Abstract
Description
を備え、前記第1のパラメータと前記第2のパラメータの少なくとも一つを用いて内燃機関の停止後に前記インジェクタのノズル先端に結露が発生するか否かの結露判定を行う内燃機関の制御装置であって、前記内燃機関の状態を評価することのできる値であって、前記第1のパラメータと前記第2のパラメータのいずれのパラメータを選択するのかの閾値が設定される評価値を検出する第3検出部を備え、前記結露判定を行う際に、前記評価値に応じて前記第1のパラメータあるいは前記第2のパラメータのいずれかを用いるか、前記第1のパラメータと前記第2のパラメータの双方を用いるかを切り替える。これにより、適切に結露判定を行い、ひいては、腐食発生の判定を行うことができるとともに、その際の演算負荷を軽減することができる。
図1は第1実施形態の内燃機関100の概略構成を示す説明図である。図2は内燃機関100に装着されたインジェクタ107の説明図である。内燃機関100には、燃料噴射装置1が組み込まれている。第1実施形態における内燃機関100は、筒内噴射を行う内燃機関、より具体的にはディーゼル内燃機関であるが、ガソリン内燃機関とすることもできる。内燃機関の気筒数は限定されないが、本実施形態における内燃機関100は4気筒である。内燃機関100は、シリンダヘッド101aとシリンダブロック101bを備えたエンジン本体101を備え、そのエンジン本体101に♯1気筒~♯4気筒を備える。燃料噴射装置1は、♯1気筒~♯4気筒に対応して、♯1インジェクタ107-1~♯4インジェクタ107-4を備える。具体的に、♯1気筒には、♯1インジェクタ107-1が装着され、♯2気筒には♯2インジェクタ107-2が装着されている。♯3気筒には♯3インジェクタ107-3が装着され、♯4気筒には♯4インジェクタ107-4が装着されている。♯1インジェクタ107-1~♯4インジェクタ107-4はそれぞれコモンレール120に接続され、コモンレール120から高圧の燃料が供給される。図2を参照すると各インジェクタ107は、シリンダヘッド101aに装着されている。各インジェクタ107は、シート部を介してシリンダヘッド101aとの間で熱の授受を行う。

なお、演算負荷を低減するために、予め内燃機関停止時外気温Tastopと、内燃機関始動時外気温Tastartのうち、一方を用いるようにしておいてもよい。具体的に、式3に代えて、式4-1又は式4-2を用いて放熱速度αを算出してもよい。

つぎに、図11乃至図13を参照しつつ、第3実施形態について説明する。第3実施形態は、第1実施形態におけるヘッド熱量Qの推定方法を他の方法に置き換えたものである。すなわち、図4に示すフロー図におけるステップS3の処理を変更したものである。

Claims (7)
- 第1のパラメータとしてのインジェクタのノズル先端温度を検出する第1検出部と、
第2のパラメータとしてのシリンダヘッドの熱量を検出する第2検出部と、
を備え、
前記第1のパラメータと前記第2のパラメータの少なくとも一つを用いて内燃機関の停止後に前記インジェクタのノズル先端に結露が発生するか否かの結露判定を行う内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記内燃機関の状態を評価することのできる値であって、前記第1のパラメータと前記第2のパラメータのいずれのパラメータを選択するのかの閾値が設定される評価値を検出する第3検出部を備え、
前記結露判定を行う際に、前記評価値に応じて前記第1のパラメータあるいは前記第2のパラメータのいずれかを用いるか、前記第1のパラメータと前記第2のパラメータの双方を用いるかを切り替える内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記評価値が第1閾値以下の場合に、前記結露判定に用いるパラメータとして前記第2のパラメータを用いる請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記評価値が第1閾値と、該第1閾値よりも高い第2閾値との間である場合に、前記結露判定に用いるパラメータとして前記第1のパラメータと前記第2のパラメータの双方を用いる請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記評価値が第1閾値よりも高い第2閾値以上である場合に、前記結露判定に用いるパラメータとして前記第1のパラメータを用いる請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記評価値は、前記インジェクタのノズル先端温度である請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記評価値は、前記内燃機関の冷却水温である請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記第2検出部は、前記内燃機関始動時のシリンダヘッドの熱量に、前記内燃機関始動後に蓄えられる熱量を反映させて前記第2のパラメータとしてのシリンダヘッドの熱量を検出する請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
