Abstract

Un appareil (10) de moulage de rotor selon la présente invention comprend : un ensemble filière (100) dans lequel est insérée la partie centrale (C) d'un rotor (R) et du métal fondu est injecté ; un moyen d'évacuation d'air (200) permettant de commander et d'évacuer l'air de l'intérieur de la cavité de filière de l'ensemble filière (100) au moyen d'un procédé à glissière avant la coulée à l'intérieur de l'ensemble filière (100) ; et un ensemble unité de pression (300) permettant d'appliquer une pression sur le métal fondu remplissant l'ensemble filière (100). La présente invention a comme avantage d'améliorer la qualité de moulage du rotor par la commande et l'évacuation de l'air à l'intérieur de la cavité de filière au moyen du procédé à glissière avant la coulée pour mouler le rotor.
