以减小接票腔139沿水平方向的尺寸,示例性地,第二面137为倾斜面。导向面131被配置为引导发票通道115输出的单张彩票109竖直向下运动,并使得彩票109能沿水平方向堆叠于第一面135和第二面137。通过这样设置,使得进入接票腔139内的彩票109的前端在惯性的作用下先与导向面131抵触,并沿导向面131改变移动方向,竖直向下运动,当彩票109的前端与第一面135接触时,彩票109的后端与第二面137接触,且彩票109的表面由第二面137支撑,随着接票腔139内的彩票109增多,每张彩票109的前端均与第一面135接触,且沿水平方向依次排布,后一张彩票109的表面贴合于前一张彩票109的表面,从而使多张彩
票109能沿水平方向堆叠于接票腔139内,接票腔139内每张彩票109的长度能基本沿平行于第二面137的方向延伸,每张彩票109的厚度沿垂直于第二面137的方向延伸,由于第一面135为水平面,而第二面137与第一面135呈钝角设置,因此减小了接票腔139沿水平方向的占用空间,而且提高了多张彩票109在接票腔139内堆叠的整齐度,便于用户一次取走。当然,在其他实施例中,第一面135还可以为与水平面以及竖直面均呈夹角的斜面,使得彩票109能沿与竖直方向呈夹角的方向堆叠于第一面135和第二面137上。
可选地,在本实施例中,沿彩票109在发票通道115内前进的方向,发票通道115具有入票口227和出票口143,入票口227被配置为使彩票109进入发票通道115,出票口143被配置为使发票通道115内的彩票109输出。导向面131与出票口143相对且间隔设置,且沿发票通道115内的彩票109经出票口143输出的方向,导向面131位于出票口143的下游。导向面131与出票口143之间的最小间距小于单张彩票109在发票通道115内沿其移动方向上的长度。并且,第一面135沿水平方向的尺寸小于单张彩票109在发票通道115内沿其移动方向的长度。
一方面,由于导向面131与出票口143之间的最小间距小于单张彩票109在发票通道115内沿其移动方向的长度,使得在彩票109完全脱离发票通道115(也即彩票109的后端脱离出票口143)之前,彩票109的前端已经与导向面131可靠抵接,在彩票109运动的惯性作用及导向面131的引导下,彩票109更易向下弯折以改变运动方向,进而使彩票109更易竖直向下运动,直至使彩票109的前端与第一面135抵接;另一方面,由于第一面135沿水平方向的尺寸小于单张彩票109在发票通道115内沿其移动方向的长度,因而当彩票109的后端脱离出票口143后,彩票109的后端在自身重力的作用下下落,彩票109的后端很快甚至是同时与第二面137抵接,彩票109的表面由第二面137支撑,彩票109的前端和后端基本同时地与各自的支撑面抵接,从而能保证彩票109在与发票通道115完全脱离后能沿水平方向堆叠在第一面135和第二面137,能提高彩票109堆叠的整齐性。另外,本实施例通过三个平面的设置即可实现彩票109输送方向的变化以及彩票109沿水平方向堆叠,结构简单可靠,成本较低。
可选地,请再次参阅图4至图6,在本实施例中,导向面131、第一面135和第二面137依次连接设置,且沿竖直方向,第一面135位于出票口143的下方,靠近出票口143的至少部分发票通道115的延伸方向与水平方向和竖直方向均呈夹角,也即该至少部分发票通道115相对水平方向和竖直方向而言均倾斜,使发票通道115通过出票口143输出彩票109时,彩票109倾斜向下地向导向面131输送,从而使彩票109的前端在与导向面131抵接时更容易改为向下运动,能够避免由于过度弯折造成彩票109折损。示例性地,发票通道115包括沿彩票109前进方向依次设置的第一通道段195和第二通道段196,第一通道段195水平设置,第二通
道段196倾斜向下延伸,入票口227设置于第一通道段195的起始端,出票口143设置于第二通道段196的末端。
由于导向面131与出票口143相对且间隔设置,使得出票口143朝向导向面131,出票口143输出的彩票109的前端能够更快地与导向面131抵接,以便改变彩票109的运动方向,使彩票109的前端尽快地与第一面135接触;同时,由于第一面135位于出票口143的下方,且由第二通道段196经出票口143输出的彩票109倾斜向下运动,使得彩票109在从发票通道115输出后更容易在导向面131的引导下弯折并下落堆叠于第一面135和第二面137,能提高彩票109堆叠于接票腔139内的整齐度。另外,通过导向面131、第一面135和第二面137依次连接设置,第二面137与导向面131呈锐角设置,使得导向面131与第二面137之间的间距更小,使得整个接票腔139在水平方向上的尺寸更小,结构更紧凑,能保证彩票109沿水平方向堆叠于第一面135和第二面137,保证彩票109堆叠的整齐性。请再次参阅图3至图6,在本实施例中,第二基架107包括盒体145和门体147,盒体145具有输出口157,门体147与盒体145活动连接,用于打开或封闭输出口157;当门体147封闭输出口157时,门体147与盒体145共同形成接票腔139,门体147的内侧面和/或盒体145的内侧面形成导向面131,盒体145的底面和盒体145的内侧面共同形成支撑面133。
示例性地,盒体145包括第一板149、第二板151、第三板153、第四板155以及第五板156。第一板149和第三板153为竖直平板,两者相对平行设置,第二板151为连接于第一板149和第三板153之间的倾斜平板。第四板155连接于第一板149、第二板151以及第三板153三者的顶端,第四板155呈弧形,且第四板155与第一板149、第二板151以及第三板153三者的顶端共同形成输入口141,输入口141与发票通道115的出票口143连通。第五板156连接于第一板149、第二板151以及第三板153三者的底端,第五板156与第一板149、第三板153以及第四板155共同形成输出口157。门体147为竖直平板,门体147活动地设置于盒体145的输出口157处,并与第二板151相对且间隔设置,用于打开或封闭输出口157。当门体147封闭输出口157时,门体147与盒体145共同形成接票腔139,此时门体147的内侧面形成导向面131,第五板156的上表面(即盒体145的底面)形成第一面135,第二板151的内侧面形成第二面137。
通过这样设置,能充分利用第二基架107自身的结构形成导向面131、第一面135和第二面137,使得整个第二基架107的结构更紧凑,占用的空间尺寸更小。当然,在其他实施例中,盒体145还可以包括第六板,第六板设置为竖直平板,第六板同时与第一板149、第三板153、第四板155、第五板156连接,输出口157开设于第六板,第六板的内侧面和门体147的内侧面共同形成导向面131,或者,输出口157开设于第二板151,第六板的内侧面形成导向面131,第五板156的上
表面形成第一面135,门体147的内侧面和第二板151的内侧面共同形成第二面137。
示例性地,图10为图1的I处的局部放大图。请参阅图1与图10,由于彩票发放装置100位于机柜201内,为了方便用户通过取票口208驱动门体147敞开输出口157,以方便取出彩票109,在本实施例中,门体147与盒体145的连接方式可选择为滑动连接。
其中,盒体145和门体147两者中的一者上可开设沿左右方向延伸的滑槽,两者中的另一者上可开设沿左右方向延伸的导向部,导向部与导向槽滑动配合。同时,盒体145邻近底部的位置固定设置有连接件190,连接件190位于盒体145靠近立梁211的位置。门体147的底端远离立梁211的位置设有支撑凸起181,支撑凸起181与连接件190在左右方向上间隔设置,且支撑凸起181与连接件190之间连接设置有弹簧179,弹簧179被配置为使得门体147始终具有关闭输出口157的运动趋势。用户取票时,用户可推动门体147压缩弹簧179以敞开输出口157。同时,为了方便用户在取彩票109时能推动门体147,门体147的端部还可以设置为凸出盒体145一定长度。门体147与盒体145滑动配合,使门体147打开或关闭输出口157的过程不会占用柜体202内较多空间,能使得彩票售卖机200的结构更紧凑。当然,在其他实施例中,在空间和成本允许的条件下,门体147也可以与盒体145枢接,门体147转动时打开或者关闭输出口157。
在其他实施例中,还可以将第一面135设置为是位于出票口143的上方的平面,第二面137设置为位于出票口143的上方的倾斜平面。此时,接票机构103还包括推动件,推动件被配置为将由导向面131引导的彩票109推向第一面135和第二面137;同时,还可以在第二基架107内部设置导向板,以使得导向板的任一竖直平面能形成导向面131。
请再次参阅图6,在本实施例中,盒体145还贯穿开设有长条孔159,示例性地,长条孔159从盒体145的内侧面经由盒体145的底面延伸至输出口157,也即长条孔159从第二板151经第五板156延伸至输出口157。由于为了使第二基架107的结构更紧凑,第二板151在左右方向上的尺寸通常与单张彩票109在左右方向上的尺寸适配,因没有额外的操作空间,所以不便于用户直接通过输出口157取出接票腔139内的彩票109,此时,通过长条孔159的设置,多张堆叠在接票腔139内的彩票109的前端能通过长条孔159被部分露出,用户能由盒体145的底部通过长条孔159伸入接票腔139以能接触到彩票109的前端,从而更易将支撑面133上的彩票109取出,能提高彩票109取出作业的便捷性和可靠性。另外,通过这样设置,还可以通过长条孔159观察多张彩票109的堆叠情况,以能在彩票109未整齐堆叠时及时调整,还能在接票腔139内堆满彩票109时及时取出。
需要说明的是,请再次参阅图6,在本实施例中,长条孔159为矩形孔,长条孔159的部分开设于第二板151的底端,另一部分沿前后方向贯穿于第五板156,且在第五板156远离第二板151的端部形成与输出口157连通的缺口161。一方面,将长条孔159的一部分开设于第二板151,使得接票腔139内堆叠的彩票109较少时,例如只有一张彩票109时,能通过开设于第二板151的长条孔159向靠近输出口157的方向拨动彩票109,以方便彩票109的拿取;另一方面,通过缺口161的设置,也方面用户能通过缺口161接触到彩票109,从而能方便用户操作,保证用户能及时地取出彩票109。当然,在其他实施例中,长条孔159的形状还可以根据需求进行调整,且长条孔159还可以开设于第一板149或第三板153,甚至可以开设于第四板155,能方便用户拿取彩票109即可。
图11为图3的II处的局部放大图。请参阅图3至图11,为了保证整个彩票发放装置100的结构的紧凑性和稳定性,在本实施例中,第一基架105和第二基架107的配合方式为挂接后紧固连接。当然,在其他实施例中,也可以二选一,甚至还可以选择为插接配合或磁吸配合等,能保证二者配合后的稳定性、可靠性和安全性即可。
为了实现挂接配合,在本实施例中,第一基架105和第二基架107二者中的一者设置有挂钩163,二者中的另一者设置有挂板165。示例性地,第一基架105靠近出票口143的两侧的端部分别弯折形成有一个挂板165。第二基架107的第一板149和第三板153靠近第四板155的端部均弯折形成有一个挂钩163。两个挂钩163与两个挂板165一一对应的挂接。通过这样设置,能保证第一基架105和第二基架107配合后的稳定性,同时也便于第一基架105和第二基架107的安装、拆卸,也便于实现定位,使得挂钩163和挂板165挂接后,发票通道115的出票口143能恰好与第二基架107的输入口141相对且连通。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,挂钩163与挂板165沿竖直方向挂接。通过将挂钩163和挂板165设置为沿竖直方向挂接,能保证第一基架105和第二基架107能沿竖直方向配合,能依靠第二基架107的重力作用以保证配合的稳定性与可靠性。当然,在其他实施例中,挂钩163和挂板165的配合方向也可以为与竖直方向呈夹角的其他方向。
同理,为了实现紧固连接,在本实施例中,第一基架105的出票口143穿过第二基架107的输入口141位于接票腔139内,且第一基架105的两侧分别开设有一个紧固孔,第二基架107的第一板149和第三板153上对应也开设有紧固孔,两个紧固件可分别穿过对应的两个紧固孔紧固连接第一基架105和第二基架107,以提高第一基架105和第二基架107挂接配合后的稳定性,从而保证彩票109的输送、发放以及取票作业的稳定性与可靠性。当然,在其他实施例中,也可以将
出票口143与输入口141间隔设置,此时出票口143可设置为通过输入口141与导向面131相对间隔设置,以保证发票通道115输出的彩票109能在导向面131的引导下向第一面135和第二面137运动。
图12为图4的III处的局部放大图。请参阅图4与图12,在本实施例中,第一基架105还具有第一引导面167和第二引导面168,发票通道115还具有入票口227。示例性地,第一基架105还包括第一引导板191和第二引导板192,第一引导板191的一端与第一通道板111的形成入票口227的一端连接,第二引导板192的一端与第二通道板113的形成入票口227的一端连接,第一引导板191和第二引导板192两者呈喇叭状设置,第一引导面167由第一引导板191的表面形成,第二引导面168由第二引导板192的表面形成,使第一引导面167和第二引导面168大致呈倒置的“八”字状布置。同时,发票机构101还包括转动地设置于第一基架105的换向件166,换向件166位于第一引导面167和第二引导面168之间,也即位于“八”字状空间内。换向件166具有相背设置的第三引导面169和第四引导面171,第三引导面169靠近第一引导面167设置,第四引导面171靠近第二引导面168设置。同时,换向件166相对第一基架105转动时具有第一位置和第二位置,当换向件166位于第一位置时,第三引导面169与第一引导面167相对且间隔设置,并形成与发票通道115的入票口227连通的入票通道173(也即,入票通道173是换向件166与第一引导板191形成的),入票通道173被配置为将彩票109输入发票通道115。当换向件166位于第二位置时,第四引导面171与第二引导面168相对且间隔设置,并形成与发票通道115的入票口227连通的回收通道175(也即,回收通道175是换向件166与第二引导板192形成的),回收通道175被配置为接收由发票通道115退回的彩票109。
通过这样设置,当识别件122将识别结果反馈给控制器,控制器根据识别结果判定彩票109表面脏污、残缺或为非本彩票售卖机200使用的彩票109时,控制器可将该类彩票109判定为无效彩票109,由于无效彩票109不需要激活,因而此时则可以通过切割组件125将该彩票109切断,并通过回收通道175进行回收。当然,在其他实施例中,判断为不需要激活的彩票109,也可以通过控制输送辊反向转动,以将彩票109回退实现回收。
需要说明的是,换向件166可以通过枢接轴172与第一基架105枢接,枢接轴172与第一基架105之间可连接弹性件,弹性件的弹性力使得换向件166具有向第一位置转动的趋势,从而无外力作用下换向件166始终处于第一位置,以便于入票通道173内的彩票109能运输至发票通道115。同理,换向件166还可以传动连接设置一个驱动结构,例如驱动电机或电磁铁,驱动电机或电磁铁与控制器电连接或通信连接,以在控制器反馈彩票109需要回收时,驱动换向件166克服弹性件的作用力向第二位置运动,以实现换向,从而实现彩票109的回收。
作为可选的方案,为了方便彩票109的回收,在本实施例中,如图1所示,彩票售卖机200内还设置有回收箱215,回收箱215具有朝向上方的回收口217。彩票发放装置100除了具有与出票装置218对接的接票位置和与取票口208对接的取票位置外,还具有与回收箱215对接的回收位置,当需要进行彩票109的回收作业时,第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构能驱动彩票发放装置100向回收位置运动,直至使得回收通道175的出口与回收口217相对且连通,以使得回收通道175内的彩票109能够经回收口217进入回收箱215内。
通过这样设置,当控制器判定彩票109为无效彩票109时,则可控制换向件166向第二位置运动,使得换向件166与第二通道板113之间形成回收通道175,同时控制第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构驱动彩票发放装置100向回收位置运动,以使得回收通道175的出口能与回收口217连通,以能向回收口217输出彩票109,以便于回收箱215能接收回收通道175输出的彩票109。也即,如此设置使得无效彩票109能够被集中存储,便于对无效彩票109的集中处理。因而,该彩票售卖机200具有回收功能。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,回收箱215设置于柜体202的底部,且位于N行M列设置的多个出票装置218的下方。如此设置使得回收箱215不会干涉彩票发放装置100在多个出票装置218之间取票,提高了彩票发放装置100移动的顺畅性。当然,在其他实施例中,回收箱215也可以设置于所有出票装置218的左侧或右侧,不干涉接票和取票作业的进行即可。
还需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,也可以直接在第一基架105的内部形成入票通道173和回收通道175。此时,换向件166可设置于第一基架105的内部,并位于入票通道173、发票通道115及回收通道175三者之间。同样地,换向件166相对第一基架105转动时具有第一位置和第二位置,当换向件166位于第一位置时,发票通道115与入票通道173连通,且发票通道115与回收通道175断开连通,彩票109能够由入票通道173进入发票通道115;当换向件166位于第二位置时,发票通道115与入票通道173断开连通,且发票通道115和回收通道175连通,发票通道115内的彩票109能够后退至回收通道175。
请再次参阅图1与图2,为了保证取票作业的高效进行,在本实施例中,彩票售卖机200还包括纸币接收装置204、条码扫描装置205、打印装置206、证卡识别装置209中的至少一种。示例性地,彩票售卖机200还包括纸币接收装置204,纸币接收装置204设置于柜门203,且从柜门203上的开口露出,纸币接收装置204与控制器电连接或通信连接,用于在用户购买彩票109时接收用户的纸币。示例性地,彩票售卖机200还包括条码扫描装置205,条码扫描装置205也设置于柜门203,用于供用户扫描,以完成支付,或者用于供用户扫描以获取彩票109信息。

下面对本申请的实施例提供的彩票售卖机200的工作过程和有益效果进行介绍:
当用户购买彩票109时,用户向纸币接收装置204投入购买彩票109对应的金额,或者用户通过条码扫描装置205扫码付款;控制器在接收到用户付款信息后,可通过第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构控制彩票发放装置100运动至目标接票位置,使发票机构101与目标出票装置218,二者对接后,控制出票装置218输出彩票109至彩票发放装置100的发票机构101;彩票109经入票通道173进入发票通道115内,识别组件获取彩票109信息并将该识别结果发送给控制器,当控制器判断为合格的彩票109后,控制器控制切割组件125将该彩票109切断,并控制第一输送辊117和第二输送辊119将发票通道115内的彩票109向出票口143运动,从出票口143输出的彩票109的前端与导向面131抵触,并沿导向面131向下运动,待彩票109完全脱离出票口143后,彩票109沿水平方向堆叠于第一面135和第二面137,且彩票109的前端由第一面135支撑,彩票109的表面由第二面137支撑。当控制器判断为无效彩票109后,控制器控制切割组件125进行将该彩票109切断,并控制换向件166向第二位置运动,以使得换向件166与第二通道板113之间形成与发票通道115连通的回收通道175,并控制第一输送辊117和第二输送辊119将发票通道115内的彩票109退回至回收通道175,与此同时,控制器控制第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构驱动彩票发放装置100向回收箱215运动,以使得回收通道175的出口能与回收箱215的回收口217相对,从而能将回收通道175内的彩票109输出至回收箱215内保存。
在上述过程中,该彩票发放装置100通过导向面131和支撑面133的设置,能在彩票109脱离发票通道115时,引导彩票109沿与竖直方向呈夹角的方向堆叠于支撑面133,从而能减小接票腔139沿水平方向的占用空间的大小,同时能保证多张彩票109在接票腔139内堆叠的整齐度,进而保证彩票109发放作业的高效进行。
本实施例提供的彩票售卖机200,其包括上述的彩票发放装置100。因此,该彩票售卖机200具有能减小彩票发放装置100沿水平方向的占用空间且同时保证彩票109在接票腔139内堆叠的整齐度的优点,进而保证彩票109发放作业的高效进行。
综上所述,本申请的实施例提供了一种彩票109能沿与竖直方向呈夹角的方向堆叠于接票机构103的彩票发放装置100和彩票售卖机200,其能够减小彩票发放装置100在水平方向上占用的空间尺寸,以能在彩票发放装置100的水平方向尺寸受限时,保证彩票109堆叠的整齐度,从而保证彩票109发放作业的高效进行。
Claims (10)
- 一种彩票发放装置(100),包括:发票机构(101),包括第一基架(105),以及设置于所述第一基架(105)的输送组件(116);所述第一基架(105)具有发票通道(115),所述输送组件(116)被配置为驱动彩票(109)沿所述发票通道(115)移动;接票机构(103),包括与所述第一基架(105)连接的第二基架(107),所述第二基架(107)具有与所述发票通道(115)连通的接票腔(139),所述接票腔(139)具有导向面(131)和支撑面(133),所述导向面(131)被配置为引导从所述发票通道(115)输出的彩票(109)改变运动方向,使彩票(109)沿与竖直方向呈夹角的方向堆叠于所述支撑面(133)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的彩票发放装置(100),其中,所述支撑面(133)包括呈钝角设置的第一面(135)和第二面(137),且所述第一面(135)被配置为支撑彩票(109)的前端,所述第二面(137)被配置为支撑彩票(109)的表面。
- 根据权利要求2所述的彩票发放装置(100),其中,所述导向面(131)为竖直平面,所述第一面(135)与所述导向面(131)垂直布置,所述第二面(137)与所述导向面(131)相对且间隔布置,所述导向面(131)被配置为引导从所述发票通道(115)输出的彩票(109)竖直向下运动并沿水平方向堆叠于所述第一面(135)和所述第二面(137)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的彩票发放装置(100),其中,所述发票通道(115)具有出票口(143);所述导向面(131)与所述出票口(143)相对且间隔设置,且沿所述发票通道(115)内的彩票(109)经所述出票口(143)输出的方向,所述导向面(131)位于所述出票口(143)的下游;所述导向面(131)与所述出票口(143)之间的最小间距小于彩票(109)在所述发票通道(115)内沿其移动方向上的长度;且所述第一面(135)沿所述水平方向的尺寸小于彩票(109)在所述发票通道(115)内沿其移动方向上的长度。
- 根据权利要求4所述的彩票发放装置(100),其中,所述发票通道(115)被配置为通过所述出票口(143)将彩票(109)倾斜向下地向所述导向面(131)输送。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的彩票发放装置(100),其中,所述第二基架(107)包括盒体(145)和门体(147);所述盒体(145)具有输出口(157),所述门体(147)与所述盒体(145)活动连接,用于打开 或封闭所述输出口(157);当所述门体(147)封闭所述输出口(157)时,所述门体(147)与所述盒体(145)共同形成所述接票腔(139),所述门体(147)的内侧面和/或所述盒体(145)的内侧面形成所述导向面(131)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的彩票发放装置(100),其中,所述门体(147)的内侧面形成所述导向面(131);所述盒体(145)的底面和所述盒体(145)的内侧面共同形成所述支撑面(133);所述盒体(145)还开设有长条孔(159),所述长条孔(159)从所述盒体(145)的内侧面经所述盒体(145)的底面延伸至所述输出口(157)。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的彩票发放装置(100),其中:所述第一基架(105)还具有第一引导面(167)和第二引导面(168);所述发票通道(115)还具有入票口(227);所述发票机构(101)还包括转动地设置于所述第一基架(105)的换向件(166),所述换向件(166)位于所述第一引导面(167)和所述第二引导面(168)之间;所述换向件(166)具有相背设置的第三引导面(169)和第四引导面(171);所述换向件(166)相对所述第一基架(105)转动时具有第一位置和第二位置,当所述换向件(166)位于所述第一位置时,所述第三引导面(169)与所述第一引导面(167)相对且间隔设置,所述第三引导面(169)与所述第一引导面(167)两者之间形成与所述入票口(227)连通的入票通道(173),所述入票通道(173)被配置为将彩票(109)输入所述发票通道(115);当所述换向件(166)位于所述第二位置时,所述第四引导面(171)与所述第二引导面(168)相对且间隔设置,所述第四引导面(171)与所述第二引导面(168)两者之间形成与所述入票口(227)连通的回收通道(175),所述回收通道(175)被配置为接收由所述发票通道(115)退回的彩票(109)。
- 一种彩票售卖机(200),包括:机柜(201),所述机柜(201)设有用于输出彩票(109)的取票口(208);出票装置(218),设置于所述机柜(201)内,被配置为储存并输出彩票(109);如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的彩票发放装置(100),所述彩票发放装置(100)可移动地设置于所述机柜(201)内,具有接票位置和取票位置;当所述彩票发放装置(100)位于所述接票位置时,所述发票机构(101)能够与所述出票装置(218)相对,以接收所述出票装置(218)输出的彩票(109);当所述彩票发放装置(100)位于所述取票位置时,所述接票机构(103)与所述取票口(208)相对,以通过所述取票口(208)输出所述接票腔(139)内的 彩票(109)。
- 一种彩票售卖机(200),包括:机柜(201),所述机柜(201)设有用于输出彩票(109)的取票口(208);出票装置(218),设置于所述机柜(201)内,所述出票装置(218)被配置为储存并输出彩票(109);如权利要求8所述的彩票发放装置(100),设置于所述机柜内,所述发票机构(101)被配置为接收所述出票装置(218)输出的彩票(109),所述接票腔(139)能与所述取票口(208)连通,以通过所述取票口(208)输出彩票(109);回收箱(215),设置于所述机柜(201)内,所述回收箱(215)具有回收口(217),所述回收口(217)能与所述回收通道(175)连通,以接收所述回收通道(175)输出的彩票(109)。
